I am highly excited about crypto betting right now considering Bitcoin has surprised us this time with its phenomenal growth over a few days. Initially, we had discussed (with a few members) that ended up betting in the zone of 27k-30k because that was the perfect bet when everyone discussed it. However, soon Bitcoin rallied upwards like a crazy dream and ended up in the zone of 30-32K. However, the fun begins here, Bitcoin did not even stop there and ended in the zone of 32-35k. I was able to in the zone of 30-32k and I put more amount in that zone to recover the losses from the previous zone but it seems I might just end up losing everything that I have bet today. Though there are two days left, what are your thoughts guys? And those who bet courageously in the zone of 35K, man they gonna get 5-10x depending on their time multiplier. Super exciting days for sure.
282  Economy / Economics / Re: World Debt Clock by nations. on: October 28, 2023, 03:28:27 PM
That's the sophisticated clock for sure and I am wondering from where the data is getting fetched. Is it the US government that is injecting this live feed? (How?) Those are remarkable figures but I am still confused about how they can not recover their debts in time considering they also have strong exponential ongoing GDP growth. That should be taking care of that but somehow I feel that's not how it works when returning the money. Moreover, since every country has a GDP to Debt ratio of almost 100% it seems that nullifies the entire competition in the economic circle with good breathing space to return the debts. It's strange how these things work but whats amusing is, if any of the countries started going towards lower debts then does it mean it will become a powerful nation and put down the US just like that?

Quote
If you already understand the debt of the old America then that is not different from the new America or any other country right now. No need to confuse yourself anymore.

Exactly my point, the debt of the old is quite considerate and how it came up was crystal clear. My wonder is, with the luxury of printing as much USD as America wants, how is their debt rising to heights never seen before and they still print more. One will expect their debts to reduce as they print USD.

Huh? Print the money how? That will create more debts because they cant print out of thin air. If they started printing money just like that then inflation is the bitch that will make it's beautiful entry mate.
283  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the need to be known a requirement to qualify for a loan(s)? on: October 28, 2023, 10:32:19 AM
Well, I have seen a place on this forum where peeps are getting loans without knowing them practically. What I mean is they are getting loans based on their reputation on the forum and how active they are. This gives a clear idea to the lender that they are working with someone who is established as a trusted member and reduces the chances of scamming them.

However, it's still a surprising fact because they are just unknown person at the end of the day. No identity, no face, no place, nothing, and yet they are getting paid huge loans.

I think there is just no comparison between local banks and crypto lenders on the forum. However, there is also another type of lender that works on the blockchain with their own projects. They take the security of collateral and also their %interest is heavy for faster recovery of the principal amount. However it's worth noting that everything runs KYC free or without exposing who you are.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a “safe haven asset” on: October 28, 2023, 10:01:29 AM
If that entity says it after extensive study then it's good to hear and one kind of achievement towards the "nonbeliever" and one of the blush smile on long Bitcoin believer like us. I am saying this because if we chose to believe in Bitcoin when we entered into its long cycle of madness. That was enough for us, that also through the downturns that we got through different rules and regulations, economic crisis periods such as the current one, and various allegations of big financial institutions going down the sink. We have seen all of it but Bitcoin made nasty moves on all that chaos through time.

Now coming back to its validation let's assume that this is for the peeps who never believed in it. However, anything that has financial risk will always be a risk no matter what it is. Even Gold, Coins, Dimes, or anything that has government backing to private backing will always be an uncalled risk. It's all about how one manages everything.
285  Economy / Economics / Re: World Government Bonds, Yields and Inverted Yields on: October 27, 2023, 02:44:29 PM
I am not sure if someone would be smart enough to do something like a Bond when they have small amount of money. Sure if you have like 50 billion to handle and you do not have anything to invest at that moment and 45 billion of your money is invested and yet 5 billion is doing nothing, then yeah you get that and it is a smart move. But, for people like us? Bonds mean nothing, in most cases it is even worse than the bank rates, so why would you want something that is even worse than the bank rates?

I would say it would make more sense to just buy bitcoin until first billion, which covers 99.99% of the world already, after your first billion in bitcoin, then you may start to consider something else, like gold maybe, still not Bonds, they are just horrible.

Haha, somehow I find this true. Not sure how successful anyone has been by investing in bonds but it is a sure thing for rich people. I have never heard anyone in my circle talking about the bonds even though they are in the trading and share market. Somehow Bonds have not reached in the hearts of common peeps (my belief) and it shall take lot of patience as well. We do have Gold Bonds available in the India but its not worth it since most of the indain families believe in buying the physical gold as traditional thing. You would find more Gold in the form of ornaments and jewelry being gifted in marriage than what it would cost them to perform the entire 6-15 days of ceremony in various castes. I highly doubt anyone of them would be interested in buying Gold Bonds. This is just reference but other bonds are literally far from such adoption. I would put more trust on the Bitcoin rather than putting my money on such thing.
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Startup says it can access $235M in locked bitcoin — but owner says ‘no thanks’ on: October 27, 2023, 02:16:40 PM
Hmm, just not the right device to work with I guess. A self-destruct feature is a nightmare and the last thing I want as a security protocol. Why would I bother myself with the thought that if I ever lose my keys, my device will kill itself and erase all the data on it? Imagine the pain of losing 250 million dollars all at once. Is that some sick joke? What he was thinking and what were the odds of this happening with the bitcoin holder? Plus what he was thinking when he knew that the device is capable of such high level of security. He should have kept it so secure after such realization that we wouldn't have been discussing this. Man whats done is done. Once I was not able to get into my ledger and only had a couple of thousand bucks on it my nerves were cracking, if I were this guy, I wouldn't be posting here, I would have been dead ASF. lolz.

288  Economy / Gambling / Re: Empire.io | Free Payouts, VPN-Friendly, No Upfront KYC & 1 BTC bonus! on: October 26, 2023, 04:23:36 PM
Good to see empire is still going on with the flow. I am not sure if withdrawals are still free at your site or not? There are some big names out there who are accruing crazy fees on withdrawal because of the congested transactions and hiked prices is one of the biggest reason for this.
I specifically read in your features that this is free of cost but I am not sure if we are still following this trend or not.

Looking at the above promotion I kinda feeling to play on your casino this weekend.

However I see that we have to wager 10x the winning amount obtained from free spins if any. That’s the only hard part in this promo but I’m sure there are many players who will play along to grab this opportunity. Good luck to all and keep it up the casino promo for us!!

Welcome to the forum guys and hope you join the fleet of getting popular on this forum soon. Just checked few of the section on your site that seems to be familiar one and popular as well. The slots, live games, table games, jackpot everything is covered so definitely its gamblers platform. The design is quite impressive with easy load time which helps to run the gambling site on any device like mobile/desktop.

I am not sure if you guys have KYC requirements or not because I am not able to see anything about it in the FAQ section as well. Most of the time gambling sites starts getting hate speeches when they end up locking up their funds on the site due to KYC requirements. I hope you guys will cover this as well and make clear statement at what levels of gambling does the user need to perform KYC verification or not. I am just telling this out of experience from other gambling sites discussion board. Good luck for your stay.
290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to build a career with bitcoin? on: October 26, 2023, 12:06:49 PM
One of my older brothers bought bitcoin with that money, instead of keeping it in the bank, about 6 months ago, the price of bitcoin was 24-25k+, and he bought about 1 BTC. The price of bitcoin has increased to 34K+. In just 6 months, he has made a profit of 9k+ dollars, which would have taken more than 20 years to get from the bank. This means that bitcoin can become a millionaire if people invest in it at the right time. I also bought some bitcoins myself and did it by withdrawing money from the bank. Success is not possible if you do not take risks in life. I know how hard it is to make money and if it is to sweat your head and work day and night, then it is worth it. And we can make a lot of income by buying or trading bitcoin with the right rules. I think bitcoin is a bright future for us.

You have confused "career" and "investing" in various ways. Making money through a job that includes challenges, tasks to be performed, and a place where you have to prove yourself or show some skills to contribute to the development of projects is entirely different than just investing money into something that will give you return money.

What your brother did was a perfect investment. He bought Bitcoin at the right time and Bitcoin went up pretty high in a short period of time. I would call this the perfect timeline for your brother but this is not the case always. Peeps are out there making DCA investments through years of research and yet many of them have not touched their BEP. So having the urge to make a career out of investment is like entering into career of "trading".

Self-Destruct Sequence

If the IronKey Cryptochip detects any physical tampering by a hacker, it will self-destruct. Similarly, after too many consecutive invalid password attempts your IronKey will self-destruct using flash-trash technology

Damn, this thing is crazy as sci-fi stuff. It initiates the self-destruction mode and erases all the data. I would stay away from this thing for sure. Just look at the man's status now, he might not be sleeping well in the night, and in the day he must be dreaming of getting his IronKey unlocked somehow. He is done if is not able to access the PIN now. By the way, he went too far with the 8 codes. He should have initiated the contract with that company long ago considering the number of bitcoin that he is holding on that little stick. He is already rich, all he had to do is make his side of move and experts were ready to unlock it. Maybe those two guys are just playing around him and will take Bitcoin once he is tired. Lolz. You never know man, it's 200 plus million dollars, peeps can go nuts. We are also heading towards bumpy ride of halving so things gonna get crazier for him.

Just 1 day left before BTC and ETH price prediction ends. I think ETH will stay in the same range for next few days.
I am placing my bets on ETH for $1501 - $1750. I am not sure about BTC price though and I think it's more easier to predict ETH price.
Although the odds are not that great for this range but 1.5x is decent IMO.

I just checked the odds for the bitcoin price and they are not bad! I doubt that we will pass the 30,000$ mark, so the price will probably keep hovering in the range of 27,501$ and 30,000$ and the odd for that is 1.7 which is quite high. However, your bet for the prediction on the ETH price is also a good one and there is some value even if the odd is only 1.53. The price for ETH has been hovering in that range for a while now.

Thank guys, just made my bet on the same odds as we were discussing. However, there are a few concerning factors for me. The last 7 days' change for the bitcoin is super 10.91% which means Bitcoin is rallying hard upwards and it is just 200 bucks away from breaking the stated price range. Secondly, its 24-hour volume is also a staggering 17% as compared to yesterday's 24 hours. That is definitely the reason why we still have the odds very high.

I have still bet on the same 27-30K slot because this is the risk worth taking. Nothing just trying the bet with 1.8k satoshi. The middle window is just surprising and stands below 27K. There is no way it will fall below within the next 32 hours. That's the timer we are left with at the time of writing this assumption. That's why risky bet earns you the most if they go through correctly.

As we speak, the current price of bitcoin is already above $30k breaking the more common choice of the betting range.
The price of ETH is still within $1501 - $1750 and I hope it remains in the range until the end of the month  Grin

Yes, I clearly mentioned in my previous post that looking at the one week's data the change was super high and it will definitely go up. This is why I have also bet on the 30k+ range already with a slightly higher amount. So in anyways if BTC stays above 30k I am gonna profit 3 times more than the usual range which will cover the current bet and previous bet. However, its volatility is high as we know, it can definitely make you go nuts by the time we reach month's end.

I am not sure how much it might impact but do you guys think that we will see some more upward movement since we are moving towards Halloween? I would like to think that it will definitely happen since peeps are happy and they are filling the wallets.  Cheesy
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake casino streamers! Why such streamers are very popular? on: October 23, 2023, 02:23:04 PM
I came across a very interesting article about fake streamers https://www.ltccasino.com/fake-streamers-exposed

Some facts and arguments struck me as very curious. I had never really thought about why nowadays the Twitch and Kick platforms have become so full of people streaming online casinos there.

Having little experience playing at online casinos, I can't be sure that everything written in this article is true. What do you think about it?

It's very interesting to hear the opinion of experienced players and people who are versed in this subject.

Yes because they are there to earn money for themselves and nothing else. It's like a fake YouTube university and I mention this in every post of mine where peeps think that they can actually gain pretty awesome knowledge from such YouTube channels, Twitch streamers and basically anything gets published on social media.

They show you what you want to see, they don't show you what can demoralize you. The simple solution is to avoid such channels and never try to gain any motivating experience from the online streaming sites.

You can watch the streams but only from the reputed casinos themselves. If you gonna fall for the individual infamous channels then man, you never know what green screen effects they are displaying to us.
294  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 Smashy.GG - Decentralized Solana Casino on: October 23, 2023, 10:22:44 AM
Who would play scripted games in such a casino without a license? The author should study the gambling market.

The game is open source which everything can be verified. Although it’s still a concern for players that doesn’t know how to read code and determine how it works in fair gameplay.

@OP, I suggest to at least acquire an audit to trusted audit company for your code. Also add different currencies and allow to register user via email since not everyone is using Solana which is your current market. The current version of the casino looks like the typical casino template being sell online by random guy.

Same here. It kinda validates the casino so that we can go ahead in confidence to invest our money and play with it. Things can go south if no one replies from the other side and we have now way to trace the information about the company itself. If it would have been so easy to gain popularity this way then I think scammers would be the one making such casinos in no time. I am not really blaming this casino but some validation is must before we can put our trust.

Yes we completely understand that we have explorer from where casino's bets can be verified. Thats not a big deal when you have proper scripts are running in the background but it doesn't really define the authenticity of caisno itself. Hope OP will take the notes while developing the casino further with new upgrades. Good luck mate.
295  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: October 23, 2023, 10:05:52 AM
I like to bet all my money on freebitcoin for sports betting, usually I can only bet on one match because the payment process usually takes almost 48 hours so I can't bet any more bets on other matches, as we know at the weekend of sporting events there are on Saturdays and Sundays and if I bet on Saturday and then win, I usually receive a payout on Monday and may not be able to bet again on Sunday's game.

But now the payment process is much faster than before and this is very good, I'm sure this has been expected since yesterday by other users especially with faster payments I can double my money quickly also in sports betting, I'm happy to see the freebitcoin team processing it quickly I hope there will also be other matches added such as UCL and European leagues so that many users can bet.
Well, would be very interesting if Freebitco team can turn the freebitco site into a full-fledged betting gambling casino, this could automatically become one of the best betting and gambling casino due to their already available and running faucet system, several gamblers will prefer freebitco since they can simply use the faucet every hour to win some bitcoin, which they can re-invest into betting on sports games or playing some of the casino games.

And happy for the development as well, I am a frequent user of freebitco but I didnt notice this probably because I have never tried their betting system, all I try to participate in every week is the lottery, will also try the betting sometime in the near future, and i also hope they add the sporting events you mentioned.

I don't know, I kinda don't think this will work. Freebitco.in started as a faucet site, over the period they accepted and developed various ways to entertain their users. From multiplying BTC to free RP to lotteries and whatnot. They currently have the best faucet site status, if they move into full full-fledged gambling site then I think it's gonna hamper the image drastically. Peeps are already having their favorite casinos out there and guess what there are hundreds of casinos to choose from already.

What makes freebitcoin stand out is their simple structure of earning various prizes. Competitions are simple, inter-dependent, and fun to play.

Maybe we can expect a sub-entity as a casino run by TheQuin but I really hope they don't come up with the idea of turning their existing site into a gambling site. That would be a nightmare. I kinda love the way they have built their empire so far.
296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin were a physical currency. on: October 23, 2023, 09:19:43 AM
I think Bitcoin grew to the current extent just because of the excellence of its technology. I am not sure if it would have been physical then it would have been just something old by now. Bitcoin is special because it is digital, maintains its data integrity, and is irreversible. Do we have such properties in the physical coin? They tend to wear and tear over a period of time, they can mint duplicates of it, and they can also get lost in the process of transacting. If physical appearance had something then in day today's activity we would have seen gold as a precious coin but it lost its transacting value "on a daily basis" since it's getting costlier to carry and transact small amounts. It would also become highly life-threatening if someone just sees and senses you are carrying a kilo bar in your car.

Bitcoin is digital, you don't have to carry the burden of it, and with an internet connection, it can be transacted anywhere in the world. It secure and anonymous that is not achievable with the physical presence of any sort of currency.

How do you think they are becoming richer every day? They loot us with their mind games. They would say one thing on Monday they would say something else. Their plans are changing hundreds of times a day, they would talk differently at every dinner they take with different vendors and investors. Buffet did the same thing anyway. He definitely changed with the time when his friends might have shown him how they are profiting with Bitcoin in millions of dollars. Lolz. This oldie just got his nerve pressed with his friends on one fine night and boom he started investing his money in Bitcoin-related products.
It might seem a little unrelated but let us not forget how Elon Musk played with us when he invested money in the DOGE. Rest is the story that we all know. It went literally on the international level when he tried to host the SLN and was mentioning about DOGE now and then. Failed attempt to lure everyone.
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lessons of my experience and knowledge about Bitcoin on: October 22, 2023, 05:28:44 PM
Great, read them carefully they remind me of the golden rules of Bitcoin. These are the ones that should be followed as soon as someone enters the Bitcoin economy. I love the fact that I am following most of them except (attending conferences, because there are none here). I entered the market and soon I learned that I needed a Hardware wallet. Now I am too lazy to open it so there is no question of spending my coins immediately. Even since last year, I have started to segregate my earnings into Bitcoin and emergency funds so that I won't spend my Bitcoin when I need money quickly and urgently. This may not seem to be a helpful note just now but it is when you are in Bitcoin for a long and you end up spending Bitcoin without any reason. If someone is blessed with two jobs then it's far better to increase the share of Bitcoin purchases and perform complete DCA with it. One can increase the frequency of purchases if prices are going up and down quickly. This helps more during the halving period which is the most weak period for bitcoin stability.

People are to much-blaming bot, and asking about KYC.

Even with (KYC) the code promotion are still gonna to be empty in just under few mins, It's not always about KYC things. Even they add (KYC), with just Level 1 you can easily to get ID especially on third-country (It's-cheap).

Total member, follower and other factor should be consider. If people are angry with 1-2$ promotion, there has something wrong with that people (You're addicted to gambler).

Oh damn the KYC argument started here as well? After chasing various threads of popular gambling sites one thing is sure; peeps are not reading the terms and conditions before they enter into gambling site. Literally they should make it mandatory to every user to go through ToS section. In that also they should make a system that will pop up small window stating that there exists KYC requirements in some cases. This should pop now and then so that every user can read and understand what they are doing and what’s waiting for them after certain limits of gambling.

This seems to be best idea so far. Without this “those” users will be complaining all the time. They better start this in every casino.
