Bump for visibility
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The ' Parody ' or ' Joke' Coin aka. Dogecoin have a future? on: January 09, 2018, 12:36:31 AM
Can it reaching 1$ or it just another pump dump , what do you guys think?

If it still had a team it had a chance but right now its just a joke coin being circulated and traded around... It could have a future, maybe you could use it to tip people...? Donation coin for gamers or something stuff like that.. Kinda depends though, a gaming platform could easily intergrate dogecoin which isn't very serious and fits well with gamers and be able to buy a skin or something for 100k doge...

It could have a future but since it doesn't really have a team anymore (alteast from what I know) its likely to die
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to spot a x100, x1000 or x10000 coin ? Isn’t this the million $ question ? on: January 09, 2018, 12:32:14 AM
Isn’t keeping the right question(s) in one’s head crucial ?

Can we spot the coins that did this on coinmarketcap ?

Can we then trace back and see what happened and spot some kind of pattern ?

It isn't he easiest thing, plus if you do get a 1000x bullrun over a few years its really tempting to sell on 10x or 20x or 50x or 200x before you ever even get to 1000x.. it isn't the most likely thing to happen. If you have a project, right now likely it would be an ICO that you think has the potential of doing something like that, best is to wait 2-3 years maybe even longer as that. Some projects bullrun really quick ~1 year or a few months and others can take years and years, which is still great.. but then again in a market as busy as this one its tempting to sell since the gains are quite insane.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next x1000 is here dont miss the train on: January 09, 2018, 12:29:44 AM
Hello guys
The coin is Carbon an amazing coin with great project solid team its can easly reach 1$
its price now is 0.001 you have to check out the website you will be shocked what about you what is your prediction Huh

I like the idea of going green and everything but I don't see this doing 1000x nor 100x.. You should google ''Ecosia'' if you're intersted in this type of stuff, its a search engine that plants trees with the revenue they make, they post their finances publicly online every month. I used it for a while but it doesn't have the google search image function which I kind of need.

Did help them to plant some 200 trees though..
425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why China banning bitcoin mining isn't a bad thing - look at the bright side on: January 08, 2018, 10:36:39 PM
China works for an enviromental change with electirical power. All bus and taxies will electrical step by step. Maybe thats a one point of this ban.
Mining isnt enviromental processing for humanity Smiley

Yeah but so aren't big data servers, or the data servers for the olympic games for example are a fucking catastrophe compared to Bitcoin being a little dot on the energy consumption chart. Bitcoin uses a lot of electricity but relatively it doesn't at all.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why buy Universa on: January 08, 2018, 09:14:25 PM
It sucks cause I bought Universa in their ICO but didn't have a lot of funds available as it was last minute. Now i'm sitting with a small stack of 26k tokens and I want more..

If anyone wants to sell to me please PM me
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICON Speculations on: January 08, 2018, 09:12:44 PM
What do you think the price of ICON after mainnet release and in Dec 2018?

Will it reach $500 or not?

Its a potential coin like Ethereum

Try $50
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Why China banning bitcoin mining isn't a bad thing - look at the bright side on: January 08, 2018, 09:06:49 PM
https://news.vice.com/en_us/article/59w5eb/china-is-about-to-kill-nearly-all-bitcoin-mining-operations-in-the-world?utm_source=vicenewsfb

China is banning bitcoin mining. And this isn't even necessarily a bad thing. Why you ask? Let's summarize some bulletpoints:

-A lot of hashing power is coming from China which isn't the most friendly towards cryptocurrecies (gov is fine with blockchain though)

A lot of these big mining facilities have racked up quite an income over these years, they could simply move out of China to resume their operations elsewhere.

Preferrably they'd scatter around a bit in low electricity cost countries to further ''decentralize'' the mining operations, how is it decentralised if the majority of hashing power is still coming from a few big groups? Well atleast they'd be in different countries, since it takes a while for governments to react it means that a similar situation like China now isn't bound to occur very quickly.

- Hasing power drops, bitcoin transactions become slower which forces BTC to take measures such as increasing block size to prevent BTC from dieing.

These are some points, likely the value of BTC will drop on a short term notice but I wouldn't really worry. Rich Chinese come to western countries for fresh air and generally try to get their money out of China. If these miners find it that profitable to mine BTC and want to continue doing so then nothing really stops them from just leaving the country, I can imagine there are quite a few countries who would welcome these miners as they bring a lot of money with them and will boost their economy.

Anyone can think of more reasons why this isn't necessarily bad?

429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / ARDOR and Bittrex on: January 08, 2018, 08:24:29 PM
So I wanted to purchase some ARDR from Bittrex but I don't see it showing up, I check CMC and I see that BITTREX BTC/ARDR has been excluded from price and volume, anyone know why?
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Universa tokens - I'm buying on: January 08, 2018, 08:08:44 PM
Hi I'm looking to buy Universa tokens, I bought some in the ICO but didn't have a lot of funds available, I got little more as $2k to spend.

My opening price is 0.017 cents which is 35% above ICO price, the price is negotiable but it can't be to crazy. So if you got ridiculous offers that clearly indicates you don't even want to sell then please refrain from making an offer.

Post a comment here or PM me, PMs will probably be answered and dealt with quicker.

Escrow IS A MUST!!! Unless you're some highranker with positive rating.

I'm buying with either BTC, LTC or ETH. Please do notify which you prefer.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs on: January 08, 2018, 03:37:11 PM
Any chats out there, telegram or discord, that discuss ICOs and what potential ICOs to invest in? PM me or something.

there many chats out there talking about ICOs but most of them they just there For promoting the ICOs and get paid, but if you head to youtube channels there many cryptos experts talking about ICOs, you can Find your way there, go to suppoman, or daily crypto, bloq, crush crypto, cryptocoinshow

Good luck

''crypto experts'' sure they just shill whatever they invested in and their herd follows.. I'd rather discuss ICOs in a little less biased envoirment.

433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Enigma (ENG) Thoughts and Price Speculation? on: January 08, 2018, 12:31:40 AM
Likely a good buy, holding a good stack myself. I'm expecting this to break 1-2 bill marketcap pretty soon..
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Biggest coin 2018 will go x10000 (turn $100 into $1 Million USD) and its.... on: January 07, 2018, 02:07:19 AM
Its called Ixcoin.

- around since Bitcoin (2013) but better
- first bitcoin fork (yes, it was NOT litecoin) with many improvements
- nobody has heard of it thats why you can get in now for price of a pizza
- great, humanistic mission to make the world a better place and show the world what crypto is really about
- not a "make money quick" scheme like 99,9% of the others that greedy people invest in..
- the biggest success story of 2018
- its like when people discovered the universe is infinite

But keep in mind this wont go x50. It wont go x100... Dont buy Ixcoin if you want x50 or x100 because
this will go x10000.

So now you know. Please dont complain at me later that you did not know/did not get in early when its
at $10k a coin. Please do not buy this coin if you just want lambos, beach houses and space rockets. Get in this to make the world
a better place and help other people.

If I want a 100x and this goes 10000x.. isn't this than the perfect coin to buy? Lol... btw isn't this the coin of the twin riddle?
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IoTChain - The IOTA of China on: January 07, 2018, 01:19:00 AM
Lol no. Another scam saying that they are "The X from China".

This is just stupid, it is worst they say Uber for X. Nobody knows how China will handle Bitcoin and Blockchain. Maybe we will never see again. Maybe they will be banning everything. Just copy some code and put China because there one Chinese in the team is stupid.
This will be the same as metaverse, But what the hell already happened in these days a lot of new project from china are claiming to be the next ethereum, or blablabla... This just like a big crap for me personally.
So many copy paste project on these days before doing any creative ways for that.

Dude do you even understand that IoT hasn't even really begun yet? How is this comparable to Ethereum - NEO - Waves etc etc? Right now you got 2 projects focussing on IoT which are IOTA and IoTChain, or do you believe in a monopoly? IOTA hasn't even made any real progress thus far except for fake announcements about Microsoft. Not sure why you'd jump to conclusions so quick.

Not creative enough? This industry is dubbed as the 4th industrial revolution? This isn't another Dapp platform. This is finding a way to secure IoT so the industry can take its leap forward, right now its unsafe because of hacking and botnet attacks and this company is finding a way to secure it.

436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IoTChain - The IOTA of China on: January 07, 2018, 01:10:53 AM
If it's just a clone, I don't think the project will do good unless it will have very strong team and community!

Yes, community is very important thing as reference of any altcoin can be successfull or not.
However, as i know china is banned ico so how this project is appearing? Iota from china. I dont think this is not really from china.

It is from China, i'm not really sure what the situation is in China, but Huboi is a chinese exchange and its operating. It's got Chinese investors, Chinese connections. NEO is also from China and still facilitating ICOs

-Edit- IoTchain didn't have an ICO it was issued trough private placement.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IoTChain - The IOTA of China on: January 07, 2018, 12:52:22 AM
Okay disclaimer:

This project didn't dub themselves as IOTA of China, thats huffingtonpost. And whilst China may have issues with BTC, blockchain as a technology is perfectly fine.

Also it isn't a clone, wtf? Where's all this coming from?
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / IoTChain - Securing the Internet of Things on: January 06, 2018, 08:10:40 PM
Thought I'd make a speculation thread for the new kid on the block that is IoTChain. Using a mix of DAG and Blockchain, IoTChain aims to secure the upcoming 4th industrial revolution of IoT which stands for Internet of Things. We already know IOTA as a big player and first mover in this field utilizing DAG technology. Essentially IoT is luxury, its the ability for devices to communicate with eachother, such as self driving vehicles, a refrigorator that automatically updates your grocery list once the milk runs out for example and really anything that can have a computer chip implanted to make it a smart device.

IoT is considered to become the 4th industrial revolution but its halted due to security measures. DAG and Blockchain due to their decentralised nature and less vurnability to being hacked/attacked provide a solution to this problem. IoTChain specialised in hardware and blockchain/DAG provides that security. It also seeks a different route than IOTA, providing the software for computer chips that hardware producers manufacture. You can compare it to Anti-virus for the internet to simplify it.

Ofcourse we're still in an early stage of the project, they are mainly developing and doing tests in this period and have tests scheduled for the mainnet, which won't be operational according to the roadmap till end this year. Maybe we will see it sooner if things go well and maybe we will see a delay.

But IoT in itself is very interesting and many industry leaders are trying to crack the puzzle of making it possible. It is expected that by 2025 a majority of devices will be smart and ready for the Internet of Things industrial revolution.

Investing in this coin can be a bit of a longterm play but considering the reward if it succeeds it is well worth it. I wouldn't be suprised myself if this hits a 50 billion marketcap. I can see it going more (speculative), the company IoTChain has a lot connections in the Chinese corporate world (a foot in the door) and can more easily roll out their product. Considering its a second mover to IOTA but a first mover in the Asian world it wouldn't hurt keeping your eye on this one.

Short term: 20$
Mid term:   breaking 1 billion marketcap and going beyond that.
Long term: Well over a couple of hundred dollars
10+ years: Who knows? It's considered to be an industrial revolution, a marketcap of a few hundred billions is entirely possible, hard to imagine but possible.

Interesting to note: From a youtube reviewer I learned that you can possibly lock up your IoTChain and in doing so earn more IoTChain once they are released back. The circulating supply is 50M and either CMC is wrong at this point or some people have already chosen for this option of locking it up. You can compare it to a form of staking.
-note- Not sure if this is the case though, I have yet to confirm it.

Where do you see this go? How high? What do you think of IoT? Would you invest in this?

(Disclaimer: I purchased most of my coins at $2-$2.50)

Also IoTChain didn't have an ICO but was issued trough private placement (google it). And the Chinese government is supportive of blockchain tech.. why wouldn't they?

439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PACCoin - This needs to stop on: January 06, 2018, 07:28:02 PM
Why does this literal shitcoin have $600M market cap?
http://paccoin.net/ - Look at the website..Yeah.

I think its because there's a big influx of new people who are very clueless about this space and investing in general. Whenever I hear people unfamiliar with crypto talk about returns in crypto they say; ''Oh but Ethereum started out on 70 cents and now its hundreds (now a thousand) dollar! So I think a lot of new people are just buying seemingly cheap coins in the hope they can reach a dollar, this theory is reflected in the fact that over the last couple of weeks almost every pennycoin has gone atleast 100%. Seems like people are just throwing money at whatever and hoping that if they have 1000000000 coins and the price reaches 1$ they will be a millionaire. Looks like a lot of people are going to get burned though.

Thought I came across some youtube video where a guy had tons of KIN and said ''if it reaches a dollar I'm a millionaire, i'm holding because of that reason'' Not really realising that IF KIN would reach a dollar it would be the most sought after asset/currency in the world with a good 10trillion marketcap. I think the general populace either sees crypto as a scam or a get rich quick scheme..
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats going on with B3 Coin? on: January 06, 2018, 07:24:50 PM
I bought some B3 long time ago, the price dropped really hard... I mean it cant even go under from whats now...
Can please someone explain me whats the matter with that?

Its a coin that gave high rewards on masternodes something ridiculous as 1000x or something. So as this news spread and people began to build expectations the smart money moved out on this increase of people, earning their money back whilst the crowd was left with high hopes about high ROI and selling once that 1000x masternode return period would end.

I assume it went a little like that, but likely because everyone already had their plans on selling it off and nobody really was interested in using B3 for anyhting as it is nothing more than a currency it never really had a basis to start out with. Just people hoping to dump on other people. But ofcourse nobody actually  wants to buy this just because 1000x masternode..
