2361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 26, 2021, 04:45:24 AM
^^ And Lakers is down, 62-66 against the Nets. Brooklyn raises to double digit lead and it's good that the Lakers was able to cut it down to just 4 points.

It was a good comeback win by the Bucks against the Celtics, they are down throughout the game, but when Giannis was inserted in the last 5 minutes of the game, he changes the complexion, scoring back to back basket and making a assists for a 3 point shot and that was enough for them to claw back and beat the Celtics.

This Lakers game vs Nets looks like the ordinary game you see with the Lakers. Westbrook always making worse decisions and LBJ is the only one who truly contributes to the team. His other teammates don't add anything on defense, their rotation is also worse. let's see if they can turn the table after this timeout. they are down by 9 already. They really need to make a comeback since they've been losing too many games already. in fact they're on their worse games these past few weeks.

They lost. Westbrook got a triple-double but had a very bad shooting, they can't win with his 4-20 shooting. I guess fans were already getting used to it, they will not anymore something special from the Lakers, the lineup is only good in paper but we can obviously see there's no chemistry in the court.

Meanwhile, Warriors beat a complete Suns, what a great game and they jut showed they are a more superior team.

With that win, they are now back at the number 1 spot.
2362  Economy / Reputation / Re: Discussion about escrow service offered by forum users on: December 25, 2021, 09:32:37 PM
Shouldn't be an escrow need to have enough money of his own before performing an escrow in a marketplace?

No, can't change what has been practiced with, it's still all about the "TRUST".

If someone has the capacity to pay, but will he be able to produce the same amount of the total amount under escrow? or would the escrow be willing to escrow his funds also to ensure payment if something bad happens? I think things would be more complicated and it would be better to look for an escrow company that could ensure the security of funds, if we follow that, it would mean that the contracting party has to pay a bigger service fee which is not viable in most transactions.
2363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: December 25, 2021, 09:17:13 PM
Of course Butler would really a big fish and he would just simply deal off with postponement rather than replacement.

And he made the right decision because the belt of Casimero wasn't stripped anyway, and if he fought the replacement, he still has to fight Casimero again for the championship fight, it's gonna be a double effort on Butler and there's no assurance that he would win against the replacement.

Smart move by him, and the organization for not stripping the belt from the champion.
2364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 25, 2021, 09:01:41 PM
NLEX win streak is now over.

They lose against the Phoenix Super LPG in a score of 93-102. McDaniels is just very limited in this game, he only scores 12 points from 4-15 shooting. I guess that's his lowest output in this conference so far and that is not helpful for him to win the import of the conference, it's still Brownlee for sure.

Still a good streak from NLEX since I didn’t expect them to have this in the first place. McDaniels was not able to showcase his full potential on this match and I also believe that its better to play as a team compare to pursue your personal goal alone, its ok not to become the best import, as long as you made your team a champion and I believe this is their main goal.

Magnolia's import is just a beast, he scored 29 points along with 15 rebounds. Although Brownlee still led the team it's still not enough to compete against Magnolia as what we are seeing is a complete massacre, the favorites were the ones who get dominated.

According to the article, https://pba.ph/news/hotshots-turn-clasico-into-christmas-day-massacre. it's a Christmas day massacre.
2365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 25, 2021, 02:58:09 PM
Knicks vs Hawks - the game is too early for my timezone, but I'm a Knicks fan to I will go with them here -6.5. Trae Young has been reported to not going to play here, so Knicks will have to take advantage of it.
That's a lot of points for the Knicks, but without Trae Young, that's gonna be a good bet. Me, I'm not touching this game, I'm looking for an underdog to upset the favorite team and I'll just probably do it live as I am not good in guessing game on who's gonna play or not.

Quote
Utah Jazz vs Mavericks, - Utah Jazz still, -11.5, they can cover this as Luka will not play and probably KP as well.
Utah Jazz will get this, they are good in covering high spread and Dallas without Luka is not a problem.
2366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Crypto Christmas; Using Bitcoin to help feed the homeless on: December 25, 2021, 01:12:02 PM
Merry Christmas to you OP, good job, you showed to them the essence of Christmas, and not only that, but you also showed your support in crypto. I wish I would be able to do this kind of charitable works, it's been my dream to have a foundation to help the poor especially the homeless, and your post is very inspiring, so thank you.
2367  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is still in a downward trend, will it last long or temporarily? on: December 25, 2021, 10:05:25 AM

Price movement or market movement will depend on different factors from traders itself or other possible sentiments.

But there's one way to determine the movement of bitcoin, if we are in a bullish market then surely we will see a lot of pumps, and this month, we haven't seen that anymore and it looks like the hype that happened in the previous months is not happening again. We know what would happen next, if it's a down trend, we should expect that bitcoin will fall and the altcoins market will struggle.
2368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 25, 2021, 09:46:07 AM
Scam league performing its christmas scam, favorite team NLEX going from 12:6 to 17:26 , fuck this classic PBA bullshit.
So I assume you put your bet on NLEX?

Dude, relax, it's too early, we still have a 2nd half of the game, Phoenix maybe in the lead now but NLEX can come back and win the game. And if ever NLEX lose, don't call it a scam because that's part of the game, any team could lose anytime, even the strongest team.

And just a heads up ,NLEX is now heating and already  outscoring Phoenix in this early 3rd quarter 12-2 currently.

It's early to assume that the game was over because of that early performances, knowing NLEX they are very capable to bounce and regain the lead.

They are showing their greatness once again.

Chill, watch and enjoy. We never know what will be the outcome let's hope for the best of our bets... Grin

Not for long because Phoenix has taken by the lead and they are already in a double-digit lead now and it's already in the 4th quarter. Looks like the undefeated reacord of NLEX will not last long as their chance of losing this game is big.
2369  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is recovering on: December 24, 2021, 04:10:16 PM
This recent move is best case scenario pretty much for the shorter term.  Of course BTC quite uniquely will keep on trading over holidays no matter what so not the highest volume but still should help outlast various moving averages and provide some fuel towards an attempt at higher levels of resistance.   Its past weekly average and upto the monthly average about here now, decent looking 4hr bars on the chart; still more work required to extend this positive out further still and build.

Still need more further information about how this going, usually near christmas market going red cause of holiday, this year has many surprice and make usual decision becomes scared to take, me personally are not going to take any decision yet since the market still in sideways and let it calm first before entering a trade.
But anyway, let's hope this is the start of the new bull run.
This year has brought many surprises with many uncertainties. Over the level of 50K, which has become a new level of support, Bitcoin is trying to gain a foothold. The good thing is that Bitcoin is still attracting investors. In general, currency accumulation marks the beginning of the bullish trend.

Yes the number of investors have grown huge in 2021. Bitcoin ATHs this year has alerted many investors about crypto's growth. Yes, I heard that Investors from share market, have started investing in crypto currency especially on Bitcoin and this has brought down the trading volume in share markets. This created a demand. Today I could observe that many altcoins were bullish. Hope the trend continues and yes Bitcoin hits its next ATH by Jan 2022.

I can see the recovery but it's not completely bullish yet.

Bitcoin is now back at $50k, but it's very crucial to know if it will be able to hold and stay at that value for a while since for the past weeks, bitcoin were only trading below $50k after the huge dump that happen this month. We only have a week before the end of the year, let's hope the market will end in a bullish way so we will have a great start next year.
2370  Economy / Gambling / Re: Search for sports betting partners on: December 24, 2021, 03:40:11 PM

I'm tired of fighting with online bookmakers, which in 99% of cases are scamers, ....
That's not true, if you look around in this section, I'm sure you can find a lot of reputable gambling sites. And how much are we talking here by the way? Are betting around $1000, $10,000 or $100,000? For sure some sites can handle that huge bet, I don't want to recommend a specific gambling site but just look around, the more their ANN thread is active, that means they have a lot of gamblers supporting them.
2371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: December 24, 2021, 01:47:22 PM
With the postponement, this fight might not push through. The sad thing is that time is running out of these fighters. Youth is not on their side. And they have been inactive for a considerably long time already before the day of their match arrives, GGG for more than a year and Murata more than 2 years. If I were the organizers and promoters of this fight, I would rather look for a place somewhere that doesn't have a strict travel policy for foreigners. We know there is a risk because the new Omicron variant is already spreading but there must be a nice country that could host this match.
Don't say that, it's already postponed, not canceled, so we still have to be optimistic that the right will push through early next year. This is a big fight, both fighters will have a chance to proved who is the better fighter, and make some enormous pay as well, so don't give up on this one, be more positive that the fight will still happen.
2372  Economy / Gambling / Re: Affiliate Program for Crypto Casino on: December 24, 2021, 12:08:01 PM
On other hand, this is the bitcoin community, much better if your casino also accepts bitcoin for deposit and withdrawal methods.

They do, that's automatic, once they accept a certain coin for a deposit, they also allow a withdrawal of the same coin.

As per their website. https://www.ltccasino.com/.. they accept the following coins.

The Hawks upsets the 76ers.  Shocked What the hell!! That's +10.5 spread for the Hawks because they are undermanned without Trae, Capella, and a lot more players that are listed in the health and safety protocol. Whoever took the bet for the money line of the Hawks here will have a happy Christmas.  Cheesy

From what I remember, the odds were over 3 for the Atlanta Hawks. What a big upset and bettors who take risks are enjoying their profits. Recently, I noticed that it's hard to trust the odds on Moneyline. Teams on the bottom are upsetting the favorites. Even betting on totals is not the thing you can rely on now.

Much better to bet on handicaps for at least a better chance for profits. What's your experience recently guys?

Lost of unexpected wins when covid-19 strike within, some players are out due to health protocol as the chemistry might mess up, with that said, I feel that betting on the underdog makes us profitable, no brainer, just follow the strategy and enjoy the profit.
2374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 24, 2021, 09:53:22 AM
Northport Batang Pier and Terrafirma DYIP are the only teams that BlackWater has a chance to get a win. If BlackWater will lose on that team, another milestone is unlocked as they will be the first team in the league with no wins in 2 consecutive conferences. I hope they will get that record.

Currently, they are in the 24th straight loss. Blackwater must not do their best against NP and Terrafirma once they faced each other.

I'm just worried as they are about to bring a new import. I hope that import is weak so that no one can stop Blackwater to achieve a new record.

They badly want to win, they are on a losing streak and it's very embarrassing, not only to the players but to the coaching staff and the management. Blackwater has to show their competitiveness, they are winning games before although they don't qualify in the elimination most of the time, but this time they really gone through a bad season where they need to break whatever spell they are in now.
2375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When and how did you discover Bitcoin? on: December 23, 2021, 01:54:53 PM
Discovered it in early 2016, I'm a fan of gambling and I love to play dice and sports betting at that time, that interest of mine also introduce me to this forum that I fell in love with. Until now I'm still very active because I love the community and at the same time I'm learning and earning as well.

Most of my success financially, I owed it on crypto in general, and my first success was during the bull run in 2017 and early 2018, and until now I'm still here, it looks like I already married to crypto as I stick with it through thick and thin.
2376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2earn games on: December 23, 2021, 01:11:59 PM

The Play2earn games  not only free, they allow to earn money. That is why they are so attractive.
Now appear some games that combine DeFi and NFT like https://twitter.com/LaCucina_DeFi/status/1466776061493059584
Such games allow to earn even more money.

Gaming industry is a very big industry. It has a lot of users and a very big liquidity.
It will be very good if gaming industry will interact with cryptocurrency and blockchain.
In such case gamers will have more abilities to earn money.

Many people play games and spend a lot of money and time for gaming. People are ready spend money.
But thanks the appear of NFT the situation has changed. Now it is possible not only spend money but also earn money by playing.

You don't call that "spend", instead, you call that "invest".. because you buy an asset in order for you to earn, just like the popular game axie infinity, you will have to put an investment to buy axie and then you can earn SLP, that's what you are going to sell to earn money.
2377  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs. Ilunga Makabu on: December 22, 2021, 12:29:12 PM
Still too early to conclude, he needs to be accomplished step by step..

This is his first step actually, so he needs to win here so the other champions will consider Canelo a huge threat. Maybe they are still complacent now because they believe they are stronger than Canelo who is going up in weight, but once Canelo proved that to them, I'm sure things would change.
2378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUDS started against Bitcoin as asusual on: December 19, 2021, 09:51:20 PM
FUDs are normal, it's already part in the space, but these newbies will have to learn on their own, they can use different sources, not only this forum. If we feel that FUD is bad then we also have to think that hype without a good basis is bad as well as that would lead newbies to ride the FOMO and panic when FUD comes.

The most important thing is for them to get educated first before they start investing, their wrong beliefs and mindset will cost them a lot of money, not the people spread FUD as we can never stop the FUDDERS.
2379  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinmarketcap hacked ? seems i have more money than Elon on: December 19, 2021, 09:16:51 PM
Yeah, looks like it:

Maybe it's a window to the future  Wink

I am more interested in who took the number 1 spot as in the picture Bitcoin is already ranked at number 2.

I missed that glitch I could have taken a screenshot of everything is in it and post in to my GC. LOL. .
if in case that would be the price in the future, I guess we should start saving even 0.1 btc now.
This was very interesting part of life when we have too many members in list of Billionaire's after hack of this Coinmarketcap, but sadly I missed this opportunity, and now it's back to normal. This was a hack which is already confirmed by company officials but still very funny part as we have price of bitcoin on this level then surly we have some very long list of billionaire's in this community instead of any other place around the world.
Elon Musk surely going to feel jealousy why he has Dogecoin instead of Bitcoin which is now having worth which no one have even in dream. Grin Cheesy
LOL, don't think we are smarter than Elon Musk, he surely held bitcoin as well but he is just playing DOGE for short-term profits. It will never happen that we will be billionaires and we will surpass Elon in the number list, hahaha. Man, we only become rich because of the glitch or hack, but let that inspire us to continue purusing our goal in the future.
2380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley 2 - December 18 on: December 19, 2021, 08:31:39 PM
~
At the end of the day it depends, there are fighters that care a lot about their legacy and they will never risk it just for some additional dollars in their bank accounts.
Every fighter gets into the sport as a profession to earn money and there are a selected few of fighters who will have the financial stability to last forever, the rest will find a way to make money or find another source of income and the scope of earning is limited for any athelte, so basically there is no point in complaining they do not look for legacy and want to do anything for money.

I think fighters now are very practical, they forget about Legacy already, instead they focus on the money. Some may still continue to fight despite proven already that they can achieve their goal. Look at Manny Pacquiao, he is already a legend and yet he still continues fighting even if he knows at his age he cannot bring his power to defeat a young and stronger fighter, so he ends up retiring after a loss instead of retiring after he won against Thurman.

One fighter I know who care about legacy is Manuel Marquez because he was offered a lot of money to fight Pacquiao but he refused it because he already have a wonderful win against Pacquiao and he doesn't want to erase that by a possible loss in another fight with him.
