3261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust newbies that starts projects? on: October 14, 2020, 03:16:23 AM
As far as i know if we can't generalize any projects that runs by newbie as the scam project. Did you see definer? it's been running by newbie as an account who has made the announcement thread about that but this coin is legit.
It's only the rank and so many team from the projects were creating the new account for the purpose to create announcement in this forum.
That depends on how legit the project is.

We must DYOR.
3262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: btc vs ethereum on: October 13, 2020, 10:55:28 PM
I don't see how bigger Ethereum is than Bitcoin.
It's wrong. It looks like you have seen it from the mcap only. There are so many factors that can be used to determine how good the crypto is.

It's just like a coin must have usability, good governance, fair distribution or etc. In this case, the creator of this thread was seeing it from the usability of coins. I could say that bitcoin has used for some purpose like store of value, payment and etc but at the same time, ethereum has more usefulness than bitcoin. It can be used for ico, staking in the next update, but I could not deny that bitcoin can also be used for the fundraising purpose too.
3263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi - The Scam Engine? on: October 13, 2020, 04:07:39 AM
not necessarily, depending on the project that uses the technology. but mostly I see defi based projects mostly scam.
More than 85% from the total defi projects in the market were scam defi. When you were also trying to visit their github and they were only forking the code from the existing project but add some function to the code and mostly of these functions to be used to scam the funds that have already sent to the smartcontract.

In fact defi has already used by the scammers as a way to steal money from investors.
3264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | EDO |EIDOO Wallet - Hybrid Exchange - Marketplace| OVER 80k ETH RAISED | on: October 12, 2020, 05:15:16 AM
What was the reason to re-brand their token ticker? I found their new token with difficulties.
Whats progress with their cards? Are they available for purchase ot not yet? And in what countries?

Don't see many investors for PNT even if their are  still listed on binance exchange
There are so many investors when EIDOO aka PNT has already started but it's the cycle in the crypto when there was a new trend and people will be massively moving to find the new projects. It has been more than 2 years since this project has ended its ico.

The problem is PNT should also try to follow the trend. So far this coin has been following all of the roadmap but the climate in the crypto is changing very fast and the team must think about how to follow that just like when this time so many projects are massively creating the swap service.
3265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese central bank to airdrop 10 million digital yuan on: October 11, 2020, 10:25:26 PM
Unfortunately, this is not for all but for chinese citizens. The digital currencies is gradually gaining attraction and china has been a known supporter from day one. we will get to see more of these happening and why cryptocurrency will go mainstream. hopefully, other nations might adpot this same process but will there be a stimulus packages Just like china.?
That's true and this reminds me of the campaign to make the people became e aware of the existence of CBDC. If there are so many merchants in china have already adopted this digital coin and I think that's quite easy for china to be able to attract the demand but this is just like a lottery game too.
China is quite good to make more and more surprise. Other nations have different ways for that and some have already prepared the CBDC too.
It's just a matter of time until everything will be digitalized.
3266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Now Bounty Program totally worth less !! 90% Bounties are scam on: October 10, 2020, 10:33:44 PM
The days of good bounties seems gone, seeing a good project to hunt for this days is not easy, scam/fake projects everywhere as most dev only care about their selfish interest and not for hunters promoting them.
It's not so hard but the deep research is totally needed if you were a social media participants and you will able to join in all of the campaigns that ran by various projects with more than 80% chance for those projects to be scam projects. Be smart hunters that always join in the campaign based on the development that has already achieved.
I quite agree if the climate will always getting changed but join in everything must be based in our DYOR.
3267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RAMP DEFI |Unlock Liquid Capital from Your Staked Digital Assets | on: October 09, 2020, 11:48:19 PM

I'm sure this will be the good advantage for RAMP DEFI, to get more attention for their public sale that will be started tomorrow. With this we may hope highfully the sale is running smoothly.
The sale will be sold out in a few minutes or even less.
Just take a look at how strong the demand that has already waited for the public sale. This day the sale will have happened and I guess the form will be filled just in a few seconds.
This is a very strict competition to get only a slot in the crowdsale. I will try to participate in this sale too.
3268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Now Bounty Program totally worth less !! 90% Bounties are scam on: October 09, 2020, 03:15:52 PM
Then hunters work only to help trap investors into the project and lose their money and the hunters get nothing from their hard work, it is difficult to distinguish between real and fake projects
That's true and a lot of awareness threads have already made by a lot of people to make those blindly hunters at least try to do deep research before they wanna try to promote anything.

The problem is those hunters didn't even try to take a look at it or spend a very short time to do any research. This is really homework for the hunters and bounty participants.
It looks like this will become a very hard task to make them all realize it.
3269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Now Bounty Program totally worth less !! 90% Bounties are scam on: October 08, 2020, 09:19:23 AM
Clipx was a scam bounty. You will never get anything from there as it's clearly stated that the developer will not continue the project.

In another case there are so many legit bounties outta here. I have also participated in the bounty that called ARCS and I got my payment from there.
The first bounty that being managed by the bounty detective called hex has already paid the participants too. That's about how good the bounty that has already managed and this depends on the team.

What you need to do to deeply doing research about any bounties. It should be around 92% of total bounties were scam

3273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: September 30, 2020, 03:03:37 PM
Why can DEGO's Bounty be the best this year? Does the project have good collaborative partners and have very good developments this year? because I don't know much about the project myself.
He was not saying that if dego was the best defi bounty campaign this year but in fact that he might wanna say if dego was the best defi bounty at this moment. The best bounty for this year should be DIA.

The project is still a new project and it doesn't have a lot of collaborations or even partnerships.
It looks like he was seeing it based on the how dego has already added into the good exchange site and it has very good volume at this moment.
3274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: September 30, 2020, 08:50:21 AM
Almost 99 percent of DeFi projects in bounty section are scam, you can say I have no prove but this is just my normal thought.

You can't compare these projects with real DeFi projects like introduced bounties like Oikos, Lattice, DIA, and few others, my advice is to be extremely picky after doing research
It should not around 99% but it must be less than it and the only legit bounty from the defi project was the dego finance bounty as the token has already traded on the MXC and uniswap. The rest have a very big chance to be the next scam bounties.
People must pay a lot of attention to how too choose the right project.

At least that percentage must be re-corrected again as it's not all defi bounty was scam and we must also talk based on the reality and data.
3275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY HUNTERS: THE CARRIER OF ALL BLAMES IN NEW CRYPTO PROJECTS' PRICE DUMP on: September 30, 2020, 06:18:10 AM
Sad to say but i already experience so many project that always blame bounty hunters for the falling of thier token price but if we put basis on the on the token alocation which is really small maybe they can say that it is not only the bounty hunters but also some investors.
Dude, the team itself was also the problem. the team didn't wanna put more money to pay the exchange site as the listing fees. That will make the coin will have no demand and the result is clear if the coin will be dumped instantly as there was no volume in the market that can support it.

The team didn't even see in the mirror about what's the main problem why investors are losing their trust too.
Lack of communication and they were greedy to grab money. There are a lot of reasons for that.

It's all about the drama from the team to avoid the blame from the investors.
3276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT stablecoin now on Matic Network on: September 30, 2020, 04:24:18 AM
It looks like that USDT will try to make the USDT stable coin will be available in all of the legit chain. Matic is a good chain so far as it has very good scalability but matic chain is rarely available in the small exchange site.

Matic needs more effort to make the middle or lower tier of exchange sites will make it available and then we have more alternative for the non-sense fees that are always happening in ethereum network.
oh god, matic was doing it so fast.  Cheesy
3277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DECENT Announcement - Decentralizing Content Distribution on: September 30, 2020, 03:40:05 AM
I am more amazed that they even bother to tweet anymore. After their updates ended it was pretty clear that they have ran out of money already. Not sure what the point is with these giveaways anymore.

The only best decision that can be taken against the scammer who has been running this project to report it into the SEC and then SEC will be tracing them all.
The new coin will become a useless coin for sure.

We can verify this project as an exit scam project.

They just create an update to make investors feel confident with it and that makes investors will not create a report about this scammer to the police or local authorities.
This is just an old trick.
3278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum Gold Finance -DeFi Payments of Companies on: September 30, 2020, 02:35:49 AM
It seems quite strange that the allocation for the 0% team is not very reasonable, so what is the salary for the ETGF project team? Do they get nothing from their work?
Or is there another way for the team?
Didn't you see that? The announcement has stated if the team got 0% but in fact, the tokens that will have gotten by the team has already sold through the pre-sale.
That means if the team gets 20% of the total supply which will be sold on the pre-sale stage.

This is not actually 0% for the team.
3279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH 2.0 And High Transaction Fees.. on: September 29, 2020, 01:37:34 PM
Bitcoin transaction fee is also high. And the emergence of bitcoin cash doesn't even have any effect on the bitcoin. I doubt the case will be different when ethereum 2 finally arrives.
except bitcoin cash is an entirely different thing to bitcoin and it's not even in the same blockchain so it does make sense if it doesn't have effect on bitcoin but ethereum 2.0 is basically an upgrade to ethereum and will probably give significant effect to ethereum because they switched to POS and probably come up with solution against the increasing fee.
3280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacker started to eliminate tokens stolen from KuCoin on: September 28, 2020, 04:54:05 PM
hopefully many exchanges gonna cooperate to stop the hacker or atleast froze the funds if the hackers happen to send the money to some exchange for quick swap.
i am not sure how they will track it, if he send LINK to an unknown address, that is the end for tracking?
the money could still be traced, it's blockchain after all, you will know where the money goes and it seems the hacker is trying to move around the money to remove its trace like money laundering which I hope someone could still follow up and figures where the money went.
