2841  Economy / Speculation / Re: i think we will see bitcoin 44k sooner on: April 26, 2021, 03:46:41 PM
this is not a fud and its not intended to scare anyone or make you dump if you cant hold especially the newbies and paper hands. just to get you prepared ahead of it. lets hope we dont go lower than that else we might take much longer in this dip.
Already people here are fully aware how to secure their holding hence I guess there is no need of creating this kind of topics because it is definitely making people afraid on what is next going to happen in bitcoin markets. Overall this kind of topics are simply spreading FUD and nothing else. Fortunately today we are having a recovery phase in bitcoin markets which must be the consoling thing for most people here.

Honestly I'm not expecting bitcoin to be reaching any more lower low here after. It may continue its recovery toward a new ATH but most probably we might be having that by end of this month and until then we might be having sideways movement for time being.
2842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can doge coin reach 1$ this year? on: April 26, 2021, 03:13:21 PM
I am holding 125000 doge coin , and did not sell even at 0.47 $ , Is there any chances to doge coin can go to 1$ this year ?
Wow, you are already a rich... congratulations. How long you have been holding this much mammoth amount of dogecoins? I mean you bought under 30 satoshi or mined them or recently bought after it has set its ATH around 800 satoshi? Anyway, I guess you must continue your holding because there are lots of people are speculating about dogecoins to be reaching $1 by the end of the current bull run.

I recommend you to keep trailing stoploss just above your buying price so that you will never encounter any losses on the event of when dogecoin might be failing to reach $1. But, if you're ready to hold for another 3 to 5 years then definitely you will get more than $5 per dogecoins for sure.
2843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Uniswap Token Price Prediction on: April 25, 2021, 09:32:30 PM
As of now, the price of a UNI token hovers around $27 - $34. If a new version is released, the token might skyrocket in price at a very fast pace. My prediction is that UNI will be worth $50 - $60 in a year from now. Traders are still using the current version of Uniswap even with high fees and slow transaction processing times in play. Imagine once it scales towards "infinity and beyond". Mainstream adoption will soar like crazy! What is your price prediction for Uniswap Token?
What people are forgetting is that Uniswap could still go up because it is tied to ETH and that means anything happens in ETH means it helps uniswap. We obviously do not know the market, it is not like it is looking great right now but if the price of all cryptos go up, obviously Uni token will go up as well but it has 2 layers that would help it a lot.

First all on this July the cost of erc20 gas fee will drop significantly, it already dropped a lot but there is a long way to, secondly eth 2.0 will happen in a year or so, that means it would be a big help as well. These two things will increase ETH more than what market is doing, but at the end of the day if a crash like 2018 happens then no coin/token will be safe, so uni will go down as well. Which means if the market is safe, price of UNI will go up more than other coins in a year, if the market is bad then it will go down like all the others.
2844  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there such thing as a “safe strategy”? on: April 25, 2021, 08:12:08 PM
we have to play safe in order to survive longer as well as making portfolio bigger. To figure out how to successful trade and become an effective crypto trader then we need to connect with a specialist trader. Yet, risk management is important and invest that much you can afford to lose. Since none one is perfect.
You mean that we need to get recommendations and tips from professional traders so that we can sustain as a successful trader? I don't think that is necessary; when we are good at technical analysis then we can generate our own signal which will be more than enough for being successful in crypto trading.

Just being long-term holder definitely get you big profits and I believe in that case also you do not need any technical skill still you can be a profitable trader in long run and without any help from professional traders as well. The only safe trading in crypto space I know must be long term holding of bitcoin.
2845  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm wondering who trades with paid signals? on: April 23, 2021, 05:40:00 PM
I traded in the past based on some black box system which offered a variety of signals. You had to buy monthly subscriptions for the program to get the licence. In the end I made some profit but the more I used it, the less comfortable I became with receiving trading signals without knowing how they are generated.
I could not get your point; why you started feeling uncomfortable when you were making profits with that signal provider? If I were you then I might have continued to make good money to multiply my capital. Probably you might have dealt with some exchanges where operator based signals are being provided before every dump and dump process. Some people do not prefer that kind of money because they do feel that it is like money from naive traders by trapping them through bumping and dumping.
2846  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I am doomed on trading on: April 23, 2021, 03:33:16 PM
After purchasing my first coin on binance. I had over $400 worth of Bitcoin. Been a single mother of one promising child I decided to trade my coin so as to afford to feed my family without touching the $400 I have been able to save over the years. Everything went smooth not until I decided to place a buy order. I have never traded before this happens to be my first experience and it turned against me. How do I cope with this and how do I feed my son?

I haven't spent enough time with binance app. I was trying to study the app when I came across the trading aspect of binance app and been so desperate to start earning so I can feed my son I had to take the risk. Currently I am doomed and I don't have a job to fall back to. I do I explain to my baby I have lost our hope of survival.
Really, I don’t know what’s wrong with people Huh Huh did you do your research first before considering to become a trader and trading cryptocurrency? Before doing anything always make sure that you do proper research to be sure of what you’re getting yourself into. Haven’t you heard that trading is a risky business to do, or do you think it is all about making profit?

One advice I give to newbie traders is that they should never get into trading if they don’t have a good stable means of income, because you’re running the risk of losing the little you have and being left with nothing.
2847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin high fees on: April 23, 2021, 02:42:21 PM
Who is paying for high fees and why are they doing this? I am quite certain this is not holders hurrying to buy a Tesla with bitcoins hehe. This might be transactions from exchanges or going to exchanges, however, why the hurry?

I don’t think it’s going to be just exchanger’s, you’re forgetting that there are more than a millions of customers on these exchanges that are doing transactions on a steady, both exchange account to exchange, and also to addresses outside of the exchange. There are lots of people who are ready to make transactions at this fees.

I saw someone that made a small transaction of $70 and paid fees that was up to $30 or so, that’s the last thing I think I’m going to do, because I am not ready to make a small transaction and pay a fee that is almost up to half of the money I’m sending, then what’s the need for it? The most annoying thing about this high fees of a thing is that I usually tell people that bitcoin is the best because you can send any amount of money and just pay fraction of it as fees, but now look at where we are Shocked.
2848  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this normal to other people or just me ? on: April 23, 2021, 12:24:42 PM
i couldn't believe what am seeing.. idk why am thinking this is happening to Africans alone as i believe if its happening to USA/UK etc am sure the internet would have been burn by now.. this is just so wonderful i have to pay $39.09 miner fee to send just $1 to a btc wallet ?

can someone please tell me whats going on ?
Lol it’s happening to everyone no matter where you are living around the world, the cost for Bitcoin transactions has been high, and it’s not only bitcoin, a lot of other cryptocurrencies have high fees for transactions too. I have friends in different countries, and when they make transaction with bitcoin they always have to pay these high fees, and most of them have started switching to other cryptocurrencies, such as Tron.

Although I think the reason why the transaction fees of bitcoin is high like this is because there isn’t enough miners and there are too much users making transaction, and other coins are cheap because they don’t have much users yet.
2849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: The best way to start earning crypto today! on: April 23, 2021, 07:24:29 AM
There are plenty of tokens out there  that have the same mechanics of staking so I won't say that this is the best way to start earning crypto.  Others even give a higher APR and have much established fundamentals than this one.
Yeah these days devs are coming up with dump ideas; I am not sure how they do believe just copying some existing system will get them more people to adopt? That is really annoying. I just wonder how many people will fall into this just for the reason of staking rewards and other freebies? I guess we must work on some strong initiative so that this community's newbies will get some good awareness against this kind of shitprojects. I have been planning for years to have such initiative but unfortunately could not find time to do so.
2850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust centralized exchanges? on: April 23, 2021, 06:25:28 AM
Recently, I have not been trading on centralized exchanges and have kept as much money there as it’s not a pity to lose
But, if you take example like bittrex which is a centralized and regulated exchange, has been serving us for years without any major issues. I have kept more than $10k at some point of time, and then gone for withdrawing, all went smooth. I'm not saying, keeping funds with exchanges is a good idea but if you're choosing your exchanges wisely then he could solve most usual problems easily.

All the above, exchange getting hacked or sudden shutdown kind of things are highly unpredictable and we might need to face them. Only primary solution here is never holding big money with them.
2851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Litecoin Ready for a Major Breakout? on: April 22, 2021, 08:08:57 PM
The Lite coin # 5 on coinmarketcap which is also called Mini BTC has not shown any impressive performance during the recent Bull run  but during the past week it surged 39% and rallied to $124. It has broken major resistance levels, more significantly it broke 62% FIB. The next major Resistance levels are at $ 131, 135, 151 and 160. As many analysts are expecting a major rally in Alts Market once BTC price stabilizes and BTC dominance Index comes down to 60% then we might see Lite coin breaking its ATH record of $375.
I believe that Litecoin is a good crypto choice to make at this time. Something like this happened the last time there was a bull run; after everything that happened , litecoin was just moving slowly and when the bullish trends were calm, that’s when Litecoin started it’s own movement and kept moving and breaking records.

So, wouldn’t be a surprise if it is going to repeat the same thing this time around because I am already expecting it to happen again. From the start I have made sure to invest money in litecoin, so it’s in my portfolio in case there should be any bull run that will be breaking the ATH price.

EDIT: Can I wager on Perez resigning from Real within three days?
Yeah definitely that's the only way to save himself from humiliation and to save the club from not participating in the UEFA competitions. Perez is a proud man who is left with only one option "Resign to save Real Madrid or bow to UEFA chairman and accept sanctions.
I think they do not have bets for stuff like that. It is like having a bet if I will breathe again or not as long as I am alive. Well if I am breathing I am alive and if I am not breathing than bet is void. It is a 100% guaranteed bet, no sportsbook would take it.

Same goes for Perez, dude will be humiliated and he will be kicked off if he doesn't resign himself. That was a horrible move he did, he wanted it for years maybe over a decade and he always wanted this to happen. He tried it, he saw what others said about it, he saw how much damage it was to the teams, he is still trying to act like it was a good idea and at the end of the day we are seeing how wrong he was. He will definitely be gone, what will be the odds for that? 1.01 he will be gone, 15241.20 that he will stay? Lol, that is why I do not think that we will see that bet but if we ever do, I am putting ALL my gambling money in all casinos into that bet.
2853  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Transactions Fee Are More Expensive Than Ever on: April 22, 2021, 07:28:03 PM
Beforehand, the absolute advantage of Bitcoin was convenient transfer money with cheap fees, but now if you transfer a small number of bitcoins, fees are a real problem. I also own a few cryptocurrencies in my SnapBots wallet. Bitcoin has become increasingly difficult to become a popular exchange currency but still an extraordinary reserve asset!

https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-transaction-fees-more-expensive-than-ever
That’s what everyone is facing this time around, I have some coins in my bitcoin wallet that I can’t send out because of how high the fees are at the moment, so I just left them there. A lot of people around me are now moving to Tron, seems like that is the new trend, they are now using it for whenever they want to make transaction, but the problem is that Tron doesn’t have high usage rate like Bitcoin does, you can see stores online that are accepting bitcoin, but I have not seen any for Tron, except just individuals that wants to do peer to peer transactions.

The last time we did a deposit bonus giveaway it was for Golden Tickets and in exactly the format you suggested and ran for 48hrs each time. Unfortunately, one individual started depositing and withdrawing the same 2 BTC constantly for 48hrs every time we ran it. We think this is a lot fairer on everyone and a lot less attractive for high rollers to abuse.
There will always be some people who will use your giveaways in a bad manner. I think it was you who said that you caught people with thousands of fake accounts (not just one person with thousand but total) which means there were thousands of accounts that claimed free faucet to get money. This is like what 2 satoshi? How much can you make from this? However one thing is really obvious, if there is a way that any website could be abused for money, there will be people who will abuse it.

This is why I think it is obvious that there will always be people like that and we can't do anything about it. Not saying we should do nothing about it but it is really not simple to force them not to do it, it is easier to stop them after they did it.
2855  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance has problems with connections with today crash on: April 22, 2021, 06:14:55 PM
Today, Binance shown that they have technical problems with the market crash. Within 10 to 30 minutes, it was super hard to submit orders and get it successfully loaded on the market orders.

It happened with Binance since the beginning of bitcoin bull run. Honestly I respect the quality and creativity that Binance run their services and some products that create trend in crypto. Today problems recall me the same with Poloniex and Bittrex in 4 years ago bull run.

I hope in this bull run, the market will have another new outstanding exchange.
But I still feel binance is a good exchange, but there are lots of other exchanges out there that are good as well, just that most of us are not ready to look into them, we prefer the exchanges with the big names. At that I will say that it is not our fault, most of us are trying to play it safe and not lose money because of the rate at which there are lots of fake exchanges.

And another good thing with making use of big exchanges is that you will know that they are working hard to ensure that their website is secure, unlike the small exchanges, you will know that they wouldn’t have enough funds to invest in security, that’s one of the reasons a lot of people will still continue to make use of the big exchanges.
2856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: OH YEAH FRUSTATED TRADERS. on: April 22, 2021, 04:31:04 PM
FOMO is one of the big enemy that needs to be conquered if you want to succeed in trading and investing. alot of people usually neglect investing at the early stage but only wake up to join the train when its halfway or near the destination. the oppression from friends and mates is also one of the things that make people fomo. thats why its always important to keep your emotions under control. dont be oppressed by anyones profit, you will make your own if you do the right thing. i read comments from lots of traders that are lamenting of their loss because of fomoing to buy the top. one important thing to always remember is that there are alot of opportunity, all you have to do is to find them early and buy into them.
It’s clear already, anyone can easily tell when the market is at it’s lowest. Times like this that the market is bullish are not the best for buying cryptocurrencies, because you’re  likely to buy at the peak of the price  and then it will start falling , putting you at loss.

Before the halving I told my friends that it would be best that they invest in bitcoin or even Ethereum, but they were not ready for that, because they were scared that the pandemic has ruined everything and that it was over bitcoin. They saw it as a blockage, but I saw it as an opportunity. And now they are the ones that are not happy with themselves for not listening. They are wishing they invested during the pandemic, because the price of bitcoin then compared to what it is now is a huge gap.

Quote
Top 10 Cryptocurrency Investments in 2021
Cryptocurrency Price as of March 29, 2021 Market Cap Bitcoin $57,566.38 $1.075 trillion Ethereum $1,811.82 $209.464 billion Binance Coin $273.38 $42.304 billion Tether $0.99 $40.632 billion Cardano $1.19 $38.188 billion Polkadot $33.74 $31.349 billion Ripple $0.56 $24.598 billion Litecoin $192.88 $13.038 billion Chainlink $28.06 $11.689 billion Stellar $0.41 $9.23 billion

Cryptocurrency is a trillion dollars market now and it is getting bigger day by day. So, if you are still waiting, just look at the market volume.
I can't say 10 of them, but it looks like it has been a great idea to hold btc-eth-bnb, I had over 22 coins at one point, because I like diversification, not all equal of course I still had more in bitcoin and ethereum and very little on the bottom, but I sold almost all of them and moved towards 6 coins, the other three was ada-dot-ltc and they were not bad neither they did alright.

But the main trio, the real deals made me a good amount of money. Maybe we should not look into diversification as the solution, I know having many coins look like you are dropping the risk but you are also getting more risk when you apply for low level coins, whereas with the higher trio they are more trustworthy. However you have to realize you could still lose money, those things drop too, takes some time to recover but they do drop as well, which is why any coin you buy is risky in a bear market.

the FUN tokens if you have more then they increase the chances of winning, yes? Holders with more tokens should have much more benefits, maybe for now FUN tokens do not have much value in the market but they can give it value within the platform.
Holding FUN token won't increase our winning chance on freebitco.in, when we hold it, we will get few advantages, there are additional interest, cash back and free spin daily wheel of fortune/day.

Fun token currently worth $0.035 then you need $88 (2500 FUN token) and max $17,650 for 500,000 FUN tokens on freebitco.in if you wanna Hodl on freebitco.in
I think it does "increase" the chances, but chances of what? For example you have more than one wheel of fortunate chances, which means you get to try more than once a day and that means you have a bigger chance to win something from that, all depending on how many fun tokens you are holding.

Of course, it doesn't change the chance on the free bitcoin faucet roll, that is different and that will not change, nor will it change for the regular hi/lo game neither, nor it will not change for the bets neither since they are out of our control as well. So when you are saying it will not change the chance we gamble, it depends on what we are talking about because it changes one of them. Most people mean the faucet, as it was there, but I just wanted to clarify one thing and say that you have a bigger change from the wheel of fortune.

What a world we live in, I came in here to ask about "will there be bets on the european super league if it happens" today, that was in my mind last night when I went to bed, because that would be really a superb place to bet, all great teams, all could beat each other at any given moment, not that many teams that would be worse than the others, feel like a whole league of champions league quarter finals and higher levels, sounded very very exciting to me.

However today I read that some teams already left it, and it is being disbanded after just 24 hours of existence. I do not know if anyone got anything, I do not know if there was something that really bothered fans, I am not fan of any of these teams (from another nation) but I would have loved to watch it, it would have been amazing to watch, I guess we will not get to see it after all.
2860  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The problem is that it could take again many years to recover on: April 20, 2021, 08:36:44 PM
I have no problems seeing a bright future for BTC, but after a major retracement it might again take many years to recover. Look at the last sell off down to $3700. It took almost 4 years to make new ATH.
So should this be the major, expected drop, it could again take many years for BTC to reach 100k.
Many people will be dead before BTC will reach 1 mio.
Anyone that is seeing the current price that we have now would be happy! Whether there will be a price of hundred thousand dollars and above or not shouldn’t be a problem. Let’s admit it, most of us that were here earlier when it was all still new, we never expected an increase as huge as this because of the way the market is now, so I don’t know why you’re trying to make it seem like there is anything special if the market should reach hundred thousand dollars, I don’t see anything so special about it, it doesn’t change anything.

Moreover, we all know for the fact that cryptocurrency market is volatile that it is not going to be that stable, it’s always going to be a case of going up and down.
