This exchange is looking 100% scam and contains full of malware. I am doing some research and then will update this post. Yeah, mozilla also gave me a warning when I tried to acces that website. I doubt if he is banned, because he is not active from long time, but still, it worth to report him.

If you haven't reported him already, do it now as sending unsolicited PMs is against forum rules, especially since he included some scammy/phishy website like in your case.
Regarding him using Copper Member, he probably got that so he can lift some newbie restrictions like inability to share images.

I see him applied in two campaigns where the minimum rank to participate is full member while he's still in member rank. But he's not patient to wait until he reach full member and he's really know when his activity will increase. This is not something we see for the first time as there is a certain member who applied for CM weeks before he could even joined the campaign (he was a Full Member while mininum was Sr Member) and no one really saw anything strange with it. In the end he was even accepted into the campaign despite that as he was/is a top quality poster so manager made an exception. I think we're already know what his motive joining this forum and possibly an alt account that's already very well know about everything.
What is your motive? I see that you were already an expert on signature campaigns 2 weeks after joining bitcointalk. Don't get me wrong, huge percentage of new accounts are probably alts but it makes no sense tagging people over something like this. |

Najgore što možeš napravit je krenut s kampanjom koja će trajat mjesec dana i loše je plaćena. Doslovno si bacio par tisuća dolara u vjetar.
Kad nama netko dođe s takvom idejom, u startu odbijemo - i previše posla oko toga i loši rezultati na kraju. Bas me zanima koliko managera je full iskreno prema klijentima te im kaze da ce za $50 tjedno privuci samo shitpostere i da samo bacaju lovu, pogotovo ako ce biti kratkog trajanja. Nekako imam dojam da je uglavnom daj sta das princip jer ce klijenti naci nekog drugog ako ti odbijes. Mislim da smo 1 WW udaljeni od toga da 100$ opet bude minimum za dobre postere, a fail 1 'Sinbada' udaljeni da svi pišemo za 70  Savrseno opisana situacija, sad je samo pitanje kakva je kvota na ove dogadjaje. Ma dobro, ja sam malo pretjerao. Kad sam spomenuo male isplate, mislio sam na više rangirane korisnike koji dobivaju isto tih oko $2.5 po postu. A to, moraš priznati, nije baš neka lova.
Slazem se, nije neka lova ali mislim da nitko nece jos dugo nadjebati Bitvest/777Casino po tom pitanju.

I tend to agree which could be the reason this board didn't exist.
It could be inciting illegal actions or activities and it could be seen by others or readers as an unethical way which might have an impact on our good reputation, as trusted forum members to be hesitant to trust or engage with you because they know about the capability of hacking.
And what's stopping someone now to create such topics? Therefore, I don't see why would that be a reason for not creating a dedicated sybersecurity board which I think would be a good thing by the way, given how ignorant an average person is on this subject and how many dangers lie ahead.

Vidim da se kampanja popunila (piše da imaju još jedno slobodno mjesto) ali zarada me podsjeća na Bitvest kampanju koja je većini koristila kao privremeno rješenje dok ne pronađu nešto bolje.
Ne bih se slozio da je kampanja imalo slicna Bitvestu. Tamo si bio sretan ako si dobio $1 po postu, i to je bilo rezervirano samo za one sretnike sa Legendary rankom koji su uz to bili u Tier 1 dok su ostali dobivali bas sitnis. Koliko vidim Nitrobetting placa $2.5 po postu za Sr Member sto je cifra koju placa dosta kampanja za taj rank, cak i neke koje su na glasu kao jedne od najboljih ali to kompenziraju sa vecom maksimalnom tjednom kvotom pa onda izgleda malo bolje. |

One of the biggest mistakes people can make is beliveing that the platform they use won't have any problems, while at the same time very similar services already went out of the business. Worst of all, if/when Nexo ends up being a scam, majroifu of people won't learn anything and will still use centralized services to store their funds and risk them for a measly profit. . |

It's okay if you trust your relatives forever. It is the right strategy. But if trust is a problem and you want to leave a legacy, the safest way is to hire a lawyer. How exactly hiring a lwayer will sort his problems? Hiring a laywer means that you have to entrust someone location of a seed phrase and since you have to do that, why involve lawyer at all when you can instruct directly people that you plan to include in your inheritance on how to access bitcoin in case something happens to you. If you store your assets on online exchanges other than cold wallets (for example, Binance), this is the simplest way to inherit. This is because large exchanges like Binance will transfer your assets to your immediate family for inheritance. That's probably the worst thing that you could do, use Binance (or any exchange for that matter) as a cold storage and entrusting them with your money. |

But compared to child board – I tend to wonder why local board Nigeria have not had their own moderators since the request for local board was approved. Appointing moderators to local board is one of the most important things so that moderation in local board becomes better.
I guess theymos wanted to see first how things will go in Nigerian board before he decides whether to add moderator or now. From what I understand, the basic criteria whether board needs moderator is how much spam it has and if your board is pretty much clean, chances of you getting a moderator are slim. While moderator role should be much more than just policing a board and deleting spam, that's how they see it here. Croatian local board lost moderator 5-6 years ago and since then we are waiting for a new one, which we probably won't get as our board basically has no spam at all (maybe 1-2 posts per month gets deleted). |

They certainly won't do that because they are expected to switch to the new Epochtalk forum software and all changes waiting for that moment. I believe that when the transition starts, then new child boards and some new stuff will be added or whatever.
Since they added few child boards to put local board back in 2021, I see no reason why they wouldn't do that they same for another local board. It won't be easy and it will tale something to me but it's imho worth a shot. Imho, waiting for Epochtalk is like waiting for Godot and we all know how that story ended. |

I think crypto being a valuable asset, why not go with a bank You mean storing yout seed phrase in the bank vault? I don't know, I personally woulnd't trsut my bank with it. or use a lawyer to facilitate the inheritance process or better yet educate the receiving parties what they will be receiving and what to do with them without having to rely on thirdparties which is a cost effective option too.
Lawyer won't help you if you die while no one else has the access to your seed phrase, which is exactly what worries OP so that why he is thinking of contigency plan. [ht] The way I sorted it out is that I have 2 seedphrases at two entirely different locations (in case of fire, flood and other stuff that can happen to house/apartment) with two sets of people I trust with my money. |

Actually, I wanna know, is there any requirement to get child boards for the local board? Or give as soon as you apply? And if you have to apply, to whom should you apply? Can moderators do this? Or the admin himself? What is the process? Afaik, only theymos and Cyrus can create new local boards so what I would suggest is to make a request topic in Meta (but first talk about it in your local board to figure out which boards you actually need) and explain the reason why you need them. Just wanna warn you though that it may take some time to get them as nothing gets done fast around here. At least if there is a pin topic then maybe some common guidelines for the beginners could have been taught in the beginning. You can send a PM to admins and ask them to pin specific thread that yoy think is very important and should be at the top, easily visible ot everyone. At least that's what one of our local members (marlboroza) did since we don't have our own local board and he thought that its a good idea to have translated LoyceV's trust system guide pinned in our local. |

Ljeto proslo sezona privedena kraju vrijeme da se stvari vrate u normalu, samo da se javim da sam ziv i gledacete me vise u narednom periodu. Ajde ajde, drago mi je cuti da si ziv i zdrav i da nam se vracas.  S obzirom da sam kao klinac odradio par sezona u Dalmaciji i kvalitetno otegnuo muda, dobro znam da se tijekom sezone (cak i ako nisi bio klasicni sljaker kao ja) nema vremena za nista a kamoli za piskaranje na tamo nekakvom forumu tako da ne cudi tvoj izostanak. |

Hypocrisy! Why telling me to withdraw what I can't actually withdraw? I'm sure their system would have informed them of those with lower minimum balances. They probably automatically sent an email to everyone that has any money left there and that is in your situation, even if it was $0.01 worth of crypto. What now happens to my money after the 25th of September as you claim it's their right? Also, I will be glad if you can point to the clause in their T&C where they are entitled to confiscate my money simply because they are a custodial arrangement. I won't bother going through their Terms & Conditions, but you can bet that their covered these type of scebarios. If these type of companies do something right, its covering their asses so they don't get sued over stuff like this. I've thought of this but it will be an unwise decision because I will pay miners' fees to and fro and Coinbase might want to add their own fees as well. It's another ill arrangement of centralized structure designed to tie one's hands.
Then there's nothing else to than just suck it up and accept the current situation, or not use centralized exchanges ever again. |

It's crucial to watch how the market goes up and down and change your DCA plan if needed.
The whole point of using DCA is not having to consistenly check the market and obsess & stress about price fluctuations. Instead, you are supposed to buy the bitcoin at the regular intervals no matter the current price, beliveing that price in the long term will go up. What you explained is basically trying to time the market, which in the end is more about luck than anything else and is opposite of DCA. |

You might as well ask the "Bitcointalk admin computers ( theymos & Co )" to provide you with security guards around your home as well. This kind of spoon-feeding why most of you are going to get continuously hacked and scammed. Because you can't even do any simple reading and taking up proper security measures to safeguard your funds.
I think that you might misunderstood what OP is trying to say. He is not asking from "theymos & co" to help him secure his wallet, but instead that they should be more careful and vigilant about the way they store bitcointalk funds. |
