Some people, for whatever stupid reason, decide that they are going to set aside the overwhelming evidence of the machine quality of nature, so that they can make a level field to let the stupidity of what they call evolution theory enter. What this boils down to is politics. It is political propaganda, just like organized religion is political propaganda to a great extent in some areas.
