2181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Make unlimited Bitcoins with Cex.io vouchers on: May 17, 2014, 05:52:47 PM
What a stupid method, why would people buy the vouchers on eBay? Only complete retards would do so, and I doubt that many of them exist.
2182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Zero Fee 0% Bitcoin Exchange on: May 17, 2014, 05:48:32 PM
ANXPRO, an exchange based in Hong Kong, has a 0% Trading Fee. Is that what you are looking for?
2183  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan for sweden on: May 17, 2014, 05:47:02 PM
This guy is a scammer. Wants scanned sweden id  for illegal purposes.. he is not going to lend anything
No way...
I sent him my drivers license as collateral for my loan.

Why did you send it to him???  Send it to a trusted third party, and if you default, then the escrow will release it...  Why would you give it to a newb account?

Well I didn't really see why this guy would just take my license and it looked like he had done deals before here.
My stupid mis judgement...Going to have get my license changed before he goes and does something stupid with that one

Even if his account was registered in 2011, he is still a newbie. Probably someone bought this account and is using it to steal identities.
Be careful.
2184  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much would Bitcoin be by May 31,2014 on: May 17, 2014, 05:45:19 PM
I think that it should rise a little, to around $470. There really isn't any more news that will cause the price to drop. Everyone that Chinese news is just stupid, and makes no difference whatsoever.

2186  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hacker stolen btc on: May 17, 2014, 05:01:31 PM
Is that all amount that you have in your wallet?

Obviously it is, why even ask this question?

OP, are you going to provide more information or not?
2187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple BTC wallets for security? on: May 17, 2014, 04:26:49 PM
I'm not so concerned, I'm just trying not to be stupid.  I'm wondering if going through the effort of setting up multiple wallets or using multiple addresses is worth it.  I'm wondering if it actually provides anything at all.

Well, if you are paranoid about all your wealth getting tracked, then you should use multiple addresses.
If not, then you don't need to at all.
2188  Economy / Service Discussion / Has anyone used sevengnomes.com? on: May 17, 2014, 04:14:11 PM
I'm planning on getting a gridseed but I have no idea how to solder and do the voltmod, and saw their deal.
Has anyone used them before? Are they legit?
2189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple BTC wallets for security? on: May 17, 2014, 04:12:20 PM
Do multiple wallets really provide any extra security or privacy though, given that someone can easily analyze the blockchain to see that one larger wallet is feeding the smaller wallet?

Simply don't reuse addresses for privacy, or mix your coins if you're really that concerned. Mixed coins are untraceable, or use Dark Wallet's DarkSend.
2190  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: May 17, 2014, 03:49:05 PM
Someone have bought 26K GH/s and that's about  $59k converted from bitcoins, do they have any hash left for sale right now?

There is still some hash available right now. They didn't buy 26 TH/s in one go, and PBMining adds hashpower quite quickly anyway.
2191  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ANX launches ANXPRO, support for Altcoins and AUD Direct Banking, 0 Fees! on: May 17, 2014, 03:29:29 PM
Come and trade today! No ID verification is needed!
That doesn't sound sustainable...

What isn't sustainable? I don't understand your question.
2192  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: .conf file help. on: May 17, 2014, 03:24:17 PM
There shouldn't be a problem as long as its extension is .conf.

well whenever I double click on the .conf file, it opens up notepad and not cgminer.  I've made sure to save it as a .conf file and change it to other file types when saving and not leave it as a txt file. If need be I may do a system reboot as I have to clean up the system anyways and I use it primarily for mining so it isn't that big of a deal.

You need to open cgminer.exe, and not the .conf file. The .conf file never opens up as cgminer.

thats weird as it would open cgminer before. It seems to work now though

I'm glad it worked. the .conf file is just text, so it shouldn't open CGMiner.

2194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which Bitcoin trading sites are reliable and stable? on: May 17, 2014, 03:19:54 PM
I recommend ANXPRO. It's a reliable Bitcoin exchange based in hong kong, with 0% trading fee.
2195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple BTC wallets for security? on: May 17, 2014, 03:18:54 PM
I've got 4 paper wallets in a safety deposit box. Then a small amount on coinbase I use for spending by sending to my android wallet.

It would be even better if you kept the paper wallets in different places.
2196  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Around $2000 to spend on: May 17, 2014, 02:39:17 PM
I don't think you should spend your money on hardware now.

If you really want to, I think you should look at Scypt ASICs now instead of BTC ASICS.  But, as I said,  I think you are better by buying bitcoins / other cryptocurrencies now (and trade a bit with them, or just hold them. I think the value of BTC will rise again soon).

Scrypt asic manufacturers include Gridseed, ZeusMiner, KNCMiner, Alpha Technology and others. But no one recommends mining, we all suggest you to buy bitcoins directly.
2197  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I post? My posts after first two are all rejected, I waited 1 hr on: May 17, 2014, 02:36:39 PM
You need to wait the full 6 minutes before you post. Log-ins and attempted posts count. Log-in, wait 6 minutes, then try post and you'll be fine. The time limit decreases the more activity you get.

Thanks, as I waited more than one hour, I had to login again, as the session timed out.  That explains it.

Private Messages and reported posts also count. If you are active here, you'll get that limit removed in no time.

Is there a sample? We have no idea how cloned it is.
2199  Economy / Lending / Re: loan needed on: May 17, 2014, 02:34:37 PM
I'm sorry you guys have little faith in an honest person.

As far as the equipment:

7x block erupter blades
Gtx 770
4x Block erupter USB
Back plane & Power supply

Yep, we have very little faith in a noob asking for a loan without a real collateral.
Ship the collateral off to a trusted third party, you'll get a loan right away.

Saying that you have the equipment means nothing, if you actually have the equipment and you intend to scam, you would take the money and not ship the collateral.
We have no idea if you are honest or not. So don't blame us.
2200  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: HW error too high on: May 17, 2014, 02:31:29 PM
Hi,

I currently am running 4 antminers s1 ... One of them is connected to a corsair RM750 psu and the hw error is 0.04 whilst I have two other miners with a corsair cx600 psu and the hw error is 1.25 .... why is there this huge difference between the values ? Could it be from the psu? Also these are running on a clock of 393.75mhz .... 200gh/s approx

It could be because you overclocked it and there isn't sufficient cooling. Try lowering the clock.
