As much as agree that you should follow this, I don't think that you owe your employer especially a bad one all your working hours to just working for the company, if you have the opportunity to have fun or do other stuff in your company, it's a good idea to grab that opportunity, maybe if that employer is one of the best and that person is a leader and not a boss and the pay and the benefits is really good then I would gladly devote that hours to only just work but otherwise, I don't think so. Y'all are a slave to your companies if you don't do this or other stuff when you have the opportunity, that's my take on this prohibition. It is not about that if you don't like your boss or your employer, you will do other stuff like gambling but remember that you have been paid to work, not to gamble. If you don't like then why not leave rather than do another thing when you are not told to do so? You don't expect people to make you get convinced and invest in tokens. Tokens are very risky, it is important you make your own research. There is a time for development where new projects don't easily get support from the community. Sometimes we are just surprised at how they rise knowing that they don't have a use case (and scam). Well, manipulation can be possible in the market, mostly a drill for these new projects, and creating hype gains more attention. Totally risky and as an investor we know the consequences we may face after investing in these hyped projects because all of them don't stay high, they dump after a few days. As for Beal, he will be out for a few weeks, and it's good that it wasn't that serious at all. Most of the newbies fall into scam projects because of their lack of knowledge and greediness. Not a surprise in their case but they should have changed how it looks besides there are a lot of ways to do that.

- we should not rush instead, must think several times and do research

If you are both gambler and trader at the same time, you'll already know the answer to this. Me, I see gambling as a way to have fun while trading is for serious venture, either a job or business but we are expected to be profitable for our end result. However, in gambling, regardless of the outcome, there's still that entertainment value we would get if maintain being responsible in gambling.
Sometimes, after I trade, when I could cash out some profit, I use it in gambling to relieve the stress in trading.

It's funny how people see trading as a Ponzi or get rich scheme.
It was an assumption and people say this because they are not trading but if they do this in real life, they will find out the truth about how hard is trading. If I hear someone saying like this, I simply ignore it and never argue with him. I can't change one's mindset if it is already been closed to the reality. That is why I don't encourage people to trade unless they have positivity in mind and of course, they are willing to listen and open for some advice. From memecoins to nft's etc what do you think will be the next hype of 2024 or 2025? I personally think of real utility and true privacy. I think CBDC's and constant blockchain tracking will scare a lot of people and they will want true privacy something that monero can bring. Privacy by default is what will be highly desired and needed in the coming future as it will be highly beneficial. Nobody wants to be tracked 24/7 of everything they do.
