When I said it is the right place, I didn't think na kailangan ko pa spell out na hindi yun necrobumping basta relevant yung post mo. That topic was specifically created for childboard suggestions.

One more thing, if you are too concerned, pwede mo naman PM muna mod natin before posting.

2882  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Books Reseller on: June 14, 2020, 07:29:40 AM
I tried searching blockchain/cryptocurrency related books over National Book Store website and found only one - Blockchain Revolution by Don & Alex Tapscott

Try to contact them if they have plans to add more like The Internet of Money - NBS contact

Alternatively, you can ask someone in our local board if they are also interested in buying the same book and just share on the freight.
2883  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [SUGGESTION] Add local child boards please on: June 14, 2020, 06:16:59 AM

Note: Gusto ko sana ito isuggest sa post ni Dabs na "Other sections for this forum?" ngunit ang huling post ay January 13 2020 pa kaya't ito'y magiging necro bumping...
Yung pinned topic ni Dabs is the right place to discuss suggestions for child boards.

Player voices was not heard. The voting of the July tip-off just came from NBA management without regards to what the players feel.
It was only right for the NBA management to craft the format first before talking to the player's association. If I read the NBPA's statement correctly, they all approved the resumption but they have issues with its implementation.

The Board of Player Representatives of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) has approved further negotiations with the NBA on a 22-team return to play scenario to restart the 2019-20 NBA season. Various details remain to be negotiated and the acceptance of the scenario would still require that all parties reach agreement on all issues relevant to resuming play.

I'm confident the NBA and NBPA will sort these things out.

I don't know who are the concerned players who wants strict health protocols in place but if any one of them already participated in mass gatherings, they shouldn't be complaining. They shouldn't play either.

^ ^  Wups...  Just heard about the bad weight cut too.  And you should also know that Calvillo has moved up from women's SW to FW.  So she could be a tad stronger for this match.  Kinda like when Pettis moved up to WW and KO'd Thompson.
~
Oh and made a bet on 'fight won't go the distance' for Robertson vs Vettori at 2.45.  Those two hate each other.
Well, Vettori vs. Robertson didn't go the distance  Grin
Although Calvillo dominated Eye, I wasn't expecting the fight to go to a decision. I thought it's going to be an early finish (submission) too.

Here are the rest of the results:

Code:
Cynthia Calvillo def. Jessica Eye via unanimous decision (49-46, 49-46, 48-47)
Marvin Vettori def. Karl Roberson via submission (rear-naked choke) – Round 1, 4:17
Charles Rosa def. Kevin Aguilar via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)
Andre Fili def. Charles Jourdain via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)
Jordan Espinosa def. Mark De La Rosa via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-26)
Mariya Agapova def. Hannah Cifers via submission (rear-naked choke) – Round 1, 2:42

Merab Dvalishvili def. Gustavo Lopez via unanimous decision (30-26, 30-26, 30-25)
Julia Avila def. Gina Mazany via TKO (punches) – Round 1, 0:22
Tyson Nam def. Zarrukh Adashev via knockout (punch) – Round 1, 0:32
Christian Aguilera def. Anthony Ivy via TKO (punches) – Round 1, 0:59

^ All those who missed the weight cut lost by the way.
2886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India may again ban cryptocurrency on: June 13, 2020, 05:14:54 PM
If that bill will be passed and approved, Indian crypto community has all the right to challenge it again in court.
I can't say for sure but the highest court usually don't change their stance.

~ Wouldn't this affect the bitcoin price?
It would affect the price if these bitcoins would be sent to exchanges. I don't know how many times I've read articles claiming the price drop was due to large deposits of bitcoins from a single address to exchange X. Some people speculate and panic over events/news like this so they sell.

Too bad 1/2 of the main and co-main event both missed weight. Nobody probably cares too much about this card but it's still not good for UFC's image. Also a bad timing.

Anyone who placed their bet on Cynthia Calvillo is most likely to win as Jessica Eye really struggled to make weight and even said "I’m done guys. I don’t think I can stand". I don't think she'll have enough time to recover and be 100% ready for the fight.
2889  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Good News! Binance Support Philippines Peso (PHP) for P2P Trading on: June 12, 2020, 05:01:21 PM
Pros: Save on fees. Better exchange rates. Less downtime/maintenance (hopefully).

(Possible) Cons: Entrusting your bank details to another individual. If Binance also keeps those details, then that's entrusting to another entity aside from our local exchanges.

2890  Economy / Exchanges / Re: NO KYC Exchanges kycnot on: June 12, 2020, 04:23:57 PM
~ However they did list LocalBitcoins, and I think you now need kyc for using that now, but alternative LocalCryptos does not ask for kyc.
I also can't see Kucoin exchange on the list.
Localbitcoins was already removed from the list.
Why Kucoin? AFAIK, they implemented KYC since 2018.

For more KYC-less exchanges, check List of bitcoin person-to-person (P2P) bitcoin exchanges (e.g., Bisq, HodlHodl, LocalCoinSwap, etc.) and List of No-KYC Instant Exchanges

Looking at the picture shared, he doesn't look good IMO.

It seems like has gone through a depression problem where he forgot how to eat, damn.

Nuggets is a good contender and Jokic is one big reason for their success, but with that body, I think he can easy be dominated in the inside.
Pardon me, I'm just so disappointed by how he looks now, hopefully I'm wrong when the season re-opens.
Yeah, I completely understand the concern and disappointment. He lost weight (obviously) and some of that body strength but he gained speed, agility, and more stamina.

We don't know the backstory yet but I'm guessing it's part of the plan with his conditioning coach. Again, I hope he builds enough muscle to stay strong inside and protect the rim. If not, Mason Plumlee could see more minutes as center while Jokic could play as PF.

Define small time online sellers at magkano ang average daily net income nila.

  • COR - 500
  • Doc Stamp - 30
  • BIR Printed Receipts (BPR) - 4,500

Yung sa BPR, minimum yata nyan is 10 pads tapos may 50 receipts per pad.

I'd like to add my personal view kung sino sa mga online sellers ang dapat magpa-register. Kung ang plano ko gawin itong long-term business, I will comply with the BIR.
2893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 12, 2020, 06:46:39 AM
Regarding Jokic, I can't wait to see how fast he moves next time he plays. I hope he's building some muscles already.
At first, I thought his before and after pic was just a meme. He looked like Porzingis at first glance.

~ Just 15 years ago it was normal to face a game with under 70 points, you could have seen games with 68-64 as results, or more commonly games that are in 70's and 80's.
I'm not taking away the shooting skills of players today but we can all agree that rule changes allowed them to score more points. Some fouls today were considered good defense years ago. The game evolves.

The NBA is targeting a slightly earlier date for the restart of the season in Orlando, sources tell ESPN: July 30.
1 day early from the last update.  Cheesy
It's still a piece of good news for all NBA fans.
Damn! Thank you NBA! Grin

Yeah bro. But the problem is when you post on 2nd page and you get a reply on 4th page and so on which is possible especially if topic is hot too many replies happened. When I used that button. It will notify me everytime someone post to the thread and not specifically who mention me.
How about LoyceV's alternative for Piggy's @mention notification bot?
It won't notify you like what telegram bots do (you don't need them now anyway) but you'll be able read all mentions and quotes on a separate tab. Once you've set it up, just bookmark it.

It may also be that they were not aware of the content of the advertisement. It often happens that not every advertisement is checked for permitted content.
Lol, that's just lame even if it were true but I'm pretty confident they would screen advertisers and their content first before putting it into their system. They wouldn't want a content with phishing links and malwares would they?

2896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Avoid High Transection Fees Like This on: June 12, 2020, 04:54:27 AM
Has anybody here read this post of DarkDays-

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5254606.msg54594534#msg54594534

I think this specific transaction is not a mistake at all.
There's more to this than meets the eye. What do you think?
I don't believe that person mistakenly put such huge amount for transaction fee.
That laundering angle raised by @DarkDays is plausible. If that is the case, I'm curious why would the owner still use the same wallet after that transaction?

I also checked the recent sent transactions and it is now back to its "regular programming" with gas price at 60 gwei. Let's see if he/she does the same again after collecting more eths.

~
Right, these mistakes or these types of cases are very rare. After updating Myetherwallet, any ERC-20 tokens transaction cost warn you before sending it to another wallet. I just want to know why there are different costs in Myetherwallet to send the same tokens? Could be there is no fixed cost, which depends on the different situation of blockchain!
You did not even read the link provided by @TimeTeller did you?

As fas as ethereum blockchain is concerned, the gas fees fluctuates depending on the volume of transactions that goes into the network. That also means it's the free market who dictates what the transaction fee will be. Thus, there can be no fixed fee. It's just coded that way.

I don't know if it's the same case with other blockchains though.
2897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Avoid High Transection Fees Like This on: June 11, 2020, 03:30:46 PM
~
There should still be limit to the level fees can be increased to prevent such things from ever happening again, otherwise changing fees could be a gamble to people who aren't in their right state of mind during such congestion or aren't very familiar with crypto and its fee tools. What makes this worse is that the mistake can't be undone once transaction is complete.
Given how transaction fees could go from $.10 to $10 in cases where networks becomes heavily congested, don't expect someone to set a "maximum limit". Such is the nature of decentralized networks that no one could completely control transaction fees. It is for this same reason why you only see wallets set a "recommended" or "optimal" fee.

What you are asking could be done in a centralized set up.
2898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: June 11, 2020, 03:14:54 PM
~ I knew it! Burns next match would be a title shot Cheesy. What I'm not expecting is why it seems too fast. I wonder if Burns can be able to fully recover and acquire adequate training with the given amount of time. But anyway, there's no turning back for him. This might be his last chance so he must give everything to beat Nigerian Nightmare.
Burns got a "lucky" break. Recovery time could be a few weeks only because he didn't look beat up from his last fight. Not sure about last chance but this is probably his best chance. The sudden switch of opponents could affect Usman's mentality. It's not easy for fighters/athletes who are mentally preparing for a fighter only to find out that he'll be fighting another.

~
Then he should have retired long time ago.
He havent fought for almost a year. He is 41 already, he has proved everything to everyone already. This is his last fight. Do you really think he is super motivated to train right now? I think this is more Dana’s promotional game and DC will be in the ring mostly for the cheque imho.
You still do not understand what is obvious here, Daniel Cormier does not want to retire from MMA after a loss. He did not fight for over an year is simply because the only fight he wants to do is against a rematch against Stipe Miocic to retire with the belt and not having plans to fight anyone else. Under these circumstances do you think Daniel Cormier is not motivated to finish his career on the top Roll Eyes.

If we look back at their second fight, DC could have won that one too if not for those nasty Stipe body shots. Maybe that's playing on DC's mind to this day. Nobody wants to go out with a feeling of regret. He'll probably do his best to redeem himself.
2899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 11, 2020, 02:27:10 PM
~ Is this perhaps the final farewell of a tennis legend?
I like that you said "final" farewell because I can no longer count how many times fans have speculated about his retirement. I also don't recall him saying having a final season. Resting up worked well for him the last time, it could work again. Who knows if we get to see him winning one or two more titles when he returns and the retirement talks will be dismissed again.

Yes I know, kaya ako nag-provide ng separate quote sa article under "probable cause" I did fail to explain much further kung paano ka nga magiging suspect as a terrorist but lahat ito ay may proceedings sa court and hindi ka basta basta magiging under surveillance without the proper warrants needed for one. Gaya ng sinabi ko kay chaser15 mas focus ako i-explain ang potential na mangyayari sa crypto assets nila pag naging "suspect" sila na mas mataas yung chance o siguradong mawawala pati crypto assets mo pag hawak mo lang ito sa isang custodial wallet gaya ng Coins.ph, they are also SEC and AML compliant as well so there is no questions about their compliance with the law.
Yeah, I saw how you tried to narrow it down and connect it to crypto wallets (not an easy thing to do by the way). Hence, I tried to supplement without going to the other issues thrown against the bill as well.

~

If ma-trace at may sapat na ebidensya, pwede yan.

+100

Baka kaya niya minamadali upang mapag-aralan niya pa at may ma-revise kung may mali o wala na sa lugar na ayon sa batas.
There are reports na ginagamit ng mga local/international terrorists ang COVID-19 para mag-mobilize/recruit sa Pinas.
