361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will EOS be worth in the future? on: February 01, 2021, 03:25:59 PM
EOS is not as aggressive as it was in 2017 and 2018, like a tiger that lost its fangs, even though almost all altcoins this year continue to increase in price, but not with EOS, which seems to lose momentum, gaining a place in the hearts of investors. I have been holding EOS since 2019 and the results cannot be proud of, I hope that EOS can pump like a doge in the near future.

Seems that one by one Alts are pumping ETH, DOGE and XRP are moving and if the team behind this coin also wanted to attract investors, it's a good time for this project to start showing some upwards.

Who knows what will future might bring to this project and what are the plans behind the developments to attract traders
and all those supporters who are still eyeing to gain compensation after holding this coin. The long term may still be positive
and probably can give you the maximum benefits.

The long term will always be positive for a project that has been used by many EOS tokens. Its not a very popular platform for developers but a number of projects under it had been running for years. Much like ETH or any other smart contract platform, EOS has favorable advantages like free transactions when you are staking for CPU and RAM. Just like me, many investors like EOS for generating dividends daily which is a good source of income whenever one wants financial freedom.

362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone who holds 100 doge will become a millionaire in the future but why? on: February 01, 2021, 06:52:00 AM

They are going to pump doge we all know that but having 100 to be a millionaire is a pipe. Just put your feet on the ground and take whatever is there, if you can get more money out of it just get it. But don't expect too much.

That mars that he is about to colonize could just be a lie. The guy is just helping NASA to put more lies for you to be entertained, making you forget there is a pandemic.
363  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Dogecoin's Amazing Day on: February 01, 2021, 05:52:58 AM

Ang aga nyong nagbenta samantalang alam nyo namang parating pa lang ang bullrun. Kahit yung pinakamababang coin ngayon ay possibleng maging $1 by the year end. Nakuha ko yung doge ko nung nag airdrop ng DICE token and yobit at instead na magtrade to BTC, binili ko ng doge.

Tingnan nyo yung yobit account nyo baka meron ding kayong DICE token as airdrop. Trade it to DICE/DOGE
364  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Altcoin's loss become Bitcoin's gain? on: January 31, 2021, 06:35:00 PM

Been also watching the market as a whole and its happening that whenever BTC falls there are several Defi projects that continue to rise in price yet its marketcap isn't getting bigger.

The entire marketcap as of the time of writing is Market Cap: $973,828,828,765 by the next few hours, it could break to trillion once again and BTC will bounce to $33-34K. This could mean that BTC's loss is altcoins gain and vice-verse.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: too much gas on uniswap on: January 31, 2021, 06:17:19 PM

Did you also pay fees upon cancelling your pending transaction?

I have tried trading the Aave yesterday, it asked for more than $20 for the transaction that is why I did wait for a while but still end up having this high fee. A price to pay for privacy but sometimes one could say its too much. There really should be an alternative for all these. ETH is a pain.
366  Economy / Economics / Re: Asia-Pacific nations sign world’s biggest trade pact on: January 30, 2021, 06:58:07 PM
China and 14 other countries have agreed to form the world’s largest free trade bloc, encompassing nearly a third of all economic activity.  Without USA, EU or Russia.

https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2020/11/15/rcep-15-asia-pacific-nations-set-worlds-biggest-trade-pact

One third of worlds economy can work on their own by itself. If we add influence they have over Africa, this is by far strongest free trade bloc that will be almost impossible to challenge in the future.
This agreement should be regarded as one of the stages of the trade war between the United States and China. Also, China is creating a regional stablecoin in the region to service their transactions. Well, this will greatly strengthen China. Therefore, they say that over time, the yuan can replace the dollar as the world's reserve currency.

There is nothing that will stop US from doing the same like having their own trade pact and also having their own stablecoin. There is nothing wrong with that either, I'm sure they can program their stablecoin to work like crosschain. China though had been investing to neighboring countries to earn trust, particularly the African and Asian countries.

367  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Another deception of bounty payments to hunters POOLZ on: January 28, 2021, 03:45:43 PM
For the spreadsheet:
The bounty manager handed over the final spreadsheet to us. Now, some members of our team will re-audit the spreadsheet. So, you may see some changes on the final version of the spreadsheet that we will release.

How the hell this is going to help and work? What can they check, if the campaign is already ended, hunters has taken off signature, some social media accounts are banned or users deleted their records? Who are these "some members" ? Do they have experience of bounty management?

I don't think this option is "more loyal" for bounty hunters. Distribution is still postponed and will be made in parts. There are chances that some hunters will receive 0 reward (luckily others will receive their share).

I've skipped participating in bounties years ago and I see nothing changed. Bounty hunters are still treated like crap...

I thought the new announcement will give a solution but it just made things worse.
Re-auditing the spreadsheet looks like bad news for everyone. I thought it would just be the waiting that will be a problem to the bounty hunters lol This team is the worst, I'm almost sure now they are going to exclude users and take the tokens for themselves.

368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple is dying on: January 28, 2021, 02:38:09 PM

It's almost impossible to see it failed, you still can see it on the 5th rank of the marketcap. If it's just another project, the price will just simply dive without support but XRP still has been many traders to it.  CEO will soon come to his senses and will eventually make a deal or just negotiate with SEC. Until there is nothing yet to deal with, Ripple will not see the light of day.
369  Economy / Economics / Re: New US presidents are privacy-friendly? on: January 27, 2021, 08:17:45 AM
The US is one of the countries with the largest crypto market in the world.  we all know that since the previous president's leadership, the US is very unfriendly to privacy, with the freezing of rules from the previous rule makers as if it is giving fresh breath to businessman and crypto traders.
If they can do that, it will be much better. Although I still think there are people who are going to misuse that word, ‘privacy’, if it’s given to them. I think it’s always good to consider both sides of things before making a decision. I will be happy if they will do anything that will help promote cryptocurrency in any way possible.

Let’s wait till they have reviewed the rules and we will see what action they are going to take, that will help us know for sure what kind leaders they are, and whether the next four years of their rule is going to favour crypto or not.

They will still continue what was started, they all see crypto to be regulated and there will be no privacy for it. All governments right now are up to regulated the cryptocurrency market, if people manage to profit from any investment they have the government will do everything they can to take what they could that belongs to them.  Biden is no different.

370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here's Why Ethereum Could Beat Bitcoin As Best Asset Of 2021 on: January 26, 2021, 03:15:26 PM

So many faults to ETH, I have one account with more than 9 pending transactions that if I cancel, I will have to pay fees just cancelling, I no idea why so the tokens stays there still.  I don't know what makes the metamask I have that makes it very difficult to operate lol increasing my gwei to at least pay $15 for the transaction but it still stuck. ETH is good, it's just not something that will beat BTC.
371  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Another deception of bounty payments to hunters POOLZ on: January 26, 2021, 01:59:59 PM

Spare the BM, its not his fault that the team decides to do this. But six months for 20% only and another six months for 20% until 100% is distributed?

The bounty hunters could just give up and not claimed it if it took that long.  I look at the price https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/poolz-finance and it looks like they do have a valid reason.  Thats a huge amount considering they are to distribute 25,000 POOLZ.

I'm confused POOLZ or POZ?  The bounty thread is indicated its ticker is POZ, maybe they can give the POZ right now but not the POOLZ.  Grin

In your opinion, the price of the token is an indicator to pay 2.5 years? A little strange situation turns out, we have to promote them, try to attract investors to buy a token, and when the token really gains popularity, we do not immediately get what we earned, it turns out that we are to blame for this? We, too, have made an effort in their current popularity and value, and we now suffer for it

You make it sound like the team isn't going to pay, you will be paid but you just have to wait. The project seems to be a good one, they released an announcement to pay in time. You can just take it like you hold the tokens for 6 months.  It feels like you are cheated but just how it is. I recently joined the channel which I read there that the team will announce another term, maybe a change of dates.

They said that when the campaign was going on, the tokens weren't yet created. Now, the tokens has to be unlocked first before they can distribute. I'm sure how true the information is given there in the telegram but one thing is sure, waiting is your option.

373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are you guys trading today? on: January 25, 2021, 06:59:00 PM
Bitcoin (BTC) continues to be stagnant at $32k giving time for some alts to recover at a certain level where they can compete like Polkadot (DOT) and Chainlink (LINK). Ethereum (ETH) still on its streak of going up maybe going after an all new ATH. But the real competition starts with top 4 to 10 giving them more chance to gain resistance at this stagnant market. What are you guys trading today?  Huh
At the moment everyone is involved with btc and eth because of the fact that these two top coins move ahead of the market, yes, there are several other coins moving nicely but btc and eth have their own charm and for this reason they have over 88% of total market share which makes them extremely dominating coins.

Most projects that risen up are the DEFI projects. It wouldn't be too late to get into Defi if you really are up to trade and make money out of it. The crypto marcket cap is decreasing yet the prices of defi continue to rise.

The stagnant price of around 32,000 might just be a sign that the price of BTC will drop below $30,000. I couldn't be more sure but if it happens, then that's how the market goes.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think DeFi season is going to be just like Altcoin season? on: January 25, 2021, 05:32:19 PM

When the rest of us are just skeptical that DEFi tokens are just hyped, they tend not to invest in it till it's almost late. It's only now that they bet their bottom dollar to go into Defi. You can already see how much some Defi tokens had grown from a cent to $0.10. But it's best to diversify your portfolio because all these could just be dumped and all the altcoins that you previously dumped will soon leap up.  The altcoin season is just not predictable next week we could even see BTC drop below $30k who knows and then altcoins will follow of course.
375  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I sell or hold on my bitcoin? on: January 24, 2021, 07:40:31 PM

With BTC the long er you hold while there is impending bullrun the more valuable it may be. But if you really need the money badly, you can always sell there always gonna be someone out there wanting to buy BTC. It's funny because the people I personally knew who learned BTC and crypto didn't go back to stock market.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 6 DeFi projects to watch in 2020 🎯 on: January 24, 2021, 06:15:36 PM
Defi hype over right now and just in few days later everyone will forget defi market. I have no good thinking about defi market right now so i am not interested for invest in defi project. Anyway if you want invest in defi project the everyone can follow op list because here is all top defi project which is still trust project.

That couldnt be true since the projects we use to just see as utility token are gradually becoming part of the defi ecosystem. Defi is here to stay and so are the governance tokens. We can just say Uniswap and the DEX that now shifted to defi will disappear.  Not gonna happen.

As long as there are investors who are willing to take part of this business, it will continue to survive or it can bounce back again

and bring more opportunities, it will depend from how people embrace their chosen project base from this ecosystem. If there

are big support what do you expect right?

Exactly. They are here to stay. People make money out of them, the Defi projects still are up to become utility tokens and Uni had moon already. I'm surprise though that OP only listed 6 of them. There are more Defi projects other than the six and they are much older than some of them too like the Aave formerly LEND and there is also Jarvis token,

377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which one will you choose? on: January 24, 2021, 05:35:28 PM

Most altcoins seem to be moving up, if you are just to pick one, it should be ETH although it wouldn't hurt having DOT in your portfolio. I have a fair amount I guess I'm earning with DOT as I'm just holding it, not even staking.  I'm guessing OP would be in the futures market that he asked which one in the next 7 days, need to learn the skills to read chart in that case.

378  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic covid lesson for Everybody now on: January 20, 2021, 05:31:50 PM
Financial leteracy is not taught well in hgih school nor college. A person who has a degree of banking and finance isn't even well aware of forex and stock market. And this because these stuff are not taught in detail in school.

They just discuss demand and supply and all related to business but not currency trading. You'll only going to learn this if you really are willing to go deep into it and watch youtube channels. The pandemic sure will force individuals to learn new skills just to survive and since the pandemic may still continue up to 2025, its yet not too late to learn another skill.   Smiley
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 DeFi projects on: January 19, 2021, 06:13:48 PM
i think uniswap, polkadot and xsigma are the most promising defi projects, regarding to my own research

While Uniswap standout among the defi project there are more of them that actually better and its orice continue to moon up. Synthetix use to be just less than $1 but you can only have few of it with $1000 today. Every Defi project that somehow people think are just driven by hype just took off.

Aave is definitely the kind of project that you would want to try out.

380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum just broke an ATH price on: January 19, 2021, 05:28:52 PM
There is nowhere else could the direction of eth go but up when there is bullrun.  Its more than likely to break that ATH, its when it will happen that you will have to figure.

The growth is very gradual for Eth, it took more than a week to spike up to $1400. Considering that there are so much opportunity somewhere else, a weak hands would move out of ETH before another breakout.
