2221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is burning coins good on: November 18, 2021, 02:47:00 PM
The burning of coins can talk about the upcoming expansion of the project and a possible increase in its value. For example, after the recent announcement of a collaboration between Polygon and Newscrypto, the latter announced that they decided to burn $ 10M worth of NWC tokens this year. Consequently, in the near future, we can see a significant growth of NWC price on this news. What do you think about burning coins? Does this really affect the market value of the coins?
The thing is that I don’t get why all these projects will start a huge amount of coins, knowing very well that they would end up burning almost half of the coins later. What’s the need for all that? Isn’t it all an unnecessary process? Since they know that they are going to end burning almost half of the coins later on, it would be best that they just start up with a smaller or the exact amount that they would prefer, than starting with a huge amount and then burning them later on.

I just don’t see the need for all that. This is not something that I would see frequently before, but now it has become a trend that almost every new project now wants to follow the trend.
2222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Adult Entertainment Coins the next thing? on: November 18, 2021, 01:15:32 PM
what do you think about "Adult Entertainment Coins"

- Are there real Use Cases? (With privacy coins already in existence)
- Do you think there are promising Projects (Like CumRocket or Nafty), or is there nothing of value in sight?
- Overall do you think an Investment in Crypto Adult Coins makes sense
There are gambling coins and there are exchange coins then why not adult coins? I guess there are lots of possibilities for such adultcoins to be booming in near future. I read that adult entertainment industry must be a very big in terms of userbase and revenue generations hence if users get discount while paying in such native con or token then it will keep on booming. I am foreseeing some such coins to become famous within this bullish cycle of bitcoin or it may definitely happen before the next bull run which may happen in next 4 year time.
2223  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losses in trading are nothing but Business expenses on: November 17, 2021, 10:00:01 PM
These are not business expenses, but training expenses. This is more realistic, because this is what the trader spends money that he did not earn.
I have a friend like this and he actually did earned some money from it as well. It wasn't the same, he literally did studied and that is why there is a big difference, but the idea is the same. He created a project, but he wasn't a developer and he didn't know how to create a project, so he spend nearly 2k dollars for both studying material and courses but mainly also for things to test out as well, he created maybe few dozen tokens without anyone knowing just to see how it works, some on testnet, some on mainnet, even paid people to test his test as well so all in all he spend 2 grand on becoming "no idea how to create a project" to "I have created a good project" and that's a good training expense. Then he made some profit from that project but not too much, now he works as a developer for another project and earns a great salary and also a ton of tokens on top of it.
2224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I not lose money in trading cryptocurrency? on: November 17, 2021, 09:36:20 PM
Controlling greed and emotion is something that cant really be done easily unless if you do have already the experience on this market

but if not or doesnt have enough then these things will greatly affect your trading career which would really result into those bad decisions.

Losing is something that cant be avoided but somewhat can be lessen if you do already have the knowledge and experience.
Experience is one thing, character is another. I have seen veterans who still not be able to hold their emotions to a ground and I have seen noobs be able to control their emotions a lot better. Some people are a lot more cool headed than the others and they are a lot better when it comes to trading as well.

The biggest difference comes with math as well, if you are good at mathematics versus if you are horrible at it, if you are horrible at it then you will have to work really hard to understand everything talked about here, whereas if you are really good at it or already studied finance related major in college then you are going to start understanding a lot quicker as well. Sometimes it is not just experience that makes the difference however I do agree that it is one of the most major things as well, it is just not the whole of the picture and just one part of it.
2225  Economy / Speculation / Re: Which one gonna come true ??? on: November 16, 2021, 08:58:05 PM
Now it comes to the 2 predictions. Tim Draper's prediction of $250,000 by 2022 seems possible but what are the chances of it to happen. For me I think its low at least for now. Maybe if we see Bitcoin at at least $100,000 at the 1st quarter of 2022 then it might happen but the chances of this to happen is very low. Winkelvoss' prediction has a huge time horizon thus they predicted a higher price and with this, their prediction might actually happen. In the last decade of Bitcoin, we've seen massive gains and price spikes and it went up high that nobody expected it to happen. $500,000 in a decade seems to me that it will happen though the chances of it to happen is still low for me.
You are 100% right. Those "experts" are not experts at all, they are people like you and me but just more famous, the data they have in their hands that they make these calculations from are data that we hold as well and we do not see what they are seeing so it doesn't make sense.

I get the Winklevoss twins one, it is a generalization of the idea that bitcoin goes up all the time, less than 9x in 10 years for bitcoin is just an "approach" and not a prediction, it is the idea that bitcoin will always go up in the long run and they did give a number for it but it is not really something extreme and it is a very long way out so I get that one, but all the others are just making up. I saw someone that say "bitcoin will be 78432 in 18th November around noon", are you kidding me? Exact dollar number with exact timing? NOBODY knows something that can give them that much prediction, it is impossible.
2226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Popular Cryptocurrencies Of 2021 on: November 16, 2021, 08:10:46 PM
Over the years, since Bitcoin was launched, numerous cryptocurrencies have emerged. Some have grown and thrived, while others quickly went down after they were launched.
The coins they have listed on the website are the top coins in the market, and as usual, that’s what anyone who is investing in the market would look at first of all before investing in any other coin. The top coins are mostly considered by investors, because they are more secure for investment, and they are really the best option to make because there is this assurance that they would always increase in price even if it takes a year or so. They really made a good selection, and the coins that are listed on their websites are worth investing, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Cardano.

So, these are really good assets that anyone would have to consider when investing in the market. If I am to add to the list, I’m going to say SHIB and Avalanche, would make a really good choice.
2227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do with 20,000 Dogecoins? on: November 16, 2021, 04:26:08 PM
I've been involved in Bitcoin for a few years, in 2014 while mining Bitcoin with ASIC I put for a while the graphs to mine Dogecoin, then as they worth hardly anything I forgot about them until a few days ago I got to thinking that maybe I had not changed them to Bitcoin (as I did with the rest of what I had mined).

The thing is that I started looking for the keys and I found 46,000 Dogecoins, I have changed 6000 to Shiba and I was thinking about changing another 20,000 to other Altcoins.

In principle it has occurred to me to put a part in Ether, another in Loopring and another in Solana and / or Cardano, also put a tiny part in DOGGGO in case the people who are following it make it go up to the moon.
At the current rate of Dogecoin, I think that would be around $5000. Maybe you should look for one good altcoin and invest the whole $5000 in that good Altcoin. Or maybe if you would like to diversify, then you can divide it into two; while half of the dollars goes into one particular altcoin, the other half goes into another. Ethereum is already a good choice, and then another one that you have not mentioned is Cardano. Cardano has been one of the biggest trends of the year.

So, if you’re going to be investing in any coin at all, I believe it would be worth investing in one that is very trustworthy and you know that it’s going to be worth your investment on a long term. You shouldn’t just invest in any that’s coins you see, you have to be very selective , and make sure that you are going with the best.
2228  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the best advice? on: November 16, 2021, 03:20:38 PM
it is true that the role of parents is like that, but it certainly depends on how to educate parents because especially for now sometimes parents want the best for their children but on the other hand they are too restrictive and too set on what the child does so that they feel uncomfortable and instead become rebellious and do not want to be what their parents want.
Actually it is quite good when parents become one of the best educators for their children and wish their children success, but the way they do it must also be in line and not make children depressed with the wishes of their parents.
I understand too restrictive parents right now. Maybe if we lived 50 years ago you could have been a little bit more calm, world wasn't as disgusting as it is right now, or maybe because of social media we started to hear about it a lot more but in any way I hear too many bad things happening to children nowadays.

Today you can't even leave a kid alone in their room as a punishment because they love their room and they could still get into big trouble online, you need to like force them to stay on your sight reading a book to make sure they are not up to some bad thing in their room. Why do we have to be so restrictive like this? Not because we gone crazy as parents of new era, but because children in new era has a lot more online presence that they could sustain their social interaction without going out like we used to do when we were young.
2229  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto start-ups receiving copious funding on: November 16, 2021, 10:08:01 AM
Delisting had been happening since, it's the worse when someone plans to hold for the long term and then discovers he has zero because the token was delisted and the market died. Crowdfunding however will be new to new investors in crypto particularly to those who are holding ADA. ITs just like the cycle when ETH was just starting where new projects sprouts every minute asking for funds in their ICO phase.
Coin delisting is one of the worst things that can happen to anyone. I have experienced this once, when I had a particular coin in my wallet and after some weeks the coin was delisted and it started showing me zero worth. I had about 500 units of that particular coin, and that day I logged into my wallet and noticed that there was a little decrease in the amount that’s stored in my wallet, so I decided to check what’s happening and noticed that it was this particular coin and that it is showing a zero worth.

It was quite painful but I had no other option or know what to do about it. That was among the things that discouraged me from investing in new coins, because I usually feel that most of them are just some fake projects that might end up doing the same.
2230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good list for a short or medium term investment? on: November 14, 2021, 08:58:38 PM
In your opinion, is following list good for a short or medium term investment?

  • SLP
  • KEEP
  • NU
  • CPO
  • NBC
I am not aware of some of the coins you have mentioned here, just like the NBC that you listed there. Is that NBC really a cryptocurrency name, because the only thing I know that goes by that is the news broadcasting website that is called NBC, or is the coin you’re referring to owned by the same agency? I have been checking online to see if I’m going to see any coin that goes with that name and I couldn’t find any at all.

I know about the other tokens you have listed, and I would recommend that you invest in the KEEP coin, and NuCypher coin. They are both have been on the green side as of recent, there has been a really huge increase on the both markets. And be careful with coins that you don’t know much about. It’s for your own good.
2231  Economy / Economics / Re: How is financial stability defined for you? on: November 14, 2021, 06:58:42 PM
financial stability is all about your consistency in money making hence it will be possible once you are definite about your basic needs.
Your point is making sense but when you are earning only up to some level you might need to struggle but after that when you are planning up for big things after you are achieving your basic needs then that will not remain as same kind of struggle.

It means only for basic needs we must need to struggle and not for luxury things. And in my opinion the financial stability is all about having all the basic needs in regular manner and on the luxury things you can have some time and may not have in some other times. So, you may keep on adding your needs regularly still you can lead your life under a comfortable zone.
2232  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the best advice? on: November 12, 2021, 07:24:27 PM
With the way crypto world is going now and everything is techy futuristic what advice would you give your children when growing up?

Gaming as we know it can now give you monthly payments and as a parent would you allow your kids to get into this just for the money making? To be honest kids are more good at gaming
It is not bad for them to get into gaming and try to make income from it. But, I think it would be best for them to also realize that there is time for everything, so there should be limit.

I wouldn’t like in a situation where my children would waste their time and stuck in front of the TV or monitor screen just playing games all day long, and doing that every day. They would just get stuck and won’t have the time to think about other things that they will be able to accomplish in life, there are lots of things that they can do and be successful and it’s not just all about gaming. Game is all about fun, but if there is the opportunity to make money from it then it wouldn’t be bad to do that, but they should also look into other things in life.
2233  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: (Day traders) Are you on long or short at this bull run ? on: November 12, 2021, 06:31:21 PM
what do you think of any slight correction inview or $70k is just going to be touched
$68k levels still act like a strongest resistance levels which means bitcoin must need more power to test $70. So, we could expect market to remain in sideways movement for few more days and probably by this weekend, we could expect some fireworks to accelerate the market to test above $70k levels.

As of now, a day trader can go for both buying and selling in bitcoin market because market is fluctuating in sideways movement hence if you are following any good technical analysis then you can open both long and short trades at appropriate price level which will definitely get you profit because market is lagging with direction. At the same time, it is highly recommended to open only long positions  at possible dips so that you may have second option which is holding as overall market direction is still positive.
2234  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before getting into trading on: November 12, 2021, 05:23:27 PM
Initial knowledge is really needed. Plunging into the world of trading is not an easy matter, because trading requires basic knowledge of how to trade correctly to make a profit. Trading will not always win, but even so we must also be prepared to minimize losses or losses that can occur.
Gaining basic knowledge will be possible for anyone when they are getting into to live market and for this they do not need any capital at all. Just watching the live market and figuring out the patterns on watch how market is fluctuating definitely will help anyone to start learning about the basics of crypto trading.

These days most of the crypto exchanges are not offering demo accounts for practice purposes which is the reason experts are suggesting to go for live market with small capital so that you will start trading for the small positions which will help you to learn the market things in real time.
2235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin investment on: November 12, 2021, 11:44:03 AM
I have some capital and I will like to know the right token to investment in. Am new to NFTs and will love to get your opinion on which NFT to buy for a short term base.
Honestly everybody here must be new to NFT kind of trending investment opportunities. There could be some exceptional investors here but I am not expecting them to contribute to address your concerns. I mean instead of looking for someone to get you where you need to risk your hard earned money, you must go on your own skills to do due diligence so that you can be sure about you will not be losing your capital in random things.

I have been holding a few of NFTs. But, most of them are trading negative since my investments hence I am not a right person to guide you but at the same time I can guide you not to lose money in random things so happy investing but always mindful about scams and being misguided.
2236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming on blockchain is the future on: November 11, 2021, 08:58:27 PM
Blockchain gaming is the future, even in bear market I believe that games like axie infinity and others will continue to do well because many people are making a living off blockchain games as we speak, the adoption rate will never stop

YES. Play 2 earn games are hype right now and you're correct, i expect them to be good in bear also, as long as the creators provide steady content to them. Otherwise people might get bored fast
After very good success of Axie now we have some good teams and developers also working for more good play to earns games because big community having good feeling about this all, and recently we have some good number of games also coming through blockchain and NFT which can bring very good investment and more peoples those having good response in gaming industry. I personally very impress with Axie team and community because with the help of community now team working hard for better features which are growing community very quickly with very good investments.

If we have some more competitors than surely it's going to be very good and positive impact for this all blockchain gaming industry which will be done some revolutionary changes in gaming industry.
2237  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's new All Time High (ATH) has been reached this year again (X2) on: November 11, 2021, 08:24:59 PM
Now that he have reached a new all time high, but then again it was followed by a sell-off. Not surprised  though, just the natural occurrence in this market, people sell at the top to make profits, simply as that.

That's how I read it. When we went back through the previous $20K ATH from December 2017 last year, there were two or three times when we got close to $20K, even passing it slightly and the price dropped again, until we managed to break the resistance clearly.

I think there has been mainly profit taking now, but that we will be back up again soon, and that the best is yet to come until the end of the year.
That has been the case for 7+ years as far as I can remember, 2014 had a huge spike and then a fall, we are in 2021, so that’s 7 years. It probably happened before as well but I don't know, I haven't checked, I was here on 2014 and that’s the first increase and then correction that I have seen.

However, imagine a world when the price is 65k dollars and people say "it dropped", I mean I wouldn't even dream of 65k in my wildest dreams just few years ago, now we are considering it a low number and expecting it to go a lot higher. I do not think that we are in a huge bull run, those are the times when bitcoin does x10 and we are not there at all, yet it is still a good situation to be in right now, it is definitely going up, not a huge amount but it still broke the ATH again.
2238  Economy / Economics / Re: What happened? on: November 11, 2021, 03:28:04 PM
Thing is, I'm yet to start my investment (maybe in the next few days). I've just finished a course by Chris Haroun on the subject.
So I've been keeping an eye on the prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Binance Coin for the past few days. As you all know, all three coins took a dive yesterday. What I just noticed is that all three fell about the same time (around 4 A.M. yesterday), and recovered also about the same time (24 hs. later, about 4 A.M. today).
Did anything happen, that would cause such a synchronized dip and recovery?
I guess this is your first time seeing such a thing happening in this market, because this is nothing strange at all or new in the market, it happens regularly. There are a lot of coins in the cryptocurrency markets that correlates with Bitcoin, whenever Bitcoin goes down these coins are more likely to also go down, and the same thing happens  the other way around when Bitcoin increases in price.

So, the reason you have seen Ethereum and other crypto currencies you have been watching go down with Bitcoin is because they correlate with Bitcoin. There are also other cryptocurrencies that don’t do the same thing, they move on their own and don’t follow Bitcoin to any direction it goes. As time goes on you get to learn a lot more in the market.
2239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the fastest way to grow wealth in our present world of digital currency? on: November 11, 2021, 07:44:16 AM
Crypto surely is a quick way to earn. No other market would give you comparable ROI. But with higher chances there are higher risks.
Diversification, on coins, type of coins and how you invest. NFTs, Defi coins, stable coins, utility tokens and other coins. Joining good projects in pre-sells, buying the dips. Trading with bots and manual, staking coins for larger rewards, stablecoins LP for safer earnings.
Involvement of Elon Musk is also having big impact on this all because after his hype about Dogecoin give very good fortune to him now many celebrities and other peoples also announcing about their involvement and having very good fortune with this. But as OP is asking, the fastest way of having wealth is also very easy after we have some good digital and crypto related projects which are helping to grow your stuff very quickly.

SHIB is also going into top 10 markets in space of just one year mean now dignity is not important, just your hungriness about money is more important for having very good wealth. Just sack of your own start any fake project and fill yourself with money but still remember one thing when going from this world you are still having nothing in your pocket.
2240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin(s) would you buy now? on: November 11, 2021, 06:51:33 AM
My long term holding coins are bnb, dot and ltc. I am buying these coins in every dip.  Because I think these coins will boom in future. And it's the time to buy these coins at cheap prices. These are my long term holding coins. But I am following the trend of market. Now metaverse coins are in trending in market. So, I am buying these coins for short term
You are doing good job with having these coins because I also love these coins specially I love to have BNB and DOT these both are very good for long term investment but in case of LTC I mostly buy in dip but as I have some good profit I mostly prefer to sell this.

Currently, I am also having few other good and reputable coins in my wallet like Solana and Ethereum because expectations are good for these two and can go in very good and positive way with their very strong use case.
Currently, few coins already touching ATH which is very good for many investors but still it's very good bull run, and we are feeling these can go better because market sentiments are in positive way for some more long bull run.
