exactly! hate all the ico's because of this.all of them failed at delivering on promised dates. Oh man, it's not that easy. There are always problems, that have to be solved. Nothing runs smooth. As an investor you need to have patience. And what are you guys doing? Spend 100 bucks family money. Sitting on the couch waiting for them to turn into a million in a few days. Or at least into something because you need it next week for the mortgage. *sigh* |

yes, if you used the double gas price instead of the recommended one  At first I sent with recomended parameters, cause wasnt sure if i change them, my transaction wont baunce back! The one that passed was sent with 110Gwei and 200000 Gas. So yeah, more than double. I just checked wich transactions passed through and made the same parameters. yeah.. I wanted to do that, but try that with myetherwallet... damn... why the hell do they set a cap? |

56 seconds is 56 years in crypto world my friend. Hope you learnt your lesson today! i sent first second and its not working on mew, what should I use, how do people who achieved to buy the token did ? did they use an other wallet or an other method, no eth ? Did you used 130000 gas and 50 gwei as instructed on tenX website? If not, then chances of your tx going through is nil. The crappy myetherwallet site has the Gas Price slider at the bottom of the page, which makes it invisible when you enter transaction details wouldn't have helped. I set it to the very right, which is 50. And it didn't go through. If I knew this, I would have installed another wallet... |

If you sell your tokens in the first week then... you will not have your tokens :-) what does this meen  ? oviously if you sell bitcoins will not have your bitcoins  )))) meening these tokens have no value??? Thats what he means... as far as I understood: transactions have to pay the 1%. This 1% is used to buy tokens from the market what makes the price increase. The tokens, that are bought from the market will be burned. They just vaporize, so that there are less tokens on the market. The next time they buy tokens with the 1%, they have to buy up other tokens and price increases further... |

This was the smartest ICO ever. CIVIC has the most fair distribution (no whales). Market caps is not inflated by greedy devs like in others. Nothing obstructs the very healthy price development. Thanks to Vinny Lingham and the rest of a team p.s.Yeah I bought less than I was going to buy but I see no better decisions for the ICO at the moment I agree is is one of the most fair distributions so far and Civic seems to be living up to fan's expectations. But 33% for devs seems .... overly much. But 33million was utterly cheap. Would you have prefered to not keep anything but sell the tripple amount instead? when will people here understand, that a developer witout a big stake in his own product looses his interest in bringing it forward... |

Now the investment is down to 500$! whats the point guys. Its still 2k in front of me. should I invest only 100 in the end or what? ridiculous...
especially if there were some allowed to invest 25k or even more in presale...
Yea I went to the ICO page about 15 minutes before we started and I am #9313 with still a little less than 3k in front of me somehow i have the feeling, this was not how it supposed to be. Crypto world is so easily scammed. You can't just come with a new url, that you didn't confirm on your page.
The email could have written anyone as well as the url with a Registrant Organization: Whois Privacy Corp.

what you mean with all coins? i read there was a crowsade of 999 999 999 iotas from 2 779 530 283 277 761 iotas total supply, does that means developers just sold 0.00004% of the total supply available¿? Initially there were 999 999 999 iotas planned, but the devs changed the supply and the tokens were distributed accordingly. The devs didn't keep the rest. |

Minereum geht ja gut ab jetzt nach den letzten news.
Was mich aber stoert ist die Verteilung der Coins. wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe laeuft die gleichmaessig an die "Genesis-Adressen" (das sind die die schnell genug waren sich dort zu registireren). Und dieses Adressen bekommen jetzt je 1.8MNE pro Tag fuer 47 Jahre und muessen nichts dafuer tun (self-mining)! (ca 8000 MNE pro Tag neu)
Wenn ich so eine Adresse haette wuerde ich einfach alle coins sofort auf den Markt schmeissen, ist ja quasi kein Risiko dabei, gibt ja schoen gleichmaessig neue coins dazu, unabhaengig davon was mit dem Preis passiert.
Da es den coin ja erst 2 Monate gibt haben wir also eine gewaltige Inflation vor uns (50% im naechsten Monat, 500% im naechsten Jahr), daher sehe ich keinen extrem starken Preisanstieg hier in den naechsten 12 Monaten. (Klar, ne Verdopplung oder x3-5 kann es schon noch geben).
Wie seht ihr das?
Durch die Services, die der Dev in Zukunft anbieten will (Token Creation Service, Lotterie...) werden aber alle MNE die zur Bezahlung dieser verwendet werden, zerstört, das sollte die Inflation in Grenzen halten... Genau das, die Inflation wird nicht also hoch sein und durch das was noch kommt + der erste coin mit self mining zu sein sehe ich weit mehr als 3-5x. Kann mich meinem Vorgänger nur anschließen. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Projekten, die in den Top 100 vertreten sind punkto Marktkap. sehe ich hier noch gewaltige Chancen. Dennoch sehe ich die Fairness der Distribution fragwürdig. Das sammeln dieser Adressen wurde an nur einem Tag gemacht. Vorlaufzeit kann nicht sonderlich lang gewesen sein. Ich hab davon nichts mitbekommen, und ich informiert mich eigentlich ziemlich stark... |

Why do these Devs think its okay to sell so many coins before putting it on an exchange? It makes it seem so sketchy.
Let the average investor get in cheap. It shows that you're are honest and transparent about the distribution of tokens.
I think this will be a big lesson to be learned as more people come into this space with their own coins.
Just the opposite, they did let people in cheap, as you can see if you read the 450 pages of this thread. What they didn't do is hype it like crazy like those newer ICOs.
