1821  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Signature Campaigns on: June 15, 2020, 11:06:44 AM
Bookmarked! Great initiative on building a website for it. I've seen numerous attempts to make a compiled list of active Signature or even Bounty campaigns in the past, most are just listed on a Google sheet or just within a post. Most of those lists died out over time. I guess whoever started it just got bored of keeping the list up to date. I sure hope you won't go through all that. Just a little suggestion, add a little donation address in it; you might get a few donations from people who appreciate what you're doing.  Grin
Also, if you could list me as BM too that'd be amazing. My portfolio: [HERE]  Cheesy
To be fair, it's really boring to keep list updated, especially when design is just html/css. It isn't comfortable and worths nothing, I want to create more established platform where users will be able to add/edit their campaigns, designs, services and so on. It needs good backend and I lack that.
Right now, donation will be if someone helps me in backend development Cheesy

Nice website. It looks simple, but it's good to use. Though, if I would look for open signature campaign, I'm not sure that I would go to external website to look for it. First of all I would check Overview of signature campaigns topic and browse Services section. But if your website will be update frequent enough, it can become useful resource. It may even work as portfolio for campaign managers with history of managed campaigns and reviews about it.
If you already listed managers of campaigns and designers, maybe it would be good idea to add list of escrow agents to your website.
The idea is to make it look simple and useful, I think design is pretty good for the purpose of listing/reviewing signature campaigns. As I stated above, you can check how the details of sig campaign looks on website: https://adcampaign.net/landing.html

~snip~
I'll think about those suggestions regarding to UI.

A nice feature to have it would be a simulation on campaign ranking depending on a series of factor like:
  • BTC price (this is important for Campaign with payoff in fiat vs the ones paying in BTC)
  • number of post made per week
  • rank
Campaign sorting would be affected by the selection of above criteria.
I had a Google spreadsheet to do that, based on Mitchell thread, I think it's quite trivial to reproduce it so.
Sounds nice but hard to do, if anyone feels free to help in doing that, then no problem.

Great page.

I have a question about how filters really work. There are some campaign that pay per post, and others pay constant amount. How filter "low pay / medium/ high" is going to work in this situation?

Could you also add OPEN / CFNP / PAUSED filters.

In Managers section, each bounty manager has a number next to his nickname, it shows the amount of companies he managed in the past. Maybe it will be necessary to add the amount of campaign he manages now? It will show who is vacant, busy or extra busy right now.
It will be good to calculate prices of campaigns that pay per post in live automatically and then multiply 1 post's price on number of posts that you can post per week and in overall filter campaigns via weekly prices.
And the last feature is included in design, feel free to check all urls again.

Ops whats this https://adcampaign.net/designers.html , is this a listing for ANN thread designers? By the way I am a ANN designer, is it possible to be listed in your page? I can give you a commission. See my artworks here: https://layout.ph/ann-thread-designs if you are interested , please send me a PM.
Yes, it is. Thank you for your kindness but I don't plan to take commision from people. Need some time to develop this project cause I'm very busy. When I'll be finally ready, then doors will be opened for everyone. That page is just a demo right now.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions and respect! If anyone is willing to help on backend, PM me.

To be fair, questions were very simple and basic. Also there was non question asked where darknet and mixers could be linked to each other (second article that inspired you was about it). Personally, I was looking for an interview similar to this one: https://themerkle.com/interview-with-the-owner-of-bitmixer-io-a-high-volume-bitcoin-mixer/

Still nice interview, good luck!
1824  Other / Meta / Re: Is it allowed to post other forum or telegram group link within post body? on: June 09, 2020, 09:50:35 AM
If the situation requires, then why not? For example, you may include any other forum's URL in your post as a source to prove authenticity of your claim.
You can include telegram groups in your ANN thread, here are some other examples:
1. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5188165.0
2. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2422618.0

Overall, spam isn't allowed on this forum. If you legitimately include other forums or telegram group links, then, without doubt, you're ok.
And in your signature, you can include both of them. People were promoting forum cryptotalk recently, so...
1825  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New faucet game network on: June 08, 2020, 01:12:53 PM
It reminds me of old wap websites. Believe me, no one will ever wish to play on a website that has so bad UI.
Did you check how many people look for Bitcoin faucets (and altcoins) in search engines? How does the competition look like? Which websites are mostly visited after getting search results? And why? How are you going to monetize a website? Will faucet only be enough for that? Can you handle that business single-handedly? Cause with your website, it seems that you do so.
It's good that you have a different and entertainment method for claiming coins but what do you think, will that alone be enough for customers? Also, you need constant monitoring of getting rid of bots + some capital for business.

Plus, you must have a look at old faucet websites and learn from them. For example why freebitco changed their vision and is seeking to move from plain faucet website to casino? They added a lot of contests, sports betting and etc. (also want to remind that the more faucet you claim, the less reward you get if you don't wager earned bitcoins on their website).

I think the faucet industry, if we can call it that way, is dying or already dead.
1826  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: STATIC btc address on: June 07, 2020, 02:49:27 PM
The secret of two no further will go; the secret of three a hundred will know. So, don't use any 3rd party website for creating bitcoin address if you want to use that for saving bitcoins or for use.
Also in the footer of a website, is stated following: No warranty

Btw every generated btc address is static and not dynamic. You'll see dynamic addresses on online wallets like blockchain.com

Btw if you want to create customized bitcoin address, see this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5096373.0
The same but for SegWit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5144752.0

P.S. Use recommendations that other users gave to you regarding security.
1827  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New stupid/greedy move from Brave Browser on: June 06, 2020, 08:38:13 PM
The most curious thing is that Brave Browser states:
Quote
Get unmatched speed, security and privacy by blocking trackers.
When the browser itself redirects me to their referrals, how is my privacy protected? They already track me when I use their ref link.
This browser isn't different from others for privacy, sadly, marketing purposes everywhere. How can browser show me "relevant" ads and at the same time offer anonymity?

Also, don't forget that this browser received $7 Million from Peter Thiel's Founders Fund. To make it more clear, Peter Thiel is the chairman of Palantir Technologies, a company that specializes in big data analysis. And for me, it sounds illogical.
1828  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Signature Campaigns on: June 06, 2020, 01:26:25 PM
Thanks everyone for responses!

Right now, I added some pages:
Add Service --> https://adcampaign.net/add-new.html
Designer's List --> https://adcampaign.net/designers.html    (Thanks to bL4nkcode)

And the last and the best, signatures full review - https://adcampaign.net/landing.html

I decided to choose Hhampuz's profile cause he has very nice ANN threads.

Edit:
Little Mouse I'll include you, it's just demo right now.
cryptoaddictchie How campaigns will be added and other staffs, will happen via website but in a very different way. I want to create a platform where managers will be able to add/edit campaigns on website. Their accounts will be verified.
1829  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🏆 Cyber.Bet - Bookmaker for everyone that now accepts Bitcoin 🏆🔥 on: June 05, 2020, 09:17:56 PM
Hello guys!
Not many licensed betting companies support cryptocurrencies as a payment method. That’s why we are happy to announce that Cyber.bet, one of the leading international bookmakers, allows depositing and withdrawing with the most popular cryptocurrency - Bitcoin.
Well, as far as I know, a lot of betting companies that support cryptocurrencies, use license and in most cases, it's Curacao's license, like yours.
Also, your website isn't one of the leading international bookmaker, your website is pretty fresh (I checked some articles written about cyberbet (don' know whether they are paid ones or not but) and even some of them mentioned that you are brand new and not one of the most popular and these articles were written recently).

So, let's be honest.

Also keep in mind that a lot of people think about American football when they read word "football". I think it's better to use soccer in this case.
I liked the fact that you have sports related news on your website. I think your website needs a little bit optimization for faster load.

Otherwise, wish you good luck.
1830  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk Signature Campaigns on: June 05, 2020, 08:34:00 PM
P.S. Some functions aren't working and I know the design of ANN thread sucks Grin
Not sure if you are aware of this, just letting you know if you are not aware of it.

I get an error when I click the category listed below every signature campaign's name.

You just reminded me: I know that I know nothing.
Yeah, I know that it's not working right now. Right now, my priority is to work on the design of Add Campaign, Dashboard, Filters and landing pages for sig campaigns, managers and designers.

Awesome initiative  Cheesy, I like i already.

I would like to talk about the filters.
When i select a specific check box for example Low Pay or High. Nothing happens to the list. I think it should be able to automatically refresh when a given option is selected.

Also providing an ascending or descending button on the filters say for payment rankings for campaigns would be great. Something like High to low paying and vice versa instead of low, high and medium.
The problem is that I don't know PHP and other languages to make website fully functional. If there is someone willing to modify the design for Wordpress, it will be great.
1831  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitcointalk Signature Campaigns on: June 05, 2020, 06:15:49 PM

Website - Adcampaign.net

So, guys, I decided to launch a website that users can easily bookmark and check for bitcointalk signature campaigns list updates. Right now, there are also some signature campaign managers included and it's planned to add sig campaign designers too.

Idea is to create a website where people will be able to easily filter sig campaigns via btctalk ranks, campaign's age, campaign's managers, categories and so on. I plan to make a landing page for each campaign where users will be able to easily check requirements of the campaign, it's applicants, etc. Same applies to managers and designers.
To make list frequently updated, I plan to offer some people the possibility to edit campaign lists and update information.

Also down below, I included some useful btctalk pages and links.

P.S. Some functions aren't working and I know the design of ANN thread sucks Grin
1832  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is based on probability. on: June 03, 2020, 09:45:28 PM
People tend to get much profit in a short time and for this reason, a lot of them chooses daily trading. The problem is that you can't catch good moments daily, that's impossible. For this reason, it's better to catch the best moments that carry less risk and high profit, such moments don't happen rarely but a lot of people can't keep even a little patience.

Another problem is that they only see the past statistics of carts, not their behaviours. Traders have to analyze their mistakes and successes that happened in past, also check what happened during those times that includes not only prices of their trading subjects but also news around it and analyzing of what kind of reaction people have on specific news and why. Along with luck, power in trading is the right analyze of data and then predicting the future from past experience cause everything new is well-forgotten old.

Thank you guys for your responses.

More likely I'm looking for ready scripts. Chainsage came to my mind but seems website isn't available at the moment. I'm looking for similar script with similar, nice UI.

Thanks for api suggestions, if there isn't any good script, then I may build mine but still leaving this thread open.

1834  Economy / Service Discussion / Live Cryptocurrency prices - need advice on: June 02, 2020, 04:13:26 PM
Hello guys, which script do you recommened the most for live cryptocurrency prices? Something similar of coinmarketcap.

If there aren't any good, then which website's API do you recommened the most to build script and integrate?

Pep wants to lead only the biggest clubs, and after Barcelona, Bayern and Manchester City there are not many more opportunities for him  Grin
Real or Liverpool? No way!
So he'll either stay in Manchester or go back to Barcelona, in my opinion.
In Barcelona there is a lot of problems at the moment, the new coach is not accepted by most players, including Messi And if Barcelona don't win any titles this season, a new change of coach is likely.
Maybe it'll be the right time to get Pep back  Cheesy
I liked Guardiola's Barcelona but there is no way he will return there and I think it's not necessary too. I remember in some interviews he strictly stated that there is no way he will return in FC Barcelona but idk reasons. I remember a lot of fans didn't Luis Enrique and there were some rumors that footballers were against him too but he wasn't changed. To be fair, I don't know what's happening in FC Barcelona lately because of my busy schedule but I think again that current coach will be here at least for two years.

Btw I would love to state that recently it was confirmed: FC Barcelona will play to Real Mallorca at 10pm on Saturday 13 June (See more details).
1837  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion for improving user experience when reporting posts on: May 31, 2020, 09:50:43 PM
o_e_l_e_o
The main idea behind my proposal is that having some ranks and badges for reporters will reward people to report more spammy posts. We have ranks where you need for example 1000 activity + merit to get Legendary member. Merit requirement gives people a stimulus to write less spammy posts. If we implement something similar on reports, for example: 500 report - 95% accuracy <-- Level 1, 2000 report - 96% accuracy <-- Level 2 reporter and so on and this will be shown under profile, I guess it will probably stimulate people to report more posts. Won't be bad if we even implement it for rank up.

If we make reports/badges public like Trust, people may look up into profiles and check whether users really report spammy posts or not. If most of their reported posts are just personal revenge, such users should be banned.

And the reason why I stated some reporting ranks is that some users here really do deep investigation and report after that (logically their rank should be high).

Also I acknowledge that Moders are facing this problem but somehow there is no response from them. They know what they need, so it's up to their choice.
1838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reasons Why I Have Lost 50% Of Bitcoin on: May 31, 2020, 08:55:35 PM
Thats why hodling is much better than trading for persons without experience in it
Hodling isn't good in overall for people. Imagine you have one billion and don't touch it vs you invested one billion in business and create jobs for people. Which one is better? To my mind, second one. I know that your revenue grows without taking much risks but for society, I prefer second one, where the money isn't in stuck and it's in actual circulation.

Also OP, the problem is that a lot of people don't analyze that when you lose, someone wins. And another major factor is that people don't analyze again that not everyone can become professional footballer, basketball-player, etc. Same applies to trading, not everyone can become a professional trader. If it's not your job, just get out from it and do what you can do better.
1839  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun-Most trusted & coolest looking provably fair blackjack in Market on: May 31, 2020, 02:59:27 PM
Between all of that roadmap, BCH seems like the only one I would probably argue against but it is personal and I understand there are many people who likes it. BCH is just a very shady looking scammy coin for me because it was done in ill manners by the miners so they could get more profits for their work, which they are already getting the rewards of mining and should only want that since it was only promised thing, fee's weren't really in calculation when it was calculated yet they want more of it and when they couldn't they started BCH hence why I dislike that coin. But that shouldn't stop you, there are tons of people who gamble with it, and adding would probably get you more people. Doge is one that is gambled in many places, maybe that could get more attention from you.

I don't understand at all why they shouldn't add BCH on their website. BCH isn't a coin similar of bitconnect and why do they have to reject this coin? Will users lose money if they deposit BCH or what? A lot of casinos are adding BCH because there is a demand on it from players. There are a lot of people who got free BCH from their Bitcoins and are going to gamble. Also, a lot of people had Bitcoins saved on crypto casinos and when casinos supported BCH, users were able to claim those coins.

There are still a lot of people who like BCH because of its pros and cons. I think users have a right to choose the coin they wish to gamble and the more opportunities here, the better. They don't promote BCH over BTC like Roger Ver does so what's wrong?

Btw, without doubt, it will be nice to see Doge and many altcoins on the website.
1840  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The real value of blockchain on: May 31, 2020, 12:46:29 PM
I’m trying to figure out the REAL value of blockchain. For example creating social network on BC is totally useless, BC for cryptocurrency is the REAL value

Can someone explain what’s the real value, why would I build something on BC except for “decentralization”. If I can build something with other technology why would I use BC.

Please help me see the value in BC because I still don’t see it
The problem is that the things around blockchain technologies are very dramatized because of commercial purposes. A lot of business attracts a lot of people by just using this word and it looks like blockchain is all in one magic thing, while in reality, it's not like that.

Blockchain is a decentralized system that is used to record transactions across many computers. It's secured from Cyber attacks and equipment destroy because stored data is available worldwide on a lot of computers and isn't stored on a single one. All computers automatically block any attempt that is directed to manipulation with data.

So where can Blockchain Technologies be valuable?
I'll give you one example and that's a land registry, that I'll explain:
The benefits of implementing of blockchain technologies in land title registry are record reliability and a boost of security. BC technologies make registry transactions more accessible, more transparent and much more secure. It's impossible to delete, edit or manipulate with data that's stored on Blockchain. The authenticity of records is verified by the identical hashes available on Blockchain and on a website of land registry (hash is a combination of symbols that are unique for each document).
