Just a small heads up. I would not insta-sell your coins haha. you think they are hard to get now? just give it 6 months to a year. with asic scrypt on the way to the other coins. most gpus will turn to this. making curecoin even more scarce. and if you sell for cheaper than 1cc=.1btc i would be willing to guarantee you will be disappointed in time to come. But hey I have only been minning coins since btc first came out. what to I know about coins FifthGhostbuster P.S. this is not me manipulating price in anyway shape or form. just giving people a heads up before they insta-sell for a quick $100 and be angry later they missed out on more. That's an interesting point, so scrypt asics wont work for folding? That's GPU only for 'ever'? Scrypt ASICs will never work for Folding. I don't know how folding works exactly, so I'm not sure it's possible to create an ASIC for folding. It might be though, it sounds like the work is repetitive, but I'm neither a folding developer or ASIC developer so I can't say anything about folding ASICs.

Another piece of advice, if you're running risers expect to take a huge loss on your PPD. My 750 Ti's are only achieving ~15k PPD on 1x to 16x risers each. :/
Have you completed 10 work units? If you haven't 15k isn't that bad for a 750 ti. Yeah with the passkey I was using, I had already completed hundreds of units for that, so I was eligible for QRB, I don't think 750 Ti's are very optimized for F@H yet though.

Is anybody folding on 750 Ti's? I can't seem to pick up Core 17 units even with client-type=beta. This sucks.

Sorry guys, I meant does stacksmasher have a link to the guy selling the modified CGMiner that allows ASICs on Scrypt-N for 10BTC.
Anyway, if you want to see how NVIDIA is catching up / passing AMD with certain algorithms, look at the 750 Ti's performance with algorithms included with CCMiner - it gets amazing efficiency for many algorithms included with CCMiner compared to AMD cards.

|
I have seen it with my own eyes, the guy wanted 10 BTC for the software (modified cgminer) I'm quite certain Scrypt ASICs cannot mine Scrypt-N coins, whoever said that earlier.
Scrypt-N looks promising, but I think the future of mining cards will be NVIDIA - look at their performance with all the algorithms offered in CCMiner, many cards perform better than AMD for these algorithms.
Do you have a link for that? I'm very interested.

Holy, I haven't looked at the pool profitability page for awhile now, last time I looked at it (less than a week ago) it was at 12GH/s. Now it's at 33.7GH/s! Seems like more and more people are getting their scrypt ASICs now. Nope. Just one big guy jumping from pool to pool. Sometimes he mines here, sometimes on waffle. Jeez he must have quite the farm of either ASICs or GPU's then, that's crazy!

How do I contact the guys at cleverming for problems?
Terk, the admin, checks in on this thread so it's one place to start. You could also try twitter: https://twitter.com/CleverMiningTerk seems pretty active on Twitter. If you entered your address incorrectly I'd try sending him a Twitter message.

I am updating the https://github.com/Paul-Bradley/EasyNode repo to include an OVA (Open Virtualisation Format) version of the triple-merge-mining "p2pool node in a box" VM image, so it's easier to import into other virtualisation software. Uploading now and should be available in an hour or so. Thanks so much! I'm in the process of testing out the VirtualBox image for it.

You could always split it up, say 25% towards mining gear, 50% into bitcoin directly and the other 25% into promising altcoins, that might be a good decision for you and your group.

I made a virtualbox image and howto so people can very easily run their own node to triple-merge-mine VTC+MON+PLX. Hasn't been tested yet, the port forwarding might break on your machine in which case I'll need to update the HOWTO so it can be added back in easily. I'd appreciate if someone could give it a try. Please note, I'm still uploading it at the time of posting this, it'll be a few minutes before the release files are available. The HOWTO is on the main page of the git repo. https://github.com/Paul-Bradley/EasyNodeHave the files been uploaded? I can't see them in the releases section yet.

I'm curious why the pool is having these 40% profitability compared to LTC hours, if the program can see that the current coin being mined is less profitable than Litecoin mining, why not switch to LTC mining?
I guess the program might not take into account how much money will be made/lost compared to the current BTC per MH/s per day due to the buy/sell orders, especially if it's an inactive coin with little buy orders.

I can vouch for Blazedout. (don't think he needs to be vouched for though, he has amazing BTC-OTC feedback) I bought one of these combos from him and it came packaged perfectly for a very good price.

Why today unexchanged doesn't turn to ready? It's growning and growing. Does it mean some issues about exchange or may be about forks? Thank you
Terk might have set it to hold a certain coin that he thinks will go up in value in the next few hours, which could be a possible explanation for that.
