2001  Economy / Gambling / Re: The latest cryptocurrency gambling on: August 21, 2022, 09:52:42 PM
maybe providing a Good ANN thread here and also being active in this forum will help Him gain trust and respect , because bitcointalk users knows how to assess a person or a site that will be promoted in this forum because we are tired of scams and fake sites.
I think every gambling platform should have an ANN thread to update information and discussion thread about the gambling platform being promoted. I would have preferred to read some of the member responses on the ANN posts as they are involved in that casino and would provide good/bad feedback on the gambling game system. The ANN thread has helped us review several new online casinos that have received negative trust for defrauding users and unfair gambling systems.

I agree, anything that is not on this forum has a disadvantage to the casinos that do bother to have an ANN and even those that go a bit further and have promotions. This is all about credibility and long standing reputation with the people who are into the cryptosphere and nothing creates that reputation better than being around all time and making sure issues are publicly addressed.
If all goes well in the reviews, it will build good reputation of this certain casino site, but i doubt it since the gambling site itself needs more improvement and transparency so that those who wish to play in this gambling casino will be more guided. Promotions and bonuses will be useless unless the players will find good reason to trust the gambling casino. That is why ANN thread should be more transparent and established.
2002  Economy / Gambling / Re: DUELBITS ASK FOR KYC WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR EARNED PROFITS on: August 21, 2022, 09:18:25 PM
DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON DUELBITS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ASKED FOR KYC AT THE TIME YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW

THEY LET YOU CREATE ACCOUNT... DEPOSIT... BET... NO SIGN OF KYC ANYWHERE... UNTIL YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS
I've never used duelbits, but judging from your trust rating which was passed by one of the most reputable campaign managers on the forum, it is evident what your plan is.
Whether your claim against duelbits is true or false, it is left for the users of duelbits to decide, but for the new users who want to use duelbits, I will advise you all not to believe this op, go to duelbits, read and understand properly the rules of the game, and I believe you won't encounter or have any issues.
If this is true, I don’t believe that Duelbits won’t make prior announcement about asking KYC. It’s a reputable, safe and licensed casino so it won’t never create things that will ruin its own reputation. Or is it you OP that has a hidden agenda on this, and you are just trying to convince particularly newbies who easily believe in lies without DYOR first.
2003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online poker rounds on: August 21, 2022, 08:58:29 PM
Even though I have been around the gambling arena for a while now, I still can't differentiate between an ordinary poker player and a tournament poker player even though I know there are differences between both of them and what makes the difference between online crypto poker and physical poker rounds.

Well, an ordinary poker player is especialed in playing in cash game, where many patience is required, and usually this one plays in very tight way in way to reduce loss as more possible, while waiting for the best

combination in hand. Poker tournament player instead is especialized in get some placement as more near as the 1st place, and strategy is different (he can turn to be from aggressive to tight during the tournament phase)
Those we often see playing poker trying their best to win from their fellow players are mostly ordinary poker players. Some gamble only for fun, while some still aim to be lucky and make profits. However, poker tournament players are those who are big time players and who often play for sure profits. They usually beat their opponents because they play with special skills and strategies, and that made them experts in the game.
2004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It For The Money Or For The Sport Or A Clear Exploitations on: August 21, 2022, 08:32:12 PM
Should we allow or support internet sensations to fight in the ring I'm ok with the Paul brothers but these two other so-called internet sensations are making a mockery of boxing.

Is there something we can actually do to prevent that kind of match? It's easy for organizers to make such fights since it's not prohibited in the first place. Even those professional players in that specific sport can't prevent that kind of match from happening even if they will voice out their concern that they are against at those exhibition games where it involves a personality that's not even a real player of that sport.

Simply, if we are again at this, we can take action by not supporting that match or just ignoring it.

But since many people are patronizing that event, then no choice but to keep our disappointment from ourselves.
This kind of match is definitely more on fun or entertainment, and those who support it do not question it since they also love to see these internet sensations in the ring. Most likely, the promoters of this kind of game is just taking advantage while they are hot and popular, and while the people still favor and support them on their shows.
2005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is no one worried about this on: August 20, 2022, 11:15:05 PM
Will they hold them or not sell them at once? This is the important point. No problem if it doesn't sell. But if they are all sold at once, then it can create an atmosphere of panic. But this panic does not last long. They will recover in a short time. So there is nothing to worry about in my opinion.
Everything in crypto is possible. Either they will sell them all at once or they will prefer hodling, there are always inevitable events in the market that create a huge negative impact and leave the market dumping. However, we should not panic in all these events as these things are not new here. Bitcoin has always a strong foundation, so whatever attacks that it may encounter, it will surely find its own way to survive and continue to stand firm. That is why there is no room for worrying, as it may lead to depression when things seem to be uncontrolled anymore.
2006  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading is good for traders with passive mindset on: August 20, 2022, 10:42:46 PM
Trading is not for everyone , this had been the trend i have been read overtime but now i realized that it is wrong,  trading is for everyone that literally interested to learn and earn and not those who were just here to get their profit instantly .

this needs time and effort and of course capital , because in the beginning we must lose first to learn and understand how this moves and how to make it right.

But not everyone can manage their emotions properly in trading which is necessary to become successful on it. Everyone can learn those charts, candlesticks, and indicators but only few people are able to control their emotion in different market situations. There are some people I know that have been trading for years that still get greedy when an opportunity to earn huge arises and forgot to stick to their trading strategy.
That's because people are greedy in nature. Fortunately, some people were able to control their greed and manage to pursue their trading goals as most are used to trade for long term. However, controlling one's greed is not enough to meet trading success. A good trader should also establish a passive mindset in trading, and being able to analyze market trends and events as they can can be helpful in knowing when is best to trade and when trading is not possible.
2007  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Benefits of been a bitcointalk member on: August 20, 2022, 09:52:08 PM
You wouldn't know Bitcointalk is big place until you become one of it member, bitcointalk is more than a place a place to ask questions and get fast reply, you wouldn't know the value until you become one of the user.

Bitcointalk is more than a place to ask questions; it is a place to be part of an active community that it is often encouraging people to be active and work together in developing better and more secure software, growing the Bitcoin economy, learning and understanding various concepts like Blockchain technology, Economics, top down thinking, various technical issues, legal and other challenging issues. In this sense, it is more than a place to ask question, it is a place to learn, exchange ideas and maintain a very close relationship with like minded people.

Welcome to this enjoyable and exciting community and thank you for your participation!

Bitcointalk is not just a source of knowledge and skills, socialization, but also it opens to a lot of profit opportunities. You just need to be more ready and capable to handle pressures and manage losses as well because opportunities do not only create profits, but they can also be a source of failures if not managed properly. Being a bitcointalk member will also give you chances to prove to yourself that you can be good enough and be a good asset in the forum as well.
2008  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Touching the life of random poor kids with all my 3wks campaign BTC on: August 20, 2022, 09:17:34 PM
Great stuff op. Always great to see these random acts of kindness sprinkled around in this forum. Personally, I liked the one that said "Bitcoin has come to stay". I have no idea what Indomie Noddles means though.

What's different about this thread is the fact that you specifically mentioned the campaign that you worked with and thanked them. Wonder if they know about this thread.
This proves that if you are born with a kind heart, then it won’t be hard for you to help other people even with your own small amount of penny. The act that you leave to them might also motivate them in the future to help poor kids because they know exactly how a poor kid feels having nothing. Moreover, the campaign that you mentioned might be very flattered too if they become aware knowing they were a tool for helping those poor kids in the street.
2009  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Either Bitcoin will end or we will be at the peak of inflation on: August 20, 2022, 08:49:50 PM
When you predict Bitcoin will end or completely died and at the same time predict Shiba Inu will reach $1 while the current price is just $0.00001601 aren't make sense. If Bitcoin become dead coin, I believe there's no coins can survive which is also the end of cryptocurrency.

After 13 years Bitcoin created and there's so many coins out there have been created, but still not exceed Bitcoin. This mean most of cryptos were created already failed.
The death of bitcoin marks the end of all crypto coins, and eventually the crypto market will never be the same again. However, it’s impossible for bitcoin to see it dead because the more years that come, the more popular bitcoin become, and so it’s demand increases too due to high interests of people. Shitcoins will always end in death, and it has been proven a lot of times.
2010  Economy / Economics / Re: Entrepreneurship and women on: August 19, 2022, 08:26:35 PM
As a result of the difficult economic times, do you consider that there will be more women entrepreneurs competing with men in this field which it so looks like they currently dominate?
Honestly in todays time, we can say that the equality has been there and the problem about the subject of women vs men has started to be off and not sensitive topic anymore.

It's because whatever men does, women tend to do it and that's just equal. But I think, that it's not all about competition but many women won't be a housewife material anymore.

They can do whatever we do and being an entrepreneur, they can do that as well and those that are struggling will do whatever it takes for them to survive.

So, if we see more women shifting into being entrepreneurs, it doesn't really matter IMO.
Women are more empowered these days as they can do equally whatever men are capable to do. Except for heavy construction jobs, but when it comes to entrepreneurship, there are still some women who dominate the world of business because they got more the power and intelligence than men. However, competition is not the focus here, but I believe with both men and women having good skills in entrepreneurship, they can build great partnership for the success of the business.
2011  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'M NEW HERE, AND I WANT TO LEARN. on: August 19, 2022, 07:35:54 PM
Welcome to the forum, hope you would have a great time here.

It's great you have a learning span already, this would make it easier for you to adequately utilize the resources available to you here on the forum. It can be a little overwhelming, with the multiple links provided here (and more which would likely be added) and thousands of posts on the forum.
Understand that no one here knows everything, so take it a step at a time.

Find your interests and best ways to learn, then leverage on that. Good Luck.
Always set your goals attainable so you will always be optimistic to learn and grow in the forum. Although it’s quite hard for beginners to understand all the unpredictable events in the market, but with motivation and positive mindset, you will understand them all in due time. Just never be rush in learning, especially in making profits as bitcoin is never a get-rich-quick scheme. It’s always intended for long term profiting goals.
2012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What your ideas about bitcoin adoption in the future? on: August 18, 2022, 09:55:08 PM
The problem is, have you ever thought of new ideas for future use cases, such as receiving a salary in bitcoin at your workplace or maybe as a means of payment for public transportation?
It's part of its use case. There have been companies or freelance markets that do issue and pay their workers with bitcoin. That's not actually a new thing and it's just part of bitcoin as a use case.
You'll see those coffee shops that have QR codes if you want to pay them bitcoin. Honestly, IMO, we're just getting started and more merchants and stores are starting to become open to it as a payment and that is because they like the idea of owning bitcoin. They'll get paid by it and then they hold it as an investment.
I have always heard news that some stores are already accepting bitcoin as a payment option, sadly it’s not yet happening in my own place. But I know eventually as more people are now interested in bitcoin ownership, then it will also open opportunities like store owners to accept bitcoin payment as it also gives them chances to own and invest into bitcoin as business minded persons will always think of more profits coming into their way.
2013  Economy / Economics / Re: Tips to save my finances, to grow personal economy on: August 18, 2022, 09:32:23 PM

simple life but still fun.

maybe you can add tips from your experience all.

Thank You.
Nothing comes in easy
I think most of the time people get the financial freedom after a hard hit on them - they become tough and more rigid with their financial dealing and with the people. Happend with me not sure about other.
There are always hard times first and even sacrifices before they learned it the hard way, that’s when financial freedom follows. However, it’s not only finances that needs to become stable and productive, but we need also to prioritize our health first before anything else. As we always heard from the people that health is wealth, so we should also invest in it and live a healthy lifestyle.
2014  Other / Archival / Re: Entrepreneurship or Office job? on: August 15, 2022, 08:08:36 PM
The struggle between the decision of being your own boss and working under someone is becoming more difficult to make as economic situations become tougher. From evaluation around me, self proclaimed entrepreneurs are quitting entrepreneurship because of difficulty in maintaining a business and reduced sales due to reduced purchasing power from people, an effect of the economic situation. Office workers on the other hand who also have been on one salary grade for a long time now are becoming fed up with how their monthly salary is no longer sufficient to secure a comfortable lifestyle for a month also due to the higher cost of living. What do you think is the way forward?
Maybe it is a difficult decision to keep running our own business or remain an office worker because it depends on how we feel about it. If we are a businessman, we must try to find innovations or creative ideas that can develop our business or look for other business opportunities so that our business can become bigger. Meanwhile, if we are office workers, maybe we need another job besides being an office worker so that it can help us to earn extra money. Many of my friends are office workers but they also have side businesses and even the results they get are greater than what they make as office workers. Maybe we have to be observant to be able to take advantage of the opportunities available around us so that we can develop the potential we have.
If we always keep doing what we used to do, then we will never see improvements after all. The best thing to do is never settle for anything less, always get out from your comfort zone and explore better opportunities that will help you get out from your current financial status. Although it does not mean leaving your day job completely as it would be somewhat risky, but always make sure to engage in side businesses that are proven effective because its highly in demand. That way, you don't have to choose whether to stick to your office job or shift to entrepreneurship.
2015  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of BTC ever hit $40k again? on: August 15, 2022, 07:35:42 PM
I wish to ask do you think the price of Bitcoin will ever hit $40k again?
In my personal opinion,  I would say yes,  it is highly possible for the price of bitcoin to hit $40k again,  but when this is going to happen is what no body knows.
It can happen in about a week from now,  it can happen in one month,  it can be in a year or it might even take up to five years before we see bitcoin trading at a price of $40k and above.
That's how uncertain bitcoin is, but we know for sure that it will always bound for a greater heights, we just have to trust the process and never be bothered with its price volatility. In fact, $40k is not that really high, but seeing the current value of bitcoin still in $23k-$24k range, then maybe its not easy for bitcoin to move that forward particularly the market is still in bearish condition. But when the market turns bullish, everything will be possible for bitcoin.
2016  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: August 15, 2022, 07:04:24 PM
Its good to know that there's a rematch because this is the chance for Ancajas to regain the world title again. In their last fight, Ancajas is lacking of defense and power punches, it seems like he's not in good condition or should I say not prepared at that time. Well, I hope he will redeem himself because he is just starting to establish his name and not yet had a strong opponent aside from Martinez.

He really needs to put his heart and be motivated to get back what he had lost in their last fight to gain back the momentum of his life to push his dream to become a legendary boxer like Manny Pacquiao. Anyway, this is really a big fight for him and I'm sure he trained a lot to get ready for this fight and we might gonna see a different version of him, stronger and have some good strategy on how to beat Martinez, hope that it will work for him.
This is another opportunity for him to prove that he deserved to be the champion and no one else. Although he had lost from Martinez in their previous game, but if he can improve his skills and prepare himself more to gain back what he lost, i think it will help him beat Martinez this time. This is a big fight for Ancajas and all Filipinos are all set to support him, so he should make them proud by bringing home the bacon this time.
2017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Macau's Casino Operation Continues Despite The Latest Outbreak on: August 15, 2022, 06:04:18 PM
They are now will reopen prior to the recent lockdown due to low gambling activity in there casino towards the covid-19 lockdown. This is always the dilemma of country that has a huge gambling economy. They are now risking the health of there citizen just to get back again the profit from there gambling business. I think this will make worst there current covid-19 situation.

I think that the health of local residents will suffer much more if the restrictions continue to work and the economy continues to stagnate. In my opinion, in 2022 it is no longer relevant to talk about the dangers of the virus, since it has mutated into a much milder form than before and has become no more dangerous than a common cold. Life goes on as usual and there is always some risk, but you can not endlessly "safely" sit at home and do nothing.
Living with this pandemic has become a new norm to us, and so people are free to go outside their homes again. People continue to earn for a living, while gamblers are now seen inevitable going in the casinos to gamble, and both are at risk with health dangers as covid-19 has not gone completely. I guess in case with Macau, if the casino's profits are giving huge benefits to all the residents living in the country, and stopping its operation would mean a collapse for the country's economy, then maybe the reason why the government cannot forcely close this casino, otherwise the country will suffer another financial breakdown.
2018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese Animation Slot Machines on: August 15, 2022, 08:56:26 AM
Would you gamble on them?
If i love slots, I will not worry so much about the kind of slots game I play, I may have a favourite that i love to play regularly, but say my favourite is not available, I will be willing and excited trying out a new slot machines, I think this is the same for other slot lovers.
The fact that all slot games are luck based, so whatever type of animation you are currently  referring to, still it’s a game of chance and luck. If you’re not lucky, you will play badly and eventually lose the game after. Maybe for slot lovers, these will look new to their eyes and enjoy the game, but sadly i’m not a fan of slot games.
2019  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Biggest Wins with lowest risks in Casino History on: August 15, 2022, 08:26:03 AM
~

I had some interesting wins around $2k - $2.5k but unfortunately I have never had such spectacular wins.
It's hard to believe that you can win millions if you risk a few dozen cents or a few dollars. But I think this statistic is not about the total amount someone risked, but about the one-time bet that brought him that win. In fact, theoretically, these people could have played for years and lost in the past a much larger amount than they won  Wink Grin
Gamblers mostly lose huge amount first before winning incredibly. You’re just too lucky if you only bet for now and then you eventually hit the jackpot, you’re just too lucky that when you start chasing your luck, you end up losing them all and all your profits have eventually returned to the house. And it’s not small bettors but certainly high rollers were able to take the biggest wins, as they also risk huge amount of money hoping to win the jackpot prize.
2020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino can play a role in changing fortune? on: August 14, 2022, 11:32:14 PM

The story sucks to be honest. First of all because of the percentage you mention, but is there that much difference between $5,000 and $27,000? If he had said that $5,000 got him $500,000, it would seem to me to be a considerable difference.

And besides, it was the only way he could get that $22,000 difference? I don't know, maybe taking a loan to invest in his company would have made more sense.

I think when you keep gambling using borrowed money it's like committing suicide because there is no guarantee you can get a profit from gambling, it's better if you still need money to gamble, then you work and look for money and as much money as possible you use it for gambling. Gambling is not based on debt or the like because when you lose you will lose and be depressed.
That’s the reality about gambling, it takes a lot of money to lose first before you see yourself winning from it. So it’s still more on losses actually, except for those who are really lucky that at a single bet, they end up winning the jackpot instantly, but that’s very rare to happen. Most especially when you gamble from a loan money, that will put yourself in an even worst situation. Not only you will lose and become depressed, but others tend to end their lives through suicidal because they can’t bear the situation anymore.
