Considero offensiva l'associazione bitcoin <> dipendenza dal gioco d'azzardo. E si, volevo votare zero, anche se forse mezzo punto me lo meritavo (parzialmente collegato alla descrizione, ma tecnicamente non corretto).
2202  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: Bitcoin e ludopatia on: September 07, 2013, 09:17:56 AM
Io trovo questo thread offensivo.
2203  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Possible uses for Heat Generated by btc mining? on: September 06, 2013, 11:46:47 PM
Why its not possible to use the energy inside a 50°C flux of water to finally move a turbine (150°C)?
Isn't there any way to do it?
Its just a curiosity I had for a long time, non bitcoin related.
2204  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra announces its first ASIC - Hash-Rate greater than 500 GH/s on: September 06, 2013, 12:11:06 PM

and is upward compatible with the future generations of fine CoinTerra SHA256-hashing solutions.
Well, we'll see if that works out. Easy to say, not so easy to do.
Irony - easy to use, not so easy to detect.
+1

200BTC donation to compensate our previous work and to support us to continue

1, FPGA codes for the ASIC chips
2, FPGA codes for the controller
3, A python miner

You want a 200 BTC donation for some FPGA mining code???
This is what i also don't understand. However i don't understand nothing about designing an asic chip, so i must be wrong.
Trusted escrow, that will do it for free? I don't know any of it.
2206  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TerraHash to Provide a Hosted Bitcoin Mining Solution for $6/GHash in November on: September 05, 2013, 09:12:49 PM
I was believing myself mad trying to refuse the content of the first post (6$/GH, 2PH in 2 months).
The comments showed me that i wasn't crazy at all.

This is what happens staying out of the scene for a while...

Anyway, i've haven't been so much bullish since April.
2208  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can you memorize Trivial Pursuit? on: September 05, 2013, 12:09:37 PM
Or maybe, we could have a new Guiness World record.
To type in with keyboard or voice - knowing it by heart - the first version of bitcoin-Qt in the shortest lapse of time... Go go!
This is so ridiculous that we need to do it.
2209  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: MYMINER - Open Source Bitcoin mining ASIC project on: September 05, 2013, 10:21:34 AM
If you use a trusted escrow like John you have my full support for what you are doing.
2210  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: MYMINER - Open Source Bitcoin mining ASIC project on: September 05, 2013, 09:39:16 AM
It sounds really like an easy scam.
Edit, i propose myself to be an escrow for this, even if no one asked for that. You can look at my trust history. I will do it for free.

My address: 1LqNiZWiSriUwKoWxSpcmqWw6TzVSR9SAy
(if you trust me more than the OP, use it)

Compile world.
Come back after a week.

2212  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra announces its first ASIC - Hash-Rate greater than 500 GH/s on: September 04, 2013, 04:01:46 PM
I just preordered one, mainly because the principals of this company seem the most legitimate to me.
This is the only reason that keeps cointerra alive.

2214  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Best hosting location for mining gear on: September 03, 2013, 07:06:16 PM
I can get full rack for €500/m, airco 20dgr and security with ups.. (host one Avalon currently)..
I also can get a full rack for less than 150 euro/month.
However that doesen't come with free power.

mine does, cooling and internet also.. (secure location)
What's your provider?
Free power and internet for 500€? Possible, but there must be some caps. Like 2A and 100Mbps. What are they?
2215  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: September 02, 2013, 09:52:43 PM
They also said to have plans to open source the board design, so i don't think there will be any problem under that aspect.

The other transactions displayed there are not broadcasted yet, too.
Just convert them from base64 to hex and enjoy broadcasting them yourself.

75€ per kW but 1000€ per rack (monthly).

If someone has better deals...

You should be able to increase your sepa limit to a much bigger treadshold, just email gox.
2220  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: September 02, 2013, 12:22:16 PM
