Adult conversations are about talking, listening and conveying a logical response to the information presented, yes.  Not talking and responding with things like "bullshit, crazy, drug addict, etc"  Those are all labels, judgments.  They are what 4th graders do when they cannot think of an intelligent thing to say.

Dank, dank, dank, you just don't get it do you?

I can only judge you on your words you have written in this forum, as I have never met you in person. So any judgement is based on what you have given us.

Talk about drugs in nearly every post. Username name is drug orientated. This is fine, but don't moan when you get labelled as a druggy.
Post a video of you riding irresponsibility on bike, no insurance etc. This is fine, but don't moan when you get labelled as an idiot.
Bankrupt. Defaulted. Can't pay creditor. This is fine, but don't moan when no-one trusts you with another loan.
Don't want to get a job because of beliefs. This is fine, but don't moan you have no money.

I could reel off dozens more, but this is hard work typing on a mobile device. You get the picture. You and only you have given us our judgements. No-one else.

It's so simple.
If you don't want to be labelled a druggy. Don't act like a druggy.
If you don't want to be labelled a scammer. Don't act like a scammer.
If you don't want to be labelled lazy. Don't act lazy.

Again I could post dozens more.

Something to think about dank.

BADecker I just love how you ignored the statement about how you say humanity popped into existance according to our argument (which according to you is impossible) then you ignore the questions of "so god just popped into existence?" as if the statement was never made. Good show my boy.

Which proves my point.
Trouble with all this so called "research" is that the researcher is very often blinkered by his own beliefs.
Reading the parts they want to believe in and quickly skimming passed the bits they don't, is not research.
1543  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: August 31, 2014, 06:35:54 PM
Evolution has never been disproven. If it had it would no longer be a theory.
Its not our job to dispriove God. You say he excist. You have to prove it.

Again where is your evidence?
It's in a book written by men who smoked too much weed, around 2000 years ago.
They keep talking nonsense, 'Evolution was disapproved' sigh.

What's wrong with nuclear weapons  Huh
In good peoples hands, nothing.

Good people do good, bad people do bad, regardless of religion.
Religion makes good people do bad things...
So much win in this reply. Yes it does, then they blame it on the 'devil'.  Roll Eyes

But my all time favourite quote has got to be:

"Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day.
Teach a man to fish, and he will feed himself for life.
Teach a man religion, and he will starve praying for fish."

So true, so true.

Tell me what you believe.  And ask about why I believe what I do instead of calling me names.  That's how grown ups have intellectual conversations that communicate logic.

I believe a roundabout near me is a traffic accident waiting to happen and something should change.
I believe my water bill was over charged last quarter.
I believe that knocking could be a worn bush on my car.

Tell you about I believe in what dank? Be more specific. Believe about what? This will be the last time of asking.

We don't need to ask what you believe in, as you tell us endlessly without needing to ask.

Adult conversations are about talking and listening. You mostly just talk.
1545  Economy / Lending / Re: Am about to go homeless, could use some help on: August 31, 2014, 05:09:18 PM
Why don't you all share your affirmations and beliefs as I do
Because we are free to have a choice. The world doesn't revolve around you.

You hardly answered the question.  I didn't say you didn't have a choice nor did I say the world revolved around me.

Why don't you share your affirmations and beliefs instead of judging people you don't know?  Can you seriously answer that?

Be more specific and I'll answer? Beliefs about what subject?

Everybody judges, it's part of being human.

Would you ask Dank to thoroughly research drugs for you? Of course not, the report would be bias.

My statement still holds true regardless of your ideas and opinions. Here, I'll make it easier to understand:

We are no closer to proving god than 1000 years ago. FACT.
We are no closer to disproving god than 1000 years ago. FACT.
No evidence exists in favor of god, same as 1000 years ago. FACT.
No evidence exists not in favor of god, same as 1000 years ago. FACT.

You just don't get it do you? Religion/God works because it is a faith.

There's not meant to be any evidence/proof. That's the whole point..

C'mon, I'm not even religious but I still "get" how it operates.

But the reverse is true as well.

We are no closer to disproving God, either.

Ehh? Did you read my post or are you too blinkered to bother?
1548  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: August 31, 2014, 12:27:31 PM
And yes, you are right.
God does not exist.
I've no idea if God exists or not. Same as every single person on this planet.

All I can say is, if he does exist, when it's my time to get called into his office, I hope he's got some good excuses ready!
1549  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: August 31, 2014, 11:44:27 AM
Question; what is the worst man-made invention. A or B?

A) Nuclear weapons.
B) Religion.

You are asking the wrong question...

Question; What is real, A or B?

A) Nuclear physics.
B) Religion.

Both are real.
Nuclear physics: Fukushima.
Religion: Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism etc....

Replace 'religion' with 'god' then it works.

unsubstantiated claim, conjecture, speculation, presumption

less acid, more education...

Less judgment, more life experience...

Less talking, more listening...

Eventually, everything will be known. Eventually.

Not sure if that's a good thing or not for the human race. Smiley

And they are now being challenged

You do realise that the discussion going on in this thread has been discussed over and over and over for thousands of years?
No closer to any scrap of evidence or proof than we was 1000 years ago, and no further from any scrap of evidence or proof than we will be 1000 years from now.

This applies to both sides of the argument.

You do realise that don't you?

Wrong!

The machine nature of our universe has been recognized for thousands of years, even though it hasn't been said like this very often. Everyone knows that machines have makers. Cars and televisions don't simply jump into existence by themselves. Everyone has recognized God through the evidence of nature and the universe. Modern science has proven more than ever the machine quality of our universe.

Some people, for whatever stupid reason, decide that they are going to set aside the overwhelming evidence of the machine quality of nature, so that they can make a level field to let the stupidity of what they call evolution theory enter.

What this boils down to is politics. It is political propaganda, just like organized religion is political propaganda to a great extent in some areas. Political propaganda exists for one basic reason. It is a tool used by the few to take control of the many.

Smiley

That's cute, cut out half of your quote to give your own reinterpretation to my words.

To be fair dank, does it really matter anymore? If it was unclipped would your reputation change in any way? Would your loan request be fulfilled? Would your druggy camp idea materialize?

No.

The reputation you assign to me is the image you will see in yourself.
It must work both ways. Hello shill. Cheesy

You do realize I'm about to ascend humanity at the music festival and prove the quantum nature of our universe, correct?
Please keep your nonsense in your own pointless threads.
