Crnogorska Pobjeda danas javlja da je visi sud na kraju odlucio da Do Kwona ipak posalje u SAD sto nije iznenadjenje s obzirom na odnos njih i Crne Gore. Kralj "kripto valuta" Do Kvon biće izručen Sjedinjeni Američkim Državama (SAD) koje ga gone za krivična djela počinjena u oblasti finansijskog poslovanja, saopšteno je iz podgoričkog Višeg suda.
Ovaj sud je odbio molbu Južne Koreje za izručenje Do Kvona.
Odluka da se Do Kvon izruči SAD-u uslijedila je nakon što je Apelacioni sud naložio Višem sudu da odluči da li će "kralj kripto valuta" biti izručen Južnoj Koreji ili Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama.
Ranijim rješenjima Viši sud je konstatovao da su ispunjeni uslovi za ekstradiciju Do Kvona i ostavljao ministru pravde Andreju Miloviću da odluči kojoj od država molilja će dati prednost.
Međutim Apelacioni sud je ukazao da ministar pravde odlučuje samo u redovnim postupcima ekstradicije, a da je osumnjičeni Do Kvon pristao da bude izručen, u skraćenom postupku, državama koje su tražile njegovu ekstradiciju. |

In other news, BAFTA film awards were yesterday and as expected, Oppenheimer dominated with 7 awards, followed by Poor Things with 5, Zone of Interest with 3 and Holdovers with 2 awards. Then again, I really doubt that an average business looking to advertise here cares about manager's merit history or even knows what merit is. So if you really want to allow any manager to be a merit source you need to have a list of every merit they ever gave. There is already at least one active manager who is also a merit source. |

Any campaign manager could merit 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 people. Do it for a month. Then let them join as heroes getting them higher fees.
What's exactly stopping a manager to pay Sr Member as Hero member (or getting him on a private deal) if he thinks that member is good and will bring him extra visibility? So why going through that hassle of ranking members up in the first place. Dunno, I think that you guys are just overthinking things. |

It is possible to get a refund in certain altcoin projects (its a rare thing but I've seen it happening) but if someone asked you to pay an additional fee in order for you to get your money back, then its certainly a scam attempt. Don't send him additional $280 and consider that $100 you already sent as a lesson (and a cheap one I might add). |

If icopress is made a merit source, you can be very sure that merit distribution will be biased and influenced by icopress' business interests. There is no way that it will not be influenced by their business interests, and it would be naive to think that icopress will take an unbiased approach to merit distribution.

In my case I am going to leave a neutral tag, as I am quite in favor of red tagging the accounts for having changed hands but the evidence is not conclusive.
I would say that its far from conclusive. Sure, there is an obvious change of a posting habbits but as BitcoinGirl.Club pointed out, maybe he just decided to monetize his forum activity and no easier weay to do it than being active in gambling section. I guess this thread can be locked, since the chances of this claim being true is low especially since there was no password change from this user Security logWhy should he lock the thread literally few hours after opening and only a couple of people sharin their opinion? And who knows, maybe someone can see stuff that rest of us missed. |

People fall for way more obvious scam sites than this one all the time so I don't see what's wrong with him asking about that website. Keep in mind that not everyone who asks about dodgy website is automatically trying to seceretly promote it as there are people around here who are gullible and not capable of figuring things out for their own so better to ask here than get scammed. |

There are no rules against it, but keep in mind that in some local boards you might get your post deleted when they realize (and they will) that you are using google translate/AI chatbots.about. I personally visit certain local boards and use Google traslate but only ocassionally and when I get mentioned for a certain reson and I never meddle into their conversations if it has nothing to do with me. In short, be reasonable about it and you shoulnd't have any issues. |

I would not put a lot of money there, but few hundred dollars is acceptable risk for me, for someone else this amount could be lower or higher.
If I need to buy something I send coins, I create a card and spend everything on purchase, so I dont keep money on cards.
Yeah that sounds reasonable and not much different than what I was doing with Binance card. It's simply not worth it to have those cards as main cards, if you want to spend crypto just exchange and do a SEPA and that's it, if it comes to wirex it's even cheaper with a bank transfer than their fees , plus with a national bank you at least get a bit of support good luck contacting their customer support departments.
The only reason I was using Binance card for a couple of years was because I already had KYC done so why not, and it was very easy to reach 2% cashback (iirc you had to have 1 BNB) which covered all the fees. For a certain period of time (last bull run) it was my main card and I barely had any issues with it but not willing to go through KYC hassle again, especially since I have a secure option for converting bitcoin to cash. |

and what for me is the biggest surprise of all games is Real Betis losing at home against Dinamo Zagreb.
It surprised everyone here in Croatia as well since Dinamo has been horrendous in national championship (currrently only 3rd, while they won 17 championship in the last 18 seasons) and everyone would sign minimum defeat before the game. All this is far from over though as Dinamo could easily loose their home game so I still not to hope Dinamo going to a next round. |

Their rates are also not the best. It's always 5$ + 2.5%. It only pays off if you use high values. Then again, who dares to put bigger amount in one of those no KYC cards? Catch 22 if you ask me. At this moment I just gave up on getting my next crypto card and instead I'll just do what I did before I started using Binance Visa and that's cashing out crypto p2p irl and putting money on my bank card, while those things that I want to pay anonymously usually have crypto payment options anyway. Still keeping an eye if something interesting shows up. |
