2041  Economy / Economics / Re: What can be done to make bitcoin stable? on: June 03, 2019, 03:16:26 PM
I think the price of bitcoin will often move quickly up and down because it is very difficult to see exchange rates in stable conditions for the short or long term so I often rely on bitcoin as my favorite investment place in terms of looking for income.although sometimes there are bad problems about crypto it doesn't make me give up easily to achieve success.
That because most of bitcoin transaction is only for trading purpose. Most of us only buy and sell bitcoin in the exchange site to gain profit. It will be different if we more often to use it in goods market. I hope there are more merchants who accept bitcoin as medium of exchange.

But the reason why these merchants are not using bitcoin is because of its instability or its volatility. If bitcoin will be stable, surely a lot of people will be using it. No one knows what might be the movement of bitcoin is so they are unsure to accept it because they might lose their profit when it dumps. Another thing is the transaction fee.
2042  Economy / Economics / Re: Big risk ,big results. on: June 02, 2019, 11:54:25 PM
If the result is not comfortable for us then taking huge risk is also negative for everyone that's why if we take big risk will also not ended up with positive side in all the time that's why you need to be careful while taking risk.

Then why do you need to be careful when you are already dealing with risk? If you want to be careful then don't take a risk, it is that easy. Investors always take risks and that is inevitable since, well you are an investor. If we will be careful then we reduce it by not taking more risks, you don't need to be careful when taking risks, you need to know what you are doing.
2043  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the Market Stabilizing? on: June 02, 2019, 11:10:04 PM
Yeah the market is stablizing as we speak and we are also experiencing frequent pumps and dump at the moment. Currently bitcoin is valued within $8500- $8700. Hopefully we would cross the barrier of $9k soon then we can finally aim behind $10k.

And that is a proof that it is not stable. Bitcoin and most of these crypto currencies are so volatile so we can't really say it is stable. Though we can say that the price of bitcoin is increasing now. We are $8.7K and we might even see prices higher than $9K in the following weeks, keep HODLing guys.
2044  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still bother to engage non Bitcoiners? on: June 02, 2019, 10:27:34 PM
If they want to know about it, then they have to study. Their knowledge needs to be increased. Their whole issues need to know well. Then they will not have any new Question.

But we should learn how to activate their interest first. I know that we should not force it if they want it but even though, I think it is better if they will learn what it is by themselves and discover by themselves too how great bitcoin is. I don't really like to force anything from someone but I think it is awesome for them to know that they are wrong themselves.
2045  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than gold and USD? on: June 02, 2019, 03:33:48 PM
Money, gold, and bitcoin also have their own uses, so we don't need to compare them because we also need their respective uses.

Well, you will not be able to control people from comparing these three. Money,  gold, and bitcoin have their own differences, it is true that we don't need to compare these but if we don't, people will not know the advantage of one to the other two. We should emphasize the differences between these three but that doesn't mean that we will be biased in telling these differences.
2046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps a gambler to keep motivated in gambling? on: June 02, 2019, 02:55:13 PM
I think money is the reason they are so motivated in gambling. I mean who would not be thrilled with you risking your money and winning double or triple the amount of it in one sitting. Though I don't think they are motivated, they are desperate that is the reason they always go back to casinos and gambling places. We should not be motivated in gambling, we should be able to control ourselves.
2047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: June 02, 2019, 01:38:32 PM
Hello! i want to save money while playing gambling game but i cant really do it because i am really addicted to bitcoin still i have small amount of money to save in my wallet but in the next day i spend it for gambling because i'll always lose in gambling games can someone help me with saving in my wallet and play gambling games at the same time.

If you want to save then limit the amount on you betting. In that way there would be spare money in which you can save or else you can stop and quit gambling.

For me, it will really best that someone should stop gambling if you can't afford it. The fact that someone needs to save while gambling means he can't afford it and instead of using that money to gamble, they should just save all of that for the future of him and his family. Don't mind the losses in the past, the most important is you can stop gambling for your future.
2048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The longer you play poker the better you become ? on: June 02, 2019, 10:28:13 AM
It applies on real poker game only, but it wont work on online poker game as we cant see the face of our opponent as well as their reaction while playing the game. I've been playing online poker game more than 10 years now, the only way to read my opponents is just by remembering their usernames and their way of playing. Some users are consistently playing with the same strategy all the time, so if we can remember them then it will be easier for us to decide what to do when we are playing against them. Of course it is not a guarantee that we will always win, but at least it help us to play safe.

This is so true, I am not playing poker that much but I discovered a mobile game which is Pusoy Dos by Zingplay. Most of the time, I am matched with the same opponents I played with and all I can remember is how he moved the cards and how he will play it. His moves varied on the cards but if you will look closely, it is the same strategy. I only play poker in the real casino but I don't know how it feels playing online, I mean I usually bluff with my reactions so that is hard with an online match. I hope I can use emojis with it..
2049  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: June 01, 2019, 11:51:53 PM
I think is good that bitcoin was created and over time i think it can be used more than now, but i agree some people use it for speculation reasons to make more money.

And what is wrong with that? That is one of the reasons why there are a lot of people using bitcoin right now, speculating and predicting what might happen and based on that, they will move their investments or cryptos so they can earn. They are investors, that is what they do. If that is the reason why bitcoin is attracting more people, what is wrong?
2050  Economy / Economics / Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin? on: June 01, 2019, 11:15:13 PM
Many complain about the bitcoin coins that continue to decline even though they want bitcoin coins to be stable or even go up so they get a profit, if the price of bitcoin continues to fall they are worried that they will get a big loss so they complain about this problem.

If the price continues to fall, why not just wait for the best timing and buy or invest? We should not always look at dumps as a bad thing, we are investing in a decentralized and volatile crypto currency so these kind of things are normal. Instead of moaning or complaining, we should take that as an advantage for our profit in the near future.
2051  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason we need cryptocurrencies on: June 01, 2019, 10:02:27 PM
One of the greatest ideas that has kept crypto currencies going is the idea of decentralization and privacy and to me, this is its selling point and that is why we need it

Decentralization is one of the most common feature a crypto has but when it cones to privacy, I don't think so. Bitcoin, Ethereum and other crypto currencies has their own platforms but there are sites where you can look at a certain address and track their transactions. That is the reason privacy ia not one of them. In terms of bitcoin, we have the blockchain.info. For me, the most reason we need bitcoin is yes, the decentralization, and also the blockchain.
2052  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for scammers, yea right! on: June 01, 2019, 01:29:13 PM
Scammers are everywhere and i feel sad for bitcoin, We can't deny the fact that some people used bitcoin for their own benefits. Bitcoin is for everyone and it depends to the people if they use it for good or bad. People are very dangerous and all we can do to all scammers over there is pray for their changes.

You don't need to be sad about bitcoin because we all know that it did nothing wrong. Those people who are using bitcoin for their fraud and scamming are the ones you should pity. We are truly dangerous but we all know bitcoin is a decentralized crypto currency and we will never be able to control those people that want to use it for illegal purposes.
2053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: HAVE YOU EVER MET ANY SUCCESSFUL GAMBLER on: June 01, 2019, 11:54:29 AM
To be honest, none so far and if I did ever meet one, the first question I will ask him is that how did he even become successful as a gambler. I knew someone that won in the lottery but I can't say that he is a successful gambler because he only became successful not in gambling but when he got the money he won, he built a lot of businesses and well, that is how he earned a lot.
2054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 31, 2019, 11:59:54 PM
GS Warriors did not look like the same team that been dominating for the past years and this season.
It's too early to say that, the game is just game 1 and there's more to go but that's an impressive win for Raptors.

It is just game 1 and we should not really say these things, too early. Raptors just caught GSW off guard thinking that Kawhi will be the only one raising the team. Next game, for me, is the real start of NBA finals. I am not a GSW fan though, I prefer Raptors since it is the team that defeated  Bucks whom  I thought will be the opponent team of GSW.
2055  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: May 31, 2019, 11:43:43 PM
I have spent time in the crypto. nothing is in vain in my opinion we can improve the existing economy and there is no word to waste time

I don't think that the economy will be improved while you are spending your time with your crypto currencies. I know that you will be able to earn but I don't think that also affects the economy of your country since not all of you people are doing the same thing. I spent my time in my bitcoins because of the profit, it is worth it spending my time in my bitcoin.
2056  Economy / Economics / Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency. on: May 31, 2019, 10:40:47 PM
This is the value of Bitcoin but not as stable as the original banknotes, with the current trend getting bigger above all else, it's possible the government supports bitcoin arguments where many souls are aided by bitcoin. do not put aside all things for the common good will happen.
all possibilities can happen but I also agree with you that the government will not hold the crypto currency completely, which I believe the government will adopt an economic system that is used by crypto currencies
I think the decentralized system in bitcoin is a problem for the government. we know that the system cannot be controlled by the government. and this becomes a heavy consideration for the government

Bitcoin is a decentralized crypto currency and it will never be a currency or fiat of a country. The government might like bitcoin and legalize it in their country but I don't think it will ever be more than that. With the volatility of it, I don't think they will even consider bitcoin as an option. If they are considering cryto as an currency, I think they will create their own.
2057  Economy / Economics / Re: What currency shall human use when colonizing Mars on: May 31, 2019, 10:05:39 PM
Forget Mars. We need to focus on making our planet a better place to live in by improving energy efficiency etc.

Mars is the only habitable planet in the solar system, other than Earth, it is not possible scientist and other people that study this will ever forget or don't mind mars. I've read in the past that if the use of our resources continues, it would be depleted in 2050, it might be a assumption or hypothesis but all we know is that our resources will never stay the same. Even if human created another way for efficient energy, pollution and other things will happen and people will still colonise other planet and Mars is the first one.
2058  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc has no value on: May 31, 2019, 11:21:09 AM
So we will be calling BTC money soon. It will only be huge advantage for us early adopters to get some while cheap.

This is the reason why I don't think it will be called money so soon. Users and investors of BTC will have the upper hand and will earn more. With that, they will be able to control the market and just think about how countries will be so miserable when that time comes. The economy is controlled by the whales, that is horrifying.

When btc will be replacing money in terms of salary anyone who will one 1 BTC only will benefit a lot as with price increasing people will get salary of cca. 2000 sats and 1 l of milk will cost 1 sat in the store.

I am thinking about the fees people will be paying, that will be a problem.
2059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: May 30, 2019, 11:51:14 PM
If you lose all then you have no other option than quieting but you if you have more than you may try more. And better to take risk or gambling only with those funds which you may take risk so that you can alive without any problem.

If that person is me, I will not go back to gambling. I may do some short sessions, you know bet some money after that leave so you can just say that you are gambling for fun but I will not go back to it in full-time. Losing a lot of money usually ends up in regret, worst depression. I do not want to be depressed for my family and I want to help them grow. If you know that you can't afford to gamble, quit immediately.
2060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From Janitor to Millionaire on: May 30, 2019, 11:08:36 PM
He said that he will stay on his job but less hours. I believe he knows what he needs to do even if he is holding that amount of money.

Well, there are stories about this and I was surprised too. Just imagine the impact of not having enough money to having a lot of money in an instant, that is so overwhelming. There are a lot of things you might do and want to do that you can't do in the past. Some stories said that most of the people who won in gambling in our place invested it in infrastructure but most of them are getting scammed too. Also, don't forget the people that might threaten him since everyone knows his face and maybe his job. And Filipinos are so kind, we are so kind and so hospitable. When someone had this kind of money, they will throw a celebration, people will come looking for him that needs money or help and people will also ask for money give away or "balato" since he won a lot of money. Also, CONGRATULATIONS! I hope you can use that money to build your future for the greater good.
