Use your right mouse and select "run as administrator" Hello friends,
I am new to altcoins and need some advice. I have installed my NEM wallet on my Windows7 and recently sent a few XEM to my wallet from an exchange. These XEM are now showing in my NEM wallet balance. A Launch NEM wallet icon displays in my start menu but when I try to open the wallet nothing happen. Am I missing a step or do I need to backtrack?
Thanks.
I right clicked on "run as administrator" but still no luck. Does it take awhile to open the wallet?
Ah I see. I also noticed that I can't open the wallet anymore. Hopefully we get a fix. Is this with current release 0.6.31? Can you try uninstalling the wallet and then reinstall?

Hi guys, I was just trying to activate delegated harvesting. When I clicked the activate button , I saw a Nem address for Importance tx. I was curious about the selection of this address.
Is it done randomly or chosen automatically from the healtier nodes? If node is broken down how can I change my node?

That address is the account address for which you are activating the delegated harvesting. I has nothing to do with the NIS node you are connected to.

If you had no remote node configured then you'll be harvesting delegated on your local node.

TBH, I didnt see it guides at ournem, maybe there were written somewhere. Anyway, I clicked activate delegated harvesting without any settings. So, It will be harvesting on local node. I think I have to change settings to harvest on a remote node when 360 blocks passed for activation. Then, I should reactivate for delegated harvesting with new settings, is that correct?

You don't need to reactivate delegate harvesting after changing the settings. Just change settings to point to a remote node and start harvesting.

You don't need to reactivate delegate harvesting after changing the settings. Just change settings to point to a remote node and start harvesting. Thanks for the answer. I was really confused about how delegated harvesting works. I think it will be good if this questions/answers are added to FAQ at ournem. Regards...

MrPortman, I don't mean to insult you, but I'm having a hard time understanding your English. As a result, I don't understand your explanation of the NEMCredits.

I agree, i cant figure out how to get my delegated harvesting to work either. I have harvested some blocks but all have been harvested with local harvesting, delegated harvesting will give me no blocks. I have set my node to 79.76.113.22

It's all in the tutorials... http://blog.nem.io/how-local-and-delegated-harvesting-works/http://blog.nem.io/how-to-use-delegated-harvesting/I have already read them at least twice. There are no explanations about questions like: 1-) How can we set remote node IP? (Even if its easy , I thought it was done by client automatically when there is no info about it) 2-) When there is a problem on remote node , do we need to tx the importance or is it just enough to change the settings? Or more technical questions like: 3-) Where the importance fee goes? Does it burn or goes some privileged nodes? 4-) When saying its use to safe remote harvesting "there is nothing leave from your wallet", is that totally correct or some encrypted data goes somewhere to check/verify the activation? If first is correct, then is it possible to manipulate with some js to inject some XSS? I believe these type of q/a can be added. Tutorial easy to follow but gives very brief information. Kind Regards...

Maybe the node is too often a block or two behind. You can try one of the alice servers.

From what I understand you are planning to issue an asset that behaves like a bond with weekly payouts that decrease the value until the value is zero... But not sure however if I understood this correct

I may have downloaded the 0.6.28 wallet release. Do you have a link to the current release 0.6.31? Thank you for your help.

But not sure however if I understood this correct It is delivery on credit on which rate of 0% i.e. if you take 10000 that and you will give 10000. Means will automatically return to that who gave out a debt. These means it is necessary as it is possible to master quicker. It is direct analog of Gezzel free cash, only here the quantity doesn't decrease and it leaves into the account of that who gave out means on credit automatically every week of 1%.
