341  Economy / Exchanges / Re: YOBIT SCAM ! on: March 05, 2018, 10:21:12 AM
3 days always proccesing ? are you kidding me ?! beware for all trading on yobit . my UCASH always proccesing in 3days ! not confirmed ticked support ! not answer support ticket ! twitter not answer !  BEWARE SCAM ALLERT

There is no point coming on the forum to announce whatever Yobit did wrong without getting feedback from their support. Yobit can be every other thing that does not give regard to their customers or slow to give reply but they are not scammers as at the last time I checked. So you will still have to wait or get back to them to solve whatever you have with them and I am sure that with time they will attend to your request and settle the issue but don't forget to come and update this for the sake of others.
342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Watch | BTC/USD Fails To Hold $11,000 on: March 05, 2018, 06:12:54 AM
Bitcoin price briefly surpassed the critical $11,000 level today before dropping back down. Currently, the coin is trading around $10,900 as of 3 PM EST. On the bright side, it almost reached a high of $11,200 earlier today, and it’s been stabilized at around $11,000 throughout most of the week. Importantly, BTC has been trading above $10,000 since Tuesday.

All of this website tracking the price of bitcoin will continue to have something to talk about whether its short term or ephemeral. Just now, when I checked, the price is above $11,500 and its not experiencing anything that shows panic here and there. It's high time people started knowing that nothing is permanent in price as the first minute it might be high, the other it might fall that's one sure normal thing to be seen in crypto.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would you do bounty works for projects that are clearly scams? on: March 04, 2018, 06:18:30 PM
I see there are several projects that have been flagged by the community as clearly scams. For example, some used fake team members. However, I still see some who do bounty works or apply for airdrops. I think it partly comes from not knowing that it’s a scam. I am pretty sure I signed up for some scam airdrops through telegram groups without knowing it was a scam. Some might be just internal scammers doing it to make it look legit as well. What are your thoughts?

For those that have been clearly cut out as scams, then the moment you know about it, its just right for anyone who value his name should pull out of such campaigns but most of it still boils down to not knowing because a lot of bounty hunters just go about what they do without even checking the ANN thread or the scam section of the forum to know what's is going on and I think a lot still needs to be done on that. For those that clearly form a fake team, there are no two ways to their scam intentions which should be dealt with accordingly by the forum moderators.
344  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what if faced with such a situation and what your backup plan is on: March 04, 2018, 05:31:01 PM
whether you have a backup plan if you are involved in trade issues, such as significant price reductions or down too far, and there are two options that exist in your view between holding or selling them, each having different risks, holding back and expecting prices to back to normal but I think it will take a long time or sell it and accept the loss and then buy it back with the sales you have generated.
maybe you some better advice you can give me.
i appreciate everyone's opinion.

There is no back up plan any where just some random decision that needs to be taken whether its going to be worth it or not. Its after the decision is taken then you wait to know whether its the right one or not. Although, decision taking process in trading is not something that straight forward as several things have to be put into consideration but the moment you have the feeling that you can win at all times, you are likely to make such decision easily and timely at that.
345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will crypto exchanges be banned/taxed ? on: March 04, 2018, 04:03:49 PM
I can't believe there is still an agitation for people against government in regulating the crypto world and even to the extent of taxing and mind you, tax payment won't make you poor so far you are not paying hundred percent of your income as tax. The situation really needs to be regulated if we want it to be sustained long term because without that, the crash is imminent as the people who care less about the rules of the decency in any human endeavor would pollute the market so far their selfish interest is protected.
346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time To Exit Trading on: March 04, 2018, 07:23:59 AM
People nowadays are stuck in the world of trading that may cause their loss of capital, may cause their eagerness to recover their investment. Ending up sinking the money they have invested. AND Doesn't know how to exit in the game.

Also, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a normal feeling of traders when coins are actually dumped big time.

Here's how. We all know that media plays a big role in the dump value of some coins.

Accdg. To this site
https://cryptopotato.com/8-must-read-tips-trading-bitcoin-altcoins/  (contains also tips on trading)

BUY THE RUMOURS. SELL THE NEWS (not literally)
When media talks often about the dump and publish articles, then that is the RIGHT TIME TO EXIT.
News, rumours, speculations could have a big impact and can affect the price of altcoins. They concide the price movements resulting in pump and dump.

Believe me, I did that and it really works. Prevents deficits and prevents loss of investment.

Sometimes, things don't work that way and those times when the rumours and FUD is being spread is when price takes a small hit then rise further to a new height that have not been witnessed before. Based on that, I feel the time to exit should be on the individual basis because if everyone should rely on the news to exit at once, the market will crash to the amazement of many and that loss you are trying to avoid comes quickly rather everyone should set a target which should be followed that would take of the    how fall in price you are likely to take and then exit.
347  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Arbitrage Opportunity - Easy Money - Using Korean Exchange. on: March 03, 2018, 09:56:14 PM
I have one question. Even if you found someone to do this with and the trust was 100%.

Will the authorities/exchanges not question why you keep sending large bank transfers to the US? I can only think this would be flagged pretty quickly and stopped based on some legal ruling.

If you had bothered to read the post, you would have realised that this first post was made on the 9th of January which is close to 2 months from now and the opportunity for what is being discussed here has been eradicated already for your advise to have been worthy of any consideration at all. The people who.engage in such activity know the risk involved at the time and they know how to protect themselves against all of that without having to rely on your unsolicited advise.
348  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: #BTC Update on: March 03, 2018, 08:35:13 PM
#BTC Update

Well it's a good News that #BTC staying above the Resistance Line and Looks like it's on the Bullz
It needs to Stay Above 11.5K Area then we can see BTC Heading towards 11.9K to 12K Zone..
No need to worry about ALTS at the Moment b'coz Alts Session Started as we Said
ALTS and BTC Both Going Up

Thank you for the heads up and everyone can see what is currently going on but what's more important than rejoicing over this is the sustainability of the price to maintain an upward trend without which all of the recovery can be wiped out overnight that would take more time to recover. For Alts, the time the recovery is not commensurate with the increase in bitcoin for the popular ones though while the ones growing are witnessing some rapid changes.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do u follow what politicians say about cryptocurrency? on: March 02, 2018, 09:25:39 PM
Following is different from getting informed. Even if one is not following being active on the forum alone would make one aware of one politician said at some forum or an expression of opinion in an interview or the likes and that what I do but following their instructions on what to do exactly, is just out of the question because a whole lot of them have a vague idea of what crypto is essentially about and relying on what they say would mean an haphazard decision with the high degree attached.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most important part of an ICO? on: March 02, 2018, 07:55:44 AM
Several things ate important which appeal to individual pockets differently. For me, the key thing is the team behind the project. There are people who still value their name more than some coins they could have in their wallets. The moment the team the project is parading and have been vetted to exist through various due diligence means by myself and other people interested in the project, I am comfortable that to a large extent it can be associated with. A good team for a start won't bring out a non-workable project.
351  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Our Crypto Clothing Business on: March 02, 2018, 03:05:33 AM
what is your monthly profit?

Do you think if he is making profit, he would be willing to sell? The crypto market for products like this is still very much low as a lot of people involved in crypto still wants to do it below the radar aside the nerds or the complete devotee who could go-ahead flaunting the cap or the hoodie. The option here is to locate crypto gatherings such as meetups, conferences, get together, crypto night etc to exhibit and since that happened all over the world its really hard to make a sale.

353  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for someone to manipulate the virtual currency market? on: February 24, 2018, 09:56:30 AM
The highest number of bitcoin we have read someone held at any point in time is 1million bitcoins which is say 0.0625 using 16 million available bitcoins. The other set of category who could have that much or more than that are the exchange sites but those acting as custodians of funds. Which means its not possible for an individual to control the market. Currently its still possible for group of people to make it happen but gradually the market is getting bigger and out of control by the day.

354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is everybody ready to buy Bitcoin now? on: February 13, 2018, 05:59:00 AM
There is difference between seeing an opportunity and taking such opportunity considering the amount of risk attached to such decision. And that is the reason a lot of people believes and hold the view that the time of crashing prices is the best time to buy more bitcoin but only a handful of percentage can take the decision to join in. While the new entrants are scared of coming in with the premonition that price might drop further, the people already involved are not even ready to invest and that is the reason why price stay on the same spot for elongated period of time.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the opposite of FUD? on: February 07, 2018, 04:28:42 PM
Hype?

There are A LOT of FUD articles nowadays. I was wondering if there are any opposite articles - encouraging people to buy, buy, buy!

Though I guess they're really unusual.

I would say even the FUD sometimes act as opposite of its intended action for those that are smart and even the people who are responsible for the spreading of such amount of information. For someone who relies on FUD two days ago and acted on it when there was massive bloodbath would have gained considerable amount today if he is to sell now. The ability to discern an information makes it a FUD or not and not the information itself.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Asking if Bitcoin is Dead on: February 07, 2018, 02:00:19 PM
On one hand it is comical on the other had annoying.
All the people that the last month have come out of the woodwork asking about bitcoin, ethereum and ripple are now blowing me up asking me if I get out before it was too late....lol

Please tell them and announce it until it sinks because you are not the only faced with all of this questions looking for answers when the individual is not forced to either put money into bitcoin or take money out of it. The annoying part of the whole scenario is after the price is now recovered they are quick to blame the imaginary cabals as being responsible for the drop in price and are now the one enjoying the profit of increase.
357  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is bitcoin banned in India? on: February 07, 2018, 12:08:17 PM
Bitcoin can be banned but that does not make it illegal because for it to be declared illegal, then some laws ought to have been violated which would made the declaration of being illegal stand. In the case of bitcoin, the latest read from that part of the world was that the Minister only talked about clamping down on those who use it for illegal activiites which I believe not everybody use it for such. Until they came with the law that declares bitcoin illegal, then we should not jump ahead of ourselves.
358  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need regulations? on: February 07, 2018, 10:57:38 AM
How do you guys think? Do we need regulations in the crypto world? Should only ICO be regulated or legit coins (not "security tokens") too? Can we implement regulations mechanisms in code so that corrupted governmental institutions couldn't manipulate the industry? Can we still have free market with governments' regulations across the world?

Please, share your thoughts. I'm a bit confused about what's happening right now.

ICO should be regulated but the regulation should be flexible to accommodate the dynamic nature of bitcoin and crypto currency because generally, it is belived that all of ICOs are scams and this is to a large extent affecting the whole of even legitimate ICOs being unable to reach their potentials even after putting so much effort but with the right regulation, it can bring the amount of trust that is needed for a start while the scam ICOs wont be able to get such certifications or the amount of those that would be reduced.
359  Economy / Economics / Re: Inheriting Cryptos on: February 07, 2018, 09:06:25 AM
We need to start understanding the difference between a decentralised system and a centralised one. Bitcoin is simple, if you want someone to have access to your coins when the inevitable should happen, give them everything they will need to make that happen without holding back any information. Its not fiat where you get to supply your next of kin that would be contacted for your resources. Lets just learn that we cannot get everything we need at one point.
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deep Onion sleeping giant?! on: February 07, 2018, 05:38:56 AM
Anyone think that deep onion will blow up in 2018-2019? With low total coin supply,Anonymous Transactions and such low market cap, Anyone see it between 1Bn-5Bn market cap in 2018-19? Share your thoughts please.

There is no room for giants at this time of the entire crypto market all of the coins are sleeping what is just different here is that while some are taking a nap, others are taking a deep sleep and even snoring (figuratively). DeepOnion could be undervalued but it cannot be over valued at this time or return to its converted position because it is not unconnected to happenings in the market. Its rise is dependent on a host of other coins until when that change, I guess the sleeping will have to continue.
