They haven't paid out for days and no one seems to know who they are to contact them.

They are still forging blocks though.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNITED BITCOIN on: March 06, 2018, 03:14:54 AM
it's worth so little that the time taken during the claiming process is more valuable than the coin. so bother with this at all? you could do a few airdrop forms in that time and make much more.

Do you still believe in airdrop that they can make much more benefit for us when join it?
I am not so that sure because i join some airdrop and they dont worth and also i dont get the token from filling the form.
However may i know how much is 1 united bitcoin?

It's too late to join the BTC airdrop.
It would have been worth it in Phase 1.
As for Phase 2, they are still (2 months late) dropping to those addresses.  They made it up to addresses with .4999 in them, but it would appear they missed a lot of addresses and are going back to fill those now.

In the mean time the price is dropping fast and so the only people that are/were able to benefit are those that didn't have much btc to begin with.  So, if your intent was to dump, it's becomming less and less worth it to even deal with the coin.  If your intent is to buy it, then the price is getting better and better for you as more addresses are able to dump.

At this time, they are worth $44.43.
In the beginning, they were a few hundred, but before you could even dump on the market, the value was under $100.

I saw the airdrop to altcoin holder, not just a member of sem?Or what the proportion of them are going to airdrop.

No idea.  Nothing's been announced.  Currently just rumors.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SEM] Semux - Official Thread on: March 03, 2018, 03:39:02 AM
Looks like another scam.

This coming from a new account only pumping MTC.

Thanks for your worthless review.

When will the last Semux airdrop to BTC holders be distributed?

That would be February 25th - it's over (unless another drop is announced).

I didn't get the drop on 2 of my addresses is there a way to fix it? I believe there is some kind of problem when signing certain addresses.

The only way to 'fix' it would be to have one of the mods (dev team) allow you to claim it after the fact.  At this point, it is supposed to be over with.

I really doubt it is certain addresses.  Probably just a mistake in signing.

In my case, I didn't get 3 addresses done.  Could be any reason as to why they didn't work.  Their fault and/or mine.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SEM] Semux - Official Thread on: February 26, 2018, 05:23:29 AM
signed up for the latest airdrop earlier this week but still haven't rec'd anything.  not sure if this is normal or if they're still distributing.  hope all is well.  thank you

They just got paid out about 20 mins ago.

Well, I got all mine except for 3 addresses.  Possible I made a mistake on those though.  Meh.

So, if you didn't get them yet, then it's likely you did something wrong.

Guess that depends on the number of Bitcoins you had.

BTC Gold is still the 2nd highest paid fork.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: February 22, 2018, 02:18:07 AM

Do you guys have already fixed the Segwit claim problem with the transition bot?HuhHuh?
Doesn't matter. Another promise broken...
If you were doubtful, don't announce it. Some people have bought GBYTE specifically for this airdrop, and are now royally screwed by the Byteball team (basically Tony).

You can't fix something that isn't broken.
You can't sign with a segwit address, so, it was never broken or possible.

You can't do it, so there is no sense bitching about it.   Meh, I guess you can complain all you want, but it's not going to change.
In the same token, you can complain that you can't roll a 13 on the craps table, but it will not change the fact that you can't roll it.

i went out of my way to sign a message for this march airdrop.  you should at least honor the march airdrop.

You mean you had to sign a message in hopes to get free money for the 30 seconds of work?  Sorry your labor wasn't rewarded with an airdrop that was never promised.  Yes, it was tentative, but nothing promised.  Shame on them for not giving free money to the public like they did for a full year.  Shame.
173  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: How to Claim BTG from Blockchain.info ? on: February 21, 2018, 04:22:38 PM
Claiming of the bitcoin gold might be possible, but this too needs a better understanding. In the past, during the fork of bitcoin cash similar incident took and blockchain.info themselves placed the fund in terms of bitcoin cash.

Claiming (or rather simply spending/moving/or whatever) is the same as other forks.

The only issue was that BTG had a hacked client on the site for a little bit.

Need help splitting off your BTG, message me; however, I would suggest you download the wallet and do it yourself.   It's as simple as a process as the other forks.

174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNITED BITCOIN on: February 19, 2018, 04:58:58 PM
Is there going to be another claim period?

The website doesn't say it will or will not.
Keep in mind that they haven't paid out the last two periods yet, although it is slowly being paid out.  Currently for bitcoin addresses that had less than .14
They are a month behind so far, and at this rate, it will take a long time.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNITED BITCOIN on: February 19, 2018, 03:55:28 PM
You mean that you succeeded to move your claimed coins (at last)?

No,
I mean to say that I have move some of my claimed coins, but only some small amounts.
Also, I used the electrum fork.    I will send you proof directly.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNITED BITCOIN on: February 19, 2018, 02:17:18 AM

According to what you describe they are distributing the coins at a kind of very low speed compared to how they took them, and starting by the lowest amounts, the explaination is probably simple: they don't want people to rush to sell them, so UBTC value does not drop shortly to zero

To protect people, thanks again

That's correct.

Here is the latest transaction of them paying.   It stopped again several hours ago.

https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1MFeSME6H8eeJSPDTt3yq7DSrEr8FUAkkY

Just watch the high amount move to the next address along with the set of payments.

On the strange payment that happened days ago on 1BTC balances, I was able to move those via the electrum fork.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNITED BITCOIN on: February 18, 2018, 05:19:41 PM
I just read about this fork.  Does anyone know the amount of premine? aka the "inactive" coins?

See above, there is no premine, they just transferred everything to themselves (except maybe phase 1 addresses) and might now refund the addresses that did fulfill phase 2 requirements

This is correct.
Just in case no one noticed, an important thing to remember is.... They have a GOD mode.   This means they can take your coins at will.  So, anytime you think you're safe, and no matter how secure your computer, wallet, etc might be, the coins can be taken.

As for the distribution... Phase 1 is done from what I can tell.  The coins that were 'unutilized' were taken.  Then phase 2 started and ended, but nothing was distributed.  Then Phase 2 'grace period' started and ended.  Now coins are being distributed, but very slowly and it's started from the lowest amount.  Strangely though, maybe addresses with exactly .5BTC and 1.0BTC were distributed first.   I've been following the distribution and all addresses up to .08BTC have been distributed. (note it's progressed passed this.)

Example:
This shows addresses with 1BTC getting paid.
https://www.ub.com/explorer/tx?txid=c67a2c3afa286c0160ea6bfcfeead542f8775f6f68fefb6f34aac4ba8734bf66

Random address from the TX:
https://blockchain.info/address/1LihQMsyne2J5n1RszYHabvPQ1pEv9jAZA -- Phase 2 movement
https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1LihQMsyne2J5n1RszYHabvPQ1pEv9jAZA  -- Shows it was funded, god mode removed, then refunded.

Random address from the TX:
https://blockchain.info/address/1MbkzeRuPXddkmQdqd6P4Xp8KWhT4Dhbua -- Phase 2 movement
https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1MbkzeRuPXddkmQdqd6P4Xp8KWhT4Dhbua  -- Shows it was funded, god mode removed, then refunded.

One that seems broken or I just don't understand is:
https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1NFjTJV6ATXQxWZvehSBs9a5ED7x3HNzA2
https://blockchain.info/address/1NFjTJV6ATXQxWZvehSBs9a5ED7x3HNzA2
- The first two transactions in date order are the standard funding and god mode removed.  The next is the transaction refunding the address because the bitcoin was moved for phase 2.  Strangely, the UB explorer shows a 4th transaction; however, it doesn't have anything to do with the address.

We are adding our own candidate to join the other “Alt-Bitcoins” in the ongoing forking Diaspora. We call it Bitcoin United (BTC-U) aka (BTC.BTS). The purpose of Bitcoin United to provide a solution so far advanced that there would be no reason to adopt anything else – thus avoiding a permanent breakup. Bitcoin will remain united through the sheer force of excellence of our long-proven, freely available technology.

I love this post.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: February 17, 2018, 06:54:37 PM

When I tried to link my segwit (starts with 3) with the transition bot it replied with this:
"Only P2PKH addresses (those that start with 1) can sign messages."
it said i can verify with a microtransaction but i rather use signing messages and dont see why it wouldnt work.

It doesn't matter what you rather do.
Your option is to do what the bot says or not do it at all.

You can't sign with a SW address, so you can't do it.

That said, if you want to register by using the signing method, then move your coins to an address that can actually sign messages (legacy / addresses starting with a 1).
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNITED BITCOIN on: February 17, 2018, 12:22:46 PM

Why would you call me a lier? I said what I did, sold them and that was that. I don't care about their shitty coin, fork or who's behind it.

Thank for your post; however, it doesn't prove that
Hell, it doesn't even prove that you used it to move the UB coins.

Then please provide in clear the addresses and transactions involved (email/PM me if you prefer), you are the only known case up to now as far as I know to have succeeded claiming UBTCs

Took two minutes to find it....
Block:  https://www.ub.com/explorer/block?block=504531

This is no way proves the wallet jason1959 is claiming was used, let alone being legit.
I call bullshit on it at this point, because those coins were NOT claimed coins.  They can be tracked back to many transactions over time and honestly appear to be a part of a spam or mixer network on the bitcoin chain.

Would love to see screen shots/info on the excrypts.org wallet.
