I work at a coin store
Please provide details. I work at a bullion, jewelry, pawn (only high-end jewelry) and numismatic coin store. I'm the coin buyer. A couple of these in the case would definitely spark conversation. *EDIT: and to clarify, I'm willing to share with the lender my identity (Drivers License, Passport, Signed Contract, Picture with contract, tell you the name and location of where I work...etc.) I'm not running away with anyone's money here.

I always get a kick out of it when I see somebody with an address in their sig looking for tips. Does anyone actually tip? HAS anyone actually tipped? I did once (maybe twice) to John K. for his escrow service, like .02 (what a guy I am).

I have a fool-proof plan to invest your 60 bitcoins and give you a decent return, no work (only time) required. Here it is:
The plan: 1. Buy a roll of 50 1BTC Casascius Coins for 60 BTC 2. Sell them for the lowest price they have been offered at (1.51BTC for US buyers, 1.5BTC for International Buyers). Why less for international buyers? I will need fiat payment from them via PayPal to pay for shipping. I think they will be more than willing to pay if it mean saving their bitcoins. 3. Why this will work: Casascius has a variety of coins out. Everyone is going for the ones with the novelty factor (the silver, the 0.1, 0.5, etc). They are extremely overpriced. Since everybody is trying to get their hands on those, no one is offering classic 1BTC coins (I looked forever, nothing unless I wanted to pay over 2BTC). I believe there will always be a demand for the classic Casascius coins. Worst case scenario: I will definitely be able to sell at least the number of coins needed to break even as far as bitcoins go. The rest could be sold for fiat (on eBay or elsewhere). Or, the rest could be redeemed and the physical coins sold for bitcoins or fiat (I sell redeemed coins on eBay all the time…a '13 coin easily goes for $40+…and that's each!-message me for proof) 4. If you wanted to go the fiat route, I work at a coin store (most patrons have at least HEARD of bitcoins). I think they would get a kick out of a physical bitcoin and they would sell relatively easily. Management is cool, they'd get a kick out of it too. 4. What do I get out of it?: I just want 1 Casascius Bitcoin and the opportunity to turn some fiat into BTC via shipping charges. 5. What do you get out of it?: So, 49 would be sold. Say at a price of 1.5/ea. That would gross you 73.5 BTC, and all you would have to do is provide the initial capital (I would do all the work). 6. Most importantly, this plan will at the very least not fail. I think that is clear enough to see.
Hope to hear from you!

You want to use someone else's credit card? Is that even allowed? But uh, your tests sound interesting, hopefully you can tell us the results.
No, I want them to use their credit card, then I send them coins. I only have a debit card, and it has less that $20 on it. I promise I am not scamming, but if anyone is really worried about this, it's only like $40 with shipping. Not a big risk for most people, and I have the coins. I'll just have a friend do it when I get back to Denver if no one here will, I am just house sitting for someone right now. I don't understand, why you want to use people's credit card just for $40. Cant you pay directly or something? I DON'T HAVE $40. I only have it in coins. I can take a picture of my Wells Fargo app if you guys would like to see the contents of my checkings and savings (about $15 total) You don't have $40 but you are on your way to creating some type of utopian bitcoin town while you also earn the Nobel Prize for discovering a new type of antibiotic? I have now seen it all. Is this Dank? Must be his reincarnation. Pretty low FinShaggy, even for you. Why you did it is irrelevant. What is very relevant is you claiming legality and dragging innocent people into your crimes. One day you might drag some one into it who is not so friendly. Think about it. If you think your life is bad now, the world has much to show you.
What matters of legality are at hand here? Just curious.

+1. Do it.
Withdraw paid wages instantly, try to get cash wages if possible. If there is a specific reason to have money in an account, do like that old lady in Cyprus and withdraw your money before the weekend, especially before scheduled or one-off bank holidays.
+1 to Carlton (just because he's Carlton)

I am a gold/silver buyer for an investment company, a proponent of both gold and silver myself, and a believer in bitcoin (NOT litecoin).
To make it easy, if I had $1,000,000 I would invest half in silver. I would buy Monster Boxes of either Maple Leaves or Eagles. Even though you are paying a premium, you can trade as much silver as you want up to 500 times (per box). If you bought say...5 x 100oz bars, you would only have 5 paydays/opportunity for trade. Of the remaining half, I would put 1/2 into bitcoins and 1/2 into gold if you buy gold NOW. Gold is at an incredible low. Although, it gained $40 since yesterday...so don't waste any time. As far as bitcoins go...I remember some crazy figure in the decline in the value of bitcoins after SR crashed. But, look at bitcoins now-they were (are) more than resilient. I think that the shutting down of SR was one of the best things for bitcoins. Now people are forced to look at their utility in LICIT situations. Final note: every body will share their advice with you until they are blue in the face. Its your money. Consider opinions, but remember its your call. Good luck!

Hey BTC talk, I just want to offer FREE escrow because I believe it should be free-we should look out for each other on here. I've been a member for a long time now and am always very active in the marketplace. I have some pretty prominent forum members who can vouch for my trust. Also, if the transaction is larger (Like >5 BTC) I will share all necessary personal info with you-I'm not going anywhere with your money. I would create a wallet for the coins in escrow, keep them offline (or not if you don't want), make the address available to both parties (to confirm funds are always there), and release upon confirmation from the buyer. In the event of a dispute, I would ask both parties to present all evidence in their favor and a) if privacy is desired, make the decision myself as to who has the more compelling argument, or b) start a thread and let the BTC talk community decide. Why am I doing this? Like I said, I believe third-party escrow should be a free service and I want to become a more prominent member here on the forums. If interested, send me a PM and we can go from there. Thanks!

Hey everybody, First as a little aside, gold went up $40 since yesterday! Anyways, I have two gold assay cards, each with 5 grains of good old 24 karat in them (confirmed on card). They're actually kind of a cool collector's item, too. They were sold at the American Numismatic Association Convention in California in 1975. They both have a 3 cent California Centennial stamp on them. And, what makes them most interesting is that 1975 is the first year since the seizure in '33 that Americans could own gold! All of this is explained on the cards. 1975...they might even be able to be considered antiques...ha! *Price Change: Please See Latest Reply!*Thanks! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs14.postimg.org%2F3ujf672rl%2Facards.jpg&t=663&c=Fy6n-Y7P835uRQ)

* SOLD: Thanks New LibertyHey everybody, I have a couple ounces of silver shot. It actually comes out to 2.28 ozt, so if you buy an ounce I'll send you 1.14 ozt (Wahoo!). I'll sell it at spot (according to kitco.com "sell" spot price) and ship it to you anywhere in the US. I'll ship international (it can be as little as $3), too-just PM me. If you want both ounces (2.28 ounces, excuse me :/), take $2 off the spot price TOTAL (not per ounce) and I'll still ship to you anywhere in the US-or internationally for an [small] additional charge. Please PM if interested. If its up, its available! Thanks! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs7.postimg.org%2F6p99it063%2Fsshot.jpg&t=663&c=FAbTnji-jp5e3A) *EDIT: the shot is .999 pure guaranteed (with shot you can always tell-if its silver and shiny, its pure. 925 shot is all dark and rusty cause the silver takes on the copper or other alloy's color). The yellow/brown you might see on some pieces are just powdered bits of flux.

Not to rain on anyone's parade here (I have talked to OP), but there is a great potential for scam on both sides of this. 1) Are you really willing to use all of your real information for a card (even if it is "prepaid") to give to someone else to use? Also, OP, it is probably a lot cheaper than 2 BTC to buy a stolen identity (I'm sure all over tor)-so keep that in mind.

Damn Kanye must be running out of people to annoy, he's even on bitcoin forum. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) You know Kanye. Everything is about him. Slavery was about him. The Civil War was about him. Shit, even this post.. is about HIM! He IS God.

It would only really be a lot if folks order lots each. If you had 3 orders of 6 each you would get two free for yourself and make some BTC on the side. If everyone orders one, you would not make so much... The pricing structure offered thus encourages small orders.
Agreed. For the sake of simplicity and thinking that everyone only wanted 1 of these coins for their collections like myself, I didn't split shipping costs from the coin costs. If you're interested in a larger order, I'd be happy to work out an arrangement. I'm not trying to retire here. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I'm not knocking your hustle. You make a good point. And you are offering something that otherwise isn't offered, so I can't really say anything. I just wonder what it is that Casascius will have us overpaying for next!

Okay so now everyone contact r3wt if you need rapzz
I don't think its fair that ONE person will get the whole market share of the demand for raps for bitcoins...
