3281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zclassic, Zcash Fork No Premine, No 20% Founders Tax on: April 02, 2018, 10:20:27 PM
What a great day for all Zclassic investors and holders. This coin maid about 100 % in the last 24 hours. This is very impressing at thes weak days. The coin supply is even very low. I will watch this coin from now on very close.

How can you even say this? You do realize this was trading 40x higher price just more than month ago? It was big scam on many investors where a lot loose money. A lot of money. Here is screenshot from coinmarketcap to help explain what I mean.

Don't bother explaining the trolls. This coin is a massive pump and dump and now used by Telegram/Discord mass pump and dumps, with some receiving huge profits and some receiving huge losses. I just wish Bittrex de-lists this thing from the exchange so that the scamming of it ends.

...and BTW, look at the last day of the graph you provided. There's an extremely small pump of which this guy was talking about.
3282  Economy / Marketplace / Re: LOOKING TO INVEST MY LIFE SAVINGS NEED ADVICE on: April 02, 2018, 10:13:26 PM
Life savings should never be spent all into crypto (in mining, trading, holding, etc), only risk what you can afford to lose, COMPLETELY.

...and yeah, just buying bitcoin and holding it can provide better return than mining IMO. But again, buy it with the money you can afford to lose.
3283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I shut it down tonight boys. on: April 02, 2018, 10:02:08 PM
I can't get it how you're getting a loss with 6 cents of kWh electricity. Here, right now, I'm mining Ethereum with 10 cents of kWh electricity and ending up in a little profit (not in a loss though). Roll Eyes

Would the OP mind sharing his GPU specifications right here instead of at the video? GPU's must be very outdated or something like that.

Big news for ITC!

Yeah, it sure is. Moreover, two weeks back, Binance moved out their ITC:

I wonder what they're up to. It might be the listing. Grin

Q) I'm looking for a very basic guide for Bitmex, as it seems interesting due to a large number of people leveraging there (right now, I don't even have any idea of leverage). I've Googled around but unable to find out something that's very easy to understand without creation of the account. (I do not wish to create any account right now, just need a knowledge of it a little). 1 merit if someone can advise some good website for this.
3286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLOAK] Private, Secure, Untraceable & Decentralized Digital Currency on: April 02, 2018, 09:49:39 PM
Since Bittrex listing years back, you guys have hardly got listed at a good exchange. Are there any other exchanges in plan?

Cloak's value has been damaged quite a lot in the past couple of months, I mean, more than my other holdings.
3287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU mining will die in 2018! on: April 02, 2018, 09:38:29 PM
I see day by day, ASICS of many coins are launching, individually or multiple. Chinese companies are trying to kill the GPU mining market once again cause they are greedy, just like they did to Bitcoin and Litecoin. GPU Mining died in 2013 and was resurrected in 2015 with the Cryptocoins Generation 2.0, although many of you miners just started mining on 2016 due to huge pumps on those 2.0 cryptocoins.

As Cryptocoins got more popular than in 2011 - 2013. The new generation of Cryptocoins 2015 and afterwards are endangered by ASICS once again, and 2018 looks to be the year of per the title "GPU mining will die in 2018!".

Keep in mind that there are possible ASICS for ethash already for Q1, and even if ETH goes POS, ETC and other ethash coins will be only ASICS and if that happens only Equihash coins will be minable for a time and I have a word that there is already an ASIC in development for Equihash already and will start delivering in Q4 2018. As GPU mining keep gets scarce, other popular coins will have pumps and so ASICS will be born for them.

I want to know your thoughts about it and I wonder the limits of --> "where, there is money to be made, there is greedy"

Keep in mind that this price crashing we are seeing is due also to the fear of ASICS for most GPU mining coins.

You've got the right point there and I'm looking forward to sell my GPU's as soon as possible due to that. Once Ethash & Equihash ASIC miners get released, we'll see a heck load of GPU's coming out on sale at literally half of price, so it's better to sell out now.

The GPU mining can't be just vanished though, there'll always remain a few coins that can be mined through GPU's but their profitability? I think it'll be much lesser.

Why do we have less crazy values in the poll this time? It's supposed to be always super-bullish. Kindly put up at least a ten thousand dollar option by April 15. Grin
3289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: April 02, 2018, 08:29:54 PM
At least VibeHub showed some content already (you remember that VR video?). Imagine all those projects with only a whitepaper and not a sign of a partership, are they gonna recover?

Actually, when the market starts recovery, even the dead projects get a soul. So to answer your question, I think yes, they're gonna recover. The difference is, the proved projects get a better pump during market recovery than the dead projects.

BTW, some little nice movement from Vibe today. Let's see what happens next.
3290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 02, 2018, 08:26:56 PM
Today WI facing Pakistan in the second T20 match. WI already lost very badly the first T20 match so not sure how they will play today. Pakistan team also not very consistent so anything can happen in this short format game so if you plan to bet on Pakistan do your homework correctly and bet the amount which you're ready to lose. Do not know how long these WI players underperform for their country because most of these players play for clubs nicely.
Same repeated in this match West Indies lost this game very badly, Once again Pakistan made a big total in this series they scored 205 runs with the loss of 3 wickets in 20 overs. superb batting from Babar Azam bad luck he scored 97 runs not out missed century in just 3 runs. West Indies got all out for just 123 runs. pakistan won this game by a big margin 82 runs. Congrats Pakistan.

Lol, Pakistani batsmen only hit the runs with the cheap teams who is not at all in the top ranks. If played with India or Australia. They would not hit the half century as well.
Waiting to see the match with Indian team since they are rivalry team for long time.
However, good luck for the teak today.

Pakistan won easily, just as expected. Windies team is mostly young and un-experienced, but still they should have put up at least some fight instead of losing both the matches this miserably.

About playing with India or Australia, as far as I remember, wasn't the Champions Trophy last time Pakistan faced both the teams and won both the matches? I think that was the last time Pakistan faced off India or Australia in Cricket.
3291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] VIBEHub | Crypto Based Virtual Reality Marketplaces & Hubs on: April 02, 2018, 09:44:37 AM
As far as i remember vibehub didn't get too much money from ico and they are making too many spending it seems. Where is the money coming from? Did they sold any of their tokens?

Being a holder of Vibe, I was curious to know that as well so I asked that on their Discord. $1.6 Million was the total amount generated from the ICO according to their Discord admin.

This is the only thing I've in my Binance account and seems like it has remained the worst performer for me out of my whole portfolio. Bought it with a half bitcoin, and right now my account estimation is just 0.1 BTC, well, huh. Hoping for a good future of Vibehub, just gonna hodl.

No other options now but to hold tokens and wait for market to recover. That's why you never should buy coins on the top after the quick pump - that's what happened after Binance listing.
If you know how much is this coin on its ICO price is that too big after listing in binance and its only going back in a healthy correction after that jump and now that the price is on this range is a good time to buy more. The dippest dip, anytime it may surprise us and pump hard.

Well I've been trying to  "bitcoin cost average" all the way from it being at 10k satoshis to 2.5k satoshis, so I think that should help me once the recovery begins. Its ATH in bitcoin is more than 16k satoshis, so I thought I was making the right decision by buying a whole lot at 10k, but seems like even that was too much for it, LOL.

Anyways, the whole crypto has remained pretty damaged in the last few months, so it's not the fault of Vibe. I've other coins in my portfolio which have been even more down than Vibe in these months.

3294  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 01, 2018, 10:41:06 AM

The Theymos estimate was "couldn't be stable at more than like $5k max" I think he said.

No theymos said $6k- is solid, and $6k-$10k is semi-solid. He thinks $6k is about as low as it can go, and that fluctusting between $6k-$10k is probable.

I've been feeling that the price jump has been built on FOMO speculation for a while now. I think that the real, solid base is around $6k (roughly following the longer-term linear trend), but I expect speculators to stabilize it if it reaches $10k, at the very least, and then those prices might or might not stabilize.

So IMO $6k and below is "solid", $6k-$10k is semi-solid, and everything above $10k is a house of cards. No idea what'll actually happen in the next few days, though; it's pure speculative madness. In the next hour, I wouldn't be surprised to see a drop to $10k or an increase to $16k.

"$6k and below solid" has proved to be very correct on 6th of February, and I'd not be surprised if that gets proven once again if we touch that mark again in upcoming days (jumping again from $6k to $10k+).
3295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: March 31, 2018, 08:02:52 PM
Yes now the score is 405/7 if they add 70 or 80 runs it will be a good score and they will be safe in this test match. Temba Bavuma is batting well if tail batsman supports him then SA will cross 500 runs. this is a tough game for AUS.

South Africa managed to score 488, with their tail wagging quite a bit. Australia on the other hand had a procession of batsmen walking in to bat and then walking out. Except Khawaja none of the other batsmen could get set in the match. At 110/6, Australia will find it very difficult to avoid a follow on in this match.

It had to happen. Australian team is still in shatters. All of their consistency vanished in a few days just because of two players. I still think their board shouldn't have gone this strict on them, it was after all just the tempering and not the fixing or something that's considered real bad.

Sorry about the delay in payments.. I've been asking to have the funds sent to me since yesterday and they were supposed to be sent way earlier than this. It's now half past 1 in the middle of the night for me and without getting a response from the dev I've decided to go to sleep and I've left him a final notice saying I need to have the funds by the time I wake up.

Again, I am sorry for this. This is not how I like to conduct my business and it sucks that it affects you guys who have done your part in this agreement.

Please stay tuned for tomorrow.

It's not your fault in any way, wait for the reply from him and even if you don't receive any, just let us know and we'll put off our signatures. I'm hoping for a better attitude from Vivid team though and even trying to manage a 1 ETH participation in their token sale.

They don't like profits, actually.

Why is it that  hardly anybody here other than myself and a couple of others will admit the show's over?
I know it's hard to accept but it's true.
Dark forces pushed it up to its heights  in order to be able to obliterate it.
Not just Bitcoin....all digital currencies.
You are seeing it with your own eyes but sill won't acknowledge it!
 Huh

How much did it cost? I think I can offer a bit more than the amount with which you bought it.
