I don't know why they stop withdrawals during a crash, people have their coins on your exchange and they should have absolute control when they want to withdraw and Binance should not have a reason to hold the coins people deposited, no one is asking Binance to send their own coins. The only coin that Elon Musk has solidly stood behind it is Dogecoin. He made a tweet asking his followers whether Tesla should start accepting Dogecoin for payment the vote ended positively with people agreeing to that.
