Ok. got my tracking just 30 minutes ago - as a response to inquiry emails from address: info@openrigs.com directly to my inbox.

Let me know If I understood it correctly - ordered 11/29/2013 and shipped today 1/6/2014?

Not sure where you get that from - ordered on November 29th and scheduled for fabrication the same day, raws arrived on the 5th of December and fabrication started, and it was shipped on the 19th of December. Which is what it says on the updates? Obviously once it goes to customs that's the last we see of it and it is 100% out of our hands...otherwise we could change the contents of the parcel:) On the 26th of December we submitted modified documentation to customs following a request we received from them (not shown on the order status), they provided updated tracking info a few days later, and we updated your order with that. We re-updated your order today to ensure you received your tracking number.

It could be a cached page - also, gmail is definitely marking system emails as spam, can you please double-check your spam folder for me? On the support side, it's just after 8pm here, and there's only 2 people on the after-hours support team (across the group of companies), so you'll have to give them a little bit to respond:) I'm sure the automated reply with your ticket number says that it can take up to two working days to respond?

well man, it does not sound like kidding anymore, it closer to mock.
I triple checked my spam folder, used 2 different browsers to check your page with clear cache.

"I'm sure the automated reply with your ticket number says that it can take up to two working days to respond?"

So I was promised on Friday, that I`ll get my tracking today, now you make it Wednesday?

I'm really not trying to mock, but I'm quite unsure as to why you're not getting any of our emails and why you're seeing old data. I've PM'd you screenshots from the backend as well as screenshots of the support team's reply to both of your tickets from nearly an hour ago.

Apologies - I've re-added it and re-emailed it from the system, check now?

I still cant see any tracking - related info online - should it be in: ORDER INFORMATION ?
even I checked whole menu...

You can also just login and check the latest order update online...?

Are you kidding? you want me to post screenshots here - as there is no tracking number?

Apologies - I've re-added it and re-emailed it from the system, check now?

Wow the South Africa post office is slow. Their site says two and three months for a surface-mail item to a country abroad. Damn I should have spent the extra money on shipping.

Practically speaking, it depends entirely on import customs on the receiving end. I've never had it take 3 months, and I've had it as fast as 3 weeks to the UK, so it's hard to predict. I'll re-update your order in a moment and pm you your tracking details:)

answer my question

Look - your account was just created, and given the prevalence of trolls we've had in this thread I'm not going to play Bitcoin Police Interrogation Chambertm and explain our processes (over and over again). Suffice it to say that we don't get tracking information back from customs in the order we provide it, nor are the pre-cleared parcels processed in the order they're received, so that should give you a clue to answer your question.

If you're an existing client, then feel free to let us know your order number. If you've got a pre-sales question, feel free to ask.
2127  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 06, 2014, 05:02:13 PM
Can we see a tracking number in the 800-950 range that is showing proper tracking? seems those you showed stop at 700 and by the looks of the tracking updates on those it seems like they just hit the postal office on the 1st of this month for example this one http://sms.postoffice.co.za/TrackingParcels/Parcel.aspx?id=CN028932404ZA

So if those orders just got sent out how are the 800-950 orders being sent out the same days if they would have just finished with fabrications?

I'm sorry - I didn't catch your order number?
2128  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 06, 2014, 04:42:53 PM

Yours was sent to you first thing this morning - check your spam folder in case it's there? If not, we've moved to a ticketing system, so please email info@openrigs.com or use the enquiry form on the website, and someone will be able to provide you with your tracking information manually.

Nothing from you in Spam folder, even I got mails from you before with no problems. (info@openrigs.com for ex...)

"If not, we've moved to a ticketing system"
- where? not even a word about tickets on your website...

email sent, inquiry filled - still waiting for answers.

You can also just login and check the latest order update online...?

Been a week since I got my tracking number, still not showing up on the post office website.

Is this normal for the SAPO? I understand delays due to the time of year, but seems like its taking a little too long for it to be updated on the website.

I'll give them a call and check what's potting with your order:) We did dump a pretty large number of parcels on them, so it's possible that they're just struggling to get through the backlog. I did a random check of a few orders in the 600-700 range - there are a bunch tracking (624, 626, 656, 661, 676, 700) and some that aren't, so that seems to support my theory.

Order ID: #668
still don`t have tracking

No offence, but tracking number was promised to be today.

how about those working tracking numbers

Heya - what's your order number?
2132  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] 25$ iTunes CODES ! ! on: January 04, 2014, 07:51:45 PM
My first transaction with dreamliner went smoothly. I did a repeat transaction a few days ago (Jan 2nd) - sent 0.2434 BTC to her, and am still waiting for my iTunes vouchers. That having been said, she hasn't been on IRC or bitcointalk since Jan 2nd, so maybe she's just tied up. I won't go for the knee-jerk negative trust rating - let's just give her a couple of days:)

Man, this board has some pretty rude and impatient people on it... which means a lot coming from me, because I can be very brash.

It's 4:50AM in South Africa right now.  He most likely has not gotten back to his desk yet.

Sorry I was impatient, but if somebody already knows about problems:

I'll check why it hasn't been updated (had exim/database issues and had to rollback to a previous version, so some updates went awry)

it`s not my obligation to be a whistle blower to fix it.

am I impatient -
19/12/2013 to January 03, 2014 - just to ask for tracking - that was promised in 2 days after 19/12/2013 ?

I just not expecting trolling, busting, investigating from somebody who supposed to keep his service going smooth at a first place.

That's fair enough - I should've been more thorough in checking to see whose orders hadn't been updated.

Good lo .. what the hell happened in here!  Shocked

---

Nice pics fluffypony ! What size risers you using in those photos?

I have some 19cm risers right now but i have powered 24cm's incoming! Wish i had 30cm..

For the new product pics I had some 30cm XL and some 15cm unpowered 1x to 1x risers daisy chained to powered 1x to 16x risers to demonstrate that both work:)
2135  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 04, 2014, 07:59:35 AM
Same here.  Order 952.  Email with tracking number sent on Dec 30, 2013.

fluffy, should I be worried?  Is ZA postoffice still closed for holidays?

Yours was held at customs because of the dispute, I phoned on Monday and asked them to release it - they may not have sent it to the branch yet, or they've sent it to the branch and the branch is just a little overwhelmed with all the parcels they need to process:) I'll give them both a courtesy call on Monday to remind them about it.
2136  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 04, 2014, 07:57:17 AM

Sorry about that - yours definitely has a tracking number. I'll check why it hasn't been updated (had exim/database issues and had to rollback to a previous version, so some updates went awry) when I'm back at my desk tomorrow morning and will make sure you've gotten your tracking number by then:)

Maybe you`ll contribute some time not for "busting" whoever accused you in anything - but for searching for my tracking number?

I actually didn't realise today is Saturday when I replied to you. I'm only going to be back at the office on Monday morning - BUT I may go in this afternoon as three of the rigs on the farm are dead and won't boot remotely. If I go in today I'll take  look at my hard copy and send you the tracking number, else first thing Monday morning:)

Hey fluffy, can you tell me what the distance is between points indicated by the red lines?

Got an unused 10" screen I wouldn't mind mounting on a KVM.

Thanks!

I'll measure it up for you on Monday and let you know:)
2138  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 03, 2014, 06:30:41 PM
Hey, how much for his order?

Cheesy

LOL - now I'm starting to feel like I'm selling BFL pre-order slots;) Lemme see on Monday if I can get the parcel returned to us (I'm pretty sure I can) and I'll let you know!
2139  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 03, 2014, 06:29:33 PM
Oh what a fun thread!

I love when mults get outed.  Thanks for the entertainment this morning.

Oh, and just an FYI for paradise/sky/kr4x/douche...

I don't know what your primary goal here was, but you just increased the reputation of OpenRigs in my eyes.  A refund was posted blazingly fast, showing awesome customer service.  I also like to see small businesses that stand up to a bully/troll/scammer.  The polite and honest customer is always right.  The douchebag customer is not.

Now the genius scam would be if fluffypony was also a mult.  Hmmmm.

Hah!

Look, I've had to scale up massively to meet demand that I had no idea existed, and I'm still scaling to make sure we can handle future demand. We have awesome new projects (not just open frames) that are being worked on that I want to launch in the 1st quarter of this year. And I'm doing everything in my power to at least make sure that customers are kept in the loop, even if we hit a patch where there's very little to say. But we're human, we're fallible, we're going to screw up. All I can hope is that when we screw up we're able to fix things ourselves or help our customers fix things in the easiest and fastest way possible.

Next up on our list: all OpenRigs email requests are going in to our ticketing system from next week, and the support staff do their product training on Monday, so that will be a load off and should result in an even smoother customer support experience:)
