Hi

please see My hashrate Huh Huh Huh

Rig is 6 rx 470 4gb nitro oc

bis
Gpu 1130
Memory 1945

Try changing pool to something else.
Use nearest pool servers (EU vs USA)
There is a guy also from poland which made own pool: http://ethpool.pl/ - this pool gives much more profit than standard ones. I am mining there for 3 months without any problems.
Payments are done 2 times a day.
I cant guarantee this pool becasue i dont know wery well this folk but its working 4 months now without problem and bringing more profit than other pools:)
You can test it and compare results with other pools Smiley (its  like 2-10% more profit)

@tytanick

-also those biostar boards that have that stupid bug where they only power on half way unless a monitor is plugged in, do those work with the resetter or does a monitor need to be plugged in or a dummy plug?
two of those are my problem rigs I was going to hook up with the resetter but i suspect they will do the normal thing as when headless, power on but wont go past the bios or whatever since no monitor is plugged in.
With those rigs when they go down i have to plug in a monitor and then reset , its anoying as fuck.

-20 or 30 min watchdog would be ideal

- and yes i do undervolt as much as i can of course all my cards are undervolted from -70 - -100 on the ones that can take it, core clocks turned down too. I  have 47 rigs now around 5.5 GHZ of eth and anther 40k of dcr so
i need each and every one of those rigs , i cant downsize my boxes.

My Asrock PRO BTC can start up in linux without any connected dummy plugs. You just need to make "default onboard graphics to internal" - this could also work in biostar i suppose Smiley

In April/May there will be firmware with new Extension Boards and SSRv2 which will allow to go up to 40 minutes. This firmware will work on SRRv1 as it is the same archirecture.

- undervolt works in my OS but you need to check it yourself becasue its not common undervolt Smiley Or if you have all gus with undervolt offset then it will work with no problem.

BETATESTING for people that cant run specific motherboards on my OS.
OK, so as you know, some newer motherboards just wont work under my linux image.
Thats why i made 3 addonitional images with different kernels (its a linux core).
Rest of the system is ofcourse  compatible and accually the same.
Anyway if you have board that didnt worked under my normal image, please flash each of this image and see if it would help.
Any results please send me to admin@simplemining.net

Email me the RESULTS:
To: admin@simplemining.net
Subject: Different kernels test
Motherboard model: "for example MSI or asus and specific model...."
Problem description: "for example. Motherboard totally wasnt working"
Result:
4.8.17 - its working ....
4.9.16 - it doesnt work ...
4.10.4 - it work but it sings ...
4.11.rc3 - ....
1485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [DEVICE] SimpleRigResetter - Auto reboot freezed rigs - AVAILABLE NOW !!! on: March 22, 2017, 09:40:25 AM
my main issue with windows and using the watchdog is when updates start installing keep alive would be far longer than the 3-4 mins and of course the box will go into a long loop thus i cant use the watchdog.

OK, first of all, turn off those stupid windows updates Cheesy
They can only cause trouble than fixins something Smiley
So turn them off.
Second, in next Firmware release when SRRv2 and Extension Boards will come, there will be possibility to set longer period of watchdog timeout.
Right now its 255 Seconds and if in that time rigs wont send any keepallive packets then it will be restarted.
But after upgrade it will be 2550 seconds Smiley (x10) and this will be ideal for you, so for example you should set i dont know 10 or 20 minutes and only then watchdog will reboot windows.
Anyway, my SMOS (Simplemining Operating System) isnt ideal but people likes it. There is many more things to be done but it is usable as people are saying Tongue
Also if you didnt, do some undervolting, that way you will be able to plugin more rigs Tongue But you propably know that Smiley

UPDATE:
I have fresh batch odf SSRv1 and i will release then today/tomorrow in shop.
So keep updated Smiley I will also add more informations about SSRv2 and Extension boards to show people differences and to let poeple choose if they should wait for SSRv2 or buy SSRv1 right now.
The changes are cosmetic and its the same hardware. Only slots (connectors) changed and the rest stays the same becasue it it solid nice board Smiley

There is also firware development in progress but i will release it with SSRv2, and ofcourse it will work with SSRv1.

just a long shot but could it be something to do with the "headless" implementation in smOS?

Accually it could be the driver itself, hmm i need to upgrade it and see if it will help Smiley
This is what i will check Smiley
1487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 21, 2017, 10:01:16 PM
I usually reset the rig a few times until it goes away. Sometimes, I see it going away on its own after awhile but then again the miner must have caught a GPU fault and restarted the miner OR..... SRR rebooted the rig for whatever reason.... just my guess. Hope we can get rid of it soon. I do see more occurrences of this when using Claymore ETH mining. I dont see it when using Optiminer (ZEC) or sgminer-gm (XMR)....
its something else, i even stopped miner and tried to change those clocks but i cant Smiley
I even swapped gpus with that 300/300 with other working ok and the same thing GPU0 is at 300/300
I am wondering what causing it Smiley
1488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 21, 2017, 09:36:51 PM
Guys, any of you met the problem that for example GPU0 is at 300/300 clocks and the rest gpus are ok ?
Do you know a solution ? (something in bios ? )
I am trying to fund solution and what causing it.
1489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 21, 2017, 07:56:51 PM
how close is mining on the same email but different coins coming long?
i dont mind using 2 emails to do this
just wondering thats all
Yeah, still getting overwhelmed by SRRs.
Dont know when Tongue As soon as i can i guess Smiley
1490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 21, 2017, 12:04:10 AM

Right now you would need to forward 22 port of your rig and send commands to it.
Or have one windows team viewer in this location.
Managin rig from dashboard will be much later.
1491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 11:16:43 PM
OK WE ARE UP AGAIN after 10 minutes.
1492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 11:08:44 PM
TEMPORORARY DOWNTIME of webservice only. (10 min)
Rebooting server. (note that while rebooting, only stats and changing config wont work but your rig is mining fine and website down doesnt affect mining)
1493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 10:51:44 PM
Nope, you cant.
Anyway i wont offer this function any soon.
For freezing rigs see my SimpleRigResetter Device Smiley
It will be stock in few days Wink
1494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 10:18:31 PM
Does this OS support remote access? If does not any chance to add in remote access feature with maybe using team viewer etc?
it gives remote access but in different way Smiley
All is done  via web dashboard.
1495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 06:59:25 PM
I cannot overclock using this OS. I am using the most up to date version with claymore miner for only eth and my cards are visiontek to 480 8gb. When I put any values in the OC settings the console just sits are the OC settings part and never turns on the miner. I've tried 915 core and 2200 mem with power level 5 and get nothing. I've also tried it with power level 7 and still nothing. So as of now it mines at default of 915 core and 2080 mem and gets about 21 mh/s.
If you want i can look into your rig but you would need to email me at admin@simplemining.net with ether forwarded 22 port of your miner or team viewer details to any windows in the same network + ip address of your miner in network.
I can look at this why is it not mining but most propably its something wrong with risers ir hardware ? Did you tried less gpus or switching risers ?
In mining world, rig could make unpredictible problems. Switching risers can even fix problems Smiley
Once i had this stupid rig which was crashing all the time, i switched gpus, risers, nothing helped so i disassempled it and connected everything once again.. Gueess what  ... It started to working ok Cheesy
Anyway try if you rig will start mining with 1,2,3,4,5 gpus and see if one of them causing problem that it stops on OC.
1496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 10:53:53 AM
You see, this is Linux advantage.
It just works Smiley
Thats why most servers in the world are on linux.
The disadvantage of linux is that you have little performance loss like 1-3 % and you propably need to have custom bios (but you need to have it anyway if you want to squeeze best profits)
But if you will add managment of farm 100+ rigs then managing this Windows "thing" is F massacre Smiley
I personally am using Windows on my Lenovo Yoga 3 14 laptop while linux just had too many issues on it.
But i would still go to Professional MAC (its also unix system) + servers and miners on Linux.

1497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 10:32:30 AM
im flying back to thefarm - and going to setup - and fire up - the amd cards all over again ...
i have become 'wanting' to testing this software - but with all nvidia cards at the moment - i cant ...
a couple of weeks ill have this running ... i hope ... ahem Tongue ...
Wink ...
#crysx

Most of users in mining has AMD gpus, and i am doing first things that most people want.
Later ofcourse i want to implement other features such as nvidia but its really not my priority (too little users)
1498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 20, 2017, 07:58:10 AM
how about hard drive burst mining, that is certainly a feature i would love

Not any soon.
1499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System on: March 19, 2017, 04:25:44 PM
The Pandaminer B3 with 470s would have been so sweet with your powerstage "0" settings Phil.
Too bad out of stock. I didnt manage to get a unit too. Wasted opportunity.
My local contact is trying to get a unit for me -- but it will depend how much premium they want for it.
I still dont know why you guys are buying this Panda miners Tongue
It is more expensive and it would be much harder to sell it.
Aslo warranty is 1 years versus 3 years.

in this OC ? or you mean OS ?
And what you mean Wake on lan ?
you want to take other PC's fro this linux ?
I dont support any of that, nobody needs it, rig should work 100% time Smiley
