1162  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ebay Listing bitcoins are on the roll on: April 07, 2013, 07:07:27 AM
The trick to selling bitcoins on eBay is to add a physical aspect to it. Just print out a bitcoin bill, send it to the buyer, have them confirm receipt, THEN fund it.
1163  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin memes! on: April 07, 2013, 07:06:05 AM
New member here, and I thought I would make a tribute to the Bitcoin community by redoing the "shut up and take my bitcoin" meme.
This is OC, and I know we usually use bitcoins to represent BTC, but I thought paper wallets might work better for this one.

Feel free to suggest ways to make it better, or perhaps another meme that needs polishing, and by all means, please spread this puppy around!

Nice! Tip sent  Wink

Thanks for the tip Smiley

1) I think more appropriately would be "Shut up and GIVE me bitcoin." After all, we're all FYGM hoarders around here  Grin
2) If you want to make those bitcoin bills look more authentic, add some pics of Ron Paul to them

You have a point, so this is for you

I'll leave the caption open so you guys can play with it
Makes more sense to give your bitcoins to her than it does to BFL!
1164  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Wouldn't it be more fair if the bitcoins were shared equally? on: April 07, 2013, 07:01:07 AM
between all the people?
I don't see the reason why a few people who were the first could gain a big share of the coins and people who want to buy coins now have to pay for them. and why would people will cooperate with such system.
I mean I only heard about this today, I would participate earlier if I knew about it.
For real? What are you doing here? You literally sound like a communist, which is about 100% against what Bitcoins are all about LOL.
1165  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 1 Bitcoin for your 1/10 oz Gold Coin on: April 07, 2013, 04:10:37 AM
Since that one's graded I would do 1.15 (including insured shipping-I will show you how to get that for $4) total. Mt bottomline.
1166  Economy / Goods / [WTS] 1 Bitcoin for your 1/10 oz Gold Coin on: April 07, 2013, 03:52:27 AM
This is a standing offer for 24 hrs. I am offering 1 Bitcoin in exchange for a 1/10 oz Gold Coin. I am not too picky about the coin, but I would like to see a picture (I don't care country-wise where its from, but it has to be in good shape). Now, 1/10oz Gold Coins sell for about $185 on eBay. Yes, that is more than Bitcoins are currently going for. But, if I (and probably everyone else who has them, for that matter) didn't think the value of bitcoins would increase, I would dump them all now. Recently bitcoins have gained about $20 in value overnight, so $40 is nothing. I will only do this transaction w/escrow. Hope to hear from someone.

1170  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] .22lr ammo on: April 07, 2013, 01:45:28 AM
Isn't it sad you can't buy it in stores? Especially .22! I suggest you check craigslist in your area. I bet whoever on there that's selling it will accept bitcoins even if they don't know what they are-anybody selling ammo is probably into any kind of decentralized currency (not to generalize!).

1172  Economy / Goods / Cases for ALL Casascius Physical Bitcoins [Including Silver!] on: April 07, 2013, 12:56:24 AM
*7/24: I am pleased to announce that I can provide these same cases for Casascius coins of ALL denominations and series-even the new silver coins! If you are interested, please PM me. Price varies by order, based on quantity and where I'm shipping to (no problem shipping internationally, and at an affordable rate!).

6/26: Buy one case, get one free! $2 (including shipping) gets you 2 cases (either size, while supplies last)! If you are international (outside US), add just $1 for shipping! (offer limited to one free case per person. Purchase additional cases for $1, no extra shipping fee!)

*6/25: Black and white ring 1/5BTC (same size) cases available!
0.5BTC cases (same style) also available in both colors (while supplies last)
!*

*Restocked! Black and White Ring, Some 0.5BTC Cases, More on the Way!*

Hi everybody,
Up for sale are hardshell plastic cases with a cushioning ring for Casascius coins Series 1-3 in 1BTC and 5BTC denominations. I also now have cases for the .5BTC Casascius coin. I have stored my coins in these since the day I got them and they still look flawless (handled them w/gloves, too).

Anyways, I am selling these cases. I have ones w/white and black rings. I have found that quoting price for these works best on a case-case basis (based on quantity, location). But you can figure that domestically (inside US), if you order only one case, you will pay only , and that includes shipping. So, if you are interested in ordering some, PM me and I'll give you the best deal I can.

* I will ship internationally via USPS First Class Intl
*Rarely I may be out of stock, but I can get more of whatever you want in a matter of 2-3 days*
*I can do bulk purchases. Please PM for those, too.

We all see the Bitcoin climbing in value on an almost daily basis. With every cent it rises, I believe Casascius coins become more of a sought-after collectible. Protect your coins in literally the best way possible.

Thanks!
1173  Other / Off-topic / THE Best way to buy a Huge inventory of Gold, Silver, coins, EvenPlatinum! on: April 06, 2013, 09:05:29 AM
First of all, I am offering/marketing this with PayPal because 1)people are holding onto their coins and 2) I need to eat!

The deal is I that I'm a "Preferred Member" of PayPal because I sell on ebay a lot. Once someone pays me for an item or otherwise, funds are immediately received. They gave me a debit card connected to my account. I go to the ATM every time I have about $100 and cash it out (because fucking PayPal charges for using the card anywhere-even w/"cash back")

I have been into coins for a while. I know a wholesaler who charges me the same for bulk, even if I get 1 or 2 things. For example, Uncirculated Mexican 10z Silver Libertads are $1.50 above spot. Philharmonics are $2 above spot

I'll basicslly end it here. But if there are any previous metal piece(s) you are interested in and I'll let you know the price. I can bet you it blows ebay and other precious metals on the internet away. Finally, I would prefer to do this via PayPal. No problems with doing escrow, as long as its free for me.

Finally, whats in it for me? A slight markup

Thanks!

1179  Economy / Goods / [WTB] Spoiler + Installation for Late Model Honda in Southern CA on: April 06, 2013, 03:50:56 AM
This may be a bit of a stretch, but I'd like to have a spoiler installed on my car. The one I want isn't stock, so Honda won't install it. I would only bring my car to a real car garage/auto body place to get this done. I am in the San Diego area but I could travel around SoCal if necessary. I have a late model Honda, and this is the design I'm looking for.
