As mentioned by others, please check if the address is right or nah Because if it's correct, then your transaction was likely flagged by their system hence, "rejected". No worries though since they typically just send it back to an address of your choice or to the address where the money came from. You'll find similar stories in r/CashApp, for instance: I had a deposit from my bookie.ag of BTC go to my cash app account like I've done several times and this time cash app received it then rejected it, telling me I would have to do a reversal back to my wallet. Try checking your email or getting in touch with the support again.

That was a good read! Allow me to chime in 1. What do you think of bitcointalk as a platform in terms of promoting casinos? and how likely are you to run or recommend to run more campaigns here? 2. I've seen fellow members using amlbot.com to gauge an address' risk score on custodial platforms. Is it popular in the industry? 3. With the increasing regulatory pressure on crypto, what's the most thing you're worried as someone who is in the industry of online casinos supporting cryptocurrencies? thanks for doing god's work 🙇♂️

My guess is they want to see how much they can milk me for. If I can show them I have 130k, they might let me withdraw some in order to keep me playing. I'll try to play them at their own game, but i'm not going to be giving them any more money.
I see the plan but it's likely that they will believe in screenshots sooo you can just hire someone with decent editing skills. Otherwise, try to make sure the wallet where the cryptos will sit is installed on a clean device at least. Saying this because you mentioned, you had a fake kucoin app, we don't know what came with it so just to be sure, I wouldn't install the wallet on the same device that had a malicious app. Lmao! Really with that amount of money still being a victim with fake apps while the official website of the Kucoin has the official app link on it?
...It’s very hard to believe that someone with huge balance will be a victim with fake apps. Worst is you even deposit huge amount.
It's nothing new, people of different backgrounds get scammed off of blatant eazy scams. No amount of money can make someone immune to this, it's all about educating yourself and building healthy habits aka application.

When my account was locked I questioned the person that introduced to all of this and of course denied everything - they suggested I just pay the fee for the account review and I would get the money back plus control of the funds when it was done. I stopped communication with the person, today the person contacted my saying I need to get my account unlocked or you will loose everything and even offered to assist by lending me money but I would need to pay the rest on my own. Naturally, I declined which got the person extremely upset. Yes, the person who introduced it to you is part of the scam team. If you look up pig butchering scam, you'll find the same story. What is even stranger the withdrawal I was making was to another wallet I have - after my withdrawal was declined I had 2 unauthorized withdrawals from my other wallet which makes no sense to me at all.. When I questioned it the answer I received was basically to bad for you. I won't post the name of that app as I don't want you to think I'm phishing. Was it the Gnxce app you mentioned? never heard of this and the name sounds sus AF, they probably own and control everything that goes through it. I suggest uninstalling asap. What about the trust wallet you mentioned in your first post? you sure you have the legitimate one? otherwise, uninstall it as well. This is the official website btw: https://trustwallet.com/Any suggestions as to what authorities that I could report this to? Not that it will make a difference.
Try with your local cybercrimes unit. I'm not sure if you could tip on authorities that may not necessarily be on your jurisdiction but if you can, try the ic3. I also had bit of a pessimistic view on reporting but I think of it as a baby step, who knows your information could help the investigation at some point, in some way. It's not impossible that these scammers are a part of a large ring. If you don't make it known, no one will know anyhow. But yeah, just don't have high hopes of recovery on this. If you have the perp's crypto addresses, you may also post them. Sorry for your loss, op.

Sorry op but you have been scammed.
It's a typical scam scheme, we have seen this pattern many times. No legitimate service ask for a huge deposit in order to get your funds out or for kyc/aml checks. Please never send any personal information or more money to them, they will milk you dry. Also ignore any recover services that comes your way.
Just the domain name -- bccrypotc-b dot com alone reeks of scam. Did someone PM'd you about this, it's extremely obscure.

Okay, because most reviews still have comfortable KYC limits (or similar): 1. Unverified Accounts: Withdrawal limit of 5 BTC per 24 hours 2. Primary KYC Accounts: Withdrawal limit of 80 BTC per 24 hours 3. Advanced KYC Accounts: Withdrawal limit of 200 BTC per 24 hours 4. Institutional KYC Accounts: Withdrawal limit of 400 BTC per 24 hoursInformation copied from here: https://www.thecryptobreakdown.com/guides/mexc-withdrawal-feesThere is still no mandatory KYC as of writing otherwise there's likely gonna be an announcement for it. A snap from my unverified account: Snap from mexc chatbot under "Registration/Identification": I'm not sure why your linked article has 5btc limit though, but eh, I'm pretty sure the 30btc is just inflated for marketing anyhow.

I've never used wolf.bet but they have a good reputation here. See their ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5167730.0 (latest pages for latest stuff) In addition, checking winnings is a common procedure for casinos especially with decent to big winnings. I advise to give them more time for now, op.

If you're looking for a full fledged exchange with no mandatory identity verification, it's not a bad choice. I personally have used this for a couple of trades a month or two ago, though I'd be uncomfortable on depositing a decent amount on there as there's a good chance they'd request an identity verification from me.
But if you're okay with passing identity verification, there are certainly better choices out there.

Many are using payment processors that allows them to automatically convert bitcoin to fiat. Of couse, I imagine some merchants may also keep their bitcoins for a while as they see fit especially those using self hosted ones but they're probably the minority. If you're interested in these payment processors, list here: https://github.com/alexk111/awesome-bitcoin-payment-processors

For the teens, it all starts in the house. Of course they should be monitored but parents should also have an open communication with them because if a teen wanted to do something discreetly, they will likely succeed couple of times at least.
Parents can try to introduce their kids healthy hobbies so they're less likely to succumb to gambling if they're already distracted. In my fam, we also reward our younger folks stuff they want if they do well in school or house chores. Just a few tips lol.
For the young adults, well... it all comes to discipline, gambling isn't necessarily bad but being addicted to it is, any kind of addiction isn't good. I suggest tracking expenses and setting a budget each month but at the end of the day, it all comes down to will power.

Ever since bibox (pretty much same situation), I've always had a feeling that directories such as CMC and coingecko wants to remain neutral on passing scam hammer as much as possible, possibly for their brand. Coingecko has delisted Exmarkets however their stated reasoning solely was, it has been inactive see: https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges/exmarketsIf CMC refused, perhaps you could say this.

I tried to access this casino but it seems that i am also not able to access it. I tried VPN but still got the same error. I would like to know which countries are allowed to use this site ?
Probably keep an eye on the thread as well. As implied by Little Mouse, the team are still trying to clear some countries from the restricted list unless you're from US or UK. The list used to be much longer previously but has been downsized recently. Why did you access the .com version while the one announced in this thread is the .io version? However I have no idea if the .com and the .io are owned by the same company/person, but you should visit the .io
Yup! the .com is one of their products but this thread is about .io so yeah some bits may be different. Hello everyone, thanks for the warm welcome! We are excited to be a part of this forum and we take every feedback from your side into consideration! It is true that our ToS list of restricted countries is large, the reason is - our license and other fiat products (which you can also check: letslucky.com, luckydreams.com, justcasino.com).

I asked him more about the incident. And some other circumstances came to light, from which I concluded that it was his own fault that he had lost his money.
After his money hung up he found contact info on the service's homepage and went to Telegram. As soon as he joined the official tech support channel, the account shown in the pictures instantly appeared and offered him to solve the problem. I think it was a scammers account and not a real tech support account. Because the official tech support account has a warning in its description.

So it was indeed phishing... The next question is, what happened to the 300 USDC? I was thinking about this last night but decided to just rule out/affirm the phishing idea first. He, the acquaintance could try to contact the actual support and ask more about this, perhaps it went through but transit.finance had a glitch or some sort. Otherwise, it could be because a phishing site/wallet or some sort of malware - how the transaction was initiated does seem odd.

Article: https://tokeninsight.com/en/research/reports/crypto-exchanges-2023-annual-reportAfaik upbit is only available on select few countries so im surprised they're second in spot market share, pretty much surpassing the global exchanges. I'm honestly just taking the 'exact' volume figures with a grain of salt considering how it's not uncommon for exchanges to manipulate it... or maybe SK just has this much hold lol On another topic, I knew gate.io has many listed coins but I didn't know they had this much??? lmao unholy numbers In 2023, Gate listed 362 new tokens, bringing the total number of listed tokens to 1,871, surpassing the rest centralized exchanges Never heard of orca as well, then again, I'm not exactly an altcoin guy.

I just doubted that some users did not use any special software to solve blurry image I just cant believe people could guess it so quickly. Maybe people are really that good at guessing, and I am that bad in it. Luck may have also played a part. For instance, if someone has played or seen the game for a good amount of times, it would've helped them narrow down their guesses. ]Long story short - its nice that Roobet even run such competitions and giveaways, as not every casino does that Honestly didn't know they're showering promos on twt. Time to be active on twt again ig lol Speaking of, a new one has been posted: $50 GIVEAWAY

I get that the winner's identity must be protected otherwise they will be risking their safety but the team could've just done the typical blurring or mosaic-ing instead of having a dress-up simulation lmao. I mean, posting a selfie with the supposed winner doesn't necessarily prove authenticity anyhow. I looked at articles about the past winners and it looked normal so I imagine it did not get the same attention as the recent picture. https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1189840Maybe the editor was trying to be funny lol even my grandma can blur a picture well.

By the way, when the account is locked, where will the money of the customer go?
It will be used for the next company outing, just kidding! lol With binance, there's a possibility, they'll just switch your account to withdraw-only mode so you can still get your funds out, though you may have to use a VPN once an IP block has been implemented. But this doesn't meant that people can take their sweet time on withdrawing their funds since policies can be fickle AF, who knows people may have to go through nightmare next time they attempt to do so.

And so the communication begins
What a shame, up to an extent your acquaintance knew the dangers of sharing the seed but sadly fell victim to scammer's tricks. That's when he decided to contact the service's support team on Telegram. He went to the channel, subscribed and wanted to write about his problem. But then another account appeared (the official chat, as it says) and he was offered to communicate here. .
This bit got me curious. So the supposed support PM'd first? typically, this is a sign of a phishing attempt since most services' admins make it a rule to not PM first on telegram to prevent scams. If this was on the official server, there should be an admin or a custom title on the side of their chats which I don't see from this screenshot. Also saw an article about transit.finance getting their hacked money back through the help of some blockchain security firms like peckshield so at the very least, it does not seem like a straight up scam like those cookie cutter exchanges that comes and goes in a blink of an eye. See: https://cointelegraph.com/news/main-hacker-in-transit-swap-exploit-agrees-to-return-remaining-fundsSo perhaps this bit was a phishing attempt?

So, people among dark web use this? Is it a good option?
I'm not sure but I could imagine so? transacting significantly huge amounts could be a problem though. While it is geared for people wanting more security and privacy during trades there are a couple of drawbacks like lower liquidity, not so competitive prices and not so beginner friendly interface. I wouldn't call robosats a dex though since it's not decentralized and they never claim this too afaik. However it is a def a privacy/security oriented platform.
