Thanks for answering, mate Smiley Tried to withdraw straight to Binance and it actually worked! As a side note, hope you can instruct the support guy as well regarding this, as he was unable to give me a clear answer. I'm not sure if he understood the difference between a legacy address and the new one starting with q, as he clearly gave me a copy/pasted answer. After that convo, I've just decided to ask here and I'm glad I could get a clear answer from you.
TL;DR: Withdrawal done, problem solved.

No problem at all, glad you got your funds! Smiley

For me to follow up on this with the support agent, can you please share your Cloudbet nickname/registered email address via PM so I can locate the chat logs?

Cheers
Peter @ Cloudbet

1163  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet are crediting players with BCH; May the Fork be with you on: May 04, 2018, 10:44:33 AM
Today is a very special day!

How have you been spending your Fork windfall funds from Cloudbet?
1164  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: May 04, 2018, 10:40:31 AM
@Cloudbet or anyone else who did this before:

Is the new BCH adress type ( like  bitcoincash:qz4q5x....  ) compatible with Trezor, Ledger, Binance, etc where you're only assigned a Legacy BCH adress that starts with 1 ?

Hi N1CKH0LAS, thank you for your question.

You are able to withdraw and deposit to/from a legacy wallet. In your dashboard, you will also be provided with a legacy wallet address:

https://www.cloudbet.com/en/players/wallets/deposit/bch

Hope this helps!

1165  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet SCAM? on: May 03, 2018, 01:23:13 PM
I wouldn't say that they are a scam, but they have proven in the past to be pretty shady, especially on the identity verification end of things.

The problem is that they let you deposit without any sort of ID, don't actually warn you about any potential ID verification unless you are diligent enough to read through their entire terms and conditions section. And there are absolutely no warnings until it's too late for you to produce IDs.

For it to be fair for the customer, I think the most sensible thing to do as a business, espeically when involved with bitcoin where privacy is valued highly, would be to not allow deposits until one is ID verified, or at least have a warning when one deposits that withdrawals will require ID.

Your only options would be to try negotiate an alternative outcome with the support of Cloudbet, and hopefully they budge on their rules; or to submit the ID docs required.

Thank you for this feedback, magneto - I will ensure it is passed on to the team.

If you have had an issue with Cloudbet, please let me know your nickname/registered email address so I can look into this for you.

Many thanks
Peter @ Cloudbet

So did you confiscate my funds or will I ever get a reply?

Why don't you say it straight away when you don't intend to pay out my BCH funds?

Hi h4ns,

I am sorry for this - I have checked and an update was sent to you on Friday regarding this problem.

I will forward the response in a personal message to you, if this has not been received.

Many thanks

HI Peter,

I sent you a PM so hopefully you can investigate my issue.
thanks!

Hi oloofa, message received and replied!

Hello Cloudbet!

I've been using your site for years and I noticed that there are no more volleyball games. Any reason or explanation? Thanks!

Good question! We’re making some enhancements to our site experience, so until further notice will be unable to offer Volleyball betting until these improvements are complete.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Thanks,
Peter @ Cloudbet
1172  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: April 26, 2018, 08:26:29 AM
Thank Peter for your action, however it is still pending.
It is getting ridiculous. Why is it take so long to approve my tx, I contacted support 3 times, and everyone says "will", and "very soon", but nothing happens

Hi cactus87, I have just sent you a private message and believe the issue is now resolved, but please let me know if there is anything further.

It's still not possible. No answer by the tech support either.

Seems like Cloudbet blocked my account for withdrawals.

I am sorry that you have not received an update on this, I will chase this up with our technical support team.

Hello!
I also have a problem with!
I do not receive money for 5 months! Account blocked, support for letters is answered, but do not know anything! Here at the forum I also asked for help, so far no one has helped!

I'm sorry to hear that this is not resolved, kill7777 - I will speak to our customer service team again and escalate the situation, however I am unable to guarantee any changes to an account.

Thanks,
Peter @ Cloudbet

Hi Cloudbet,

I have an issue with my account. I  tried to reach through the chat and by email but it seems you haven't replied yet. Is there a way we could solve the issue by PM maybe?

Hi,

I have problems with withdrawal, it is pending since 24 hours, and the live support cannot help, just saying, I will receive my funds, but no time frame, no SLA, just "will"
Does anybody else having issues with withdrawal?
According to the support, they are processing the payments manually, and I strarted to worry, this used to be a bad sign

Hi both,

I'm very sorry to hear of these issues, please send me your Cloudbet nicknames and registered emails so I can take a look for you.

Thanks
Peter @ Cloudbet
1174  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CLOUDBET SCAM on: April 23, 2018, 01:42:24 PM

It seems that there is a lot of issues with Cloudbet or at least a lot of complaints here at the forum. How are these issues playing out? I believe It would be very helpful if there is some updated how this ended? It seems that there are a couple of you that have issues with Cloudbet, however, I have personally not had any issues with their services which in turn does not mean that there aren't any. Would be nice to see if these issues have been solved or not and I think this would help a lot of new and existing players to be more cautious (If it is needed)

Isn't there a Cloudbet representative here on the forum? No comments?

Hi hejioei,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Peter and I am the Community Manager at Cloudbet.

We were absent on this forum for a while which I do apologise for. I know players were having issues in the meantime, and for that I am really sorry.
I have not reached out individually to all the users in this thread due to the length of time that has passed, but I am happy to look into any and all queries if anything is still going on. I just didn't want to bring up an older thread as that's not usually good practice, AFAIK.

However, I have been responding to issues in our ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.0), our new one about the introduction of Bitcoin Cash (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3268489.0), and any private messages/additional threads that are created.

If you (or anyone) has any questions about Cloudbet, big or small, I am here to help.

Thanks
Peter @ Cloudbet
1175  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTS BOOK RANKINGS ~ COMPLETELY USER GENERATED on: April 23, 2018, 01:35:53 PM
[4] Sportsbet.io - very good bookies but not the best offert. They don't have a lot of matches but still better limits than other soft bookies.
[3] Jetwin - I play there few month ago and this bookie isn't very good for me. Not the best offert and very low limits.
[3] Coinbet24 - not the worse offert but KYC and very low limits (I have max 5mbtc per bet)
[1] 1xbit - the worst bookie I ever try. Yep offert and odds are the best, but they scam all time their users. If you earn you can't withdraw it. It's sad because the will be for sure at 1 place if they don't rob theirs users.

I also try Cloudbet but will write my review later because after 9 days I still don't have my money (withdraw pending). So don't know what think about this situation.

I am glad I was able to help you receive the funds in the end @Sondrax.

If anyone has any further questions about Cloudbet, please do let me know.

Thanks,
Peter @ Cloudbet

Peeps - You've been much too easygoing in your response to "Peter".

Beginning with post #2609 on 11-21-17 - FIVE MONTHS AGO - I tried contacting Cloudbet.
After numerous tries, and numerous failed logins, and numerous times their software said I'd be sent a Change of Password form which never arrived, and numerous emails to their non"Support"  - NOTHING. No response.

Now "Peter" pops in Five Months Later, with no acknowledgement (and apparently no knowledge) of why Cloudbet is an "F" book due to lack of response - not only to myself but to Peeps and a few other posters who had the same lack of response.

He doesn't even realize that Cloudbet is "F" rated, as he doesn't mention it or ask you about it.

It seems most likely that the owner of this non-functional failed book turned it over to "Peter" with a "Take the keys, see if you can milk it" attitude.

"Peter's" post is not reassuring in the least.
This book is an "F" "Avoid".

Is anyone using this book currently? Please post if so.

Hi Harib, I'm sorry to hear of your issues.

In terms of acknowledging our absence, you may have missed the post I made in our ANN thread (#4657) but I'm happy to copy this below for you:

Hi folks,

My name is Peter and I am the Cloudbet Community Manager.

You may have noticed we’ve been absent from Bitcointalk recently, which I appreciate isn’t helpful for those players that have been posting issues. I am sorry for that experience and am here to rectify this going forward.

I am here to help, but I am unable to discuss specific account issues in this public forum for data protection reasons. I will, however, be available via PM, or better yet if you contact support@cloudbet.com I will do all I can to escalate your query within our helpdesk.

I will be updating this thread and other topics with the latest Cloudbet news and responding to your queries in as short a time as possible, however during peak times and at weekends there may be a bit of a longer wait.

We are very excited about an upcoming campaign that should bring much more positive news for Cloudbet players on Bitcointalk. Watch out for that update very soon!

I’d like to thank you for being patient with us, and really hope to be able to make a difference to the community here from now on.

Many thanks,
Peter @ Cloudbet
---

I apologise that I didn't address your previous query - I was unsure if issues from 5 months ago would still be ongoing - but I am of course happy to look into this for you if you are able to PM me your email address/Cloudbet nickname.

In terms of Cloudbet being "F" rated in this thread, I completely understand the reasoning and am here to make a positive impact moving forward so that we can directly improve things and organically grow our reputation - I know there are no quick fixes and would not expect there to be.

Thanks,
Peter @ Cloudbet

Hi h4ns,

Sorry to hear this. Can you PM me your nickname/email address so I can have a look at the support ticket for you?

I believe the issue may be to do with whether you have a legacy wallet or not, but would like to take a look for you.

Thanks
Peter @ Cloudbet.

Cloudbet is a scam.

I am sorry to hear you feel this way, BITHISPANIA, please do send me a PM and I will be happy to look into any issue you have been having.

Thanks,

1180  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet are crediting players with BCH; May the Fork be with you on: April 16, 2018, 11:41:22 AM
Hi BitcoinSupremo,

In terms of our withdrawal procedure, over 90% of withdrawals are processed instantaneously.  For larger withdrawals, we are required to run due diligence checks and, in some extreme cases, require proof of ID.
In these cases the process time is not in our hands as we have to wait for a player response before we can legally release funds.

I appreciate that a clear and definitive timeframe would be preferred and have fed this back to our customer support team.
Generally speaking, larger withdrawals are processed manually which is more time consuming, but the vast majority of withdrawals are instantaneous.

Hope this helps,
Peter @ Cloudbet

I placed a bet yesterday Arsenal Corner Matchbet and I won it, I only placed 0.002 and won 0.00214 so I withdraw 0.00414 today morning and this  withdrawal was processed instantly, great to know that. Now one last question and consider me a new customer, what is the minimum amount that requires manual checking so I never pass that and receive my withdrawal instantly ?

Hi BitcoinSupremo, congrats on your win! And I'm glad you were able to withdraw this instantly.

Each withdrawal request is judged on its own merits against several criteria which includes, but isn't limited to, the amount requested. So though I cannot, unfortunately, give you a guarantee that withdrawals below a certain level will always be processed instantly, you are very unlikely to see delays with similar requests.

I have passed on your feedback that a defined limit scale for withdrawals would be beneficial.

Hope this helps,
Peter @ Cloudbet.
