2421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you like to become a Certified Bitcoin Professional? on: April 05, 2019, 08:47:51 PM
Hi, I'd like to become a "Certified Bitcoin Professional":
https://cryptoconsortium.org/certifications/CBP

But I've been putting it off, so I thought I'd try to find someone to take it with me. The idea is to study for the exam together (the idea is *not* to take the exam together; just study for it). I can put in 1 to 2 hours a day.

Looks like there are 33 topics so it'll take 1 to 2 months to study (just a rough estimate).

Anyone up for this?

It seems that having a certification would be great. However, as we know it bitcoin or cryptocurrency is not yet fully accepted by most countries, thus having such certification might just be a plain paper. Along with that, is the one giving certification accredited by the government? Or, thus the government honor such certification?

If your aim is to learn more about crypto/bitcoin/blockchain tech, you can actually just study it by your self since there are a lot of online sources where you can educate your self.
2422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Revolution or a new start? on: April 05, 2019, 07:04:14 PM
Finally US company pay his business tax via BTC so, we can say it's a good start of BTC in future..

I think this company started new revolution so that other company too think of paying tax or payment via BTC. If companies started pay via BTC then other country definatly accept BTC too.

What you guys think of Overstock participate or i can say start revolution in BTC world.

I honestly think that it is a small step for crypto since paying tax via crypto in U.S. is not a news that we hear every day, especially it's not just an individual tax, it is a corporate tax. Let's hope that this can somehow be an eye opener not for just some businesses, but also individuals to start adapting crypto in their daily routine.
2423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we not abusing decentralization? on: April 05, 2019, 06:24:48 PM
Decentralization is one of the greatest dreams of Satoshi looking at the how the blockchain technology and its immutable distributed ledger has been designed. Well it saddens my heart that the greed of men has led to the abusing of this freedom and liberty that Satoshi wanted us to have in the financial industry. Look at the way people are being scammed and robbed in broad day light just because crypto is embedded in anonymity and decentralization. I think we've all had it to the peak, how about we have some level of regulation with the activities in the crypto industry. Share your thoughts commrades.

I think it's part of our nature to practice and abuse all the freedom and convenience that we have. That's also one of the problem with decentralization, big crimes can be committed and concealed thru decentralization. Nobody knows whether if huge illegal funds were transferred thru cryptocurrency since it is decentralized.
2424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoins to invest in 2019? on: April 03, 2019, 09:04:49 PM
I would go with BCH,ETH and DASH .
I know they are from the top list and for me it is safe to assume that they would always be on top.
So when the market recovers they would surely be the alt-coin that would be first to pump.
2425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies Wallets on: April 03, 2019, 07:28:18 PM
This is really helpful for those who are just starting in crypto and doesn't know which wallet would fit for them.
They would know which one is the best to store their crypto .
And let's not forget you should always keep ypur back up safe just in case of emergency.
2426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How we know scam altcoin project on: April 03, 2019, 06:48:04 PM
It is hard to tell actually you could do some background check in their team.
I have done it before but seem's like most of the team of an ICO are just using fake information only few of them have a real back ground in the internet.
2427  Other / Off-topic / Re: Fake topic started by an idiot theif. on: April 03, 2019, 06:14:45 PM
Bitcoin has been slowly pumping in the past few days but today it burst out.
Maybe you are right maybe the bear market of bitcoin has ended.
It has been pumping up in the past few days I hope this wouldn't be a big April Fool's for us.
2428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: btc hodling or a dash masternode? on: April 03, 2019, 04:49:12 PM
I also like the dash masternodes because it would also give you profit for just holding it.
But as of now Bitcoin price is flying and it seems to be the start of the bull market.
So if you really want them why don't you just invest in both of them?
2429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "BOUNTIES" Is it still worth it? on: April 03, 2019, 04:24:48 PM
BBounties is worth it and will always be worth it , in as much as that the tokens isn't as much as it use to be because majority are actually joining  bounty but nonetheless we work more harder to achieve more
How can you say that it is still worth it ?
I think you haven't been around for too long.
Bounties nowadays are mostly scam or would just pay you little.
Bounties are like gambling putting our bet on the campaigns and doesn't really know if we would win or just waste our time.
Even if the bounties gibmve the rewards most of the time their token or coin would only be around $200-100 if your lucky , Does this looks like worth it for a couple of weeks work?
2430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Strategy to overcome losses .. on: April 03, 2019, 01:29:02 PM
There's no such thing as perfect strategy in gambling because everything in gambling depends on risk and chances. There's no way to defeat risk and chances because everything depends on how high the odds of winning is. The only key is never be greedy and confident because a simple bet can turn the tables around.
2431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: April 03, 2019, 11:05:51 AM
What are the differences between online and traditional gambling ? Which you like the most and why ? In my opinion both the types of gambling have got their own advantages and disadvantages. You can try both for some time and then choose one based on your convenience.

I think the advantage is that when you are gambling online, you will be able to save your self from bringing fiat money to cash-in and it is more convenient to just deposit your money and withdraw your money when you are gambling online. Doing everything online is convenient. The dis-advantage is that when you are gambling online, there's no assurance whether the game is rigged or fair or whether if it is secured to store your money.
2432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIT COINS WILL ALWAYS DISAPPOINT on: April 03, 2019, 05:00:52 AM
I have to come realize that because someone made huge profit from a newly listed coin or a shitcoin doesn't mean it will go the same way of profit for you.

I had bought some few shitcoins and newly listed coins that were making some waves, those coins are currently a shadow of their entering prices. I should have left my money in bitcoin instead of gambling with my bitcoin and end up been burnt. Some of these project have technical issues, which I think will end up killing the project.

We can always play safe with bitcoin/fiat or bitcoin/USDT or just leaving our holdings in good altcoins rather than getting on a rat race chasing shitcoins for possible Lambo, which in effect will lead to  wrecking and regretting.

Well it is the risk on investing in new coins .
We don't know if they would survive or would make a great name in the crypto world.
We invest because we believe in their potential .
2433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers will go after IEO soon on: April 03, 2019, 03:50:10 AM
Scammers would always use what they could just to make some money.
So it wouldn't be a surprise if they would make their own IEO they have done it before in ICO and they manage to do a pretty good job on it.
We have seen a lot of scam project last year and I am sure that they would continue to scam us.
2434  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN Dump! - When to GET OUT! on: April 03, 2019, 03:27:54 AM
The chart looks great we could see that the price of Bitcoin is going up.
Just relax OP let's enjoy it, I know you are just afraid for the dump after a huge pump but , Who knows maybe it is the start of the bull market.
2435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smerits Hodl on: April 03, 2019, 02:43:43 AM

2436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be this type of Bitcoiner on: April 03, 2019, 01:44:27 AM
We don't really have to wish that Fiat to be destroyed just for Bitcoin to rise up.
Bitcoin have it's own way to success and we have seen it from the past few years.
2437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does ICO projects became an April Fools? on: April 02, 2019, 11:45:54 PM
I know that many good ICO's around and some were very promising. HOwever, there are other ICO projects to which now looks like an April Fools who's team always talk to much but in the end of the ICO period all they have to do is to be silent, list the coin of the project and then dump the project. This is why we really monitoring from these guys to keep their promises before, during and after the ICO period.
Seem's like it is really turned out to be a big April Fools.
We have been fooled for so long and from so many projects.
I think we already have enough stop the big joke we already lost too much.
2438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: alt millionaire on the next bull run on: April 02, 2019, 11:05:13 PM
I have sold most of my alt-coin last year due to some emergencies.
And I am now starting to buy some alt-coin and plan on holding them until the crypto touch the moon again.
2439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto ‘Won't Turn Out to Be a Complete Delusion' on: April 02, 2019, 09:25:02 PM
Couple of years back, some individual who feel they so much understand the financial market claimed Bitcoin to be a bubble as well as a delusion then, currently have a change of opinion. Niall Ferguson is one of such and this is an extract of his recent opinion.

British economic and financial historian Niall Ferguson says that cryptocurrencies will not turn out to have been a complete delusion, as he had once assumed.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/economic-historian-niall-ferguson-crypto-wont-turn-out-to-be-a-complete-delusion

With no doubt, it's becoming very clear to all that the revolution of blockchain and Cryptocurrency at large is unstoppable.
See even those who once been against Bitcoin is now accepting the fact that it would be part of our life.
We couldn't go blind on this because it is clear that the world is adopting to crypto little by little

It is not clear what you mean by the world adapting to crypto

Yes, everyone is now familiar with Bitcoin if that is what you mean, but without common people actually starting to use it for any real-life purpose (or even speculation), it doesn't amount to anything in particular. Further, people seem to overestimate the importance of cryptocurrencies as such on a grand scale (I know, we all want to believe)

It is a way of living for many people as well as a means of living to likely as many, but on a world scale it is still pretty insignificant and inconsequential. In other words, crypto mostly produces noise, i.e. everyone loves to talk about it but you know talk is cheap
Yes we are making noise and as we all know crypto isnow being accepted as a payment method.
So you could say that we could now use it in real life .
Little by little we are making Bitcoin be part of our daily life.
And the noise and cheap talk is now making it's way to be part of the real world.
2440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can bounty hunting be considered a job?? on: April 02, 2019, 08:30:36 PM
It could be considered because it is similar to other's people job .
We are promoting the project in bounty campaigns and we could compare it to the promo dicers they are also promoting their company's product.
The only difference is we are doing it on the internet and they are being paid while we are being SCAMMED 😂 .
