1341  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Exchange Legality on: March 27, 2017, 06:48:55 PM
So lately I've been looking a lot into the legalities of bitcoin and bitcoin exchanging and I haven't been able to find exactly everything I'm looking for on the matter and hoping someone on here can provide some insight that I may be overlooking. Me and a good friend of mine have been trying to look into starting a website in which we would do exchanges of bitcoin and other cryto-currency stock that we already have for mostly PayPal. With that, we've also been considering registering as an official LLC (Limited Liability Company) with the reasons being so we can efficiently handle the tax implications that come with bitcoin and for other official reasons to establish ourselves as exchangers. My biggest question would be this; if we were to proceed with this and registered as an LLC, would we be required to obtain Money Transmitter Licenses in every state that our clientele came from? I've also found articles explaining how areas of the government, like the IRS, consider bitcoin to be property, and not considered a currency because it is not backed like the USD. I also know that very well known websites, such as CoinBase have these licenses in every state that requires them, however, others, such as CEX.io and Kraken do not. I'm at a halt in what I can find right now, so any information would be greatly appreciated.

What I can even say on the matter is that, what is obtainable in the area you are located because I am sure you are not the first person starting something like this where you are and if you are going global like CoinBase then you should know its not cheap because you will have to comply with a lot of rules that might even frustrate you out of existence. But I will suggest you go on a low scale below the radar on your locality because the legality around bitcoin is not clear in most countries...
1342  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Only 802 People Told the IRS About Bitcoin—Lawsuit on: March 27, 2017, 06:37:52 PM

I guess maybe people themselves are scared of reporting because the way the system is structured for you to even make a report, it means you are also involved which might even expose you to further interrogation so I guess when people get duped by in the course of using bitcoin, instead of reporting formally, they just leave with the loses, learn their lessons and move on... Simple as that...
1343  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: BitCoin - Where is it illegal ? on: March 27, 2017, 06:05:54 PM
Hello !

I know for example that in Russia, Bitcoin is now considered as illegal since few months.

And I just want to know if someone can give me (give me a website link) where is an exhaustive country-list about  whether this money is legal or not ?
I did not find it on Internet ...

Thanks in advance !

I will say in most countries it is considered illegal by those countries that have developed enough to take a stand concerning the legality of bitcoin. In other places where the law is still silent and government is yet to take a position, we can say its not illegal but the body language of agencies of government is suggesting to the negative as in tending to the illegality of bitcoin eventually...
1344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi reveals himself, what would be of Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2017, 05:48:13 PM
This will be an advanced course that is extraordinary news. people will know who the creator of bitcoin. I think if satoshi is a trusted person bitcoin then the price will increase. while when satoshi is a person who has a bad image, then the price will decline. there will be negative and the positive impact that can not be avoided.

As at today, nobody cares who Satoshi is to the best of my knowledge and we dont even know if he already among us by changing his username so his personal character wont change anything because only few people can know whether he is a good individual or a bad one. And if he decides to show under his real real and people believes he is the real Satoshi, then I believe he will be able to put rest to controversy surrounding bitcoin in recent times...

1346  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: March 25, 2017, 07:19:34 AM
After even checking the price, I realised it has fall to $900 which is really low in my own opinion compared to what we have seen in recent times. Although, that should not be new to anyone who has been exposed to this kind of situation because its just going to be for a while then things will start taking shape. As per buying and selling that will involve some level of risk and be convinced that whatever happen to the perice afterwards you won't bite yourself so hard about it.
1347  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaigns that accepts newbies? on: March 24, 2017, 08:29:16 PM
If you are so eager to join a campaign, I would suggest you just go to the alt section and search for a good one to join but you need to just persevere because most of their payments are usually after the ICO which might take longer time to come at the same time, you can use that to build your rank as well as your quality and really understand how it goes around here...
1348  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Coinbase added a fees now on: March 24, 2017, 08:16:09 PM
Its actually not their fault as at the time that they Dont charge any fees! Its not as if the fees are not there but its because they are paying it on users behalf. We all agree that the tx fees are going through the roof these days and comparing the number of users that are they have to service on a daily basis then they just need to shed some of the cost if they are still interested in running a business...
1349  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Multiply your bitcoins on: March 24, 2017, 06:31:58 PM
A newbie or someone hiding under the newbie account trying to invite us to scam us I guess only newbies can equally fall for something like this and its only newbies that are not willing to learn from what others have posted on the thread. @ op kindly take your campaign else where maybe someone some where can be interested but I am 100% sure that is a scam in further corroboration of what others have equally agreed to...
1350  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you really make money on Forex? on: March 24, 2017, 06:09:37 PM
I have tried this before in my quest to make money but I lost and concluded maybe its not just for people like me. I have read that people make money from it and even on this forum, people have offered their services to sell signals but I am not sure how it has worked for them but me, I am not going to give it another trial in other to know whether one can make money from it or not...
1351  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: freebitco.in Annual investment on: March 24, 2017, 06:01:00 PM
Although I also have doubts concerning this new service that is being offered by Freebitco.in but in all sincerity, if there is any faucet site that have stand the test of time, freebitco.in is one but I really try to understand the rationale behind it which is the fact that they have low patronage and its because of the satoshi you get when you roll every hour due to the increase in the price of bitcoin so in other to encourage people then you just invest...
1352  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Secret societies on: March 24, 2017, 12:52:31 PM
Do you believe that secret societies run the world?

At first I always thought about this being ridiculous but after a while my mind just keeps going that way, that actually, things like these might be true

It's a fact that 1% of the world owns 99% of the finances, so, why would it seem far-fetched for that 1% to control and manipulate events to increase and secure their wealth and rising influence

I keep watching the news, and some events seem so planned, and framed that it.. boggles me..

Some people even admit they're a part of the free-masonary
Washington was built in its symbol

It's just... a whole new world if you start thinking this way, it actually made my head hurt after I gave it a chance

Some conspiracy theories are really far-fetched, which makes me think maybe, just maybe, they're thrown out to the public to make it resent conspiracy theories as they become ridiculous and far away from the truth

Do you guys believe in illuminati, free masonary and other secret societies controlling the world?
What is your proof to back you hypothesis?

I believe secret societies rule the world and even others might call it cabal but not that for the fact that its secret does not make it evil. Its not only ruling the world but also companies as we see in the board of directors, or universities as we have council or even states as we have States Executive council. The bad aspect of it is when we no have these cabals manipulating government and even the citizenry to make themselves richer is something I detest with everything within me.
1353  Economy / Economics / Re: Rising Economy of Russia >> on: March 23, 2017, 08:08:45 PM
When Vladimir Putin became President, Russia was effectively bankrupt as it owed more money to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) than it had in foreign currency reserves. Since then, Russia has achieved a virtual macroeconomic revolution to the point where it is one of the largest creditors of U.S. debt in the world. Its nominal dollar GDP has increased by more than a factor of six, and has the potential to reach more than $2 trillion by 2010. Russia would become the largest economy in Europe and the fifth largest in the world following the United States, China, Japan, and India by 2020 if goals would have been achieved.......

That's really a good achievement to for with if you ask me because for countries that are wallowing in poverty, insecurity, political instability all those achievement stated there are luxury. I dont stay in Russia but I know no matter how one try, he can never be good to every one that's why Putin will still continue to face opposition from both within and outside the country but if those facts are anything to gho by, then I give it to him.
1354  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Are Your Thoughts On Vegans? Or Going Vegan ? on: March 23, 2017, 06:45:13 PM
In as much as I dont have any issue with those turning into vegetarians, I still dont see myself joining them in that ideology simply because I just love my variety and ability to choose from several options. I actually can stay without eating meat but definitely not forever without it. For those who are staying without it, I want to say thank you for making the excess available for those of was ready to consume more...
1355  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are terrorists only muslim in religion? on: March 23, 2017, 03:48:54 PM
why are all terror activities carried out in the world are by people of muslim religion? Why cant muslims let peace be there in the world? Are people of only muslim origins terrorist?so trumps decision by banning muslim is 100% correct?

Its unfortunate to see how things have degenerated that even as a liberal mind person, you are forced to change your stand as to ascribing terrorism to a particular religion. Quite a number of times, I have had people argue about how their religion is one of peace and at the same time some people practicing same religion carry out terror attacks in the name of that same religion and you begin to wonder. Its either one person is wrong or they are both wrong?
1356  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Gay Marriage and Adoption on: March 23, 2017, 01:42:33 PM
In many countries of the world homosexuality is still illegal and is sometimes even punished with death. (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/d/d1/World_laws_pertaining_to_homosexual_relationships_and_expression.svg/1035px-World_laws_pertaining_to_homosexual_relationships_and_expression.svg.png)

In most Western countries, same sex marriage is now permitted. Adoption has also been allowed in some countries. There are no studies that show that children grow up badly in homosexual relationships.

Why do you think that so many Western countries have problems with same rights for homosexual ppl?
And what do you think about it personally?

Children born are 'innocently' without any idea. It is the society that shape their thinking into a particular direction as to what is good and what is bad. The same thing with racism. I personally dont have any issue with adoption afterall there are so many kids in the world that have no one to care for them. The problem will arise if they are now been subjected to inhumane treatment. The problem is not whether one is raised by straight or homosexuals, its a matter of the individual doing the raising up...
1357  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a signature campaign not based on gambling on: March 23, 2017, 12:45:36 PM
I have mixed feelings about promoting a gambling website (I have nothing against people who gamble, I don't want to be promoting it in my signature) and all I seem to be able to find is gambling based signature campaigns. Does anybody know of a signature campaign that's not based on Adult/Gambling and is currently accepting members of my rank? If so please share. Thanks!

Guy even those who are ready to promote gambling site are unable to get one. Evidence of this is what you see when a campaign is coming new and you see several pages in application in a matter of hours, not to talk of someone who is becoming selective about campaigns. I will suggest you go to the Alts section of the forum as you will see alot of campaigns to hop in without too much screening...
1358  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fuck your vaccines on: March 23, 2017, 12:38:17 PM
If you live around where I live in where you see children who are supposed to be in school but are incapacitated and have now turn into beggars due to what can be avoided in the first place without no fault of theirs, then you will know the importance of vaccination for the body or you became a victim of disease or even know someone who became a victim of disease a migrant brought into the country that could have been avoided with vaccination, the you will have a rethink about how important it is to get vaccinated...
1359  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you think about the housing price in China? on: March 23, 2017, 11:44:17 AM
The hosing price in first-tier cities like ShenZhen, BeiJing, ShangHai have risen to a unfordable high position for average Chinese people, for the average Chinese graduate, they earn 12,000 USD(2016) annually while in ShenZhen it costs almost 1 million to buy a average 100M^2 house(30% down payment).

It's difficult for young Chinese people to buy a living room in such first tier cities but most young people would rather choose the first-tier cities while the small cities has a lower price.

Share you view about the price in China and the one in your country.

All over the world in all the countries there are cities where the cost of living is so high compared to other cities. One cannot compare the cost of houses in Newyork to that of New Mexico they are just too different but that does not justify the fact that its not affordable to average earners in the country but the solution to that is Government to make policy that will make companies establish in those rural areas where people can work rather than concentrating in already densely populated areas of the country...
1360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: March 22, 2017, 07:31:50 PM
I will say with all sincerity that there is no easy way to making a profit from gambling as the same effort you put in making a profit will also sometimes amounted to loss and its simply because its based on chance and nothing else. Looking for easiest way is not going into it in the first place because when you do, its never easy neither harder...
