I appreciate your concerns, but can assure you that we are focused as ever on paying out players as quickly as possible.
The overwhelming majority of player withdrawals are still processed instantly. The small number of cases where there are delays are generally because the specific circumstances require further action.

Hi all, just wanted to give an update to this situation which was addressed on our Cloudbet thread in the Gambling section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.new#new@betexpert2018/Kraac - I have discussed your issue with our Support Team, and despite your explanations I can confirm that your account will remain blocked. The issue is not about whether you shared an IP, but that you created two separate Cloudbet accounts. The use of multiple accounts breaches our terms and conditions, specifically: 5.1.9.2: Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. Our T&Cs are unambiguous in relation to the use of multiple accounts, and we encourage all players to familiarise themselves with them when signing up to Cloudbet. Your main account is still active enabling you to access our services, but please refrain from creating duplicate accounts in future. If you are still unhappy with the decision you are are of course entitled to bring the matter to our ADR and we will be happy to cooperate with any investigation, we can provide them with our findings and their decision would be final. @Joel_Jantsen - I cannot discuss the specifics of a player’s account or personal details via a public forum, but rest assured this has been thoroughly investigated and we are certain that an intentional breach of our T&Cs took place which are explicit in prohibiting the creation of multiple accounts, which is what happened here. The player’s explanation does not address that simple fact. The player has also received an email response from our support teams and has been in direct contact with me via Twitter DMs. In situations like this we always take time to study the facts and whenever reasonable give the player the benefit of the doubt wherever possible. The Bitcoin casino and sportsbook industry is a fairly small but well-connected community, and we know that no legitimate operator would survive long by taking advantage of their player base. No, nobody is in direct contact with me, let alone any 'specialists'. Since the very beginning, since last Friday, I have only received ONE generic email signed by 'Scott' saying that everything is taken care of, without even acknowledging my problem, even though everything was explained in the quote section attached to the email. Apparently nobody had read what I had written in my support tickets. Saying that everything is all right is nothing but joking. You have clearly not taken this seriously, thinking all of this is a joke. Now that my lawyers discovered interesting details about the missing licenses of Cloudbet, I don't think it will be amusing anymore. They agree it is very absurd of Cloudbet to have taken the risk of unlawfully withholding a lousy amount of less than 2 grands. This might very well be the cheapest ever scam attempt in the world of unlicensed bookies with the most expensive consequences. My withdraw from 27th April stay stil pending. You forget me.....
I am very sorry for this delay. This has been escalated to our support team and I have reached out to you privately. I expect Cloudbet to pay the bet correctly, the status of a bet can not be changed three times and finally canceled , there is an official result of the match and the bet is winning

And surprisingly enough today, right after I had my first meeting with my lawyer discussing your actions, 'Scott' from your team contacted me by email. Of course, he had not read about my problems as he acted as if this was a standard withdrawal delay issue. Even within the message he had sent, he quoted my support ticket in which I had explained what exactly my problem was. Then again, in his email he kept telling he was 'unable to identify any chats where your session was terminated by an agent'. Fortunately, your website is still sending automated copies of my support tickets and live chats to my email, even if it gets terminated by your side so I found it, as I mentioned above, copied the chat where your agent disconnected me and sent to 'Scott'.
I still can't believe you have purposely chosen to keep going down this road of continuing such mischief. I think all the people whom you have previously pulled this scam off were too afraid to demand their rights on a legal basis. Well, I'm afraid you have messed with the wrong person this time, and presumably for the last time.

Hello, very strange comment from your side. On the website online from Friday there are no bets on MLB. Maybe You do not understand but the bets before the match is there and everything works as usual. But there are no bets during the match . Chat support couldn't answer why they weren't there and when they would return. This occurs on the computer on any browser. Once again all that was lost was live betting on major League baseball, to individual match betting has remained as before.
Sorry for any lack of clarity - this appears to be a technical problem which I need to pass over to the team, and therefore any information you have about the situation is important to relay so they can attempt to recreate the issue. As you have specified this was in relation to Live betting, this is currently being investigated. Once again, my apologies for any inconvenience caused over the weekend.
