261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] JOSHUA vs USYK on: September 25, 2021, 07:23:25 PM

Funny photo! I mean, not the costume, but the expressions on Usyk's face, he looks scared and as if thinking "oh damn he is next to me"  Grin In fact, it is clear that this is just a bad shot, by the way, Joshua's expression is also not very optimistic.
At the weigh-in, Joshua turned out to be 8 kg heavier than Usyk, I wonder if this will give him an advantage in the power of blows or Usyk an advantage in speed?
The costume is really strange and may be he came out to as a theme to the joker but what surprised me is that there are huge bets placed on Oleksandr Usyk and the odds are 2.7 right now and i have seen millions being placed on him to win the fight and hence i am a bit confused what to make of these bets and whether we will see Oleksandr Usyk winning after all.

In boxing having a weight advantage does not mean anything, if it is in MMA then if the fight goes down to the ground then the heavier fighter will be an advantage but it boxing it does not matter.

I think Chennai will win the match if no miracle will happen. If all the other batsmen in Bangalore could have done the same as Kohli and Padikkal did, then Bangalore could have won the match. Bangalore managed to score only 156 runs. At least 180 more were needed to win against Chennai. Chennai's batsmen are experienced. They will not have to face any problem to collect 157 runs.
Yesterday i had a bad day, initially i thought Chennai would win the match but when Bangalore started well and scored a century run partnership i cashed out thinking that i made a bad bet and that happened yet again in another match as well and i am frustrated now and i am not betting for a few days in cricket as i am messing up my bets by cashing out and loosing big time.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: feel like never wanting to use crypto again on: September 25, 2021, 04:56:09 PM
Including me this is the 59th comment here and yet you are not willing to tell about the experience you have in the market. If you are attracted to scam projects and if you invested a lot of money, then it is your fault. In the beginning i too invested in hyped up projects but with experience in the past 3 years i never fell for a scam project in the market. Even if i seed fund a project i will make sure i talk to the core team members and then invest and so far everything is fine.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polygon vs BSC on: September 24, 2021, 11:02:17 PM
How is Polygons potential in the future, can it rival with BSC?
Many projects that are created on top of ETH are using Polygon to overcome the huge transaction fees in ETH and it is not a direct rival to BSC as Polygon is a second layer solution. There is too much competition in the market right now with the increase in fees for ETH and BSC is taking this opportunity to expand their network.

As long as there is a big delay in sorting the transaction fees of ETH, projects like Polygon will have their importance and so does other network.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China says all crypto transaction are illegal on: September 24, 2021, 10:58:09 PM
My question here is, is it that the Chinese government has the power to shake the market just with a mare statement

And is it that people don't have faith in crypto knowing that the Chinese government don't have the power to do so?
The Chinese government is doing these gimmicks for a very long time and whenever these sort of news comes out the market usually reacts and still i could not understand why that happens over and over again. There is no data suggestion that the government is manipulating the market and making  a huge profit doing that and unless we have these evidence we cannot come to a conclusion that they are manipulating the market to benefit.

Is anyone watching the big match of RCB vs CSK now? CSK decided to field after winning the toss. But they could not take a single wicket of RCB in 10 overs. RCB's collection is 90 in 10 overs. If CSK bowlers can't take any wickets, I think RCB will collect more than 200 runs today. Because, even though the first two batsmen are out, they still have destructive batsmen like Maxwell and De Villiers.
Looks like a big mistake by Chennai Super Kings as Royal Challengers Bangalore is piling up runs with a century run opening partnership. My expectation was that Chennai Super Kings will win the match but by the way their middle order performed in the last match even though they won. I have no hopes for Chennai Super Kings to chase as the Royal Challengers Bangalore looks like scoring over 180 runs with they way Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikka are batting.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: September 24, 2021, 12:21:51 PM
I placed a bet on Australian women to win the match but it looks like India Women has an opportunity here to win the match as they need to score at 8.57 runs per over which i think is an impossible task even though they have wickets in hand. Australia Women need 80 runs in 56 balls and it looks like i need to cash out, good play India women.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Dogecoin survive without Elon Musk? on: September 24, 2021, 12:01:56 AM
The Dogecoin community will always just be a niche of people who love the meme, and who will prop the price up. But in terms of actual integrations and innovation, Doge is not the way to lok.
The meme story will continue and there is nothing wrong in seeing the price popping up once in a while. There is no doubt Elon Musk was trolling the entire cryptocurrency market when he was hyping up Dogecoin and the level of insanity  took the price to levels we have not seen yet and there were shit coins that rallied a lot during these past few months and if those shit coins can rally, why not Dogecoin and hopefully we will see these kind of rallies in the future even without Elon Musk.

County cricket also struggling, pitches there are ridiculously favors the fast bowlers that's why you see 4 days match gets done and dusted in just 2 days regularly.
If they could make the same pitches for international cricket that would be great, the game now a days favors the batsman and they need to be bowler friendly as well just to test the players and which county matches are you talking about that ends in a couple of days. I am not a big fan of watching all the matches but i am curious to know which matches are bowler friendly as i would like to see those matches.
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 23, 2021, 06:58:07 PM
Rare to see that Mumbai Indians getting defeated in two consecutive matches. I thought they could defend the target with the bowlers they have but Kolkata Knight Riders was able to to chase the score easily. I thought the match will go till the last couple of overs but Kolkata Knight Riders especially Rahul Tripathi was able to score a good pace and take the team to victory.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: September 21, 2021, 11:44:34 PM
It’s crashing now. Does anyone know what happened to the crypto market?
The trending news is that the market is going through correction because of the reports coming out of China, i am not sure whether it is true or not but we know for a fact that the market had a huge correction and majority of the blame is put on China as per some of the articles i have read and the next theory is that people are opting to invest in much safer asset than a highly volatile asset like Bitcoin.
272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karnataka ( A state in India ) they introduced bill in assembly to ban o.gamblin on: September 20, 2021, 08:16:16 PM
Karnataka ( A state in India ) just introduced a bill in assembly to ban online gambling in the state which does mean that the players won't be able to use anything like that anymore. People will have maximum imprisonment UpTo 3 years or would have to pay 1 lac. Inr. Virtual currencies are also included in the same. It does not involve lottery or wagering, horse racing outside the state. For people who are addicted the punishment would increase every moment, it would start from a lower amount and lower imprisonment and increase tremendously for every next offence.
If they wanted to imprisonment someone they need to having full coordinating with the gambling site if they want to charge something against them, if not how they are going to implement this law if the gambling sites are not corporating  with their law especially if they are registered in that country. I have no idea how they are going to implement this law and it looks like they can nab someone even without much evidence.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIB the new tough competitor to DOGE on: September 20, 2021, 07:52:24 PM
I tried to take advantage of this coin months ago but I didn't even make a little bit of profit out of it.
In Twitter, it's hyped but in reality, its value won't go up again unless Bitcoin does. So, I just sold everything I had at almost the same price as I bought it.
Luckily, I didn't lose much and now that it gained a little bit because of this kind of news I still don't regret selling it.
I believe there is no future for this. Just a bunch of millionaires playing the market and with the average Joe who invested in it.
The selling point of all these coins with a lot of hype is their advertisement and they can rally for a while but not for long, the aspect is that the developers will make a lot of money because they could fool a lot of people to invest in their shit coin and i doubt they will survive a crash in the market.
I too heard about the coin and thought about jumping in to take advantage of the rally but then it rallied 5000% and i do not want to take any further risk and hence i passed.
274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador bought more BTCs on: September 20, 2021, 07:27:24 PM

1) He is a fool and apparently is comfortable with making such a risky move (a long bearish period can still be a possibility).

2) He probably knows (please don't take me as a conspiracy theorist, I'm just trying to imagine) that someone is gonna start another bull run soon, 'cause El Salvador attracted the attention of many big crypto investors, so a confrontation between Bukele and them about this topic is not so unlikely.
I doubt El Salvador will be having any bargaining voice in a global market, it feels good that they accepted Bitcoin as legal tender but if you look at the day when they legalized Bitcoin the market went through a major correction which shows that there are investors out there who wants to look at them as foolish, if not there is no way there will be a correction on that day.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The greedy must be poor on: September 20, 2021, 07:08:54 PM
Some people refuse to take profits when their coins and tokens are surging so high.
Because greed let people keep on waiting for higher and higher value for there coins and end up selling at dip.
Since price can’t go up all the time.
Valuation will not be going higher all the time but anyone who invested wants to get the best profit possible and they do not want to miss out on the profit they could earn and so does many would end up loosing if they invested in a hyped up coin without any fundamentals. So if you are investing in something make sure you learn about the project and their development.
276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Passive Income Sources on: September 20, 2021, 06:52:43 PM
On the average, millionaires have 7 sources of passive income. Share your streams of passive income as this may help a reader build more wealth.
You should ask the millionaires before asking minions about their source of income  Tongue. I was a involved in some of the projects as advisor in the past but not anymore as i am not happy with the development and now i am only involved in signature campaign as a passive income and it is for fun to gamble and nothing else. We cannot call it even a passive income but for fun to gamble whenever i watch sports.
277  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 20, 2021, 05:58:16 PM

There's FUD news now on twitter that Biden will reject bitcoin so maybe this has a bit of an impact on bad news on bitcoin so it's going down and some are even panicking about how they are dealing with this, still we have to be calm about this situation because for me it's just a little manipulation to try some people against bitcoin.
So there is some substance for the rumor, i am hearing about this FUD for sometime that the Biden administration is planning to restrict the entire market and i have heard about the restrictions they are going to implement to hackers but when you read the full papers it will affect everyone. Right now the speculations is all over the social media and may be that is the reason the market went down today but these rumors are in the air for weeks.

I still have time until the end of the year, so I'm still a little optimistic that bitcoin can get through this, whatever the bad news is this won't make bitcoin worse so we have to stay in this situation.
If we do not see any drastic step from the US government we will rally for good, if not the institutional investors from US will book their profit.
278  Economy / Economics / Re: vitalik's contribution is also great on: September 20, 2021, 04:35:33 PM
I feel that vitalik created blockchain 2.0, which should be regarded as a milestone in the currency circle. In the world of blockchain, his contribution is second  after Satoshi Nakamoto.
Anyone making a transaction in your so called blockchain 2.0 will be cursing that they need to spend $30 and more per transaction Tongue. Satoshi created the blockchain and there is no taking that position and there is no blockchain 2.0 as per the real sense, if that was the case ETH would be transacting thousands of transaction per second without any increase in fees.

Not just you, most IPL followers might have felt the same thing. Because, CSK was struggling 24 runs in their power play for the loss of four wickets along with one injury for a specialized batter Ambati Rayudu. But in next 24 overs they scripted very well due to the timely contribution from Ravindra Jadeja and Dwayne Bravo to Ruturaj Gaikwad. Really a unbelievable comeback from CSK to win this opener of 2nd phase of 2021 IPL. At the same time I guess MI opted to rest their skipper and all-rounder H Pandya for the reason of losing open match to win the tournament; yeah it might be a superstition that MI might be following all the editions of IPL and I guess which must be working for them.
If i would have placed a bet i would have gone with MI and with the way CSK started no one would expect them to win either. The reason for Rohit Sharma did not play the match is because they might be placed in quarantine as they were in England or wanted some rest for the first few games as they had a long tour.

CSK is struggling with their batting and they need to find the right batting combination if they want to be competitive in the tournament.

Might aswell, look at what McGregor is thinking we should put ourselves in his shoe, and I am looking at possibilities on why Conor McGregor is acting way, point of view Conor McGregor only has a two-fight contract with UFC, we would likely to see if he's going to sign again or just retired, but from this maybe he might try and grab another Exhibition match up with boxer or other retire MMA fighter, just to grab money who knows!
There is no point for Conor McGregor to hang on and fight top title contenders, he can fight against Nate Diaz and that will grab the headlines and most probably one of the biggest fight for him and then hang is gloves for good. May be he come out to have some exhibition bouts and that way he keeps his celebrity status alive.

If he is planning to continue in MMA he needs to go down to 145 pound division where he dominated and not in 155 pound division.
