I think it's the thing of the past but for now those can be rarely discovered unless it came from best team in the market, I mean a known personality or known project itself. Not this year I guess. If something comes up again from the traditional market the crypto market is affected by that too, so it's not all about what is on the chart, the fundamentals are a factor too. I think they are hiring best penetration testers out there and some devs to maintain their sites rather than running a bug bounty. Yes, part of it seems to be luck, the teams doesn't want to lose to any low rank teams so they have to perform very well against the public eye and win their games.
