What's the source for "Tape out did not happen until Sept 6th"? Since that i ordered before that and one of the main reason was that they already announced the tapeout, i would like to know more about it.

Thanks.

The only reason i've yet to do it is because it's missing from here:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1584096/000158409613000002/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

I can't understand why. And anyway his name is not common at all.

I'm quite sure that you can do your researches and post them on the forum, no? It's not because of it being my wiki, it's because there is my name on the whois and i'm proceeding legally against HF (hiding it would have make no sense, it would just have make things worse).
1284  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 07, 2014, 07:09:08 PM
Apart from that, i would say that the pages about the management are already informative enough, referenced, and yet, in no way defamatory.

They are good Wiki pages.

Can somebody let me in on the wiki?  (perezoso)

I will be working on a much more detailed and well-sourced bio for Scrotum, which anyone with sourced information is of course welcome to contribute to.

As a public figure interviewed in the press, in online videos, and social media, and media-cited expert in bitcoins and bitcoin mining, John is spokesman for an important company selling millions of dollars of bitcoin mining devices and there is a legitimate public interest in a more comprehensive profile of his life and experiences.

Done.

But please note that my lawyer keep suggesting me to keep the wiki purely factual and referenced (non speculative, non defamatory, etc). I don't want anything like the surname you used associated with me.

Sorry for that, but i can't risk...

Looks like they have resumed sales, the suspended banner is gone.
But the pricing is (almost?) the same. I guess that bruno has something to do with the resumed sales without the promised increases.

Interestingly john removed "some" of his previous working experiences from his Linkedin profile. (there is now a 6 years hole).

MediaTemple? Fogcreek?  Smiley (i had already inserted Fogcreek in my list of possible enquires, but now i'm much more confident about it).

It's my lucky day. Thanks!

Does anyone has a copy of the headers of emails exchanged with @hashfast.com around the 15 of August?

I'm trying to verify whatever they were using Google Apps at the time or whatever else.

Thanks.
1290  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 07, 2014, 09:37:45 AM
Yes, they are in complete ignore mode. Hopefully they will ignore the arbitration letters as well.
1291  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 07, 2014, 09:16:43 AM
It's a copy of the first article - but it's always better than a copy of the coindesk article.

Btw - Head of Performance Marketing at CoinDesk Ltd - visiting my linkedin profile. At least they read that email.
1292  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 07, 2014, 07:47:51 AM
We should be able to stand right outside of the boot, with those tshirts... Should do it, can they stop you from going in loop?
1293  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 07, 2014, 07:27:27 AM
As you'll see, this all took place back in April, 2013.
Then they found something better.
1294  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 07, 2014, 07:08:57 AM
Just wanted to say great job (especially cedivad) on making headlines in your effort to prosecute Hashlast. An example needs to be set to protect the mining community. Keep up the fight. Where is the legal fund donation address?
The CoinDesk article is misleading and my donation address would now go to the advantage of me alone (and i already have all the founding needed from my personal savings), so no need to donate. Thanks anyway.

I think that the lawyer suggested might be the best idea for many little customers around here, but as Jutarul said, make sure that the deal is not "i will take 25-50% of the USD refunds equivalent".
1295  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 06, 2014, 08:33:49 PM
You are better off talking with a wall.
1296  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 06, 2014, 07:47:04 PM
So who goes at CES?

We just need some tshirts:

"hashfast is a scam, please ask me why"
"explaining why hashfast is a scam, for free"
"I don't want your money, I want them not to get your money"
1297  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 06, 2014, 07:41:53 PM
I wrote an email to them as well but i'm quite sure it will be ignored. I promised to publish a counter article exposing their lies if they didn't answer and i want to do that.

Critics love legal ambiguity

In essence, HashFast does not appear to be violating any laws by refusing to pay out refunds in bitcoin.

Can you believe this?

Can someone take some minutes to create a "community" response to this ridiculous article? I'm busy with the wiki.
1299  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 06, 2014, 03:42:09 PM
I can't believe that coindesk had the courage of publishing such a misleading article.

They are moderating the comments, and we can't even reply to the people who accuses us to be wanting to stole from HF.

I can't believe this.
1300  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 05, 2014, 10:33:39 PM
If the problem were a few people inside HF, they would have been isolated and the problems fixed. That's not the point.
