Icedrill has probably a different contract than the one we have.

This is the rationale way to fight with someone that can put down 10k-100k$ a day in advertising.

Yes. As i wrote, it was a good news in the respect of that topic.

A big thanks to Joel for his article (that i've yet to read, but i think it will be great).

Ars Technica will publish tomorrow (1/1/2014) an article regarding what HashFast has been up to lately.

(I was wrong about Ars, Joel was writing for Ars until a few years ago and i believed that the article was gonna be published to Ars. However, with almost 40k facebook followers, it's a really good starting point).

They outsourced the design to Uniquify.

So Uniquify was not a parent company? Than why they initially gave HF office space to begin their operations?
I guess that HF paid them for that very reason. And I have never know the name of anyone else involved in the development apart from Simon...

i propose lets go for an additional x-times ramped up MPP sent in Q2. they can afford it and we could break even.
Only if signed by everyone from HF, written from my lawyer and notarised in front of God.

I don't think it will be of any real use (not in my case at least, I've already decided that i will go against them), but let's do it. (0.01BTC here?)

Thanks for sharing, brontosaurus. It's really interesting.

That they changed the specs of the chip overnight. From 735 to 664 GH/s

Looks like Cedivad may have gotten his full BTC back.

No No No No No.

That thing has nothing to do with me personally, as i wrote, it has to do with the "extent of my op"; alias, let the world know about HashFast.

I'm not sure how you figure that, without knowing the specifics of my order. I'd like to hear your reasoning though.
I'm sorry, i should not have get into the line.
1356  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: A call to the Custom Hardware community: Please let the world know about HashFas on: January 01, 2014, 02:48:25 AM
If you want to improve things, as a mod you can easily have a positive impact. Abolish all discussion of hardware that hasn't shipped in volume to mining speculation.

I agree that the Custom Hardware sub should be about Custom Hardware, in accordance with Gmaxwell's own rules.

That means Scam Accusations should be moved to the Scam Accusation sub, not left here to lower the signal/noise ratio.

The baseless, now-rubbished "Is HashFast Self-Mining?" thread is a sterling example of why following Gmaxwell's rules is a good idea.

Of course, being both a disgruntled customer and a mod presents an increasingly apparent conflict of interest for him.

I was worried that you would have had the courage to come here and argue what i wrote, because i was ready to defend it. However your post is uselessly full of nothing but personal attacks to our moderator and of new empty lines.

I'm disappointed.

This thread is not a scam accusation, so shall it not belong to the scam accusation forum. I understand that you will have an hard time understanding this. But have a nice new year anyway.

I emailed them demanding a refund.

Error detected.

although it is almost certainly a money loser.

No.
1359  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 01, 2014, 02:35:19 AM
I've already responded to the self-mining accusation:
I'm still waiting for your answers to the legitimate accusations i posted months ago. Thanks.

Hiding assets is probably something we will have to expect from Hf as well. Thanks for sharing.

The fastest Bitcoin mining chip in the world today — up to 735 Ghash/s per chip!
Uh? For how many seconds? Under liquid nitrogen? Helium? Is this repeatable in a scientific setting? Or maybe it's just marketing?
