Wow, I got this information from cloudbet that they are focusing on e-sports when the other sports are almost dead.
That's the only way we can fill in this space and time.

Yes, great timing to launch eSports with the sports calendar on lockdown. Some highlights for this week:

CSGO

ESL Pro League CS GO - both  Europe and NA (North America) - is the first season of the league following the introduction of permanent partner teams to the league as well as the transition to a single global league instead of multiple regionalised leagues.

The regular season was initially intended to be held in a studio environment in Malta but was cancelled and moved online due to COVID-19. The league was later regionalised and moved entirely online with the finals being cancelled.

LoL

This week the biggest LoL action is LCK Spring 2020 with the standout matchup Gen G vs T1

I have never gambled on esports before. Does it encompass Computer generated Virtual leagues/matches or it's purely live sports played by video gamers?

Esports is always player(s) vs player(s) in various video games. Most notably, there's CS:GO, Dota 2 and League of Legends played commonly, and the COVID-19 situation has brought Fifa 2020 betting offerings to a lot of books. It's similar to traditional sports where you can analyze how teams have played, watch live, etc to try to gain an advantage. Computer generated CPU vs CPU games (or predetermined results with a sports aesthetic on it) are generally called Virtual Sports.

Thanks DarkStar,

Great explanation. This article on the Cloudbet blog introducing eSports betting might help. We should have an announcement on the addition of Virtual Sports to our casino soon, but in the meantime Football Manager is a great substitute for the real thing. Or for another fun distraction just try our slots in free play mode.

How long does it take in usual? By the way, I always like to bet with the Asian handicap especially over/under, does your betting platform support this type of gambling? What is the minimum limit without being subject to KYC?

Hi tenakha,

Answers to your questions:

  • KYC, if required, takes very little time so long as the document guidelines for ID are followed.
  • We definitely support Asian Handicaps.
  • KYC isn't related to minimum limits.

These FAQs may be helpful.

Obviously our sports menu has been badly impacted by Coronavirus but there are still markets available, and of course the casino has plenty to offer. We are updating this article with what's on and what's off.

Sporting Events Surviving the Coronavirus

Global sport has been decimated by the Coronavirus pandemic, but there are some events that have survived.

Australia leads the way with action still taking place in the NRL, Aussie Rules and A-League soccer.

If you’re an eSports fan Cloudbet’s new Beta platform has just launched 67 new markets, primarily in CS:GO, Dota 2 and League of Legends.

We're trying to keep bettors up to date via this blog article, which shows those events still available for betting and how the Cloudbet Casino can fill the betting void.

How have your betting habits changed as a result of the Coronavirus? Let us know.

Stay safe.

CLOUDBET STOLE MY MONEY and fully ignores me from 13th March.

I made bet at Auto Roulette 21.7+21.7 mbtc.
Then they wrote - Your bet was not placed. Your balance will be updated soon.
This bet WON of course.
Then I tried another little bet about 0.2 mbtc. Again the same shit - Your bet was not placed. Your balance will be updated soon.

I moved to another roulette and what do I see? - My balance - 0.0008111.
Lorena in support said - clear your cache. I asked her to check my balance and she said 0.0008111 - so wtf did she say to clear cache???

Ok then I wrote here in forum to Cloudbet represantative. But he ignores me from 13 March.

They just stole my money. IS THIS NORMAL???

173  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM Cloudbet - Locked my account because of accusations of using BOT softwares on: March 16, 2020, 11:10:41 AM
Cloudbet doesn't want to cooperate nor are they willing to provide any investigation and proof to me.

I filed complaint to Curaçao eGaming and hopefully they will push Cloudbet to send me my money back.

I will keep everyone updated.

Hi,

We sent you an email on March 4, and have again sent it twice today (from support@cloudbet.com). It includes the multiple account details, so it is not accurate to suggest that we aren't sharing any information. We have also sent it via DM today, if for whatever reason you are no longer able to access our support emails.
