2501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge tokens during Bounties on: February 15, 2019, 04:25:17 AM
I noticed a just ended bounty campaign and a participant got 80K tokens. I was wondering what h will do with that token. I want to know what happens when bounty hunters gets more or huge tokens during campaigns.

Quantity is nothing, we all know that there are bounties where you can get thousands of tokens/coins but end up with less value. I would rather have less bounty with a decent value. The market will dictate how much you earned in bounty and not all bounty has value on the market.
2502  Economy / Economics / Re: Is wallet security important to use? on: February 15, 2019, 03:42:54 AM
The best way is to store your bitcoin or any other crypto in a hardware wallet and secure that wallet. That way, you can assure that your wallet is not online which is more susceptible from hacking and theft. Security is a must, we all know that a lot of people wants to earn easy money from stealing or hacking.
2503  Economy / Economics / Re: Would a global disaster increase or decrease the Bitcoin value ? on: February 15, 2019, 02:49:52 AM
Hi ! First message here.

If a global disaster would happen on earth ( And I somehow don't wish it ) Would the value increase or decrease ?

I'm not talking about solar flares or EMP. But more like big wars or great natural disaster.

What are your opinions on the subject ?  Cheesy

I guess it does, anything that could affect the economy could also affect the demand on crypto market. Whenever there's an economic event, it actually does affect the crypto economy. For example, if a financial crisis happens, some crypto holders will have no other choice to sell some of their holdings to cope up with that loss.
2504  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do in 2030? on: February 15, 2019, 01:58:11 AM
Looks like many economies around the world are going to be suffering major downfalls around 2030. The demographic pyramid is completely fucked up in many countries, with locals not having kids because basically millennial cannot afford to live on their own due low wages and high cost of living. In Europe it's all over the place. What grinds my gears is economists saying immigration is the solution and they will pay our retirement funds. This is insanity.

Anyway, do you have a portfolio that makes you comfortable about the future? we are definitely on our own so be sure to have some passive source of income for the future. Hopefully Bitcoin saves our ass and by 2030 we don't have to worry about money anymore.

2030 is too far, instead of thinking too much ahead of time face what you have in front of you. Setting a goal too far will lead you nowhere. You don't even know what will happen next year, so there's no point looking forward what will happen 1 or 2 decades from now.
2505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Scammer Can affect the ETH price. on: February 15, 2019, 01:26:19 AM
Hello, You know guys most of reason why ETH falls down because of a lot of scammers used the smart contract and make a bright idea about for the future but its only fake. They always convince the investor using their good marketing strategy and once the investors are convinced so they invest their money. And once the scammers has a lot of ETH accumulated from the investors the will sell immediately so they can affect the whole market cap of ETH. What do you think?

I think so too, it's not just the scammers but also hackers driving the price down the drain because whenever someone hacks a big amount of crypto they just sell it and the price goes down eventually.
2506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should invest into ICOs that have a working product. on: February 15, 2019, 12:36:57 AM
Last two years saw a rise in the number of ICOs that were soliciting for funds for the commencement of identified blockchain solutions. However the downslide of the crypto market has seen most ICOs failing because most of them don't have real product and very good use case behind them to enforce the liquidity of their tokens. Well i entreat you to invest with ICOs that have real working product which would always cause a constant demand of the utility tokens. This is the only way as investors you can also earn some profit from the project you invested into.

I know two of such projects which i am into and i would like you all to check it out.

MiracleTele: https://miracletele.com

Having a working product is a good stepping stone for ICOs, however, it is not a guarantee that it can survive for a long time. Having a good number of supporters and investors will keep the project from growing and surviving. That's why keeping an active and healthy community will keep the project going.
2507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What made you fall in love with crypto? on: February 14, 2019, 11:56:36 PM
https://blocktribune.com/why-i-fell-in-love-with-crypto/

In the spirit of Valentine's Day today, I came across this article and had a good laugh. What are your reasons for falling in love with cryptocurrency?

I have learned about cryptocurrency when I was in college and I really think it has a potential in the future. The problem is I have no enough money to invest on crypto. So, I started investing and learned about bounty last 2017 and I started earning through bounty and trading. I love crypto because you can earn money from it and it is really convenient to use.
2508  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC defeated in 2019? on: February 07, 2019, 09:15:37 PM
If you will look back, bitcoin price was cheaper compared today. It's normal for bitcoin price to be corrected after a massive rise on it's price last 2017. Investors and traders should be patient to wait for the market to start rising again. There's no point on arguing if bitcoin will end or not, we all know the answer.
2509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you thing Cryptocurrency can last forever? on: February 07, 2019, 08:56:00 PM
Do you thing Cryptocurrency can last forever?
What is the reason behind for Cryptocurrency lasting forever?
How can we make people belive on cryptocurrency?

As long as investors are seeing cryptocurrency as a means to earn money or a convenient asset for services and security it will last. The demand on cryptocurrency and it's usage is what keeping the market alive. If there's no demand the price will drop and crypto will be useless.
2510  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin need a miracle on: February 07, 2019, 08:40:13 PM
In time bitcoin growth will continue, if you will look at the history of bitcoin price, the demand really goes down and goes up after a year or two. Cryptocurrency is not yet fully adapted by people and companies, once it does, it will boost the market.
2511  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: February 07, 2019, 07:48:10 PM
If you had 10000$ where would you invest it?  I'm hoping for 10x in about 2 years, how would you personally split that money? There are so many altcoins that I dont know which to pick, I remember the top 5 altcoins from years ago and  now they are all gone, so should I only invest in  BTC end ETH or others like NEO, ADA and EOS?

If I have that big capital, I would invest it on top altcoin based on the market cap. I will diversify my investment since most top altcoins are those who are greatly affected during the bull-market. Invest on them and forget about your investment for about a year. This will bring you good profit.
2512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL&CALM on: February 07, 2019, 07:06:28 PM
Everything passes and this will pass! (King Solomon)
The crypto is already in the present and undoubtedly the future quantum science!

Well hodling is not really applicable to all altcoins. HODL only cryptocurrencies with good future potential, if it has no potential or the team is inactive, get out as early as you can because you will be holding shit coins. If you are hodling altcoin which are on the top of the market cap, you can expect it to increase in value if you stay calm.
2513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Old coins vs new coins on: February 07, 2019, 06:21:41 PM
It all depends, new altcoins still need development to be able to prove to it's investors that it has a good long-term potential. A lot of successful ICOs last year had paused on development or had been left because of lack of funds due to the bad market. Only a few are struggling and are on continuous development. The bear-market had somehow cleansed the market since there had been a lot of trash/scam coins in the market.
2514  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: February 07, 2019, 05:20:42 PM
There are many things that I've learned in crypto. That is not to be greedy and do not expect that the market will be stable. Remember that the market is highly volatile, the price can either go up or down in just a matter of time. Never hold your tokens for a long time, the bear-market killed most a lot of project which cost me a lot.
2515  Economy / Economics / Re: The Factors of Demand and supply on: February 07, 2019, 04:19:33 PM
When I was in college we were taught that the price of any commodity is determined by the factors of demand and Supply to a large extent.
In your understanding, do you think that the price of bitcoin is determined by the factors of demand and supply?

Yes it does, the market price of cryptocurrency is affected by the demand and supply in the market. This is what determines and drives the market price. If the demand is too high the market price will surely rise.
2516  Economy / Economics / Re: What profit has brought you to bitcoin? on: February 07, 2019, 03:43:25 PM
What is bitcoin? This is the first cryptocurrency that Satoshi Nakamoto opened to the world in 2009. And if even before 2011 it was used exclusively by programmers, then later it became available to ordinary users. Over time, more and more users of the Internet began to learn about it and investments in bitcoin only increase every year. There were times when the value of this cryptocurrency did not move from a dead point for a long time, as well as there were sharp UPS and downs.
It is interesting to know how many people have known about bitcoin since 2009 and how long have you been investing in bitcoin?
What percentage of the profits is brought to you by early investments in bitcoin?

I first invested on bitcoin last 2011 however, it didn't go well since I was just a student during that time my investment was too small and I forgot about it. I went back last 2017 and cryptocurrency became really profitable, that is why I decided to focus on crypto again.
2517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to Choose better Bounty Projects? on: February 07, 2019, 02:54:23 PM
You made good points on your post. You should also add the credibility of the manager. There are a lot of new managers and there are also lazy and greedy managers who are ignoring reports and corrections on bounty program. That is why some participants are not getting their stakes for their works.
2518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing In ICO's vs Investing AFTER The ICO on: February 03, 2019, 03:01:18 PM
I see a lot of people wondering if they should invest in ICO's. I think the best option for any potential investor is to wait until the ICO ends, THEN invest. For instance, Nauticus was an ICO that started back in March. They recently launched their exchange and have been doing pretty good. Prices are only down 30% from the ICO price. That is a GOOD sign, BUT the prices still fell! This was a high quality project that raised $19,000,000. If they're falling a little bit due to the bear market, then you can expect 99% of the other ICO's currently out there to fall as well. It's all going to be dependent on the market, but in terms of risk I think it's better off if you just wait, THEN invest after the product launches. At the end of the day DYOR! It's imperative that you guys understand that we are in a bear market. Even the best projects like Nauticus, Ethereum, Bitcoin, NEO ect are all falling. I would assume that they won't fall forever tho Tongue

Nauticus Exchange - https://nauticus.exchange/exchange/

I totally agree, nowadays, most successful ICOs, once listed, their price goes down beyond ICO price. That is why I think it is best to invest once your potential coin gets listed in a decent exchange. That way, you can gain more token/coin and save some of your investment money.
2519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Time ? on: February 03, 2019, 01:46:19 PM
Is it a bad time that i joined now , recently here in cryptoworld? When i visit to market, all i can see is red graph

Actually it is a good time. Last 2017 the prices were really high, those who have joined last 2017 and  bought their crypto had lost a lot of money because last 2018 the market dipped really hard. Some had lost thousands of dollars. The market now is the best time to buy some crypto since the prices are really cheap.
2520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the ICO culture dead already? on: February 03, 2019, 12:18:11 PM
Not at all, even projects who were successful in their ICO stage slowed down on developmet. It goes the same with ICO, due to thw market crash, people are not investing their crypto in ICOs to avoid further losses.
