I'll happily keep his money and donate it to anyone that can verify they got scammed by him?

Although that may seem like the right thing to do, I don't think that would be a wise move.

It would only give him a legitimate reason to label you as a scammer.

Fair enough:) Well, I can always contact BitPay and ask them to refund it back to the inputs.

Holy cow. It just occurred to me to Google the dude's real name.

Turns out skyisthelimit / paradiselife is the scammer formerly known as Kr4x. You may remember him from this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=196860.0;all and his scammer tag.

He's also been scamming since 2004, according to this post on WebHostingTalk: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=350291

Since his info is out in the open in that marketplace thread, I can post a screenshot of the system backend to verify that order 968 is Dzelil Salihovic if there's any doubt.

I'll happily keep his money and donate it to anyone that can verify they got scammed by him?

LOL oh ya so how do you get the package back you apparently sent to me already? because nothing was EVER shipped

It's unlikely it's cleared the Capemail hub, given how recently we got tracking numbers for the 900 range, so it's one phone call to ask them to return it. They won't even charge us a local returns fee because they've already got our money for international shipping. And, as I mentioned in my post, if I can't recall it I'd rather have refunded you and written it off than ever deal with you again.
2145  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 03, 2014, 04:25:44 PM
I have placed 2 orders with you one in the 400 range and one in the 900 range both under different shipping locations, you are such a angry man from your last post damn dude what is bugging you in life? is it some wife issues? Both of my tracking numbers show the same error, you fucking scammer

If you want to proceed like this I will keep every scam up and on top of your shit and I will also open up a scam site dedicated to your company

No, you absolutely you did not have a 2nd order. I checked every single order in the 400 range, they are ALL tracking, and the bulk of them are already delivered. Also, you're one of 3 orders that have come in from the Bell Canada dynamic IP range. The 1 is in the 600 range (and has a tracking number that is tracking), the other is in the 1100 range.

YES I did place a 2nd order and my IP range is so irrelevant to the situation, ever heard of tor or proxies?
I hope you understand the hell you brought onto your company name

Now, your Bitcoin address for the refund, please.

Your move and what's with the threats?

I didn't make any threats?

Dude, there's not a SINGLE ORDER in the 400-500 range that isn't tracking. We've been plugging in to AfterShip, so I can see shipping statuses at a glance.

Under your paradiselife profile you acknowledged your order number is 968, and as seen above under your skyisthelimit profile you claim order number 968.

You're clearly lying, you've been caught out, now provide your Bitcoin address for a refund, please, as we will not be doing business with you now or in the future.

Any idea why it says this when I enter the tracking number?

Error: 4 ~ON~ý Index was outside the bounds of the array.

No clue - what's your order number?

968

BUSTED.

paradiselife and skyisthelimit is the same person.

Dude seriously, what is WRONG with you? Why would you lie about having a tracking number in the 400-450 range? Why would you open a scam accusation thread? Why would you try and drag my name and my company's name through the mud when we have done nothing but assist you to the best of our ability?

What makes it worse is that there are others in the 600-900 order range who have been exceedingly patient with us during this crazy season, and you went and opened scam accusation threads and accused people of being shills when your order was processed within the timelines as indicated on our delivery and returns policy with no lag, no extra time needed. You, sir, are something else.

I see you deleted the reply above and switched profiles - thankfully, the forum emails notifications on watched threads, so I'm not the only one that got this notice:

Please provide a Bitcoin address so I can refund your payment - I'll recall the parcel from the hub at our expense, if I can't do so I will write it off - and you are not welcome to do business with us now or ever again. I'll also be reporting both of your profiles to the forum administrators.

Order ID: #668
still don`t have tracking:

19/12/2013   Shipped, pending customs check   Off it goes! Customs will now do a little x-ray and a paperwork check to make sure all is in order. Once that's done we'll be given tracking numbers, which we'll send on to you within the next couple of days at the most:)

Sorry about that - yours definitely has a tracking number. I'll check why it hasn't been updated (had exim/database issues and had to rollback to a previous version, so some updates went awry) when I'm back at my desk tomorrow morning and will make sure you've gotten your tracking number by then:)
2152  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 03, 2014, 10:32:27 AM
Does the giorgina or any of the others able to function with 2 mobos and 2 psus powering a total of 8 cards?
Essentially can they hold two systems?
Thanks!

All of the systems can handle 2-4 PSUs, dependent on how you choose to mount them on the PSU bars. Your second question is answered in the FAQ tab on the product page:

Quote
Can I mount two motherboards on an 8 GPU rig?

No, it's not designed for that, and that sort of configuration doesn't promote easy access to hardware and doesn't fit in with our design ethos. You are, of course, welcome to do whatever you want with it once you receive it, but we'd prefer customers opt for a horizontal row of Arianna grid frames than trying to re-purpose something.
2153  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Openrigs.com STAY AWAY! on: January 02, 2014, 04:04:51 PM
As promised, here are some pics from today.

This is what a completed, packed order looks like (before getting documentation and extra bubble wrap on top and being sealed). This particular order is three Giorgina units and is going to California.

Parts completed, picked and ready to pack - this is 6 Arianna units for a customer in Norway (2x left, 2x middle, 2x right) and will go out in two boxes.

As I've mentioned in the other thread and on the holiday notice on the site, we're down to skeleton staff until next week when everyone comes back in drips and drabs, so we've had to rope in some casuals. To be honest, they're kinda useless and a little lazy, and keep messing up parts piles. We definitely won't be hiring them again in future.

2154  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Openrigs.com STAY AWAY! on: January 01, 2014, 04:34:51 PM
hey fluffy, have you shipped anything out to anyone yet?

Yessir - we've shipped 700 orders (ie. with tracking numbers) thus far and have another 300 orders at customs, we should get the tracking numbers for them tomorrow morning:)

If there's any doubt I can take pics of parcels being packed (and some completed parcels) tomorrow when I'm at the office.

you
you must be a shill account.. SHILL!

What if I told you there are no shill accounts, it's just that everyone's tired of your trolling?
2156  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: December 31, 2013, 06:01:18 PM
if I order today (2-3 frames), when I should expect delivery of the product? I know, that it is not time sensitive ASIC, but I don't want to wait months for it..Smiley

thanks for reply and best 2k14.

From Jan 6th when the bulk of the fabrication team is back our timelines will come back down to 8 working days for fab. We're also streamlining our customs process, because they're getting used to what we're shipping and everything is basically the same. Aramex skips that whole process because they've got the sort of special relationship with customs I only wish we had, but they're also stupidly expensive;)

So basically we should be back in line with our delivery and returns policy from next week: https://openrigs.com/information/information&information_id=6

OK, thanks for the reply. I went ahead and ordered without bolts for now.  Are these 1/16" walls?  I'm assuming I can always drill holes and screw directly into the plastic later for a flatter finish (no nuts).  Was planning on drilling to add a recessed power switch anyway.

We were using 1.2mm walls, but on our new production profiles there are 1mm walls, so it's still super snug but you can pull it off the connector with a bit of force. I have no idea how to convert 1mm to fractions of inches;)

You can definitely go straight into the plastic, and use a short 20mm screw. Alternatively, a thin layer of epoxy applied to the plastic before you use a mallet to knock the two together will also hold it tightly. Shearing force on the plastic is huge (about 1 ton), so your aluminium is more likely to buckle and strip before you get anywhere close to that;)

Couple quick question!

  • Will a Vitalia model stack on top of a Giorgina model? (Flat top.)
  • Can you post some pics with a unit that has been secured with the optional nuts & bolts?
  • Understanding it's the holidays, can you estimate time to ship if ordered in the next 24 hour?

I had more, but that's all I can remember at the moment!

Thanks,
-Z

EDIT:
OK, answered a couple reading your site. Still interested in the bolt secure option. Some of those pics look a little out of shape making me curious about stability (for example, upper right corner of stacked Giorgina). You say on the website it may be considered undesirable aesthetically, but I'm more interested in stability.

Sorry for the delay - the Giorgina pulled out a little when we were moving it, and I didn't notice till the shoot was over, so we'll fix it in post. In terms of rigidity, I've stood on the corners of an unbolted Vitalia (I'm a 250 pound guy) and it has stood firm. I don't have any pics of a bolted frame (because I hate the unclean lines, lol), but will put it on the list for the next shoot we do.

Any word on the orders that are after the 915 cut off point.

Havent had an update in a while.

Are you still on target with what you told me earlier FP?

Yessir - yours is in a batch that we boxed up today, and is getting picked up tomorrow morning to go to customs:)
