1721  Economy / Lending / Re: Need .02 quick AGAIN on: June 21, 2014, 06:44:31 AM
Jaaawsh paid me back promptly on the arranged date, hope that he will do asap also with these other micro-loans
Same here.  Still owed from 0.02 btc loan I sent him.  But he has been staying in touch via PM.  Hopefully he has better luck with his next signature campaign.  Will update this thread if/when he ends up paying, etc.
1722  Economy / Lending / Re: I've been hacked, and now I'm screwed (Can anyone help?) on: June 21, 2014, 06:36:21 AM
Was your wallet encrypted? You should first find out how this happened to prevent it from happening again.
It's a very sad story.
I guess if 140 of us donated 0.1 (which is not a big amount) we could help you with your wedding.  Wink

Also try keeping track of the coins.
I've got little over a bit-penny (0.013 I think) on my coinbase account that I could lend if it would help.  Sure wish I had it all to lend to you but really struggling right now myself but I feel for you guys and sounds like it would do you more good than I if a few larger fish hoped in and helped you out as well.  Good luck and lemme know if you want me to send that.

Just cast my vote for p2pool.  Let's get this party started.

If not I'm thinking I need to snag them up Smiley
1725  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any ideas how to incorporate selling Diamonds and Jewelry with BTC? on: June 21, 2014, 06:10:22 AM
Great advice! Thanks!

I would honestly use my own cash to purchase whatever a Bitcoin enthusiast would like to purchase and then trade the Bitcoin for the items until my boss integrates Bitcoin but he's not too fond due to the medias insane defamation led by the banks and IMF etc.
Makes sense.  Also true what the other fella said about Reed's already taking it.  Apparently they are the largest jewelery store on the east coast here in the states.  60+ outlets I believe.

Anyway, good luck with your venture.
1726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal Integrating Bitcoin soon. on: June 21, 2014, 06:06:22 AM
I would be surprised to see paypal on board by the end of 2015 at this point.
1727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Misconceptions:we are in the 2nd PHASE of Bitcoin bullrun on: June 21, 2014, 06:04:18 AM
Technically speaking...the moment you get into bitcoin your an "earlier" adopter than everyone that gets into it after you :p
1728  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014 06 20] Permacoin: Repurposing Bitcoin Work for Data Preservation on: June 21, 2014, 06:01:54 AM
lol...whitepaper refers to bitcoin's PoW algorithm as SOP (scratch-off-puzzle), no intrinsic value.  I find the premise of the whitepaper fascinating.  Looks like there is already some activity on GitHub related to this project.  The more the merrier in my opinion, yeah things like maidsafe and storj are awesome, but the more experiments out there running the sooner things will shake out and the superior products will be left standing.
1729  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-06-210] Bitcoin Price Looks to Slip Further in Wake of Government Auction on: June 21, 2014, 05:56:25 AM
Wow, what a crazy news article for it to come out on the 210th of June, 2014. I never thought I would see the day.

This month does feel like it's dragging out a bit.
Is it just me or has time literally seemed to literally slow down since announcement of auction?  I can't be the only one :p

Anyway, I suspect price will start picking backup by mid July...fingers crossed anyway.
1730  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 0.05 BTC MicroSoul Physical Bitcoins 1/2 Troy Ounce Fine Silver on: June 21, 2014, 05:54:18 AM
Just took a look at the web-site.  Those are some sexy looking physicals I must say.  Wish I was in a position to take one off your hands.  Site isn't half bad either Smiley

Have to say I really enjoyed risking a small portion of my dividends from ad.sig campaign on pricedice.  Was looking pretty hopeless there right up until the end.  Actually left for the first time with a few more satoshi's then when I went in.

Automated betting worked well.
1734  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any ideas how to incorporate selling Diamonds and Jewelry with BTC? on: June 21, 2014, 02:48:13 AM
Took a quick gander at your website.  Looks like you carry some interesting stuff.  Although I did have a couple of viewing issue(s), might be my browser.  I'm pretty sure you'll get some interest.
1735  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Licence for Online Bitcoin Casino ----- which country is best on: June 21, 2014, 01:40:06 AM
Places I would look into if OP is serious.

1.) Germany (no need to pay taxes if BTC held > 1 year)
2.) Isle of Mann
3.) Bali
4.) Denmark (sneaking suspicion these guys will be extremely crypto-friendly within a year)
1736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you USE your BTC? on: June 21, 2014, 01:37:39 AM
As for my few coins.  I hoard what I can, and only cash out what I absolutely need to survive.
1737  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any ideas how to incorporate selling Diamonds and Jewelry with BTC? on: June 21, 2014, 01:34:38 AM
Provided you have any sort of "trusted presence/person" located within the states I would recommend using somebody like Coinbase.  Nice easy integration and decent Merchant options for cashing out directly to Fiat or doing %-based cashouts.

*note: US citizen would require a bank account as well.
1738  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Mining difficulty slowing down over the next 3 months? on: June 21, 2014, 01:33:02 AM
Think I agree with DrG here.  I seriously doubt there will be any kind of serious slow down daily network growth rate til at least middle of 2016.  Perhaps not even then if bitcoin is over six or seven thousand dollars a coin.
1739  Economy / Digital goods / Re: $100 Starbucks Gift Cards for $40 on: June 21, 2014, 01:25:33 AM
Also interested in a card provided I won't have any issue(s) using here in Oregon.

*and provided you can do another at $40 Smiley

Highly suspect.  Additional news of other asset is bothersome as well since I have shares in both :/
