1501  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: December 19, 2022, 08:36:29 PM
Nothing matters a lot. You just need to be honest that’s all a gambler expects from a casino.
Work on your bankroll and probablyfair thing OP. Also make the games UI smooth, so that no player should face any sort of lag and this gives the user smoothless gaming experience. Also it will be better if you can implement no KYC policy. As we are talking about crypto gambling. And here many of us like to remain anonymous. As far as you remain honest with your players, you will be praised by them. That’s all each and every gambler wants from a gambling site with has a potential .
Indeed, honesty is the best policy. Even if everything in the casino seems perfect, but there is no transparency, then expect that it will not continue to work in the long run. Just be honest to all the players, i guess  that one big word will leave a huge impact to all the players and will keep them playing in your casino. Also, if it’s a KYC free, that will also means a lot to them as privacy always matters. And with updated games and promotions, and good marketing, players will definitely stick to what your casino has to offer.
1502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much initial startup to Start Cryptocurrency Casino? on: December 19, 2022, 07:57:44 PM
A good one? Millions of dollars at least. The world is filled with people who think they can start a casino for 10 thousand dollars, and it is true that it can be made for that much money but then you would neither have any money left for in case someone wins big, and you wouldn't have any left for marketing as well.

To be at the levels of stake, sportsbet.io, roobet, rollbit, and many alike at the top of the crypto gambling world, then you really need at least a million dollars, so that you could start at that level, offer big rewards, and do great marketing as well. Just last year, Stake gave Everton 10 million a year for jersey sponsorship, imagine that.
Well, having a huge amount like millions will definitely ensure a competitive casino just like the reputable casinos we have at the current. But to think that OP is still starting, I may think that $100k is just fit enough to build a casino with minimal games and promotions, and of course some bonuses that will attract more users to play. And as long as the operators are good and competitive enough, always update their casino system with the trends today and keep up with the finances, then most likely in the end, this casino will eventually prosper and will become a big time casino in the future.
1503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are we ever going to see this on gambling platforms some day. on: December 19, 2022, 07:32:22 PM
Is there any fighting game like Mortal Kombat where you challenge gamers around the world taking a bet?

Not possible or maybe considered. The fact is, the market is too small for that kind of game.

Who else will gamble on those? Only those players who well know the game unlike in traditional online casino games where even a passerby or new one can play right away without learning the game mechanics. But maybe who knows in the future but don't hoped for that.

It's possible if you will organized a competition like that. You can start with social media thru Facebook groups and create awareness there.
Yes. It will be more likely to happen if you will start it in your own Facebook page and let the other people know about it and who knows, a lot will still be interested. But never expect to see such kind of games in the casinos today as Mortal Kombat was only known long time ago and it certainly needs a lot of skills rather than just luck alone and you’re good to gamble.
1504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How are Online casino's and sports betting platforms coping? on: December 19, 2022, 06:59:15 PM
More traditional Casinos too shifted their services online.

I don't think that most traditional casinos shifted their service online during the pandemic.

Instead of doing that, they just accept the fact that can't operate until further notice, and to reduce the cost of the operation, they lay off some of their employees.

If I missed something here, can you give examples of those traditional casinos that shifted their service online just to cope with the financial situation?
I don’t see any casinos in our country that have kept operating during pandemic, all are advise to close and stop their operations temporarily. So definitely, all the employees have stopped from working and have to find other means to gain a living. And AFAIK, those physical casinos that have closed were never seen also operating online, while those who have started as online casinos have continue to operate as if there is no pandemic happening.
1505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slow down if you want to recover your losses on: December 19, 2022, 06:41:31 PM
I want to share my own technique on how I overcome my loss. You can share yours too on the comment below.

I recently experienced a heated game session on blackjack that I never experienced before due to I over extent my budget to chase loss. I was down by 200$ while my current bankroll is only 100$. Typically most user will do all in to quickly recover losses but my strategy is to slow down and bet only on craps 5$ on each number. Craps has a low house edge because your only loss is when 7 appear while the rest of the number that you didn’t choose will just result as draw.

Craps pays x2+ per win which is good to slowly recovering my losses. I just continue same bet and stop gambling for a day after I recover 50$ of my bet. I keep doing this per day until I completely recover all my loss slowly and rest for the week.

The slow down bets makes me think clearly and stop me for doing risky bet. This is most important lesson I learned on this messy situation.

Actually you were overly lucky imho.
When I lose over a certain amount, I simply stop. And I play as usual some other time, maybe I recover some of the loses, maybe I don't.
However if you are focusing too much on recovering the loses, even if you "go slow" you have a very good chance to go deeper down.
Juist don't gamble more than you afford to lose and you'll be fine.
Same with my thoughts. It’s hard to recover your losses when you’re already at the losing edge, the best way is just to stop. Because in my own experience, even if I have to slow down, still it doesn’t change. The rest of my bets are still losing so I believe once you start losing your bets, it’s better to just stop and call it a day. Don’t wait until all your money are gone. Just gamble again when you think you are ready and always gamble at an amount you can manage to lose.
1506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Education programs should cover Bitcoin and Blockchain technology. on: December 18, 2022, 09:55:24 PM
yes  they should, in fact, they should consider to add a program on how to invest money, there is a book about "Rich Dad Poor Dad " tell that our education need this because we only learn how to get smart only but not on investing money. and bitcoin might be one of them in my opinion

or at least there is major about crypto in university
Bitcoin is going to stay for good so the government should start educating the people first particularly the young minds in schools and universities so that they will grasp on ideas on the benefits of bitcoin and how it can be used effectively. But in our country, I guess there will be long processes first before the government will submit into bitcoin.
1507  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Accumulation phase is out!? on: December 18, 2022, 09:38:18 PM
I'm not a big fan of chart patterns. It's because I believe Bitcoin reacts in real time. For example, if Elon accepts Bitcoin for Tesla again, the price will skyrocket. On the other hand, if major investors announce their intention to sell Bitcoin, we may see a massive drop as a result of Panic. So how Bitcoin reacts is dependent on various of attributes. So, instead of relying on chart patterns, consider the real-time situation. Because the market is so volatile right now, it's difficult to predict the button.
This has a point. What we see and experienced right now are the effects of real time events, and not because the pattern has its own ups and down. Just like if a bigger country starts to accept and legalized bitcoin, surely it has an effect to bitcoin price. So if there are positive events happening that will create an impact to bitcoin, then as much as possible we can expect that bitcoin will certainly on the rise again.
1508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 18, 2022, 08:59:21 PM
Answer is Reading Comprehension

Many gambler playing just into those gambling casino without even having time reading with the terms and conditions such as the faqs. As long as they see the bonuses or ever that requires to play, they quickly deposit and play, and after they win a good profit, they make a withdrawal immediately it's pretty suspicious to the casino too if this happen because the account does not even last long for a week to play and win and make an instant withdrawal they might probably tag as abusing the system.
This is why a casino has its own action too against the suspicious gambler, which will then make some of the gamblers jump to a conclusion that casinos have their own bad habits against gamblers. Because if this will not be done by casinos, those gamblers who have the same attitude will abuse the casino system and will continue doing that if they are always tolerated.
1509  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Keep your money off exchange, in this crisis moments hold Bitcoin for safety on: December 17, 2022, 10:47:23 PM
Well it’s surprising to me that some people still actually leave their Crypto-coin on exchanges regardless of the exchange being decentralized or centralized.

There is nothing surprising about that. If people didn't really have their crypto coins on exchanges, there would be no order books, and there would be no market for them. Exchanges will never be completely safe, and there will never be a solution which is 100% guaranteed. But for the exchanges to work, and for people to be able to trade their coins, you need to have people who are willing to leave their coins on exchanges.

Probably, the best solution here is not to put all your coins in an exchange. Those coins who are intended to trade only might be place in a reputable exchange, but those who are good for long term hodling, they should stay in our own hardware wallet. That way, we are lessening the risk having to put our coins in an exchange, as we can’t also avoid them completely unless we don’t have plans to trade them.
1510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your first attempt to play gambling on: December 17, 2022, 09:58:24 PM
I think we always bet, and it's not always money, but that's the way it starts, in my case Casino bets came with the Poker Casinos, there I discovered that the poker-bet relationship made sense for me.

I did not bet on anything else, only poker, with the arrival of crypto casinos I got involved with other types of bets, mainly PF.

OP:... I think the important thing is not how you started betting, it's how you end up.

True. Because I guess everyone here started gambling with common dilemma, that is finding difficulty in choosing from two or more alternatives which made us literally confused. Well, everyone’s been there, but what is more important is today, how we survived from that and made us good and effective gamblers. I can say that I have been losing from gambling when I was starting, but now I know where to mostly bet that will suit me and which will give possible high returns.
1511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your mood cant chage a game results on: December 17, 2022, 09:29:51 PM
I see ital the time around me.  Repsonses like judt be positive and barcelona will win
Dont be negative so canelo win

Think about it if your thought has some  ability to change external things then peope will crash in a plane every day due to many people  with panic attacks who are 100% sure that the plane is going to crash.

People think they have power over the world with their thoughts changw things
If there are chances that every bet result can be controlled by your own mood, then I guess there will be no single result as each bettor has different moods when gambling. But that is not the way in gambling, every bet result has its good and reliable basis. And not just because someone’s mood has predicted it. However, maybe this has been the belief way back with our ancestors days, but now it’s very much different. Every result comes from a valid basis, and that should never change.
1512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which has better odds, lottery, online gambling, or sports betting? on: December 17, 2022, 08:58:52 PM
When you have a interest and knowledge in the sports like football, volleyball, cricket. It’s enough to participate in all the sports bet involved in the gambling sites. Many gambling sites provides you more and more based on football, volleyball and cricket. So it’s essential to know more about the sports to get into the sports bet and rest doesn’t depend on such condition.
Yes, it’s like it’s an edge for a gambler to go on sportsbetting when he has high interest on it and he has already good background on different games that are played in sportsbetting. Otherwise, if he bet on sportsbetting randomly, he will gain more possible losses than profits. But with lottery and online gambling, as long as you got the chance and luck, then you’ll be fine at it, even with no skills involved.
1513  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving one third what you earn monthly is not that hard, isn't it ? on: December 16, 2022, 10:51:19 PM
Is this possible based on where you live ?
Yes, very possible.

High salary also costs you high expenses because of the cost of living in the place where you're designated. But if you're disciplined enough and you've got goals, you can do this.

With breaking down of your expenses and savings, you'll be able to track the most important expenditures and you'll be able to unwanted expenses.
Saving a portion out of your monthly income is always possible, but if you live in luxury and spends more than your monthly income, then its clear enough that you won't have any budget left for savings. Although the term SAVE sounds easy to do, but its actually hard for most of us considering we are living in this current high inflation. But if you instill discipline in yourself and yes, set a target goal, you will always find ways to save.
1514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Go-to casino on: December 16, 2022, 10:24:09 PM
Basically I don't have any casino held at heart, once you're good and fair with your services, then we're good to go.
There are qualities I look at for in a casino before trying to make a deposit on them and those qualities include
• minimum deposit and withdrawal
• users reviews on the site
• years of service
• licensing etc.
Though I love to try new casinos regularly maybe because I want some nice Bonuses but I'm always conscious of myself when trying out this new casinos.
I just love dog race for virtuals and soccer bettings .
I think as gamblers, we all have certain casinos that we usually see as good to go since we have already proven their reputation and worth throughout the years. Although there's still an urge to visit and play with newly-opened casinos but thinking that our deposits might not get its worth, then its best to just keep coming back and play with our trusted casinos.
1515  Economy / Economics / Re: Forget a return to office: We’re living in the age of side hustles on: December 16, 2022, 09:55:36 PM
Definitely we are living in the era of side hustles. With all the reasons plotted above there are also valid reasons like need of “multiple income” sources considering increased cost of living while less salary hikes for the fixed salary jobs.

There is even craze of doing “moonlight works” everywhere. By definition it means one person joining 2 or more than 2 companies at the same time to earn more money. This tells us the story that living has become very hard. If you don’t have bank accounts full of cash then you have to keep struggling with side hustles and moon Light work.
I would say that having a huge bankroll in your savings account really matters these days as we are battling with the consistent price increase with our basic goods and services. And by sticking to your own job might not be the smartest thing to do but to explore outside and go out from your comfort zone. And with generations Z that are following high technology trend, the demands right now are clearly seen high in online jobs or online investments.
1516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 16, 2022, 09:34:09 PM
Anywhere people see you handling money there is a certain risk, although I have never heard stories of robberies where I live. The normal thing is to take certain precautions if you earn a good amount of money, such as taking a cab home.

Sometimes it's in the person on why they are targeted by people with bad intentions. Keeping a low profile really helps, especially if you are a gambler that rolls a huge sum every now and then.

And not only in casinos, acting on a day to day basis showing that you have a lot of money can be dangerous because it puts you in the spot of many criminals.
The moment you show them bad intentions, everything will turn out bad as long as money is involved. Especially for known gamblers, they will always be the target of criminals since they always bring along money to gamble. That is why security should always be tight, not only inside casinos but also even outside casinos because its where most of the criminals are waiting for some victims.
1517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 99% of People Will Lose Crypto in Self Custody on: December 16, 2022, 08:18:43 PM
I won't say I disagree with his point because he makes an important point in this case. What is the point of storing your funds in a self-custody wallet when the coin is vulnerable to attack and lost by the owner? People have lost their savings in their personal wallet due to illiteracy and lack of sufficient knowledge about self-custodian wallets. A campaign for it is necessary which in my opinion will reduce the effect of it happening. Also, me seeing this as a favorable speech for people to save their money in his Binance exchange wallet.
There’s no use actually having a self-custody wallet when the owner itself is illiterate and still has no knowledge how to safeguard his own coins. And if he’s not ready to entrust his coins to a centralized exchange, it’s better to keep him gain knowledge and develop learnings  so he can be aware on how to make his coins not accessible for hackers. Although for some reasons like senior citizens hodlers, better to adopt a custodial wallet and entrust them with his hodlings.
1518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is There Any Crypto Casino With An In-built Mini Crypto Exchange? on: December 15, 2022, 10:59:22 PM
But this could make their platform complicate things if they include this one? I think it's not worth for them if they are going to include as it might add another overhead cost for them.

Majority of them have like the features wherein you can "exchange" it to dollar value when you play like slot so you can see how much money you still have when playing and then immediately convert it back when the value loses. So when at the start you have x amount of BTC, then obviously if you losses some on the dollar value then the value of BTC also goes down for you.
I believe everything that is new in our eyes create a sense of confusion, and might complicate things around as you’ve said. Yes, it will increase their expenses but if that will make the players stay on them, I guess it deserves to be tried. However, if the casino has other plans other than that, then it’s best for the casino to stay in focus on improving its casino’s services than to venture into something new that might be not of their willingness or availability of funds.
1519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What New And Other Casinos Should Do To Get To The Top And Edge Top Casinos on: December 15, 2022, 09:54:44 PM
actually they need to recruit marketing experts to make their casino known to many people and catch some new gamblers every day, sometimes it takes big money to be famous but it can't be done for new casinos because of course they may not have a lot of money in promotions as well as carry out their marketing

to be honest it all comes down to big capital that can make a casino big, because if there is big money casino owners can recruit famous people to promote their casino to get new gamblers from their followers and also the importance of making a signature campaign on this forum if the casino supports crypto payments
This marketing strategy is good but I don’t see it will be working for long. The casino itself should also do their own part like giving excellent services to their players, providing their players with various games that are in technology trend, and of course providing full security assurance to their players, as well as helping them resolving their problems encountered when it comes to gambling.
1520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tipping during live slot, or casino games. on: December 14, 2022, 09:59:00 PM

How much do you tip a slot machine attendant?
For those who visit and still enjoy the services of these live casino operators, am curious as to know how you tip the attenders. Do you tip only when you are winning and how much is too much tip to give? Also, I do not think online casinos even have this option, but if there is, can you share?

In most parts of US, any payout of more than $1,200 is paid in person by the slot floor person. The tipping here starts with a minimum amount of $20 and can be up between 3-10 percent of the jackpot reward. It however, depends on the discretion of the customer.

Do you think it is necessary to give tips or it is just a tradition that is required?

It’s more likely our choice to give some tips, and not the other way around. But for those who are not able to give some tips, I guess it’s not an issue as giving tips is not required anyway even if we see it as an old tradition. But for most of the gamblers I know, they all give any amount of tips. And for me that’s a great feeling as the one who gives compared to the one who always asks lol.
