If you dont get banned something is wrong with this place .......

Moderators do NOT remove likely scams.  They leave it up to the community to self police.  The OP has a negative trust rating, and that should scare off most newbies.

That's precisely  the issue, btc people ARE stupid  enough to send Coins  to these "high interest rate" scams  as has been proven
countless times in the past.

Maybe we should just call it the stupidity tax and let everyone get fleeced at least once or maybe more depending on their level of greed

The only problem I have with it is negative impact on btc as a whole,  mainstream news barely notices  when some investment company does something positive like investing a pile of money into development of  btc but when there's a scam it seems to get more publicity.... I can easily remember every major scam since about 2010-2011 but can't remember the names of venture capitalists who invested billions last year

Not many people spend their time reading the forums like regular users so is for that reason and that reason alone I will post on obvious scam threads when I see them.......

1843  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: -----Tired of losing money? Let us trade for you!----- on: October 27, 2014, 02:18:46 AM
Bernie Madoff only paid 12% a year and those rates were proven to be  impossible

You are offering 5% a month

If you dont get banned something is wrong with this place .......

Is this site housed?

As well as physical domiciles of all moderators/owners?

good questions
why is the domain owner name  privacy protected also ?
it should be public information
although it is not public,it is easy to know it
if this is an enterprise, the name of the owner should be public in the country where the enterprise has been made
the site has backups all across the world. moderators need their privacy to avoid thieves and scammers.

thats not even an argument
what could anyone  steal from a website owner  by simply knowing his name ?

the reason it should be public is only in the interests of transparency

if the owner was Mark Karpeles or BFL threads  about gox could be considered  impartial,
same goes for advertising
1845  Other / Off-topic / Re: Physical Torture Cubes on: October 26, 2014, 06:48:04 PM
isnt it called jail?

i mean its the same thing being in a cell for 40 years.

theres has to be some  differnce between regular jail and a  torture cube

in prisons  the worst   punishment is often solitary confinement

being locked in a cube all the time sounds a lot like permanent solitary

Some of them do much worse than that, I remember sometime back one of my friend was busted for having sex in car, the cop handcuffed my friend and took him to his car and told the girl to be remained seated nude in the car. After putting my friend in the car, he returned, molested (fingered) the girl for a while than told her to get dressed and then left them with a warning. They didn't filed a complaint because they knew that they didn't had any proof and the cop got away with it  Angry.
That's when you find out where he lives and finger his wife while hes tied to a radiator.

What the fuck is wrong with you? His wife is also one of his victims and you want to punish her for his crimes?

why is the cops wife a victim ?

Would you be cool with your husband/wife molesting other people while at work?

He is breaching the contract of marriage at the very least.

he should be fired from the force but ive seen so many bent cops over the years nothing they get away with  surprises me anymore

as for being a bad husband ,i suppose he is but thats not illegal

the sexual assualt should be and would be if anyone else except a cop was accused of it .....

Oh my god, that's terrible. This is why we should always film police encounters.

Yeah. It's very bad to hear such stories. Hopefully police dashcams can help both prevent & prosecute this things to happen as well as protect officers from false accusation.

Police dashcams are worthless as officers can turn them off at their will

Then they should have head-mounted cameras. If they have them in the cars I can't see why they shouldn't have them on their person. It will provide great evidence for both sides of the law if it's ever needed.

the  police already have body mounted cameras in most forces  and i dont think they  want to wear them

it takes away their use of the badge to beat the shit out of people

What is wrong with you? Police is not your enemy! See this "poor drunk girl" attempting to frame the Police Officer with sexual assault!

LOL

A Physical Torture Cube does not do much permanent damage. It is a form of incarceration.

And public with sufficient proof.

how do you know it does not do much  damage  to have tubes pumping in and out of your internal organs ?

have you factored in psychological damage even if the tubes are not physically painful ? its likely  very detrimental

for the subjects mental health even if its not what "torture" in the medievil sense

He means tubes in and out of the cube (supplying nourishment, removing waste), not in and out of the person.

If it was up to me i would let them die but in many countries prisoners  are not allowed to die and doctors will intervene
and force feed them via iv fluids.......a bad situation for the prisoner ,his family  ,the prison authoritys and the doctors as well

~most altcoins are based of a fork of bitcoin code so for the most part they ARE bitcoin ..  Wink

if people spent as much time developing satoshis bitcoin as making pump and dump  alts there would probably be a lot more btc services available but theres always the chance they might discover something useful that can be incorporated into bitcoin qt in a later release so their work is not a complete waste of time  Tongue

care to elaborate ?

A see-through cube with a chair inside. Tubes for healthy food and urine and feces. Conviction records outside.

punishable to the recipient or the beneficiary ?
1857  Other / Off-topic / Re: How you drink your coffee? on: October 26, 2014, 04:00:57 PM
Black. I used to put a little bit of milk and two spoons of sugar, but both of those things are unhealthy. Milk can't be digested by most adult humans and can cause acne/indigestion, while added sugar is just bad for you straight up.

The coffee does taste like shit for now, but I think I will get used to it. Rather be healthy.

i can drink and digest milk in pints  and have not suffered from acne or indigestion or anything else
i think the amount of milk in a coffee is trivial and will cause no issues for most people although
asians seem to be particularly sensitive to milk

The title says it all. I'm wondering how much it's worth. By broken, I mean that it's not cut in half, it just doesn't mine anymore.

How much is a used condom worth ?   Smiley
1860  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins are killing Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency as a whole on: October 26, 2014, 03:38:33 PM
I am not sure if they are killing bitcoins but they keep diverting people's attention from bitcoins to some shitcoins.

just keep your eye on the ball (btc) is all thats important
new shitcoins will come and go  every night but the best features if there are any will be ported to btc where is possible

i just wish the alt coins could be kept  in a separate forum or something so i didnt have to see them being pumped/dumped/pimped/spammed  so often in other areas of the forum because it just gets tedious having to scroil past garbage coins  in the btc forums
