should i drop down to 13.11 beta4? or beta3?

I suggest any beta of 13.11.
http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/amd_catalyst_13_11_beta_9_5_driver_download.html

It's much better than what you are using right now.
2522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [dogecoin]Please help. several questions. [Frustrated] on: May 04, 2014, 03:14:19 PM
i've got a raid card in my second pcie slot, could this be interfering with the cgminer process?

ima take it out brb 3 min.

irrelevant, no difference.

What drivers have you got installed?
2523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Please help. several questions. [Frustrated] on: May 04, 2014, 02:42:30 PM
only thing that happens is the fans get louder than usual.

I checked gpuz, gpu is not @load nor does powerplay change=frequency of core and mem.

So after displaying that screen, all it does is exit itself?

nope it stays, i have to reboot to reset the fan rpms.

open cmd, do the setx commands, close cmd, and remove the setx commands from your bat file, and see if it works.

(Reply to reply above) I just started using litecoin. Estimated to make 7$ a week or so. It's the same problem with the worker. Diff is 256

You are mining Litecoin with a 333MH/s USB Block Erupter?
Yup. Only in litecoin its measured kh/s

Well then I have no idea what you are doing. Mining litecoin on the scrypt algorithm is impossible, since the Block Erupter is a SHA-256 ASIC.
What miner software are you using?
2526  Economy / Digital goods / Re: 1 GH/S cex.io voucher - 10 available on: May 04, 2014, 02:12:54 PM
I will send you a voucher code allowing you to instantly redeem 1GHS of mining power.

Click the balance tab,"balance" and paste the code into the box to redeem it.

You will immediately start mining bitcoins, namecoins, devcoin and ixcoin witout affecting the performance of mining bitcoins.

Terms and conditions:
Price for 1 voucher: 10 € | 13 $
10 voucher available.

Not refund, not return. Code works perfectly.

Thank you for your time and interest.

You are fucking insane. Why should I buy a code from a crappy user like you, at 10x the price when I can just trade on cex.io?
2527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AUTO-SWITCH] Profit-switch auto-exchange pool: CleverMining.com on: May 04, 2014, 02:10:43 PM
The time has finally come! If you pay for electricity in the US and are mining with a radeon GPU the cost of the electricity is greater than the value of the BTC youre receiving through this pool for most.  Its been a fun ride everyone.  The LTC hashrate has increased over 50% in the last 2 weeks(!!!) and is only going to continue to rise rapidly.  ASIC are here and are only going to get cheaper and more powerful.

However, the depressed BTC is actually a good thing.  There is much profit to be made by selling hardware and buying cheap BTC

So...? Switch to other coin algorithms. That's a huge advantage for GPUs.
2528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Please help. several questions. [Frustrated] on: May 04, 2014, 02:09:04 PM
Here is my new bat. name.worker pw removed

Code:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://dogepool.pw:3334 -u name.worker -p password -w 256 -g 2 --auto-fan --thread-concurrency 18944 --intensity 13

cgminer asks to connect net then does nothing.

Can you please post a screenshot of it?

Importing adds an address, and I have no idea what you are talking about with the scanning window.
If you mean scanning a QR code, no, you have to type in the private key.
Yes, I've meant scanning a QR code. Thank you for the info!
Maybe you know a good but NOT android QR scanner/decoder, something that could work with the camera built into laptop?

blockchain.info
2530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Please help. several questions. [Frustrated] on: May 04, 2014, 01:52:07 PM
A bin doesnt even get created meaning cgminer is incorrectly tuned.

You need to add --scrypt to your CGminer bat.

I was trying to announce my multipool but evidently the forum software doesn't think I'm legit Sad

Weird. Contact a mod?
2533  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Worker not reviving shares on: May 04, 2014, 01:44:08 PM
So I got an ASIC 330mh/s block erupter I set it up and started mining. All was fine inside cgminer I got a best share of like 73 so I was happy. I left this running for about 5 hours then I checked my pool and there is NOTHING it says it's inactive running 0mh/s and I have no balance. I have tried multiple pools and even diffident coins. No change

First, that block erupter is useless, you will earn nothing.
Second, what pool are you mining on? It's probably because even the share difficulty is too high, lol.
2534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GAWMiner just put their new ASIC miner for sale on page on: May 04, 2014, 01:30:18 PM
This board is BTC hardware only

No, these ASICS are for Scrypt.

2536  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: How much is the actual mining price now ? on: May 04, 2014, 01:10:46 PM
PBmining you cant trade your ghz anytime right ?

Correct, it's a fixed contract, but you can sell your account.
2537  Local / Hardware y Minería / Re: Duda scrypt y sha-256 on: May 04, 2014, 01:06:58 PM

ok i'm sorry i wasnt aware of that and didnt want to spread FUD
Well i havent been too active on the forums so i didnt check that thread but thanks for pointing me at it Wink

It's a new option, before you couldn't change PBMining Payout Address, but now you can, and selling your account is perfectly OK right now.
2540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Importing a paper wallet on: May 04, 2014, 12:44:48 PM
Ok! So I have finally made safe all my families bitcoins by getting them off QT and into paper wallet generated offline Smiley

Just wondering what the best way to get them back out is, I would like to know how to do this in case I should ever need to in a hurry.

The QT can't import private keys can it?

Bitcoind can, but that's a bit beyond me it seems.

Blockchain.info the best option for someone like me?

Go to the debug console, do "importprivkey privatekey".

This will open a scanning window, or the privkey must be scanned other way and put with ctrl+v?
Importing adds new address or replaces the existant ones in wallet.dat?

Importing adds an address, and I have no idea what you are talking about with the scanning window.
If you mean scanning a QR code, no, you have to type in the private key.
