i don't know why are you stuck with the voltage thing?
If you can't lower it by -100 then you simply won't do it, the hashrate stays same (or even better) if i don't undervolt.

The point is the ~ 850hs at 1260/2100 with samsung memory. Thats stock core/+100 mem, which doesn't add on the power consumption.
On full stock 1260/2000 i get around 815hs.

Will put this rom tomorrow on my 5x470 rig and run with sgminer if that's whats "the thing".

I checked it now for you:

Idle : 105w from wall
Working : Hash ~ 807 H/s, VDDC : 0.8938 V, 197w from wall

You do realize that 98 out of 100 cards like that can't handle -100mV while running 1300 core??

For the powersaver guy :

For normal usage guy :
(1300/2100 @ -100mV)
