this is by far the slowest bitcoin crash in recorded history
Following my calculations we will find the bottom at 325 in the year 2024 ;-) So, patience please! did you just say calculations ? you mean predictions right ? I wont jump to conclusions but I will ask you to share your "calculations" with us, can you please ? I am really curious !

this is something new, although i called DURS Kranj sometime ago (when the price was at 100 and I wanted cash some of my profits) and the lady already knew about bitcoin, in fact when I told her that the price was around 100 she was really surprised she told me that she remember when it was $1 and she asked me why the price went up. long story short at the time she said there is no regulation around Bitcoin from Slovene government and she told me if I cash out I wont pay any taxes I just have to prove the source of my funds, then I asked her what if I did mine some of my bitcoins she asked me what was mining and I explained to her how the bitcoins are generated so she replied with a very interesting answer. this was the answer: a- "so miners are doing an effort and they get Bitcoins as compensation for their work, which they can sell for cash to cover their bills and take some profit" this from a legal point of view is undeclared work wich is illegal and the miners have to pay a fine for it and pay taxes for the income. b- you invest some cash into Bitcoin (buy) than you daily trade or simple hold and after sometime you make a profit that you would like to cash out in this case you do not have to pay taxes because in a similar case when buying Dollars with euros or euros with Yuan or gold for Euros .... if the price of dollars against Euros goes up and you decide to convert back to euros you do not have to pay taxes for the profit you made. c- if you are a merchant accepting bitcoin as a payment method, you will be taxed the same way as you do with fiat, the taxes would be based on bitcoin price at the time of the deal/service. Slovenia for the first time have a clear statement about bitcoin, this is a real open minded statement from the government and I understand it as an endorsement and I think it helps the bitcoin economy.

1900 Bitcoin was dumped to move the price down only $30, well that is sad for the bears, and BTW I thought it is worth to mention that a dump @ gox = manipulation aka someone trying to move the price down to buy cheaper because who the fuck sells @ gox for fiat ? someone willing to wait 3 months for the cash? so here bears you need another 15K bitcoin to move the price down to 550

tomorrow we will find out, it better be something big because they stated "huge announcement"
|
|
|
I am really curious about the price going down after this stability !!! for sure there is no volume yet to move the price, but I like the stability.....
on the other hand I know allot of you are waiting for a drop to buy in, which makes it even harder to happen.....
|
|
|
you know why I bought back at a loss ? so many people waiting for BTC to go down, so many cash waiting to buy in back, even if the price drop I think it will be at a max of $100 than the race of buying back will start and will bring us back to $800.
I just hope you didn't go all fiat otherwise you will have a bad time catching up.

I am tired of trying to catch the tops and lows ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) , I am all back in BTC, I lost 10% of my stash, but I made allot of profit the last couple of weeks, I am going to stop trading and hold and will not risk again so I wont lose all the profit I made so far. I was thinking about to cash but then "again" decided to buy back and with for the long term.

Sell at 650, and buy back at 450 => 44% more coins. Sell at 650, and stop-loss buy at 1170 => 44% less coins.
So if you estimate that the pullback has any greater than 50% probability to happen, you should sell a part of your holdings. Simple as that.
don't listen to that guy, if you are not a good trader the best move you can do is to hold, 90% if his calls were false or were intended to be false, but I doubt that they were intended .. he just doesn't have a clue and pretend to be the "Pro trader". there is speculation and there is misinformation, and the way he post his "predictions" is not in speculative mode but like in informing mode.

I will upload some photo's today.
Your offer of 2400euro = £700 off the asking price, that is too much of a reduction in price.
So, either my counter offer is to remove the hard disks or the price is 3200euro + shipping (which equates to a £2679 GBP sale price). Otherwise, no deal. I am not going to loose so much money, I'm not desperate for the cash and if I were, I would sell the components individually.
Alternatively, the price is 7BTC based on this mornings BTC-e pricing (1btc/635USD) + shipping.
ok no problem, you can take the disks, I have few disks my self that I will be using, just take the pics and list it on ebay calculate the cost of shipping and send the link and I will buy it over there....

Are there any sources where we can see a comparison of the volume on the different exchanges? (in %)
http://www.cryptocoincharts.info/v2/markets/info BTC-e is calculated with all pairs, ok coin is a fake volume if the article I've read is true
