TAT.ASICMINER BTCT.co UPDATE

Due to technical issues, we unfortunately cannot facilitate migrations of TAT.ASICMINER shares to Bitfunder. BTCT.co shareholders MUST use an account at HavelockInvestments.com

If you haven't already, please RESUBMIT your transfer request and include your HAVELOCK account email address.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is due to a technical limitation with Bitfunder's ability to import users. You MUST choose Havelock.

Also, please note that all of these migration issues and exchange changes may cause a delay in the issuance of dividends.

Can I transfer my TAT.ASICMINER shares from BF to Havelock? If so where do I need to send the email and what does it need to include?

At this very moment, no. We are awaiting some other info before deciding how to handle that.
363  Economy / Marketplace / Re: If you are a US citizen you basically can go F yourself - BTCT and now Bitfunder on: October 09, 2013, 06:59:10 PM
While I understand the desire to have decentralized everythings, particularly in the wake of recent developments, it's simply not the way of the world. The concept of centralization is bigger than finance, or bitcoin, or technology.

Forces condense over time and then are torn apart in a repeating cycle.

Centralization happens all on its own, and for good reason.

btw, I've recently ( almost 24 hours ago ) received AM100 shares on Havelock.

Request for transfer has been sent on 24th of Sep. This will probably give you a clue on where queue processing is.

Transfers to Havelock are caught up daily. Bitfunder has not provided us with a tool to migrate easily, hence the delays for everyone else.
368  Economy / Securities / Re: How To Migrate Your ASICMINER-PT shares from BTCT to Havelock on: October 09, 2013, 01:05:08 AM
TAT, will I be able to still do this after I receive next div so perhaps thur/friday ?

No. Since BTCT no longer allows share pushing, you will need to wait til you receive your direct shares before you can do anything with them.
369  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: October 09, 2013, 12:50:28 AM
wait.

everyone chill out and WAIT to see what the asset issuer is going to do about the matter. selling shares at a loss at this point is ill informed and premature. surely NEOBEE will have a contingency/ backup plan for this unforseen circumstance. im pretty sure the response is being carefully crafted at this time (unlike the announcement that initiated this shitstorm). surely they are aware of this.

Green

This. I need to have a meeting with Danny to discuss our next steps. Due to time zone differences we will need some time to sync up.

Generally speaking, the shares still represent what they always did. Choosing to sell at loss now is no different than before the announcements.

I will sync up with Danny on Wednesday hopefully, and we'll update everyone once we have confirmed how we are proceeding.

If you want to change your migration from BF to Havelock, simply send a new email stating so. We will support this.

what's the ETA on migrating shares from BTCT to Bitfunder?  I sent in my request a while back (as soon as you posted instructions), and I am surprised they haven't been migrated yet.
+1

This depends on Bitfunder now. There is no practical way to render the shares to individuals in bulk. I have reached out to Ukyo to assist with this, but he his busty with other issues:

Havelock shares are already processed for the most part, just need to process the latecomers.

Many of the TAT.ASICMINER migrations from BTCT to Havelock AM100 shares were completed today.

We are still processing some people, but please note that Bitfunder migrations may experience additional delays. We require assistance from the Bitfunder operator to complete migrations there, and he has been unavailable. It is unclear when he will be able to assist.

We will continue to process the remaining migrations.

Thank you.

Is it still possible to transfer the shares?

No. Burnside has halted trading. You will need to wait until he provides the direct shares, and then import those.
So once the shares are transformed to direct shares (which is supposed to happen on Oct.10) we can just follow the steps explained on the AM1 page (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=253673.0)

Correct.

From the prospectus:

Transfer of Shares
Shares of the underlying asset on BitFunder may be imported or exported into any NEOBEE passthrough managed by TAT Investments, or to the underlying asset on Bitfunder.

There is no minimum quantity for transfers, but any transfer order must pay a 1.0 Bitcoin service fee.

How to Transfer Shares:
Simply push the amount of shares to the issuer account on the source exchange, then send an e-mail to tat.investments@gmail.com noting your account name on the destination exchange you have chosen. Please use the same e-mail address you have registered with the source exchange for verification purposes.

After your shares and request have been received, TAT Investments will push your new shares to your account in approximately 24-48 hours.

NOTE: TAT Investments is not responsible for any lost value, arbitrage, or trading opportunities due to delays in processing transfer requests.

Ok but how is the 1 BTC paid? Does the TAT hold an amount of shares that are currently equal to 1 BTC before the transaction is made or it would provide me with a deposit address?

Simply follow the instructions and a payment address will be provided.

Before anyone complains about my videography, the video was not planned, I just used a tablet to film it just in case it was needed later.

Did I miss something? I didn't expect the price to rise these days to be honest.

No you did not, people are just randomly clicking buttons like they always do Smiley I actually though the price will go down even more as KNC is shipping massive amounts of miners right now

Oh I thought it was because there is supposed to be a new product released today, wasn't there? too lazy to search the thread but wasn't there a timeline given with Oct 7 being the day of a product update from friedcat?

Today's board meeting had to be rescheduled, so the next update might be later than the last two.
