Overall crypto market-cap still on a decline.
A little comparison:
Total crypto market cap: $252 billion
Total altcoin market cap: $143 billion (top 15 alts have the market cap of less than $100 billion) (the rest around $50b of low-rank alts is very much only "artificial market-cap") Total bitcoin market cap: $109 billion (bitcoin dominance = 43.4%)
Apple market-cap: $800+ billion Google market-cap: $650+ billion Microsoft market-cap: $600+ billion
Jeff Bezos, Amazon CEO worth: $141 billion (more than bitcoin's market-cap)

Weekly Developer Update 7/9/18:https://medium.com/@nanocurrency/developer-update-7-9-18-a8322f8b1abe
And who are you regarding NANO team? I'm not a part of their team, I'm only a NANO holder. Even all the moderators/managers of NANO's discord (and other such channels) are only holders & believers (not a part of their team in any way), I'm no different case. I told them about the new thread creation and they gave me a go-ahead, so I went for it. According to community manager with whom I chatted a bit: Almost everyone works for free, due to their love of Nano. If Nano goes up in value, then we all win

After such Vitalik statements ETH can remove from Coinbase, and all will start to move to the ETC
What did Vitalik say? is he quiting ETH? that PoW is bad and centralized exchanges will burn in hell. However, governments do not think so, need electricity consumers. Please note that only PoW coins with great power have been added to the Coinbase, NEO and XRP not added One such statement by Vitalik can't make Coinbase de-list Ethereum; Coinbase has already announced that it's going to add ERC20 tokens soon.

I agree, Cardano is pretty darn cool. However, I don't think ETH is gonna sit idly by and let Cardano take center stage. Too many coins, ICOs, and DApps rely on ETH to allow it to fail. Just my opinion, and it's worth all that you paid for it.
Exactly. Too many "good" dApps currently rely on Ethereum, and this is the only reason why it's not gonna be easy to beat Ethereum in terms of popularity and market-cap. Current major issue of Ethereum: https://www.coindesk.com/vitalik-ethereum-app-builders-screwed-scaling-limits/

He's not referring to the fact that one pool is having issues. He's referring to the issue itself as the evidence. The issue is that transaction fees for ETH are so high right now that this pool stopped sending payments, because they are the ones covering the fee.
There're for sure better options available now that can replace Ethereum completely. Ethereum introduced the concept of "smart contracts", which made it so successful. Now many coins are creating a better interface & system for creating & managing smart contracts. I'm not expecting any flippening anymore, not at least with Ethereum. Really? I'm not seeing any other platform competiing with eth. EOS is the laughing stock of the crypto community. EOS is a piece of centralized garbage, barely anyone uses neo and tron is a scam. Eth has the 2nd highest trading volume after bitcoin. Eth isn't going anywhere. I'm not referring to EOS or Tron. I'm referring to the coins which have smart contracts platform "under development" right now, and once they're all ready to go, they might outperform Ethereum. Look at Cardano for example, the thing they're developing is better than Ethereum in almost every way. Why exactly do you think Cardano is better? I am not arguing with you, genuinely curious. I don't like to shill any coin, but since you've asked that, I'd like to give a little insight of what Cardano exactly is (totally based upon my opinion, not a financial advice in any way): It's much better than Ethereum. As I said earlier, Cardano's smart contract platform (which is not 100% ready yet) is far better than Etheruem's smart contract platform. Cardano released their smart contracts testnet in late May, the "custom" programming language which they've used for that is something which was required in crypto. It's totally unique and made just for Cardano, unlocking the possibilities of many security layers which Ethereum can only dream of. Next, a little bit off-topic here but worth mentioning if you'd like to know more about Cardano; it's only a matter of time before they completely implement their "BLISS" and become quantum-resistant. IOTA's tangle can literally never be successful (or be better than BLISS) as their tangle is technically flawed with no future (again, it's all my personal opinion). Everything of Cardano is simply awesome.

Don't you think this should be coordinated with the Nano team first of all? I'd refrain from moving somewhere else so far. We've been discussing officially started thread...However your enthusiasm is praiseworthy and obviously you should notify the Nano team, maybe they would even make you an official moderator.
Before opening the new announcement thread, I had a little chat with one of the community managers of NANO at Discord and I told them about this situation. The only reply I got from them: It'd be nice of you if you can do that. So I guess it's fine; we can move to the new thread.

According to the first post of the thread:
"PoS interest will be variable per year:
1st year: 10% 2nd year: 5% 3rd year and onwards: 1%"
I'd like to ask, are we still in 1st year? When is it ending?

NOTE: Just for clarification, this re-branded thread of NANO was created by me upon the approval of "Troy" and "Austin" of NANO's official Discord; however, as a few people around don't want a new thread, I'm locking this as I don't have time to deal with trolls around.
Digital currency for the real world – the fast and free way to pay for everything in life.Instant transactions - Zero fees - Infinitely scalable Nano, formerly RaiBlocks (XRB), using its own block-lattice structure, wants to succeed where Bitcoin has fallen short. It promises to deliver zero-fee transactions in real time without the same work-intensive overhead and energy consumption as Bitcoin. Like IOTA, Nano uses a Directed acyclic graph (DAG), but instead of using DAG for the tangle, Nano employs its own novel tech called the "block-lattice". Nano's mission is to become a global currency with instantaneous transactions and zero fees over a secure, decentralized network. Use-cases: -Ideal Trading Pair: Nano's instant and zero-fee transactions make it ideal for cryptocurrency traders. -Peer to Peer: Quickly pay friends and family using Nano, whether you're paying rent, or splitting a taxi fare or bill. -Micropayments: Use Nano to pay small amounts for digital asset rights, content subscriptions and more. -Business to Customer: Seamless checkouts are right around the corner with Nano, whether in store or online. Can I mine keccak only with this miner? If so, how? Thanks.
You cannot mine Keccak only. You can mine (only) Ethash with this version of Claymore, but for Keccak, you'll have to dual mine it along with Ethash.

I'm not worried about the price, but the biggest question is why Colin hasn't switched the ANN page from XRB to Nano This thread isn't managed by any NANO official representative, and the one who created this thread hasn't been online for quite a while. I'm thinking of creating a new ANNouncement page for NANO myself, and ask the moderators to lock this one. Your idea in my opinion is very good, because by changing the name of the thread to Nano will make a lot of new people know about Nano coins. I hope the dev team will support your idea It doesn't matter whether team made the ann or not. whoever made it, should have at least that much responsibility to follow his own thread. Rebranding was few months ago and we still see raiblocks. I've contacted mprep (moderator of Altcoins Announcements) regarding this and have asked him to close this thread so that I may create a new one. I'll try to keep it alive & updated, unlike this one. EDIT: OK, here it is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4632669.0
Everybody here, please shift to the new thread. If I've made any mistake or missed something in the new thread, do lemme know via PM or in the new thread; I've made an announcement thread for the first time.

Indian team is in great form these days. However, I didn't get why Morgan kept on attacking with the spinners, Indian team is so good against spinners.
Because spinners more likely can take wickets and a couple of wickets fall quickly then whole game can change so some captains like attacking way instead of defending the total. But anyway it was a very good batting display from Indian team in this T20 series and now we need to see how they will play in 50 over matches from next week. That's not the case with Indian team. They're just way too strong against the spinners. If we look at the batting history of Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya and other top/middle order batsmen of Indian team, it's clear that they play aggressive against the spinners and always succeed in hitting sixes and fours, specially in T20s. Spinners are of no use against Indian team.

India have won their third T20 match against England. The England batsmen couldn't get around the Indian spinners in the first 2 matches, but here they finally figured out how to play them and scored 198. This is generally a good score in T20, but the Indian batsmen crossed the target with ease. Rohit Sharma scoring a brilliant century.
Indian team is in great form these days. However, I didn't get why Morgan kept on attacking with the spinners, Indian team is so good against spinners. The other match between Pakistan and Australia was awesome, Pakistan lost 2 wickets on zero and then won the match at the end with a fine margin.

I'm looking forward to the T20 series final between Pakistan and Australia. Pakistan got the upper hand in the last match and outclassed Australia in both batting and bowling. It was good to see them bounce back which now makes the final more interesting to see which team comes out on top. I would still put Australia ahead just but it should be a close match.
I hope that it doesn't turn out to be yet another one-sided match. Pakistan either plays extremely well or extremely bad. Australian cricket team must be under pressure right now due to the last match they lost against Pakistan; if Aussies lose the toss, Pakistan should opt to bowl first.

Today we have India vs Eng 2nd T20 match played at Cardiff. India is leading by 1-0 and England would like to comeback in this match which will boost them for the rest of the long series to be played. India might not bring any change and may go with the same set of players.
I wasnt expecting England to loose that way in the first T20 still, they have a chance to come back this time and keep the series exciting for the final match. Today we have exciting match between two quality teams and at the end Hales was English hero he keep his nerves and done good job for home team BKumar was outstanding in first 3 overs but last four balls was nightmare for him but we can say its good match England beat India by 5 wickets in this one. It was definitely a close and exciting match, the last-over was beautifully played by Alex Hales. On the other hand, the match between Zimbabwe and Australia was surprisingly not much one-sided, Zimbabwe did put up a good fight this time.

The best solution for that:
>make sure that your system powers on itself as soon as it's given the power (you can make sure of it through bios)
>create a shortcut of the file which you've to click/open for mining (like for Claymore, it's the "start.bat"), and put it into the folder of start-ups. For example, if you're using Windows, put that shortcut into: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

How many hash rate should be without overclocking for 1070 armor?
I'm getting around 31 Mh/s Ethereum hashrate with my 1070, and it's without overclocking.
