This depends on your country though but in terms of your country legalizing bitcoin, the first thing that popped in my mind is an ATM machine. Maybe an ATM machine that would let people buy btc so they would be able to use it or maybe just invest in it. If you already have a business, start announcing that you would be having discounts when they pay bitcoin so they would be using in your business.

Fiat is not the same as bitcoin where you could manage it yourself as long as you can secure your own wallet, and most of the people say that it is better to take care of your bitcoins than putting it in an exchange since you could consider that bitcoin not yours at all.
