Hm....what is the catch?
2102  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: about cloud mining on: January 31, 2014, 11:55:35 AM
It all depends on how much you can afford to purchase to be honest. If you're spending 0.033 + Bitcoin per 1 GHS while risking the chance of losing that initial amount, in my opinion it isn't smart. To earn back that 0.033 Bitcoin you risk losing would take months to earn back mining with only 1 GHS.

Especially with the ever rapid rising difficulty.
so what is the best way to get bitcoin . every way to get bitcoins is going up and up only.. so if you are not financially strong bitcoins are not for you :p i thought it was other way around

Well, some say bitcoin is a currency, some say it is a commodity.
No matter which stance you take, it is definitely not free, and you need to pay for it.

You can buy it with fiat.
You can sell your goods or services for bitcoin.
Of course, you can also try to get some dust from faucets, but it doesn't worth the time IMHO.
2103  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: about cloud mining on: January 31, 2014, 11:52:28 AM
I want to know about Cloud Mining , How it works , Is it worthy, some topic links where i can understand it better and all. Thanks In advance Smiley

It is very easy to do cloud mining, and the price is very high as well.
You can compare the hashrate price on cex.io with the built-in profit calculator on the site. https://cex.io/calc

2105  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I need many traffic on: January 31, 2014, 11:48:36 AM
do a faucet!

That is a pretty good idea.
Though IMHO it doesn't worth the time, quite a lot of people get addicted to faucet sites and visit them frequently.
2106  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do free faucets pay ? on: January 31, 2014, 11:45:38 AM
And the faucets wants your email. I bet it's scary or a lot more work than mine some easy coins.

Smiley

Which faucets are you talking about?
BTW, if you really need to fill in your email, just go register a new one with a new password Smiley

2109  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] positive trust for BTC 0.002 on: January 31, 2014, 07:20:54 AM

That little number next to your name looks exactly like this to new people like me: Trust 0: -0 / +0(0)

He is now having a negative trust  Wink

2110  Economy / Services / Re: Make Easy Btc By Selling Me Member Activity OR Junior Member (32+) Accounts on: January 31, 2014, 07:03:44 AM
Still buying.

I guess you should now stop buying accounts, as that sig campaign is over Tongue
2111  Other / Meta / Re: Possible to have username changed? on: January 30, 2014, 04:19:02 PM
If you were a VIP you could Tongue . Why don't you become a VIP member Tongue

Does that cost? You mean Hero member?

Nope, he does mean "VIP".

https://bitcointalk.org/donate.html
If you donate 50 BTC, you get VIP status and the ability to create a custom title for yourself.

50 BTC just to change your user name. Wow! That's $45,000 ish. Only in bitcoinland.

Why is it that much I can't believe people actually donated $45,000 for vip status.

Well, I suppose 50 BTC were worth a tiny fraction of $45,000 when they sent their donations Smiley

Exactly.
You know someone paid 10000 btc for a pizza, don't you?  Wink
2112  Economy / Services / Re: Make Easy Btc By Selling Me Member Activity OR Junior Member (32+) Accounts on: January 30, 2014, 03:26:02 PM
Why you need so many accounts? Why buying / selling accounts is even allowed?

I think he wants them for signature giveaways like the one you have.

It looks like the case.

Turns out mondy got banned: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=439020.msg4823354#msg4823354

At least he can use his spare accounts now.

lol.
2113  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] positive trust for BTC 0.002 on: January 30, 2014, 03:23:05 PM
He is buying positive trust but what he got is negative trust. lol

This whole thing makes me lol literally. Cheesy

2115  Other / Meta / Re: big problem posting on: January 30, 2014, 03:13:45 PM
i haven't posted or try to post since 10 day, every time i try to post i have the message
The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later.
or it say
You already submitted this post! You might have accidently double clicked, or tried to refresh.
then i go in my profile to check if the number of post have moved but nope
I have to retry like 4-5 times (at 360+second)to be able to get my post to work
im 100% sure no one is using my ip
i also have the same problem when trying to search for the first time, it say
You are searching too quickly. Wait 90 seconds.
but its my first search of the day, even of the month maybe
These restrictions get lifted once you graduate from newbie, IIRC.

IIRC, the time limit should be down to 75 seconds, when you get 15 activity.
2116  Other / Meta / Re: Questions on Bans on: January 30, 2014, 03:12:08 PM
The username is 'mondy' and the ban message is as follows:

I've sent an email yet there has been no response.

Regards

At least you can now put one of those accounts you bought to good use.

Maybe he is now using it. Tongue
2117  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTCchina IS BACK, bank deposits restored!!! on: January 30, 2014, 02:54:03 PM
non-chinese account here (their english website is actually pretty good), and I can also see the bank deposit option again -- can't use it without chinese bank account, of course, but it is there again.
but how did you do the identity verification? I can't even get to the screen where it shows withdrawal options because I'm asked to do verification first.

Just enter any arbitrary information, it doesn't matter.  The only legit thing you need to enter is a mobile number - it sends you a text confirmation number which you enter and voila.  You can then see the bank fund/withdrawal area.

Definitely the easiest and fastest "ID Verification" lol.
2118  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Should i buy a butterfly monarch. on: January 30, 2014, 02:47:12 PM
Never try the BFL pre-order IMO.

BFL? No way.

BFL
Verb

1. To have something you ordered - delivered so far behind schedule, that it is no longer useful to you. Especially in cases where delays are 100+ days and the manufacturer or reseller is refusing to offer a refund for the goods.
2. Scammed
3. Completely fucked over

The term originates from the famous case in the Bitcoin community of longer than 1 year backlog of orders at Butterfly Labs, who have refused to refund their customers.

Usage:
Damn, I think we're getting BFL'd
Be careful, you might get BFL'd

lol Cheesy
2119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need blockchain forensics expertise.. on: January 30, 2014, 02:39:11 PM
Question guys, if im trying to follow some stolen coins to their final destination, can i find the initial transaction and follow the unspent outputs to the destination wallet?

that is, say im following btc address 1BzbergrjuUShb927P3vUbtQZW1firSsjC

https://blockchain.info/address/1BzbergrjuUShb927P3vUbtQZW1firSsjC

i click on the transaction hash 4cb7398d0e662b689ae5589cf567e52ebec5e9a982629b7b750e256257aefab5

https://blockchain.info/tx/4cb7398d0e662b689ae5589cf567e52ebec5e9a982629b7b750e256257aefab5

and click the spent button on the largest output 15c2e32BDUGXYb4kHCGgG8eJ8Ti7QKiihC (Spent)

it brings me to this transaction:
00acc702a4a8e1dc1a68c5d905cb3326e6578f447f311351dc6561e5abab799a

https://blockchain.info/tx/00acc702a4a8e1dc1a68c5d905cb3326e6578f447f311351dc6561e5abab799a

so, was this the correct method to find the final destination of the coins? (for now at least)

and finally:

i notice the tx was "relayed by ip" 76.10.140.37 . is it most likely that the transaction physically originated in/near the area that this ip resides?

thanks in advance guys, any info you can provide is absolutely clutch.

What  if the guy is using a proxy or a VPN? ip address is useless?

Even if he doesn't use proxy, VPN or Tor, that ip address probably doesn't belong to the sender.
Please refer to my above post for the reason.
